Planned Parenthood Presents: Taking Care of Your *MEOW*.

Episode 1: Meet your Vagina and Vulva.

This is your vulva — outer labia, inner labia, clitoris, urethral opening, and vaginal opening.

This is your vagina.

Your vagina is the soft, stretchy tube inside your body, between your vulva and cervix.

The vagina is NOT the same thing as the vulva.

Each vulva is unique, like a snowflake.

No two look exactly the same.

Some are big.

Some are small.

Everyone's proportions are different.

And they come in many colors.

Some have a little hair.

Some have a lot of hair.

Some have styled hair.

And some have no hair at all.

However yours looks, it's totally normal.

About Aspect Ratio & Upcoming Videos - Duration: 1:33.

Hello everyone welcome back to the channel, I hope you all have an awesome day,

Right now I want to talk about my future videos and how they will be presented for the future uploads

So in my previous video I stated that I will be going back to 16:9 aspect ratio

because I thought that its much more widely used,

but then I discovered that YT have implemented a better way to watch 21:9 videos in a regular screens,

and the fact that, most of you are watching via desktop anyway,

I am now considering to go back to 21:9

However it will obviously cause significant drawback, particularly when I stream

because Twitch doesn't support 21:9 viewing (yet) and you guys that follows me on stream

would have black bars if I stream as such.

So let me know what you guys think if I stream in such format in the comments below.

Speaking of contents I wanna talk about How To videos and why I haven't make another one.

See, its not easy to make How To videos because the process involves

taking footages, writing script, finding SFXs, images, historical relation, memes

and all of that has to obviously be presented in a humorous way.

Annnd, since that is one thing people have been asking for, I will focus my upcoming content(s)

to make How To videos.

Which, unfortunately means I will be doing less streaming.

I mean come on, I could not spoil the ship to the viewers.

And beside, you guys have been asking me not to overlap my YT with constant streaming sessions.

And I agree with that.

Anyway I'm also planning to do an AMA, I'm not sure when, but I will keep you guys updated along the way.

So hopefully, the next upload will be a How To video(s)

instead of funtages and streaming stuffs,

hopefully it will satisfy you guys

ayylmao

and I'll catch you on the next one

Episode 2: Sex and Masturbation | Planned Parenthood Video - Duration: 1:15.

Planned Parenthood Presents: Taking Care of Your *MEOW*.

Episode 2: Sex and Masturbation.

It's purrrrrr-fectly normal to touch, and play with your *MEOW*, with or without toys.

Masturbation has lots of benefits.

It can help reduce stress, ease period cramps, and improve your body image.

Almost everybody does it.

But it's totally okay if masturbation's not your thing.

Hey, whatever works for you.

It's YOUR body, after all!

When it comes to sex and masturbation, lube can be a great addition.

Lube can make sex feel even better.

It also helps keep condoms from breaking, as long as it's water-based or silicone lube.

Using lube is really common and doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you.

Lots of people just prefer the way it feels.

Others don't — and that's okay too.

Whatever gets you feline good is claw-some.

Have questions about sex and masturbation?

Episode 3: Keeping it Clean & Healthy | Planned Parenthood Video - Duration: 1:25.

Planned Parenthood Presents: Taking Care of Your *MEOW*.

Episode Three: Keeping it Clean and Healthy.

Your vagina cleans itself on its own — like, well...you know.

So don't douche or wash inside your vagina.

Discharge from your vagina is normal and healthy.

It may be clear, white, or slightly yellowish when it dries on your underwear.

It can change a little throughout your menstrual cycle, too.

But if your discharge is an unusual color or texture, has a strong, unpleasant, smell,

or there's a lot of itching or irritation, it's time to see a nurse or doctor.

It's important to take care of your vulva and vagina.

Stay on top of routine exams and recommended tests, like:

Pap tests, HPV tests, STD testing, and regular check-ups.

Your doctor or nurse will tell you how often they need to see you.

If you have sex, make sure you use protection, like condoms and dental dams.

And get tested for STDs.

Most STDs don't show any symptoms.

So it's important to get tested, even if you feel totally fine.

All vulvas and vaginas deserve to be happy and healthy.

You can visit your local Planned Parenthood health center for all your vulva and vagina-care needs.

How to make MMD Videos #01 Installing the required software - Duration: 16:04.

Hello everyone! I am Gigi Miu!

In this video series I will teach you how to make music PV using MikuMikuDance (MMD) and other softwares.

As you may know MMD was created to facilitate the production promotional videos for Hatsune Miku and other Vocaloid characters.

The idea of starting a MMD series games from a conversation with someone i met online,

who was asking for advices on how to use MMD,

I think her name should be Fire, if I remember correctly,

so I thought that if this topic could have been helpful for Fire, could have been helpful for other people as well.

I also thought that these video would have complemented well with the lessons I am doing on how to make Vocaloid music.

So, following both courses you can become a well-rounded producer!!

The first lesson is, of course, where to get the required software.

The first one is VPVP, the website of the creator of MikuMikuDance

VPVP stands for Vocaloid Promotion Video Project.

So the name reflects the origin of the software itself, which was made to facilitate producers when creating Vocaloid content,

since at that time there was a huge request for a software like this one.

Ah, forgot to say that you can find the link of this website in the video description.

So, from this website you can download MMD.

There are several version depending if your system is 32 or 64 bit. Pick the one which matches your pc specs.

Unluckily there is no Mac version, and as you know, I have a Mac...

so I will use a software called Parallel Desktop to emulate a Windows inside my Mac.

So, if you have a Mac like me, you could use Parallel Desktop as a workaround.

So, what you will see now it's my emulated Windows.

The fact that it is an emulation may give me some problems, but hopefully everything will go smooth during these lessons...

One of the issues I will have is the inability to install certain programs like MikuMikuMotion,

but hopefully by the time we will get there with the lessons I will hopefully manage to get a fully functional pc.

You are free to make fun of me that I don't have a pc in my home.

Are you making fun of me?

I give you 10 more seconds to make fun of me... it's 2017 and I don't have a pc...

So, after downloading the file from VPVP website unzip it.

One of the benefits of MMD, is that it doesn't require any installation.

Even if the software itself doesn't require any installation

you will need few libraries to make the software run.

Libraries like Direct X or Visual C++. Links for downloading them are in the readme file.

Let me show you where the link are located into the readme file...

ooops... wrong readme file...

that's the correct one!

These links are at the beginning of the read me file.

Since these libraries may be already installed in your pc, just try to start the program first and if it's not starting go download them.

Let me show you how to download them just for the sake of explanation.

All these libraries are downloadable from Microsoft website, so they are perfectly safe to install.

There are 3 libraries that needs to be installed so let me show you them all.

Start with Microdsoft Visual C++

Both versions, 2005 and 2008.

And then let's go to the third library...

...sorry for the wait...

...and the last one is Direct X!

So, double-check if you have these libraries installed, otherwise go download them.

Even if the readme is in japanese, the links are at the very beginning of the file you can't miss them.

You may need to restart your pc after installing these libraries.

Oddly enough, as I was saying earlier, MMD instead doesn't require any installation at all.

So, let's double click the icon and let's start the software.

First of all, let me reset it to it's default state, cause the one you are seeing now it's not its default state.

Please wait few seconds, I am restoring it...

...sorry for the wait!

When you start the software you should see this screen.

Thanks god, the software is in english and japanese.

If for some reason when your MMD starts you are seeing it in japanese,

you can revert it to english from the top menu.

The command is under the HELP menu.

So if the software is in japanese, just go to help menu and switch to english there.

So, we have finished with the required software for now.

Let me briefly introduce you MMD interface.

The main interface is divided in 3 parts.

The one on the right here is the timeline.

If you don't know what a timeline is, it's a visual representation of the passing time.

But to understand better what I mean, you need to understand the concept of frame.

It may sound boring distressing on what is a frame, but to fully utilize a 3d animation program, you need to understand few basic concepts first.

So, let's start our discussion on frames.

You probably have studied at school the invention of the cinema by Lumiere brothers,

and you probably know already that a movie is a sequence if still images reproduced really fast.

This applies in cinema, television and of course in 3D videos as well.

Which can be as slow as 25-30 still images per seconds, but, of course can be higher than that.

So, our brain processes these still images as a sequence, hence generating the impression of movement.

So frame is the term we use to refer to these kind of still images.

So, let's get back on our timeline now.

So, the numbers you see here are the tubers of the frames, starting progressively from 0.

Assuming we are using 30 frames per second (fps), as the name says, every 30 frames is one second.

So, keep in mind this basic concept when messing around with the timeline.

So, in the timeline, we will find and edit "time-related" events in our video. Sounds complicate, i know, but it's easy after you play around with it.

I know you have more westerns, but for now, let's keep it simple. The timeline is the place in which you control the time.

Please also note that in these lessons we will work using 30fps settings.

So, let's move to the next part of the interface.

I guess you are wandering what these huge withe area does.

If the timeline is the area to control the "time", in this white area we control our 3D "space".

While time was hard to explain, space is really simple to explain, because we can visually see it. Let me load a model of Hatsune Miku.

Let me search for the file...

the model i will show you now is made by REMaple.

Ok it has loaded now.

As you see, in this area of the interface we can "see" and "move" our 3D space.

Not only this, but this also serves to preview what our video will look like.

I am sure you want to start already to peek under Miku's skirt...

but please focus for a little bit more! We are about to end our lesson in few minutes.

So, we will make our video operating on this "space" making edits through "time" by altering "properties" of these 3D models.

Properties can be edited in the last part of the interface, which is here at the bottom.

If by any chance you have also followed my "How to make Vocaloid Music" lessons, we could recap everything in this simple way.

The timeline would be our "sequencer",

each of the 3D models we use in the video would be an instrument of the "rack",

but again this comparison is useful only for people who watched my other video lessons.

Anyway the 3 keywords you have to remember are, "time", "space" and "property".

Seems complex but you will get the concept better in the incoming lessons.

Thats's all for today's lesson.

Contrarily to music lessons, the MMD lessons are every two weeks.

Honestly I will do my best to bring the course on a weekly basis, but for a while we will have to stick to a lesson every 2 weeks.

Thank you so much for watching and if you have questions or requests, please write it in the comments! See you!

#AskJon: What makes video content marketing a great tool for business, big or small? - Duration: 2:02.

First of all, it's a lot less expensive and time intensive than it used to be.

For example, we're shooting this with about an initial investment of two to

three thousand dollars worth of equipment that we don't have to keep on

buying over and over again. Plus, even if you're looking at an outside

videographer, those costs are a lot less expensive than it used to be. I'm

shooting this video today, but we're also shooting three or four other videos that

you'll see in the coming weeks. So we'll knock these out in about an hour.

Some interesting statistics related to video and content: about ninety five percent of

mobile device users share video and they view the video on their mobile devices,

and then second of all, about ninety percent, again, of people say that video is

the most memorable content that they look at, retain and then also share. So,

those are two important things, as we're moving now to a more mobile society, and

people are viewing their content on their mobile devices.

And, as you can tell by watching this video, while it's good, it doesn't need to be a work of art.

You can be pretty straightforward, especially in the b2b space. You can have talking

videos like this, with the captioning, that really convey what you're trying to

get across. Plus, all industry leaders, everything we read, is telling us that

not only is video here now, video is here to stay. And, we're seeing it coming from

the big media companies as well, as some of them have actually dropped the people

writing written content for them, and are going to all video formats. So, for all

those reasons, video is important, is here to stay and something you should

consider as a main piece of your content arsenal.

SW339 Security Chest Video - Duration: 5:36.

HI class, I'm Scott welcome to my social identity chess video.

This was a tough assignment for me. I'm gonna go ahead and cover race, social class and age.

I Tend to identify more with personal identity characteristics than I do social identity, so that's what made it

somewhat difficult.

This is, I used a bag for my little chest thing. That's the outside or one side. And that's the outside the other side and

I'll explain what they are a little bit later as I go through them.

My first one was,

race,

there's a picture of me.

Probably about 1970, when I was about two I guess. As you can see my mom and dad are white, middle-class family.

Typical I guess.

The next one was my socio- economic class,

which was surprising. Had to do a little research to figure where I was exactly on the class scale.

I found that very interesting is I'm considered middle class, but.

Sure doesn't feel like it let's just say that!

I will l paste a link

with the bottom of my video on the discussion post with a cool little Pew Research thing you can do.

It's a test. And

you can put in different things, and it will tell you where you are and

where you stand with different populations, so it was it was an eye-opener. So.

But yeah.

I'm middle class.

The next thing is

my age. There's my ID card. It's got your birth date on there.

It's the only way to actually prove, I guess technically how old you are without your birth certificate. I was going to use that for

nationality but couldn't find it.

So.

What I think how people define me is that don't know me.

I'm gonna start off with privilege. I'm white so I'm immediately and I'm male, so immediately got that.

I think somewhat because so of the way, well probably, because of the way I dress in my long hair.

I'm considered, you know lower class, maybe hippie dude?

I'm middle-aged. Everybody can, I think assume that by looking at me, so?

And then I put a picture of a nerd

Which I just put there because I think if you kind of look at the whole picture,

besides my race.

You would never think that I'm a real big nerd about school. So that's why I kind of put that.

When it comes to how people I guess

Define me. I really

struggle with that. I don't know,

I'm white, I'm male.

I think if I didn't have long hair, I'd be invisible to some extent.

So on the other side, I just put

question mark, cause, I mean,

like I said. I identify with more personal characteristics, which I believe,

shapes me more...

than just

social identity.

So, I'm

kind of stuck on that one.

As for an event I think that's

kind of shaped my social identity was, it's not my birth certificate

but it says when I was born, where I was born and all that.

I think that is probably the biggest thing that's probably shaped me.

You know I was born white born, a male.

Again it goes back to the whole race thing. It immediately comes with privilege.

You know Americans, so that puts you, you know that puts you,

you know kind of up above certain other ethnicities.

So yeah.

It was an eye-opener.

Cause, especially the class thing.

Like I said I never would consider myself middle class. There is no,

break down besides upper, middle and poverty for the most part from the research I've done.

So when you throw that and that I'm white, it's like this being white really play and to it.

I don't know. I don't focus too much on what other people think me.

I'm kind of at my age being 49. I'm just who I am.

You know, I've never had any problems with my social identity with anything anybody.

So.

So, that was, it made it a tough assignment.

Like to hear what other people's views are on this one, cause,

it was difficult. So

Anyways, talk to you later. Bye.

Dr. Jeffrey Jim – Video Bio - Duration: 4:07.

[music]

One of the reasons I went into vascular surgery was probably because you can do a lot.

You can treat patients, just medically manage them and sort of help them that way and obviously

there's a chance where you can be a surgeon and do surgeries to fix them.

I think the thing I really like about my field is I kinda work all over the body,

you know by definition we can work on almost every blood vessel in the body, so some mornings

I'm working on the neck fixing a carotid artery and then later in the day I will fix

an aneurysm in somebody's belly and ultimately I would do something in the legs for instance

and the other thing that's really appealing is, you know we can do classic big surgeries,

where we have very complicated, make big cuts and sometimes we're very delicate and we're

able to do something with a small poke in the groin.

A lot of times we do things where everything is combined – so a lot of mix variety

and we're able to help patients in a lot of different ways and that's really exciting.

The normal week is probably there isn't a normal week, you know, my role here I think

primarily I'm a clinician.

I'm supposed to take care of patients, so most of what I do is seeing patients in clinic,

offering consultation, obviously doing surgeries to help them with procedures, but I also do

a lot of stuff within the hospital, within the university – I'm responsible for the

training of all of our vascular surgery trainees, so I got to make sure the education, the curriculum

is standardized, make sure they have a good training learning experience.

I'm also very involved with the hospital, within the department and on quality improvement

and patient safety.

So basically over the course of the week, I put on a lot of different hats and it depends

on the week and one of the things I say is I really don't have a standard week.

Every week is a little bit different and that's what keeps it interesting.

I don't know if I have a personal philosophy on patient care but I think that the way

I look at it is, I always sort of make a little bit fun of my mother.

She probably still has no idea what the heck I do, so when I talk to patients,

it's almost like I'm talking to her.

I'm trying to put it in a way that my mother can understand, because obviously as a physician,

I spent four years learning all these weird words that nobody else knows how to use,

so I try to make it a point to really explain how things are going and the other thing

is obviously I want my patients to want to be able to make a decision.

I want to give them all the information for them to make a decision on how best take of themselves.

Obviously I will recommend certain treatments and whatnot but I want them to be empowered

to be able to make a decision on their own, so I would say that's probably my biggest philosophy,

is you know talking and making my patients understand what's going on and

helping them make a decision that's best for their own care.

Patients may want to choose to come to Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School

of Medicine is because of our overall academic mission.

You know, I think first and foremost, we have to take care of patients, that's the most

important but you're looking at a place where we have the leading, cutting edge research,

we have a lot of people developing cures for diseases, helping develop new devices and

that's otherwise not available in a lot of other different places.

You're certainly coming to a place where there's experts in many different fields, you know,

as a faculty member here, I'm always amazed by how many people I'm continuing to learn from.

Be it, my partners or other colleagues within different fields of medicine.

These are literally the people that write the textbooks, that have the new discoveries,

they're the ones that are going around and teaching everybody else to be doctors

and what leaders in their fields are supposed to be doing.

When you come here, you know, you see all those patients but more importantly you're

going to get really good patient care.

I think we pride ourselves in really good outcomes.

You know really patients come for the most challenging of problems

and they do really well when they come here.

Be it, medical management or surgical treatment.

I think looking for that as a patient I want to go to the place where they have

the best physicians around, the newest technologies available and,

more importantly, the best outcome possible for them.
