How To Make Long A-Line Skirt From Palazzo | Make Skirt From Palazzo | DIY - Tailoring With Usha - Duration: 4:41.

hello friends, today m going to teach you how to convert your large size palazzo into a-line skirt

the measurement is like this

length equal to palazzo length i.e 39.5 inch

bottom width 34 inch

this is my large size palazzo, for making skirt first undo-stitching from the bottom area

along with side stitching leaving 10 inch from above

after undoing stitches, first of all we sew separately lining fabric from main fabric from top to bottom

and we sew main fabric with main fabric separately from both sides

after doing side stitching from top to bottom, now our lining and main fabric can be separated like this

and now come to the center area, and sew main fabric matching right to right till bottom

and after that we sew our lining fabric till bottom

in palazzo the stitching is done from one foothole to other foothole

but in skirt matching right to right so that the bottom circumference area remains open

after completing this stitching till bottom, i'll also teach you how to do sewing for lining

we sew lining the same way till bottom but sew it separately like this

push main fabric back side and sew it till bottom

this the bottom area of crotch length so stitch it in a bit slant manner

after competing stitching both sides, i'll proceed further

after stitching, our skirt will look like this, lining part is separated from main fabric part

now take it to right side like this

this is our ready a-line long skirt from palazzo

if you wish you can insert lace at bottom, i'll just make it simple
