Waching daily Oct 30 2017

Howdy folks, this video is to let you know the new schedule and a few things to expect

soon.

While I enjoy just working to finish a video then getting it out as soon as it's done then

just starting the next, it is very inconsistent, youtube dislikes inconsistency in general

and videos are heavily gauged by the reaction of the first 15 minutes or so, so when I drop

a video out of the blue which is almost every video, notifications often don't even get

out until that window has closed.

So, I'll be sticking to a specific schedule for the time being of 3 videos a week and

2 streams per week, this is the minimum guaranteed content.

The 3 Videos will be released on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8 pm GMT which

is like 1 pm PST, with the streams being on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 7 pm GMT

or 12 Noon PST.

There will be an optional time slot of Sundays at 8 pm GMT/1pm PST for when I just really

want to get an extra video out.

Big releases like tools and the like will be released on Mondays when I have them to

release though will always be uploaded to my site Xainesworld.com as soon as they are

completed.

I'm going to see what I can do about setting up an email notification system for when tools

or articles are released.

This system lets everyone know when to reliably expect the videos and should appease the youtube

gods a little, it's also good for me to have something solid to stick to.

The current state of content is a bit strange, with how badly that certain game, that was

only just released, the name of which I'm avoiding went, guides for that game don't

look like a good option, almost every video released regarding that game was demonetised,

and not just that but it's growth stunted hugely, just mentioning it was enough to get

a no man's sky video demonetised hence me avoiding saying the damn name.

That being said, I'll still be continuing the stream for that game, I just took a break

while focusing on the Collaboration with Khraze, but don't see much room for guides related

to it as they're just instantly held back by the algorithm, potential tools, however,

are certainly a possibility.

No Man's Sky is still fresh in my mind and there are many more things I wish to do with

it, I'm also currently working on a big tool for it that should help almost every player,

I'm giving myself a soft deadline of Monday to have that completed but if not then, it

will be the following Monday.

There's a really cool series for No Man's Sky that I want to start once I've wrapped

up a few other things in the game and it will be long, epic, interesting and I'm super excited

to get started on it.

As far as future games to be covered, Anthem isn't going to surprise anyone, I'll be covering

the crap out of that bad boy, but that's a long way away, God of War will see some good

time in and Far Cry 5 too, other than that there aren't any other definites so if there

are upcoming game you wish to see content for, I'm certainly open to adding a few if

enough people want to see it.

No Man's Sky 1.4 seems like it is in the works to a big degree atm with Hello Games not releasing

any small updates for a while now, they went at the updates hard up until 1.38 and now

they've gone dark, it seems only logical that they are working hard on the big 1.4 content

patch, really looking forward to that and if the trend of a large content patch every

4 months goes, we're looking at the start of December for that, Anywhere in November

or December is likely and I can't wait to see and dissect what they release next.

Another thing that this schedule will aid in is giving me time on the weekend to focus

on another project I've been planning for the longest time, It's a new channel I've

been wanting to do before I even started this one, I'll be working on it quite a bit before

it's even properly announced so it is coming out in the next few weeks but at least I can

start properly devoting some time to it.

So yes, Thanks for watching guys, tune in tomorrow night at 7pmGMT for the stream or

I'll see you on Wednesday at 8pmGMT for the next video.

hit the like button if you're excited to see what's coming, let me know what you think

about this in the comments and maybe think about checking out my Patreon, a dollar a

month is a great way to support the channel and my work.

But above all, have an awesome day folks!

IWBLabs Video Lesson - GRUPO EL PORTAL (Spain) - Duration: 9:42.

I am José Antonio Ros, I manage a familiar business in its second generation.

I studied business studies, with a complementary training in marketing.

I manage a familiar business -as I said already-, in its second generation which is focused on food,

especially on a very specific distribution as Christmas presents for the companies at the end of the year.

The logistic complexity of our activity is the business seasonality.

The Christmas packs, their management is during the whole year:

the buying management, the creation and distribution of catalogues, the commercialization...

Although the activity itself takes places in the last period of the year,

then the complexity lie in the management of thousand of references,

and we design models of that compilation of several references.

Managing thousand of references for creating hundreds of references

where each one of them forms a certain number of things that should be manage.

Of course, we have a warehouse -we have an update system of storage-,

but even though a storage system with this characteristic is highly complicated;

because you always should have provisions of all the references for not being lacked of any,

and finished stockage of products of all of them, too. Then, in that part is the complexity.

There is also another handicap: the final delivery.

We must have thousand [of delivers].

We send more than 20.000 sales unit,

every sale unit is a compilation that is composed by another bunch of references

and everyone have a different design, a different package, and a different outline.

All of them are delivered in 20 days or a little bit more.

We have experience and that allows us to speed up our production and our stock provisions when they are finish.

Other packaged are tailored and personalized for each kind of client and each of them have its composition and different treatment.

But afterwards, everybody wants the deliver close to Christmas,

and those demands increase the complexity, specially the last days of campaign.

Another complexity in our logistic process is the reception or the costumer profile that receive our presents:

we can find out big companies which are located at any point of Spain

and to they we deliver the products at the same time, or several times; in their houses;

we can find out food chains which are supplied at the time they needed; also business which are set out of Spain;

we can find out smaller business which increased the complexity by delivery costs,

above all in places no so close of our central offices, which are in Zaragoza and Madrid,

so we give logistical attention to the rest of Spain;

we can find also ultimate addressees (the present that you can give to your mother or your friend),

that is sent to their home in every part of Spain and even in Europe, nowadays.

First of all is a stock control;

secondly, a stock control at the warehouse,

I mean, a good reception, because in a warehouse is important to know what it comes and goes,

where it is and what is sold, there is no more complexity but it is enough.

We should have an strict control of what we have received, when we have received and in which conditions,

controlling the expirations and their position in the warehouse;

and their position should be the correct one because some of them should preserve a chain of cold,

a conservation and different periods or expirations, above all.

And then, a good control of outputs.

And that is the management of a warehouse.
