Hi my YouTube friends! Welcome to a new video

Today I'm uploading a video I had promised

Telling you guys why was absent for a while

And didn't upload videos for a couple of months

But before we get into that

I've got to talk about a couple of events that are coming up

The first one is in Quito, Ecuador

the 14th and 15th of October

It's called L4 - Like or Die

I'll leave the info in the description below

The other event that's coming up is called ANIME CONCERT

that will be at El Salvador on the 5th of November

This will take place at the CIFCO

The info will also be in the description

There might be other events coming up soon, but these are not confirmed yet

So we'll leave it at that for now

So let's go on to the important part... what everyone's been wondering about

Where was I? What happened?

So in order to tell you what happened

Why I couldn't upload videos for such a long time

Right now it's the first time that I work and do everything from home

I know some of you think this is a huge space

But this is actually a rather small space and most of the work I do

is in front of a computer, so I was starting to lack a bit of

going outside and moving around

I hadn't noticed this issue as much until we played at SOFA last year

when it became clear that

I didn't have as much strength as before

to go through the event as easily as I used to

And this year when we decided to do an event here at Ozzy Bar

I started to look for ways to be more active

and workout so I'd feel a bit better again

Since I had reached a point where I...

If I went out and walked for 20 minutes I'd come back

with sore feet

I have some issues on the left side of my body,

and the lack of movement had been making them worse

so they were a little hard... to ignore

So I had to work on that

and this fatigue was part of the reason

I couldn't work as much as I wanted to

The metal covers requires a lot of stamina

Since I have to do a lot of takes on the same day

or for several days in a row

which didn't make it easy

to feel like working as much

So for these reasons I decided to get back to exercising

and get a bit more in shape

That happened now a long time ago

But during that process some other problems came up

and finally after the concert I mentioned

like two weeks after the Ozzy bar event, probably at the beginning of June

I got sick... very sick

I couldn't do anything at all for a couple of weeks

So I eventually had to take it easy

After trying to work a bit...even though I didn't feel okay

I was basically forced to stop... I didn't expect to have to stop working for so long

But I had too, so I could eventually get better

And right now, though I'm still sick

I'm feeling a lot better and I'm working again

A lot of you guys have asked me about the metal covers

wondering if there will be more of them

and yes there will be more

But right now I have events coming up, and

since I lost the rhythm I was working at

I'm first focusing on the acoustic videos

But I'm already recording new metal covers

I actually had one done before I got sick

maybe I'll be able to work on the video for that soon

But on the bright side, right now I'm feeling a lot better

So it's likely that I can work faster again

But that depends on how well I can balance working on the channel and staying in shape

So I won't make any promises yet

So just know that I'm working very hard to be able to upload new videos

and the idea is to keep on doing new metal covers

have a little bit of patience, and in the meantime you can watch the acoustic videos

I also have a bunch of translations to work on

So I'll try to work on that soon too

And I'd like to thank everyone who sent me messages

with concern, with support, asking me to come back

and where I was

I got a lot of messages from you

the Fan Club even did a small video for me while I was sick

It's really hard not to work when there's so much support

So be sure that I will keep on working on songs for the channel

I'd also like to work on these vlogs again

So I'll try to do some new vlogs

Adare Pharma FLUTE Symptom Video - Duration: 2:53.

One of the key symptoms of Eosinophilic Esophagitis is called dysphagia. Dysphagia

is a very broad medical term that means difficulty swallowing and can be caused

by many different things. Patients with EoE have a very specific type of

dysphagia that they may describe as a noticeable sensation and awareness of

food traveling slowly down the esophagus. This may, or may not, be associated with a

sensation of food sticking. The FLUTE Study is interested in demonstrating

whether the study drug, APT-1011, can reduce the number of dysphagia episodes

that are experienced by patients with EoE. A patient with EoE typically has

had the condition for many years. As such, patients can become used to the

sensation of being aware of food traveling down the esophagus. In many

cases, patients adapt their eating in order to avoid these sensations, for

example drinking large amounts of water or only eating foods that are known to

travel smoothly down the esophagus. Patients may also avoid things like dry

meats or crusty bread. Many patients find that they must chew their food more, and

eat much more slowly and carefully than before they had EoE. After many years,

these abnormal sensations and changes to eating behavior can eventually feel like

they are normal and unremarkable, but they are not. Feeling these sensations

during the course of a typical meal would be considered an "episode of

dysphagia." In the FLUTE Study, you will be asked to record every episode of

dysphagia - this abnormal sensation and awareness of food traveling slowly down

or sticking in your esophagus - during the course of the study. You will be given an

electronic diary to record episodes of dysphagia. For the FLUTE Study we ask

that you record every abnormal sensation of food traveling down the esophagus.

Remember, these could be sensations and an awareness of swallowing that you may

have been feeling for many years and that you consider normal

If you feel these abnormal sensations at breakfast, that would count as one

episode. If you feel these abnormal sensations again at lunch, that would

count as another episode. The same thing applies for dinner or for any snack that

you may eat during the day. You will be trained in how to record these episodes

in the electronic diary. The process for recording an episode

takes less than one minute. There will also be a daily set of questions that

are meant to remind you of episodes that you may have missed recording. You

can set up your diary to ask these questions at a time during the evening

that's most convenient for you. If you have any questions about your symptoms,

please reach out to your physician's study coordinator. Thank you for your

help in participating in this study, which we hope will be a first step in

having a new and effective medication available to treat EoE.

This week, the House approved its federal budget and the Senate is working on its version.

Both would decimate essential public services to finance trillions of dollars in tax cuts

that benefit mostly the wealthy and corporations.

Many middle class families though, will likely see a tax hike averaging about a thousand dollars.

House and Senate committees both approved bills to renew the children's health insurance program.

Unfortunately, there were significant problems with the house version.

It made cuts to Medicare and provided insufficient funds for healthcare in devastated Puerto Rico.
