That's the first sighting of Justin Bieber since it was revealed Selena Gomez and The

Weeknd have split up.

We shot this exclusive video of the pop star while he was out hiking in Los Angeles, and

even though we had to ask him if he was back with the now-single Selena… he stayed mum.

Can you blame him?

We took exclusive shots of him leaving her house after spending the night there, and

everyone was curious just what the meant.

But considering that, and the news of Selena's break up, you have to admit the timing in

really coincidental.

Selena and The Weeknd dated for 10 months, and back in September their relationship seemed

as strong as ever.

Guess looks can be deceiving.

Hello.

Today's topic that we had was project manager's ability to delegate.

Everyone knows that it is a very recognized and a key quality that is required in a project

manager.

He should be able to delegate his work and his projects effectively among his team members.

We are trying to find out the answers to a few questions and we will be trying to answer

those questions.

We will trying to answer those questions through experiences of Namrata.

Namrata the first question is, Is the project manager discerning of the team members capabilities?

The person that I chose is the Assistant Manager from my previous work experience.

He was the Assistant manager of the HR team and he was discerning of team members capabilities

because he understood what each team member capability is and he showed complete trust

on each one's deliverable.

Does the project manager judiciously trust the other key team members to perform important task without

excessive oversight?

No, it wasn't the case always because every team has a couple of people very strong on

the team and couple of them who still though experienced still not able to ramped up to

that level of expectations of the Assistant manager.

For a certain number of team members he used to typically see work oversight.

So maybe team members who lack a certain set of skills of would require a little bit of

more support to get there.

The last question is does the project manager take full responsibility for project performance

issues without micro managing the team?

Yes he doesn't micro manage the team that's very true but he wasn't completely in a position

to take full responsibilities for the project performance issues.

Though he wouldn't put the entire blame on the team yet he wouldn't be able to, he wasn't

in a position to explain why this issue came up or who was responsible for it.

So it was bottom line, it was very vague which in a way we as team members concluded that

my assistant manager is not as good as someone that I can look up to.

Okay Okay on the leadership level, Okay so what do you think do you think that with the

experiences that you had with your project manager do you think that he is a good delegator.

No not completely up to the mark and up to the mark for the role that he was hired.

Okay Okay thank you Namrata for shedding some light on this matter.

Thank You very much.

Thank you Nachiket

Video 1.0 Final - Duration: 2:04.

Hi, my name is Ally, and I am a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin- Madison: studying

journalism and strategic communications while earning a certificate in digital studies.

Upon arriving at the University last year in the fall, I went to the student org fair

and found the organization, Her Campus Wisconsin.

Now, Her Campus Wisconsin is a chapter of the global Her Campus, the number one online

college women's magazine, written entirely by college women— like myself.

I have been a part of this organization for about a year now and am currently a Chapter Advisor

for the global Her Campus and a features editor for my chapter, Her Campus Wisconsin.

Now, Her Campus Wisconsin is currently looking for writers so if you love writing, are all

about an organization that is all about empowering women and are looking for an organization

that is more low-commitment than others, this is the organization for you.

Now, what do you have to do to be a writer for Her Campus Wisconsin?

Well, you have to attend our two meetings that we have every month.

They are bi-weekly, and they're only about 30 minutes so they're very short but also

very informative.

You must also write at least two articles a month, but you can write as many as you

want.

I've literally written about anything and everything from relationships to books to

why Buddy the Elf describes me during finals week.

You must attend also one of our two socials that we host every month.

Now, I don't know why you would want to miss a social because these may be my favorite

part of this organization.

We've gone apple picking, we've gone to the farmer's market, and we've gone out

to breakfast.

I love the socials.

You must also attend our one philanthropy event that we host every semester.

All money that is donated and raised is donated to some organization that is all about helping

women in need, which is pretty cool.

So, if you want to apply to be a Her Campus writer, please comment below, and I will directly

message you the application and more information about this organization.

This organization has honestly changed my life.

I have met some of my best friends, I have traveled to New York City, and I have met

many influential women with careers in journalism, and I know because of them I will be able

to succeed in the workforce after I graduate.

So, I hope this organization can change your life just as much as it has changed mine,

but until then, I look forward to hearing from you and thank you!
