To get AVS you need to pay 208K credits and max out "Infantry Assault" ribbon.
And in order to do it, you have to kill people with SVT.

Today we will test the Orphek Atlantik V3+
That we introduced you in the video of this link
We will test it on Mikos' tank.
After setting up the fixture on your tank,
it is now the time to download the app and set up the Gateway
It is an easy step, use an iOS device
and download the Orphak App in the Apple Store
After this step done, open it and it's time for the set up.
The App is on the device, the Gateway is set up
Now we can play with all the settings of the fixture.
Now we make some PAR measurements of the 4 different LED channels
and all together. Let's see this.
Here are the PAR measurements of this LED fixture.
The tank is a 100 (L)*60 (W) *55 (H) cm (40" L * 23" W * 21" H)
which are good dimensions for the Orphek V3+
We take measurements of each channel alone
And the 4 channels together to know the maximum light output of the fixture.

and in the fast-forward how we take them.
The next scene shows you the "color" rendering of the 4 channels and all together.

Testing Pull Up & Dip station - Review - Duration: 5:29.
Hello and welcome to this review.
Few days back I got my Pull up & Dip station
and the first thing I noticed is the custom box, I really like small details like that.
The box was pretty heavy, because the version I got was the one with indoor and outdoor adapter,
which means it is intended for use in the house as well as outside.
All the elements are made out of thick metal and they are very high quality,
but because of that are also quite heavy.
According to the manual the whole thing weighs 13 kg (29 lbs).
The bars have proper thickness and the surface seems to stick to the skin well, so your hands won't be slipping from it.
The indoor adapter has to be bolted to the wall and allows you to mount the device to it.
The user manual is clear and simple with good pictures
and extensive information both in german and english.
I was going to test it outside, so I tried to pack the station to my small backpack,
but it didn't fit, so instead I packed into a bigger bag.
The outdoor adapter is intended for mounting on vertical elements like trees or poles.
I went to the nearby forest to try it out.
Mounting is quite simple and takes couple of minutes.
First you attach the protection mat with one velcro fastener and outdoor adapter with the other.
Then you secure it with the tension belt, mount the main element and there you go.
You've got the bar ready to use.
The bar is very stable after you put your weight on it, because it works as a lever.
To lower it and use it as a dip station you just mount it upside down.
There are two bar types that you can attach
– the one with the curved end and dip handles
and the straight bar.
Both are very well matched with the sockets, so there's barely any room for wiggling.
Now, how practical is it?
This device is very good for what it's name stands for.
Different types of pull ups and dips can be performed just like on a proper bar and parallel bars.
Moreover, all kinds of hanging exercises are possible to do
such as knee raises or toes to bar.
So if your goal is to do basic bodyweight training
hat is mostly focused on exercises like pull ups, dips,
push ups and ab work, then this device is all you need.
Plus you can train in beautiful places like this forest I was in.
On the other hand, if you aspire for more advanced workouts
and you'd like to do things like muscle ups, levers or one arm pull ups,
then that's not the best choice.
You can perform muscle ups here, but you can't swing much because there's a tree in front of you.
So either you have to do deadhang muscle ups, which are very difficult
or swing with your legs spread to the sides. Generally not very convenient.
As for back and front levers, theres just not enough room for your head, because of the tree.
And the bar has to be loaded evenly, as it is stated in the manual,
so one side exercises such as one arm pull ups are not possible.
Another issue I have is that this device is supposed to be mobile, but is quite heavy.
As I said, the construction is very strong, durable and good quality,
but because of that it weighs more.
Even with one type of bar handles it weighs around 8 kg,
so going on longer trips with this thing on your back can be quite a workout itself.
In closing I'd like to say that the idea and workmanship of the device are very good.
It works very well for pull ups, dips and few other exercises,
but it is not 1 to 1 replacement of the regular bar and dip bars functionality.
With that being said, I honestly recommend the product
as it's all in one device for full bodyworkouts
with the ability to train in the home or in the nature. I personally love that possibility.

Though the Miller was not tired
he made the boy get down and climbed up himself to ride
just to please the Merchants.
At the next turnstile
they overtook some women
carrying market baskets loaded with vegetables
and other things to sell.
"Look at the old fool"
exclaimed one of them.
"Perched on the Ass
while that poor boy has to walk."
The Miller felt a bit vexed
but to be agreeable
he told the Boy to climb up behind him.
They had no sooner
started out again
than a loud shout
went up from another company of people on the road.
"What a crime" cried one
"to load up a poor dumb beast like that!
They look more able to carry the poor creature
than he to carry them."
"They must be on their way
to sell the poor thing's hide"
said another.
The Miller and his Son quickly scrambled down
and a short time later
the market place was thrown into an uproar
as the two came along
carrying the Donkey slung from a pole.
A great crowd of people
ran out to get a closer look at the strange sight.
The Ass did not dislike being carried
but so many people came up to point at him
and laugh and shout
that he began to kick and bray
and then
just as they were crossing a bridge
the ropes that held him gave way
and down he tumbled into the river.
The poor Miller now set out sadly for home.
By trying to please everybody
he had pleased nobody
and lost his Ass besides.

Ok, let's talk about this thing. This is really important, extremely important.
No matter which marketing and advertising magazine I read or visit any marketing and sales forum everyone's talking about this subject.
Ok, they talk about other things too but this this has been an issue for an eternity.
And it is the gap between sales and marketing.
Mainly marketing and sales people are visiting those forums and they keep on going around and around which one was first chicken or the egg.
Should you have more marketing or sales and who is leading the process and these different teams can't seem to move forward from the issue.
Whilst in reality sales and marketing collaboration is the management's issue.
As long as organizations have been built with separate sales and marketing departments with a gap between them.
The management should see it as a one process.
So that the purpose of marketing is to... - You know, in B2C this works perfectly. The purpose of marketing is to create the demand and bring the customer to the shop to buy.
No matter are we talking about online store or an actual shop. Marketing draws people in and sales sells.
This is how it should be in B2B too. Marketing's job is bring people in for sales to sell.
How this process should be managed is to? It should be led by having a single process and everyone involved in the process should be rewarded if the process is succesfull.
For those results and the sales revenue.
There is a mutual agreement what is a qualified lead for sales.
The amount of how many qualified leads should be generated, that's why you should sit together in meetings. No more marketing meetings and no more sales meetings.
We can have different kinds of one to ones, but no more separate meetings. We're in this together and we'll be rewarded jointly.
There can't be any longer that sales is on a 30 day commission and marketing on a monthly paid salary.
It can't be like that. Traditionally where sales prep is supposed to create the demand. Very often we see companies where marketing produces content that sales can't use.
That's all waste of money. They often explain it with brand awareness fluff. I like to call them by cotton candy fluff metrics. Remember that.
Cotton candy is a type of a candy that is very sweet and quite big, see-through entity. You buy it from an amusement park, get your fingers sticky before you go on the rides and get sick.
So that's why the cotton candy metrics are very fitting to describe it, because it's quite fluffy. Brand awareness is important and quite nice too, but in sales you really can't use it to your benefits.
You're supposed to serve your customer.
In order to serve your customer you ought to have some kind of marketing material that will help the customer to move on to the next step in their buying process.
And in the end to buy from you. So it's supposed to help them to understand that what they're about to buy from you is relevant to them,
They want to buy it from you and they want to buy now.
That's what sales needs.
But let's get back to the issue at hand, where you should lead the process? Marketing and sales are not led in the marketing and sales departments.
It is led by the chief executive officer and by the cabinet.
Every cabinet meeting should start with the questions: How much have we sold?
From that executive work majority should be spent to improve the sales process and customer service process.
And not being cocky and other irrelevant stuff.
It should be shared issue and those marketing and sales processes should be led from a same place.
Then we would avoid the conversation of who came first, chicken or the egg.

I found a nice illumination, a side mirror.
I can't see there because this light is so strong.
I don't have any nice theme today.
I'm going to talk about what I'm into recently.
It's reading my old blog.
I had my blog from 2012-2015.
I had written about a music and my life.
But I closed this blog because I had written everything and it was so vulgar.
I had written a lot about Marduk(Swedish black metal band). That time I followed them.
But I also wrote about my daily life.
I found the article when I followed Marduk at European countries.
And I also wrote some article when Marduk came to Japan on 2013.
I wanted to cry when I read it!
I don't cry now, it's just snot.
I just felt my passion for Marduk by that articles.
I had also put some pics.
I also wrote in detail when I had watched Marduk in Lodz.
I had watched Marduk at...Dekom...Dekom...
Ah! I was at Dekompresja!
That club was little bit far away from the central but so nice club.
I felt nostalgic and checked it on Internet...but that club is already closed...
I feel sorry there is not opened now...
I'm shocked, that club was very nice.
I had also written about my feeling on my blog.
I wrote about my childhood friend goes to England for study on May 2013.
I wrote "I feel happy for hearing this."
"When will I live in Poland?"
"Just living Poland is not so hard, I can do it even from tomorrow."
I found my feeling on 2013, I just forget about this feeling. I had been wanted to live in Poland.
I was surprised.
And I also found a picture of old blockhouse which I took in Lodz on 2012.
And I had written "I just want to live at like this old blockhouse even for a month!"
Now my dream has come true!
I live in old blockhouse which is build over 60 years ago. Grayish and dirty building.
It's old and not cute, so not many people are interested in that kind of blockhouse.
But I like this taste so my dream just has come true...haha.
I became happy when I read it.
And I fulfill my dream that I live in Poland.
I want to tell the old me about this.
I just tell to the old me "Few years later you live in Poland."
I think writing a blog or a diary is interesting.
Originally, I write a diary everyday.
I write few sentence on my planner everyday.
It's interesting when I read my old diary.
I can check my feeling on the past when I read my diary.
Anyway I can feel so fresh about old memories.
You know, if you don't write about a day, you will forget soon what did you do.
Even about yesterday, I don't remember a lot...
So if you feel interesting or not, anyway write this somewhere. On your planner or some blog...of course you don't need to published for everyone if you don't want.
You will know it's interesting for your future.
Hum...I fulfill my dreams...I didn't know it.
Ah, I had written "When I will go to Poland, I drink alcohol everyday." Now I drink alcohol...not everyday, but almost everyday I drink, so this dream has come true too!
And I go to some gigs now...I fulfilled many my dreams more than expected.
I want to proud of it for the old me.
What am I getting at?
Anyway, writing diary or blog is interesting! That's it.
You can check your growth.
And you can find that memories are often too glorified...
I had written about my dairy life in Tokyo.
Now that memories are glorified in my brain.
But by my old blog, now I remember that the life in Tokyo was not so easy.
That time I was ashamed of myself.
I am also ashamed even now, but at that time I felt more more more than now.
I liked my all jobs in Tokyo, but I was just a part time worker. I was afraid that many people think about me "she doesn't have any plan of her life."
Actually, I didn't have some plan about my future.
So I know many people think like this about me, but I didn't know how to find my another life.
So I was ashamed of myself.
I read about this feeling on my blog, haha.
This blog brought back memories...
I was ashamed of myself but I also feel confident myself...
Few years ago, I was self-defeated, on the other hand I was so positive.
I realized it by my blog...
I didn't have a confidence so I tried to do many extreme things for my confidence...
For example...
I can't tell you it,
I don't tell you on this video.
I did many things...
But I didn't do some illegal things.
I just looked some underground things...
I tried many things at that time.
I enjoyed it, but...
I tried to make myself believe that I'm not like normal people because I have many extreme experience...
By these experience, I tried to be positive...maybe.
I think over a lot by the blog.
Anyway, my old blog is very interesting and funny.
My sense of humor was 100 times funnier than now, and I wrote too open so it's just funny.
Funny.
You know...Out of the mouth comes evil. I know I shouldn't have written a lot...
But that blog is awesome...!hahaha
When I don't feel some energy or under the stress, I will read my blog.
Just rubbishy but funny.
