okay obviously it didn't take us two years to make this video but hear me out

so we are currently on the Isle of São Miguel in the Azores and I know I'm not

saying that correctly probably but I don't have my Azorean friends

with me right now to help me with the pronunciation they're actually in France

Lynn and I are house-sitting here for them for about two weeks and then we're

gonna head to mainland Europe this place is absolutely amazing and we intend to

really explore it and make tons of videos of how we got here and what we're

doing here and all that stuff but first I wanted to share with you something

that Lynn and I are very excited about so about a month before we left Asia to

come back home to rest and visit family and all that stuff we were living in

Bangkok and we wanted to kind of do a tribute video to Thailand to Bangkok and

actually just a kind of Asia in general and so we would go out everyday and we

would film pretty much all day with the idea of making this three-minute like

short montage of the city and we did that we did all this filming we got home

we started editing and it was just it was crazy we would do a little bit of

editing and then we throw that throw it out we try something else we throw that

out needless to say we kept learning things and the vision for what we wanted

the video to become were the short film to become kept changing over time and so

in the end it took us about 22 months of editing until we got to a point where we

felt really good about what we had to be fair we weren't editing every day for 22

months but in all what it was all said and done it took about 22 months which

was absolutely crazy but it's finally done the video is uploaded to our

YouTube channel it's set to private right now and we're going to be

releasing it in about three days on October 8 sometime on October 8th now I

honestly don't know what the hell timezone I'm even in right now and

depending on what part of the world that you were in who the hell knows when

it'll pop up in your feed but Sunday October 8th we're gonna release this

video and basically my call to action the favor that I'm asking all of you is

that if you see this short film and you enjoy it please just share it share it

with everyone you know share it with your grandma share it with your mom

share it with your dog whoever you want to share it with please just share it

and that we would be eternally grateful for that

because obviously we want as many people to see it as possible

and we also had the opportunity of working on the on the film with actually

my stepdad he composed all of the music from scratch was the first time that we

worked with like a composer on any project and it was really quite amazing

so that's basically it if you could share this video
