Videos In English (ep #0): Introduction - Duration: 2:26.

Welcome everyone, very happy to talk to you.

In today's short video, I would like to introduce to you a new video series that I am working

on.

We will call it "VIE", that's Videos In English.

The purpose of this introductory video is to get your feedback and suggestions.

The concept behind VIE is pretty straightforward, I will tell you about it in a moment.

But first I would like to talk briefly about the genesis of the idea.

How did it come to my mind to start working on these videos?

Well, when I started learning English a few years back, YouTube was my favorite platform

and honestly, it still is.

It was the place where I found interesting videos that clicked with me.

I remember downloading videos form YouTube on a daily basis, like everyday.

And so this is how the idea came to me.

I want to share with you guys some of the videos that helped me learn English in the hope that

they will also help YOU learn English.

The concept here is: every time I come across an interesting video on YouTube, a video that

I think you will find interesting and will help you improve your English, a video that

I would usually share with my close friends, I will share it with you guys.

I will talk to you about this video in one of my videos, give you my comments on it and

why do I find it interesting.

Most, if not all the videos that I will be sharing with you, will come with English subtitles.

Which will be even more helpful for you.

There will be videos on science, literature, and everything you can imagine.

I will be sharing with you university lectures, ted talks, vlogs ... etc.

Of course the door is always open for you guys to suggest videos that you find worth

sharing and also to ask more questions afterwards regarding certain videos.

I will be happy to answer them and have discussions with you.

I am super excited about this idea and I would really like to get some feedback from you.
