Waching daily Mar 30 2017

- Oh no.

- Ow (laughs).

- [Michael] Sarah, no, get these out of here.

- Someone protect my coffee.

- [Johnna] Don't throw it.

- [Michael] Oh, God.

Oh God.

Oh God.

Oh, oh God!

(upbeat instrumental pop music)

- Hello, the internet!

Today we're going to be throwing ...

- Is that what we're doing?

(laughs) - Yes.

- [Josh] Hello all you wonderful,

beautiful people of the internet.

We are here for your enjoyment,

to smash eggs on our heads.

Are you ready Evan? - Yeah.

Are you ready Johnna? - Yes.

Are you ready Paige? - No.

I'm here with Paige Ginn, the Paige Ginn,

you've probably seen her videos online

where she's falling.

Paige, thank you for being here with us.

Why don't you tell us what we're doing, Evan?

- Okay, okay, okay.

- I'm not tongue twisted.

- No no no no no no no.

- Oh, this is going to be fun.

- Okay, just ignore her, say boo to everything she says.

Today we are going to be throwing eggs on our heads

on purpose thinking it's funny.

Bye.

- Great.

Thanks for babbling incoherently.

Appreciate that.

We've got this fun little spinner for our egg roulette

that my wife made.

Look how cute this is.

- [Michael] Who made it?

- My wife.

- My mom.

(laughs)

- I know what you're doing.

So let's just talk about how you play egg roulette.

We're going to be smashing eggs on our heads.

Some of these are hard boiled,

some of them are raw.

The first person to smash two raw eggs on their head is out.

Last person standing is the winner.

Wins an amazing prize.

And we have the option of cracking one our egg on our head,

two eggs on our head, passing one to the left,

or passing one to the right.

I predict all of them are going to land on Johnna.

She's going to be the egg magnet.

Johnna, sorry, that's just the way I see it.

Do we have a way to figure out who goes first?

- Rock, paper, scissors.

- Oh!

Uh oh.

- [Both] Ah!

- Rock, paper, scissor, shoot!

- Black hole.

- You're not allowed to invent things,

it's rock, paper, scissor.

Alright let's do a real one, ready?

Rock, paper, scissor, shoot!

- Black hole.

- Do you want to do it for real?

Alright, rock, paper, scissor, black hole!

(laughs)

Rock, paper, scissor, bam!

Rock, paper, scissor, uhn!

Rock, paper, scissor, yeah!

Rock, paper, scissor, hunh!

(screams)

Alright, so I'm first.

- Oh, that's bad!

(laughs)

- Wait, did I just...

(laughs)

Do I go first?

And my first spin says, one egg.

These better not be cold.

Oh, I don't like it.

You guys ready?

- Yeah.

- Woo!

Hard boiled!

How about we make egg salad

and feed it to AJ and his friends and don't tell them?

- Yes.

- Yes!

- ♫ Du nuh du nuh dunt dunt!

- Donna?

Okay, what'd you get?

Pass right, ooh!

You pass one egg to Johnna.

This game is ruthless.

- So I choose this one for...

- Johnna.

You can't shake it or change your mind!

Alright, Johnna.

- Noooo!

I don't want it to crack.

- [Josh] Oh my goodness.

- [All] Ooooh!

- [Sarah] How did you know?

You felt it jiggle?

- I felt it, I was like, oh no!

- Guess what, Johnna, it's your turn to spin.

- Wow, that sucks.

- Okay, Johnna just got a...

- [All] Pass one to the right

- Oh no.

- [All] Oooooooh!

- Alright, you got a one.

Oh no, you have to crack one on yourself.

- [AJ] Yep, cracked.

- There we go.

- Here you go, AJ.

- ♫ Egg Roulette

♫ It's so fun

♫ It's the most fun I've had on a Friday this week

I got a one.

Oh crud.

Ooooh!

(laughs)

- Evan got a pass one left?!

- Ha!

- So if this one cracks I'm out?

- Yes (laughs)

- This one looks raw.

- It is, it is.

- Why do I feel like I'm the first loser of this game?

Ooooh!

(laughs)

- At least you didn't get me.

- I'm going to go with this one.

Okay, please don't.

- Luna!

- [Josh] The dog is eating the raw eggs, Sarah.

- [Michael] Whooooa.

- Pass one to the right which is...

- But you're out.

- I'm out, so that's Evan.

Evan, she has to give you and egg and you get to pick it.

- No no, please!

- Yes, yes, yes!

- No no no please please, just let me skip one turn!

- (laughing) Let's see him play, too.

- No not on... ooh!

Not on me.

Did he just smash a raw egg on me?

- [Michael] Yeah.

- That was your turn on yourself!

Alright, Evan has one.

- [Sarah] Here Evan, put it in here.

(buzzer)

- What are you doing?

Which one did you just smash?

- Pass one left!

- Okay, give it to Evan.

Give him a raw one.

- Pass it, and just do it straight on his head.

- No, Johnna, you're not...

Johnna!

- [Johnna] Evan!

(buzzer)

Evan!

- Evan dodges two raw eggs.

Was that Johnna trying to smash on Evan's...

- Again it was hard boiled!

(buzzer)

- You're wasting all the hard boileds.

- That was my egg!

You had two eggs on me!

- Everyone just take a deep breath.

- You got two eggs one me.

- This is the Josh Darnit moment of zen.

It was, one was supposed to be on him,

the second was her passing left and he dodged it.

So he's technically out.

Even though he didn't take an egg.

- [Paige] Two?

- (laughs) I'm gonna win.

- [Michael] Oh, two.

- Oh, I think I just broke my...

- (laughs) That was the rock.

We did stick one rock in there.

(laughing)

It was ceramic.

Do you have to do another one?

- Yeah.

- I'm so sorry.

- Oh, ow!

(laughing)

- We've seen this on other egg roulettes,

sometimes the egg is just hard.

- How about we just smash it on the

ground to see what we get?

- Oh!

- Oh, that was a raw, oh!

- [Paige] That was a raw egg.

- I can't believe Paige is...

Did Johnna just win?

Did you take an egg?

- Now we smash all the rest on Evan.

- Man, this is uncomfortable.

- Hey Evan, to quote one of my favorite Evan vines,

you deserved it.

- You deserved it.

- Oh no.

- Ow (laughs).

- [Michael] Sarah, no, get these out of here.

- Someone protect my coffee.

- [Johnna] Don't throw it.

- [Michael] Oh, God.

Oh God.

Oh God.

Oh, Oh God!

- Ah, ha ha!

- No, this is a cool game!

- Shout out to commenter Dynamic Sports for their

amazing comment on YouTube, thanks, keep 'em coming.

Also, Johnna, Johnna you ready for your prize?

- Yeah.

- Because you are the big winner,

and a big winner deserves this.

(laughing)

- Great, man.

- In a world where people do this for a banana.

(laughs)

Alright here come...

Insert wasting food comment.

(laughing)

Hey guys, thanks for tuning and watching us destroy

ourselves with eggs.

- Hey this is healthy right?

- Yeah it is.

- This is, it's really good for your skin and hair, I think.

- Oh my God!

- Special thanks to Paige Ginn for coming all the way

up to our house and hanging out with us

and making a livestream and playing egg roulette.

It was super fun and being such great sport about this.

Because who would do this?

- Probably just me only.

- I'm gonna go wash my hair.

- We'll leave a comment below with her information.

Definitely give her a follow, she's a lot of fun.

- (making vomit noises)

- What's wrong?

- Oh no, get away!

- Get away.

- You guys are the best, thanks.

Like and subscribe.

Peace out, the internet.

Aright, guys, I'm really struggling, so.

Originally, they were going to prank me with these.

This is balut.

For those of you that don't know what this is.

This is like a partially...

It's like a

(dry heaving)

(laughing)

- It's like a partial chicken.

- There's a partial chicken in this.

Is it chicken?

Or is it a different kind of bird?

- [Michael] Sure.

- It's a...

- So, bonus round, we're going to smash these on our,

on our heads.

And I'm just trying not to throw up.

I'm having a really hard time.

- I say we eat 'em.

- I'm no, no.

(dry heaving)

- Just crack 'em and put it in our mouth.

We can spit it out.

- I can't.

I can't even do that with raw eggs.

- Just try it.

- Three, two, one.

Uh, oh, what is this?

Oh God!

(dry heaving)

(laughing)

- I almost threw up and I didn't even...

Wait, let me see it.

- [Michael] (laughing)

- (screaming)

- [Josh] Oh, I hate it.

(laughing)

- [Michael] Oh my God, oh, that's so gross!

Get ready for Trumpcare 2 0 White House reverses course, looks to renew health care battle - Duration: 5:12.

Get ready for Trumpcare 2.0 White House reverses course, looks to renew health care battle

Despite his loud proclamations to the contrary, President Donald Trump appears ready to tackle

health care reform again.

I would say that we will probably start going very, very strongly for the big tax

cuts and tax reform.

That will be next, Trump told reporters in the White House after the GOP failed to

rally enough support to pass the American Health Care Act last Friday.

Yet only days after the embarrassing defeat of the House Republicans bill to repeal

and replace the Affordable Care Act, which Trump backed and lobbied Republicans on the

Hill to support, Trump is still looking to dismantle the signature legislative accomplishment

of his predecessor one way or another.

According to the New York Times, White House chief strategist Steve Bannon is already meeting

with members of the conservative House Freedom Caucus and the more moderate Tuesday Group,

in an effort to hash out a compromise between the bitterly divided factions of the Republican

caucus.

White House staff has met with individuals and listened to them, press secretary Sean

Spicer explained to reporters on Tuesday.

Have we had some discussions and listened to ideas?

Yes.

AshLee Strong, a spokeswoman for House Speaker Paul Ryan, confirmed to the Washington Post

that Ryan meet with Trump at the White House on Monday and also met separately with Vice

President Pence, Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price and chief of staff Reince

Priebus.

Spicer said lawmakers from both parties have reached out to the White House since the repeal-and-replace

measures collapse on Friday.

So there has been a discussion and I believe there will be several more, he said.

Im not saying weve picked a strategy and were going to go with this group or

that group.

It was, of course, the Freedom Caucus that Trump publicly blamed for sinking his health

care plan:

On Twitter Monday night, Trump hinted that he may be more inclined to negotiate Trumpcare

2.0 with Democrats, many of whom are up for reelection in 2018 in states won by Trump,

than with the most recalcitrant conservative members of the Republican Party.

Ive been saying for years that the best thing is to let Obamacare explode and then

go make a deal with the Democrats and have one unified deal, the president told the

Washington Post immediately after demanding House Speaker Paul Ryan pull the American

Health Care Act from a scheduled floor vote Friday.

And they will come to us; we wont have to come to them.

But while House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi recently took formal steps to work on improvements

to the law that Republicans have derisively called Obamacare for seven years, it is virtually

inconceivable that a Democratic Party that is beginning to move toward coalescing around

single-payer health care would suddenly go along with any possible bill put forward by

Ryan and Trump.

After all, the Congressional Budget Office has said that while the market for individual

coverage is currently stable in most of the country under Obamacare, the first version

of Trumpcare would eventually have left 24 million more Americans uninsured.

Perhaps thats why Trump was so quick to shift the discussion of his major policy and

political failure on Friday to focus on other agenda items.

Republicans, on the other hand, appear eager to jump back into negotiations over an issue

they have campaigned on for the last three election cycles.

We saw good overtures from those members from different parts of our conference to

get there because we all share these goals, and were just going to have to figure out

how to get it done, Ryan said after a meeting of the entire House Republican conference

on Tuesday the first since Trump traveled to Capitol Hill last week to threaten members

of the Freedom Caucus to support Trumpcare.

I dont want us to become a factionalized majority.

I want us to become a unified majority, and that means were going to sit down and talk

things out until we get there, and thats exactly what were doing.

Rep. Steve Scalise of Louisiana, the House Republican whip aligned with conservatives

in the conference, made the curious claim, We are closer to repealing Obamacare than

we ever have been before. He continued, Were going to keep working because

this issue isnt going away.

According to the Washington Post, the Ryan told Republican donors during a Monday conference

call that a plan is being developed in time to brief them in-person at a GOP retreat in

Florida scheduled for Thursday and Friday.

In a strange way, this really merged our teams our team in the House with the presidents

team even more closely, Ryan reportedly told

the GOP donors.

Begining of the month Book Haul Part 1 - Duration: 4:52.

what's going on youtube family I got a

bookhaul coming at you stay tuned to

hear what I'm reading. yes! American

versatility in the flesh. hey youtube

family first off man I want to shout out

some people man I don't know if many you

recall but a lot of my subscribers man

gave us some feedback and held me up at

the top of the year I actually mentioned

that I was gonna start reading more

crime fiction i felt like i was reading

a little bit too much nonfiction and

actually like many of you know I'm an

aspiring writer i'm working on my first

debut novel and it's actually going to

be classified as a crime fiction book

and so I wanted to read more books in my

genre so I reached out to my subscribers

and i answer some for some for some

people to recommend some books to me man

and these are some of the people that I

specifically want to thank man these are

the people that stood out and left some

feedback and recommended some books man

that I really appreciate it first off

the tindale twins, bushehroshishi. she um

they actually recommended a Walter

Mosley as a crime fiction author and It's

actually one of the his books is

actually in the haul that I'm about to

do so shout-out to Bushehroshishi. I

apologize if I'm saying that name wrong

but thank you so much. SAF world books

and Belinda's book Nook. I want to

thank you guys so much for recommending

um the books for me crime fiction books

for me to read I'm definitely took

notes and I made kind of a database

of the authors and books that you guys

recommending. I'm going to be actually

knocking about some sooner than later

but rest assured I'm gonna probably get

to all of them this year so the first

book I like to start off with is K'wan foye kwan foye

new book, diamonds and pearl and so

diamonds and pearl is about a young guy

named diamonds, he's actually from

Louisiana I'm and it takes place a few

years after Hurricane Katrina so the

book starts off with um he's about to be

displaced from hurricane

and diamond is he's a jackboy he's a

robber so he ends up robbing a drug

dealer and then so he actually takes off

after the the robbing the drug dealer

and he goes to set up shop in a new

location a new city of course 'cause New

Orleans had to go through all the

rebuilding stuff after Katrina and so he

ends up going up to New York where he

meets a young woman named pearl and you

know, things ensue after that so man

K'wan's Kwan's been in the game quite a while man

on some of you may know I read his

previous novel, Animal, and it was

entertaining man so I'm definitely gonna

keep staying on the Kwan K'wan train man and

checking this book out diamonds and

Pearl. it actually came out october

two thousand sixteen so it's definitely

not that old yet another book i'm

reading my crime fiction author is

charcoal joe by walter mosley i actually

got this from the library. many of you

who are familiar with Walter Mosley knows

that he has a distinctive detective

character that he's written multiple

books about um who is called Easy Rawlins

and that's actually um I believe

Easy Rawlins is actually one of the

characters is the character that got

turned into a movie with denzel washington

i believe played him in Devil in a blue dress

that was Easy Rawlins on

a lot of people know that movie that's a

very popular movie, one of denzel's

kind of premier works um and so man i

really want to check out walter. I think

Walter is he kind of sets the bar for

all living black crime fiction authors

right now I mean he has just a slew of

crime fiction books in his collection

and man he really makes a point to like

he sits down and allocates a block of

time every day to write books and so man

he definitely is a writer I'm aspiring

to kind of get get like a man really

develop a kind of work ethic and oh man

so shout out to walter mosley man i'm

looking forward to digging into this as

well alright so i'm actually this is

part 1 i'm actually gonna be releasing

part 2 of the book haul

too so stay tuned man comment down below

if either these two books on your radar

to read soon and I actually got two more

coming in part to man so click that next

button on the video man and go check

that out so if you guys want to put the

next two parts and video to watch later

come back man just noted we gonna be

back here man but from zone one to zone

six and all my partners in the sticks y'all

be cool and remember we out here building

not destroying I'll see you in part two

Motivation for Weight Loss - Ash Kirwan - Duration: 4:33.

ashkirwan from ashkirwan.com.au and in

this video I'm going to teach you how to

stay motivated to lose weight because

it's not easy man I know from being a

hundred twenty-five kilos myself and

years ago it's been a long journey back

down that road of being healthy and fit

and vibrant to where now I'm

consistently building my calisthenics

program on running quite regularly

bodyboarding whenever the waves are up

and actually living an exasperated life

but when I was 125 kilos men life sucked

it was so hard to get motivated and

getting up and moving and you know if

you're overweight I can I can empathize

with you i'm not going to sympathize

with you because that's what kept me

limited and holding on to that way too

is that sympathy of i wish i could or i

really one day maybe i'll get there

however you know I had a good friend of

mine say to me and which is what I'll

say to you is very start of the speedo

as we moved forward on this journey

together because I will stay with you

together is that losing weight is a

lifestyle change man if you want to

actually dedicate yourself to losing

weight and getting back to the life and

the activities and the relationships do

you really know that you deserve because

you do to them and doesn't matter who

you are you're worthy of love and

connection of gross and contribution to

whatever level that is that you wish and

desire to play out because it you're

given a human right to be respected as

an equal human being to every person

else the matter how intelligent smart

fat overweight ugly good-looking you are

financially adapt or financially

internet that you are you are worthy of

respect to an equal amount of anybody

else so that's something and different

mentor said to me is that when we step

out of subordinating upward down to

anybody in particular we start to step

into our own power of our self because

to be centered in our self no matter how

we're feeling thinking looking or

perceived by everybody else for stepping

into our own power and our own space

gives us self control it gives us

balance and center on our self and

that's when we have that best

opportunity and chance

to move forward in whatever area of life

that is and in this video we'll talk

about the motivational of weight loss so

to be centered and understand where

we're at and understand the junior of

ahead of us and realize that life is a

marathon and not a strength it's kind of

what weight loss transformation is all

for me because the idea of creating a

lifestyle change if we want to lose

weight and maintain our weight loss you

know I lost 50 kilos over the last eight

years and I did that by allowing myself

to dignity of losing maximum one killer

weeks because that allowed me Shearson

change my perceptions around my

lifestyle move towards a lifestyle is

more conducive to who I want to express

myself as unique identity and a

personality and step into my full

creativity and flow of my own spiritual

version of myself I guess you could say

and become a greater version of myself

and so I had to see myself as shifting

my lifestyle not just shifting my diet

or getting out smashing myself down the

road and drop in a cup of caves on the

clock every day and you know where am I

sneak it out at capacity it was having

me just drop weight because you know

there are many different aspects of

weight loss not just cutting fat and

building muscle you know we've got to

change our minds that we've got to

change the way that we perceive the

rollerplate otherwise it gives us the

energy and motivation to get up and

build momentum to do the exercise to

change our diet to want to learn and the

fine-tuning empowerment metabolism and

our body works because we're not told

how our body works not told how i

functioned as each person is different

body type and and lifestyle and diet and

routine and things that have happened

experiences in our life are all

different so our mental health now went

of mental clarity mental wells place a

big part in our ability to shift and

change our lifestyle to be more

conducive to a light weight loss

summation and so

Depression and alcohol - Duration: 12:55.

booze can be a fucking awesome thing

ma'am it can also be really really

destructive like I mean of I'm an Aussie bloke

its best times I don't mind a beer and a

few Bourbons and run the market falling

asleep in the bath and being a complete

Galaga get enough regard for surf on

Saturday more than having a cracker talk

straight the pub afterwards and Ben ye

are back and do it again on Sunday

there's times when I shouldn't

completely do that at all and I've had

to learn to be the first one to admit

that because boobs can be distracted

especially in the alleviation of

depression there are my fundamentals and

understanding depression is a function

in the human body serves to actually

teach us what we need to change

something about a life for a life style

their decisions or a relationship it's

gone for us so alcohol is a depressant

is not a great think used to numb out

unresolved issues or anger or torment or

depression woman throws it and it's easy

for me to say that because I am on the

other side of that now although when I

was in that it was very hard to sit with

those emotions it was very hard as it

would be angled at a pass because it was

just like this energy is buzzing through

my system that I couldn't get rid of and

yet to drink booze was to just go back

into the happy place and go back to the

skylark and back to the fun and you know

moved beyond all that stuff almost like

that from the first tip it's taken a lot

of work on myself to be able to sit with

the anger the torment the anxiety the

inability to communicate effectively

with certain people at certain times in

my life and you know that's that's

really been one of the biggest lessons

I've learned in relation of alcohol and

depression is that you know it is those

emotions that

turn us more to the drink and more to

the alcoholic side of our personality

and addictive natured side of our

personality that keep us limited and

stunted within our depression that stop

us moving beyond it something about to

really evolve and I'm set myself is the

cloud all Valcke ilysm you know because

if you're a heavy drinker like couple of

drinks five times a week or over a long

period of time it takes three months for

that alcohol to completely be eradicated

out of your system at a cellular level

at a macro a mikrosil cellular level

sorry and so having alcohol in your

system at a micro level for three months

as a heavy drinker you know that has a

play on your perceptive consciousness

level because part of your system is

always in cognitive function to

eradicate the toxins that in system

which you're very punishing each night

we don't become aware of it until we

spend a lot on a long lifetime away from

the alcohol and it's very hard to do if

your constant suppressing anger or

unresolved emotions that come from

relationship issues or life issues or or

whatever they come from also a bit of a

symptom of post-traumatic stress

disorder you know and yet it's funny

that that's where the one thing that's

the most destructive force within our

healing is the one thing we kept

reaching for which is the source of the

addiction you know it's just a

disconnection from knowing a greater

truth or be enough to see a greater past

forward to what we really want in our

life what we're trying to create or

whatever level man yeah that's why we

end up in depression the first place is

just the bodies function and symptoms of

teaching us that we need to change

something I need to switch something up

or be true to myself on a different

level that spiritually we fundamentally

want to and spiritually I don't mean

what from any religious standpoint of

any

Corner specific be ready cool context is

just basically the electrical identity

that makes up nor correct charismatic

self with your personality in this

conscious living world because you're

not a robot you're not a tree somehow

you learn to use this language to create

this identity that is your unique

expression of who you are and like

somehow it just appears it's not a

robotic function so there's some

spiritual connection there so if you've

gone through the depression that's what

the suppressant depressing of alcohol

was not a good thing because you're

already in the depressed day not knowing

how to solve find a solution to a

problem making it worse putting a

depression on diving a deeper to double

it back over on to the Eagle quantum

level of happiness which ultimately in

the end just leaves you more and more

lethargically removed from your truth

and and further away from what it is you

really really want and that's the

catch-22 it till it because what goes up

must come down you can keep skylarking

and laugh and accounting Ford being the

goose and life of the party for as long

as you want I'm sure you can maintain

that until it all falls in a crash in

heat and then what eventually you've got

to sit with that staff to evolve that to

move beyond that to understand it and

that's why the cloud of alcoholism is

not it's not a good thing it's not

anything that will get you closer to

where you want to be ultimately what you

tell our stories on the booze and we can

be the life of party that we can be the

clan goose or would like they're as

tough as we want carry the way the world

man don't stand on ahead but you know

when the chips down and when all said

and done from doors closed who are on

our own no one else around

you still going to be telling yourself

that story you know is that the story

you're really going to be painting

yourself that you got there in the end

made something good out of something

nothing because of me that's what we've

got to try and do it'll make something

good out of something nothing but none

of the sacrifice of everything else in

your life what's going on I'm sitting

with that anger and sitting with that

tall man seen without depression sitting

with that anxiety all the other emotions

in between it's uncomfortable I get in

sticky it's it's not nice

it's fucking horrible

that they don't last

eventually when you see those emotions

for long enough they subside and they

they passed and they evolved they

evolved in something new a new

understanding maybe some standing of

something we didn't see or to get all

mr. point ogle they do need to accept

maybe it's some stuff about yourself

that you don't really want to face and

don't like it could be all sorts of

things with inside that emotion is

somebody that's hurting and I know how

to deal with that hurt not pain what's

going on me because that's so either

deal with seeing with that toilet seeing

that pine and letting it evolve the

moving through it is one of the best

things you can do while the most

glorified in time because when you come

out the other side it's like you see the

world and this whole new shiny vine

start to realize the importance of

exploring life and exploring

relationships and exploring a potential

life has to offer and it really makes

once you come out the other side of

those emotions that real it may you

realize the importance of fun

you

that's why alcohol is not good for

depression because even though you

haven't found that moment you still wake

up tomorrow and you still at same issues

you feel what stuff same stuff going on

I know it sucks I know it's right sucks

this is what a runaway you just want to

bolt you just wanna say fuck the world

is that entities you say that there was

a lot of negative stuff going on well

there's a lot of corrupt stuff gallon or

there is not a great level of effective

communication going on the world there

is not a lot of leadership by example so

it's easy just to run run run run run so

I solving your problems but and solve on

like when i when i SAT with them so with

those emotions are mine but I would

after I started realizing the place like

this down the road for me that I could

just go over and chill out out and have

fun just this in the nature listen the

birds see the park enjoy my own space

and really kind of live for whole

renewed poetic existence right and see

the fine and the magic in moments know

like and get creative with my spare time

rather than just creating like border

stressed out to surf again and getting

into our calisthenics and then it goes

constructively with life again having

relationships and meeting new people and

being a renewed version of myself rather

and somebody combine like conditioned by

the cloud of alcohol why'd you do that

the thing is like out of everything you

can do a lot alcohol is probably the

worst because you end up in that cloud

not that I condone drug use at all

because I believe that once we can

create a greater level of connectivity

and communication was in all people with

he'll start to find new ways of

expressing themselves in connecting in

new levels and opening up new

conversations they will don't have a

need to go and escape the realities of

life because we're consistently creating

new arts and building new relationships

and finding new ways to express

ourselves the most important solve it

myself if you're watching this video in

purposely sell for people like people

who want to share super motion with

others importance of understanding that

it is time for new conversations it is

time to help one another motives for

emotional conditionings and evolve as a

community

Beginning of the month Book Haul Part 2 - Duration: 4:26.

yes American versatility in the flesh. so

we're back for part two with a book haul

now two more books left, bang, bang so

let's start off with the paperback first.

so the first our book is Writing My Wongs

life, death, and redemption in an

American prison by Shaka Senghor and

this is a really interesting

book man its actually the autobiography

of Shaka Senghor so he actually went

to prison when he was 19 years old, he's

from Detroit Michigan he actually uh

murdered a young man and went to prison

and he actually got out when he was 37

or 38 so he did almost 20 years in the

prison. and he actually man I think

like eight of those years he was in

solitary confinement; not many of you

know what solitary confinement is, it's when

you're locked down for 23 hours out

of a24 hour day. the only hour your out is

like to like maybe make a quick phone

call, shower, things of that nature, and

I actually was in solitary for a little

bit and I know that sometimes that's up

to their discretion, like they don't even

have to let you out. sometimes you can

go a day or two or three days without

being able to come out and take a shower

so you know he just had some

really just insightful thoughts man of

going through his progression and so I'm

looking forward to reading this so shout

out to shaka senghor man it's

actually a new york times bestselling

book, it came out a few years ago it came

out in a, elt's see... it came out originally

in 2013 bit it got re-published in 2016

so shout out to shaka man, i'm

looking forward to getting to this. the

next book is actually going to be a

buddy read i'm doing with Morgan Gayle

so everybody who hasn't

subscribed to Morgan Gayle's channel yet,

I will leave a link down in the

description. go check her out, she

actually does some she actually has some

really great content on her

channel on and I encourage everybody to

go check her out. so the book that we are

going to be buddy reading is called They Can't Kill Us All

by Wesley Lowery, and

Wesley Lowery is actually a reporter for

The Washington Post and he specializes

in reporting on law enforcement and

justice. now he specifically looks

at a few of the shootings, namely

Ferguson, Missouri which was the

Michael Brown shooting and the one in

Baltimore so which was Freddie Gray I

believe um when he got like his back

broken and stuff and they actually got a

settlement for that but still that

doesn't make it right man. no amount of

money can bring back a loved one

who's got their life taken away so you

know people look at that and say oh you

know they got some money they should be

okay, no. let me tell you right now it's just

like going to prison, no amount of money

can can make it OK from going back to

prison man; time is something that you

can never get back and losing the loved

one and something you can never get back

so I'm really looking forward to reading

this man. I heard he did an excellent job

writing this book, very

forward-thinking man it was very uh

straight up and kind of uh really gives

you some behind-the-scenes footage. he

was actually a reporter on the ground

going around and looking at this

stuff and reporting on the black

lives matter movement that was happening

and in those kind of like hot beds

that were going on as soon as the

shootings happened, and so man it's

interesting i'm definitely looking

forward to reading it, um and like i said

i'll be buddy reading with Morgan Gayle ,

anybody who's read it man definitely

let me know anybody who's read

Writing My Wrongs by Shaka Senghor let me know

so we can discuss it down below. I'm going to be

getting to these books very shortly so

don't worry about spoiling it for me.

I'm always grateful for some feedback

and discussions and comments so holla at

me man, and I'm out from zone one to

zone six and all my partners in the

sticks man y'all be cool out there, and

remember we out here building not destroying.

take care

The Journey - Duration: 4:28.

Hi guys, I'm Ash Kirwan, founder of wisdom

dynamics and the YouTube program the TLC of

family dynamics and in this short series

I'm going to take you a little story

telling journey through my journey through the

mental health system and my story of what

was going on for me then how I actually

managed to hew the depth of the mental

health issues I was going through which

they work pretty severe like the height

of iron mental health issues I had I was

125 kilos size 44 jeans I dealt with a

massive level of family dysfunction

growing up with level of domestic

violence of psychological abuse witches

you know nothing worse than the regular

family in Australian history really I'm

not going to stand here and play the

victim because that's not the resolution

to mental health which is jr. won't take

you guys on and how we step out of blame

and back and our shame and guilt into

taking control of our life and living

needs a straight exasperated inspired

life and really taken from 12 of these a

temple and our mind and really taken

control of our spirit and our driver

what motivates and inspires us to

actually move beyond the darkness out of

the hole that we're seeing in into a

greater level of abundant life so really

hope you enjoy this series I'm about to

start shooting and uploading to YouTube

with you guys this is going to be like

an offshoot of my free Chelsea course

which I'm going to be updating because

obviously my understanding around the

knowledge of a crudo the years is

starting to evolve as only put this

information out there so if you know of

anyone who can really enjoy pathogenic

of different parts of this story telling

I'm going to put in two different

modules for different kind of lessons

that I've come about from different

periods of my life so I'm going to do it

in a chronological water and say from my

teenage years informative adolescent see

is right through to my young adult years

when I was 25 the last one was mentally

sushant so that will basically be

wearing my general be heading into like

when I come I'm the journey out of there

like I'm video now so I've spent 13

years until

actually prescribed medication and I was

on two and a half thousand milligrams of

ethylene and one milligram of

antipsychotics which will come to me

somewhere later down the track but you

know I called supposed to be on

medication for life in diagnosis was

like I started off and they told me that

I was man-eating and manic depressive

and then black polar and then it could

really wowed the options what has gone

wrong for me because like what I come to

understand there's a lot of my emotional

unresolved and stuff going on for me in

my world is over the years was just

basically clothes belong in my mind and

having me not understood understand or

process to learn how my body work and

now to express myself clearly to be

understood the people in my life right

through issues of going on in my

external peer groups and environments to

really move towards where it was the one

to create in my world and for me a lot

of values what's going on people and

make sure mental health is different for

every different person in the world

today like that I can agree with but

it's only because the content of

people's lives are different no two

people ever leave the same stories are

there for an experience on how that we

ingest food our body or folds and how

our body actually functions and reaction

responds to different foods and

difficulties reprieve in different

situations issues based on our worlds

and how we see how well is what

different people's experiences of mental

health is different for everyone you

know by the fundamentals of biological

principles very very much mechanic to me

and that's what I tend to believe inside

the message i'm putting out there and

I'm no by no means going to stand here

and put myself out there is any

qualified like an expert but I do value

myself is Janice from the subject

because I've lived this fucking

experience man and I'll fucking backed

out through and I am willing to stand

here and hold back horse to the fuckin

to the crib man so I hope you guys enjoy

this journey and if you know of anyone

who could really enjoy the journey with

us reach out and remember to like

subscribe and share till really think

good bad or otherwise because that

feedback is invaluable for me I love

hecklers because even heckles they've

got something going on in their world

and then

deserve love and respect to so here's to

you and your crew and the whole new year

dude

Weight loss inspiration - Ash Kirwan - Duration: 14:26.

hi I'm Ash Kirwan from ashkirwan.com.au

and in this video I'm going to share

with you some weight loss inspiration

that I found in my life when I decided

to change my lifestyle in order to Bert

lose 50 kilos and really created a new

motivation and drive an inspiration in

my life and it was a time when I was in

esperance and I was actually no at the

height of my way over the hundred

twenty-five kilos this story happened

when I was 102 killers so it already

been on the weight loss journey for a

little while and I was living in a place

called Esther in sin and us in Western

Australia and I was just really deep

motivated which was working rebuilding

old homestead from 1869 which is 130 k s

east of esperance working with one other

bloke and you know coming into town on

the weekend and it wasn't my town that

I've grown up in I'll drop into it

solves an outsider and so even in

Australia it's very hard sometimes to be

accepted into a country town and and

create a new social group A and really

fit in because there's that kind of

small town mentality that goes a lot in

Australia because it's not that we have

an underdeveloped culture but we kind of

just have a very quiet emasculating

culture where you've got prove yourself

worthy judge between you and 110 hundred

and two kilos oh I remember now thing is

beautiful little place if you've ever

heard of esperance an old esperance

beautiful little coastal town on the

bottom of Australia with white sandy

beaches and some beautiful bush that

that comes down into this kind of really

tropical turquoise blue aqua waters on

the seaside and it's very much like

tropical island and I've spent no I'm

not fair feeling very isolated from my

stats on and it was only I remember one

day after one boy waking up with a

complete

however and thinner at the local pub

tonight before trying to make friends

jumping on stage in the karaoke and

singing to a couple of different songs

three doors down kryptonite which is a

big one one if I go predator that will

you still call me Superman if I'm of

them will you be there hold it in my

hand you know a lot of thing I love

expressing myself I'm an artist on the

Creator and so to me to get on stage of

the knives and then do another song

where I just busted out open rhyme you

know I've got clapped and cheered by all

the locals and yet when I've got a

strange Norman really wanted to talk to

you interact with me so I really felt

alienated an isolated in that point in

my life and yet i'm in this beautiful

tropical existence my familiars lesson

same thing ever is but what's wrong with

these people wait i'm here like our God

day I you nobody wants to say hello one

you just one all sit around telling me

that everyone the gay in this matter it

just seemed to me it was just a lack of

culture I think a lot of people with

Australian probably worldwide dealing

with very similar issues and not fitting

mean you know what I chose not to be in

and to become a unique version of myself

that I start to find an ever greater

level of who I was it first or the

unique identity sun express myself in

different ways that more laid off

journey really started to take off and I

remember this morning I woke up with a

hangover slank I'll put everything in

box light but still didn't make any real

lasting friendships and yet when I

looked at the swell report like because

I bought myself a bodyboard before I

went down there because I wanted to

learn to play boy again something I DVR

teenager is something I really admired

people surfing waves and what up

write-ups when you roll down its bought

me this well today now I'm I know if I

have just God have a look down the beach

don't took my boy board and I'll throw a

little better well thats huge bands

wicked and pulled up at this little

little beach called for beach in

esperance is beautiful to open babe you

can see for four mile back so he just

want to talk for pinch

formal or at abide to the other point

and it's like this crystal turquoise

were sparking theories for meter waves

pompoms open be slide 9 you can see like

the grains of sand shipping across the

bottom of the sea bed in a couple meters

of water like that beautiful and the way

to pump it on now so however and still I

feared I'm white why is it just rolling

in so casually so smooth there's

learning three people out and I'm like

well if I got to lose man so I just

decided that a man with a hangover like

it all my infinite wisdom and complete

stupidity that it was going to be a

great idea for you to paddle out and

attempt to surf I these things because I

had nothing to lose anyway and sometimes

when we're on our weight loss journey

and we need to find the inspiration to

lose weight sometimes it's by throwing

caution to the wind and just pulling the

anchor man and see what happens you know

so remember sitting on beach John what

am i doing and feeling I don't know if I

really I really dug up your Lewis I'm

ones will try this if the does Elena

just turn around and float back in on

the white water so I'm kind of now I'm

coming out on some of the white walls

are getting the wildlife of the crashing

waves of getting a lot heavier and

thicker the further I get out which also

getting closer to where the waves

breaking and I thought I realize how did

I want because I was running out of

brass and I'll son just went spew and

dry reach and empty the contents and

last night back into the building

conditions on the water hoping we'll but

my show coming to say hello good morning

however and I've got throws it out

further out I've seen one of these guys

started paddling for a wave to the set

data coming in here which is in between

your sets you've got bigger waves they

get bigger set coming and then the way

to get smaller sets roll out and then

you've got sets of ways but floors blood

flow coming in insects and so it's like

a blood pulse of wires that come through

to the shoreline and so I made through

the fur the middle of the sets and then

as I go out to the fact that's when the

real

the peak of the sets are coming through

your mind same and so I've seen this guy

cattle into one of the one of the SAT

waves and I'm like holy crap my arm in

this guy's way where he was going to

drop down to face delayed answer onto

the face of life and cut down back into

the into the face of outer surface at

the beach I was writing skies way and

I'm like well I'm already a breath of

stuff so I start paddling my cattle try

to get out of his way and yet the way he

didn't quite make it onto the waves

though it's the way starts feathering up

where it's about to throw over the lip

and barrel right he's just dropped off

back he didn't wasn't quite in place and

stops got past him and that that's a job

here as it starts to feather thinking oh

my god so first hotels can he get road

by him secondly I'm thinking oh my god

i'm about to get wild on its wave on the

lips about to come down and smash me

right on the forehead feels like our

even then i'll do double stress i'm

telling you in harder they're lovely on

for hang on i'm not even sure where or

how that thought come into like existing

something anywhere remotely central

right decided I was gonna turn around

and just have a crackers Tony Stark no

bread just finished cry reaching low

tomorrow just spun around given two

kicks with the flippers and also this

weighs on me during this run what I mean

though in there nestled up here dropping

in as its red a barrel straight over

taught me one hundred and two kilos man

no breath left ball sometime get

barreled for the first time and the

first wave in probably about 15 years

yeah in 11 version of the truth it's

pure it's handy on the second version of

the truth oh my god what a wave round

like our livers drop it in on that thing

thinking what a hell am I actually doing

this is the most insane thing I've ever

done this thought worked for about are

really second as I've just dropping hit

the bottle way bottom turn and card back

up a fight off for well but if I don't

actually make that bottom two

back out flashed away my I'm already out

of breath I've also just allowance bill

to become a grain of sand clear as day

been wrong prophecy bed with blackboard

floating on service and yet as I made a

fortune when my mind went to a different

place I forgot about being out of breath

I forgot about being 100 2 kilos i

forgot about being not fit and the only

thing that existed in that moment was me

in that lane and therefore as I turf

bottom turned up inside that barrel I

just can't been and that's proceeded to

surf that wave all the way up that beach

as far as the eye can see and know that

way probably i surf that way for

reckoned 30 seconds 40 seconds I

remember pulling off to the channel one

must have gone across three banks and

three channels you know to get to the

end deeper child which is the channel

you've got a sand Bank which is the high

part of the water and the way the rip

goes out is the channel and so the ocean

always moves the sand around like that

civilized out by banks and channels

those channels wise move depending on

whether swell control and how it moves

the sand around how that ecosystem of

that ocean environment is actually

involved so as the water a wave comes

over sand banquets in the shower version

the label get bigger and loftier and

pick up more of a wall because there's

more volume of water coming out of

shoulder surface of pushes the water up

and when the water when the wave go that

when you're serving away when you go

through the channel part because the

more deeper the wave will definitely

lesson of volume and not be as sharp

because there's a less volume of water

coming over operator body of water and

so therefore that's all created bowels

and what creates the faces Elaine on

different sections so pulling into the

channel at the end when the way finally

died off because was too deep for that

volume of wave to actually be able to

crash and break and looking back and

seeing where the other three guys with a

sense of a hand irrelevant holy shit man

oh just do that like an hour ago Liz

feeling like absolute crap not feeling

good about myself

having a low self-worth really not

seeing any value in the role that I was

playing the world even though I was in

this beautiful paradisiacal place to

like having a Tiffany the size of the

gum disease it was like I can't express

you guys have magic that moment wants me

I was like it really was one the

greatest moments of my journey through

layoffs and finding my inspiration to

really keep going because in seven times

that journey of losing 50 kilos there

was only timeless of like what's the

point why bother and if you look into

your own life and your own journey of

weight loss they've been many times in

your life three single at that point

there's no point for my brother but then

it only takes a glimpsing moment like

that to actually change the whole

paradigm of how you perceive the role

you train in your life in the life of

other people around you but also a hoot

urs person and your ability to go out

solve problems effectively for yourself

and create the life that you want to

create through weight loss and through

all the other mediums that we have

available to us as an expression as an

identity polish human being because we

are all unique codes of fingerprints of

identities it's not our way to that's

not our legality it's not our walk and

it's not our money and it's not anything

else that creates who we are as persons

how we express ourselves and how we

choose to solve problems and move beyond

the issues of our life create a greater

level of abundance for our self and the

world around us based apply our

intention that's conducive to who we

want to be it's always going to be doing

bad in life is what I've realized even

losing 50 kilos now you know every day

for me is still a challenge and I still

see as as as fun because it's seen the

challenges as i get my greatest growth

see my challenges that i get the grades

ability to express who I really am as a

person through not accepting what is

that I get to create what could be at

any given moment especially now because

now they lost to tequila

got so much energy now surfed all around

Australia of dr. landscape business and

now I'm building my youtube channel to

develop an identity in the public arena

on how to resolve family dynamics and

mental health issues through the

understanding of our ability to express

itself actively and communicate

effectively in vicinity to the greater

community which all comes himself

understand itself and finding our latest

earth that fucking beautiful wave right

out for fetching ending up right and

channel the end looking back and God

come here man I did that now that's what

I want for you that's the purpose of

these viewers of doing for your weight

loss their family dynamics and all the

other topics on discussing in because

that's available for you surfing a wave

right into the channel of your own life

whether that be on a blade board

surfboard with a paintbrush or a cooking

pan is up to you that's your own version

expression of itself but that's a real

possibility to you so live bowl brush

and unrestricted because portal is not

the truth the capability the possessed

person sales courageous with the eye of

their install p

BEST WEAPON BEHAVIOR AUGMENTS GUIDE MASS EFFECT ANDROMEDA - Duration: 10:49.

Hey guys, today we're gonna tackle a requested subject, Augments that change the ammunition

and or the way the gun works and not just adding a buff to a statistic.

In short, it's stuff like the lightning augment, plasma charge system augment and more.

Remember guys if you like these videos please be sure to hit that like button it really

helps me and the channel and lets me know what you want to see.

Without further delay, let's get right into it.

<title:>

So we'll start this showcase slash breakdown with 'Electrical Conduits',

This augment changes the projectile of a gun to streams of electricity, it essentially

shoots lightning out of your gun, it looks freaking badass.

For most weapons however this augment will severely diminish its damage, for example,

a very high damage weapon like Dahn will be rendered almost useless, it's damage taken

from 1000 on the highest beast model down to 50.

Thanks to many people making this mistake, we can all learn and not put it on Dahn.

BUT!

If you put it on a low damage high rate of fire weapon it becomes somewhat unstoppable.

To make this video less than an hour long I will be choosing the weapons I test the

augments on via a mixture of research scattered around the internet, recommendations and logic,

each weapon will have only the augment in question unless otherwise stated with no mods

at rank 2.

For Electrical Conduits I have gone for Cyclone from Milky Way at 34 Damage and 675 rate of

fire, Soned Assault Rifle from Heleus at 39 Damage with 850 rate of fire and from Remnant

P.A.W. assault rifle with 42 Damage and 600 rate of fire,

Firstly you can see they are all assault rifles, this is due to submachine guns being a wimpy

version of an assault rifle packing little punch but an even smaller rate of fire, this

augment would be wasted on an SMG, all other weapon types are too high damage and lose

most of it from the augmentation.

For the Soned, I was largely disappointed, It was very slow to start, reminiscent of

a minigun and while the clip size was nice, it's damage was mediocre, capable of taking

down a shielded Kett with a clip is good but it was quite slow, I have many more weapons

that can take it down quicker.

It is also not an accurate weapon, it's lack of support for even a tiny little scope puts

me off completely, my personal preference for an assault rifle is to scope it, I don't

want a huge distance I just prefer the clearer control and view.

I should also mention that this gun is by far the most expensive out of all 3 requiring

60 Eiroch Fluid Sacs at rank 1 already hitting 70 at rank 2, that's a lot of Sacs for such

a 'meh' weapon.

The P.A.W was quite enjoyable, I don't consider it an amazing weapon with this augment compared

to other weapon and augment combinations, it rolls up instantly and does very nice damage,

the low clip size before overheating, however, is a large drawback, I don't think it packs

enough of a hit to warrant such a small clip size.

From what I see, many consider the P.A.W the best out there for this augment but I disagree,

it is in fact the cyclone, now this weapon deal less damage per second than the P.A.W.,

it's quite obvious, until you take into account the P.A.W.'s overheating, with that, the cyclone

destroys it.

with a larger clip size, it is far more usable, but this is balanced with the fact that it

has finite ammo and does take a moment to spin up before shooting the lightning, even

with that though, I consider it the best as it is the most usable in the average battle

and the most well balanced of the 3.

With all of that being said, however, I won't be putting a cyclone in my loadout anytime

soon as this augment isn't worth your time in my opinion, there are far better weapon

augment combinations out there, this may become useful in the future, but currently it just

looks awesome and that's about it.

As my father used to say, it's like lettuce, lots of colour but no taste, the man only

ever ate iceberg back then, no wonder he'd say that!

It should be noted that the effect it has for armour is very interesting and could be

an exceptional augment for the armour of a high melee player.

For our next Augment, we have 'Grenade Launcher'

The effect turns any projectile into a grenade for non-shotgun or for shotgun turns any shot

into grenades yet they are less powerful.

From a little looking around, others have found it to work well with shotgun, this makes

sense as anything with any range would be near impossible to remain accurate, the grenade

will quickly begin to drop off, rendering aim to be somewhat difficult.

A shotgun, depending on the type, so not Dahn again for anyone wondering, will have multiple

projectiles per shot all becoming grenade, sure they have reduced power but with the

right gun it could be one hell of a lot of grenades.

I decided to go with the recommended one from Milky Way, the Reegar Carbine Shotgun, which

from others research appeared to be the current winner and faced it off against the Heleus

Hesh shotgun and the Scattershot shotgun from the Remnant, which also happens to be the

only remnant shotgun.

The Reegar Carbine was indeed quite fun and relatively powerful, the spray is large and

explosive, the damage isn't anything to write home about but it is good, if you are to use

this Augment at all, then put it in the Reegar carbine.

That brings me to the Hesh, it is ok at best, but only once you are used to aiming at the

floor in front of your enemy for maximum coverage, or at super close range at their torso, the

hesh has a super long reload time and does less damage than the Reegar Carbine, it's

lack of accuracy makes this a no go in my opinion.

As for the Scattershot, this just failed in a huge way, it was badass while it fired,

then it reached 0% and overheated, I waited and waited and it never cooled down, it stayed

at 0% even after jumping back in the Nomad and driving elsewhere, I even tried picking

up ammo in case it was a weird ammo weapon now.

Do not use the grenade launcher on the Scattershot, it's pointless.

The next augment may as well be the sticky grenade, and as it does everything the grenade

launcher does but with adding glue, we can logically hand this to the Reegar Carbine...

NEXT!

Now onto the 'Ricochet System' augment,

This augment would logically suit grenade launchers, putting it on a sniper rifle would

give it scarce opportunity for use as you are usually so far away that finding a correct

angle would be unlikely in most cases, all other types are worse as a shotgun is close

range and with the general design of the game offer few hallways to fight in, assault rifles,

pistols and SMG's do to little damage per shot to keep up.

As there is only one actual grenade launcher in the game, the M37 Falcon, it is the only

clear choice for a single augment test, however, using this with the Plasma Charge Augment

could prove quite effective.

In case you're thinking it, there's no point adding this with the grenade launcher augment

as it ricochets anyway.

The Ricochet in the M37 Falcon is quite cool and certainly useful in some indoor situations

but not all that impressive in general,

However!

If you mix it with the Plasma Charge augment it is a friggin beast,

It explodes on both the bounce and contact allowing you to just plaster the enemy with

death, hitting them square on results in insane damage, I would recommend this combination

on the Falcon, though I will personally stick with the Dahn.

Next is the 'Plasma Charge System'

This fires direct line explosive plasma bolts, you can charge it for a triple threat attack,

I am not generally a fan of this, it says direct line but the charge does drop over

distance, I originally attached this to my Remnant sniper rifle and had to aim way above

to hit.

The internet appears to say it is only really useful on snipers as a single mechanic change

augment, I disagree in it's use at all as a singular and think it's perfect with the

ricochet on the Falcon but otherwise useless, never the less I will test with the 2 suggested

weapons, the Black Widow and the Isharay, both sniper rifles, high damage, low clip

and rate of fire, let's see how straight it flys on these.

I am happy to say I was wrong about the Black Widow with the Plasma Charge system, it is

definitely as predicted completely useless at distance due to the arc making any headshots

at long range impossible, but it performs extremely well at mid range, super high damage,

taking out an observer in just under 2 shots, this thing has power, but isn't that what

assault rifles are for?

I use my sniper at long range, sometimes at mid, shotgun at close with assault rifle to

fill out mid to close.

I think it's useful, but there are better choices for the average player, it definitely

a preference thing, no doubt about that, but it is stupidly powerful at mid range if you

get the shot right.

The Isharay though, I felt the augment actually made it worse, this is an incredibly powerful

sniper rifle that is actually a little less effective at any range than the Black Widow

with the same augment, the main big huge difference, is, that the damn thing only has one shot

per clip, that makes this weapon ONLY viable at all at long range, this augment makes it

mid or nothing so pointless to use on this weapon.

Now we have the 'Seeking Plasma System'

There is only one contender in this category as it's easily the best, this contender dear

viewers is the otherwise god awful Soned Assault Rifle.

This expensive as balls crappy excuse for a rifle has low damage with an insane 850

rate of fire, this would be great except the accuracy is just so damn terrible, the Seeking

Plasma System however essentially gives it maxed out accuracy, making it a really good

weapon.

It still has the minigun startup, but once it's going it pretty damn cool, this also

won't be my assault rifle of the future but even at rank 2, it was tearing things up.

I personally like accurate, high power single shot rifles so this was never going to win

me over, but I appreciate it's badassery.

The last augment is the 'Beam Emitter'

This augment turns your ammunition into a continuous energy beam, it is known to be

quite cool but not all that effective, with low rate of fire high damage it merely snips

their damage hugely, and with automatic weapons it is just ok, nothing special, it is clearly

just for looks type deal and unfortunately doesn't really give anything of import, and

considering it takes up an augment slot, it's best left alone.

I naturally tried it out kinda for funsies with the Revenant, fully automatic Assault

rifle with awful accuracy, hoping the beam emitter would fix that accuracy, it did not,

the beam appeared to hit but there were large occasions where no damage was done, this implies

that the accuracy rating of 52 is still active making it just a bit crap.

This guide took more time than anticipated to put together due to the huge amount of

research and testing, so if you could let me know via a like, dislike and maybe a comment

whether you want these types of guides, I'd be extremely grateful.

That being said, if you've made it to this point I already appreciate you and thank you

for watching.

Also remember guys that all of these tests and therefore my opinion derived from them

were performed on Rank 2 weapons, with only the augment in question and no mods, the general

damage and effectiveness against certain types of enemy or in certain circumstance can be

quite different with a number of different setups, so be sure to bare that in mind when

digesting this information.

Have an awesome day folks.
