Alvvays Rates Video Games, Magicians, and Jim Carrey - Duration: 4:12.(dynamic drumming music)
- They keep my Grandma happy,
The Bold and the Beautiful, that's her program,
she rocks it every day. - Hm, Passions.
- Yeah, Passions was good, I was like a 12-year old.
- Yeah, we used to stay at my Grandma's house
and watch Passions all day.
- Yeah, I mean, to be fair,
it was only on once a day, but...
(laughing)
Wasn't James Franco on a soap opera?
(drumming music)
- There are so many different kinds of video games.
- It's a little bit more nuanced than that, isn't it?
RPG things, I'm not really into, it takes too much skill,
it's a little bit dark,
when you're just doing it hours on end,
Diddy Kong Racing however, underrated.
- PaRappa the Rapper. - Yeah, exactly.
Zelda, pretty cool, - Yeah, I don't know Zelda.
- Neither do I.
(laughing)
- Underrated, for sure.
- And overrated. - Especially old, yeah.
(laughing)
(drumming music)
I don't understand football,
I don't think that made it to Canada.
- Not into it.
- That's an ignorant thing to say.
- Any night football, overrated.
- Yeah.
- Take it away.
(drumming music)
I like her, I like her vibe.
- Me too.
- Mainly just 'cause she's... (laughs)
- What? (laughs)
Beautiful?
- Smart, beautiful, talented, wears cool clothes,
what's to not like?
- She is a powerhouse.
- Yeah.
I mean, she's not underrated though.
- No.
(laughing)
Good point, she's overrated.
- She's rated well.
(drumming music)
- I love watching magic.
- Yeah, it's a bit of a spectacle,
a silly spectacle. - I love watching people
like in the David Blaine things,
I love watching like Will Smith and his family react.
- But why do they always have to swallow living things?
That's weird. - Yeah.
- Like how many times do you have to practice
to get that right?
- It's best not to think about it.
(sighs)
(drumming music)
(sighs)
- It is near.
- Oh, so you're one of 'em.
- You're damned right I am.
(laughing)
- I don't really like jumping to conclusions.
(laughing)
We'll cross that bridge when we get to it,
right now, we're not sure what's gonna happen,
but it seems a bit dramatic.
- Yeah, maybe it'll be good.
(drumming music)
- He is responsible for my favorite movies.
- (laughs) You love Jim Carrey.
- Dumb and Dumber,
I do love him, I'm in love with him.
(laughing)
- Does he have like any kind of--
- I think he has a dark side though.
- Hm, they all do, all funny people.
- Yeah.
The paintings though, I haven't seen,
I heard they're a little bonkers.
- Underrated. - Yeah, underrated.
(drumming music)
- Underrated.
- Yes, you can go...
go about your day - I try to make my bed.
- with a clear conscious. - Yeah.
- Conscience?
Clear conscience.
- Hm, don't know.
- Conscience.
- I make my bed at the hotel sometimes.
- Oh my God, that's overkill.
Just flush the toilet, you've done your job.
(laughing)

Hello Students, we are going to learn about different types of team playing
I picked 3 very fun activities that are my favorite to play.
These activities are :Steal the beacon, dodgeball and capture the flag.
Those activities are good for cardio exercise and you can improve your leg and arm strength through jumping and throwing a ball.
Trying to avoid the ball or catch the ball can also improve your hand-eye coordination.
First of all before doing any type of activities, I want you to warm up properly by doing a light jog and stretch.
Warm up is very important to get the body ready for exercise and prevent injuries.
The first Activity will be Dodgeball.
Dodgeball is a game with two teams that throws balls at each other while avoiding being hit themselves.
To complete the first activity You will need:6 foam balls 8 cones
You have to learn the rules of the game in order to play it.
The goal of the game is to eliminate all opposing players by getting them "OUT".
How a player get eliminated:
If you gets hit by a ball below the shoulders
By dropping a ball that's thrown at you.
His ball is caught by another player.
By stepping out of bounds
If a ball hit both teammate
Hitting an opponent in the head with the ball.
The second activity will be capture the flag
Equipments needed for capture the flag are:Pinnies, Cones, and 2 flags
In order to play the game, you must have two teams
Split the area of playing in half
Each team will be facing each other.
Set up the prison area, and the flag area
The goal of the game is to capture the flag from the opposite team and bring it over to your flag area without getting tag.
The rules of capture the flag are: If
you get tagged by the opposite team you must go to the prison area from the opposite team
In order to get out from the prison, your teammate must make it all the way to you without getting tagged
The last activity, you will have to complete
is game called steal the ball.
The original name is call steal the bacon.
Since we will be using a ball, we will call it steal the ball
You could use any object to play the game
It's a easy game to set up because you don't need equipment beside the object you will steal.
The goal of the game is to steal the ball before your enemy.
The game has simple rules:
Make the two team face each other with an equal distance of 20 yard
Place the Tennis ball in the middle
Assign a number to each person
Each person should have the same number, with a person on the opposite team.
The goal of the game is to be the first person to grab the tennis ball.
f your number is called and you bring the ball back to your team without getting touched by your enemy. Your team get a point
As soon as you touch the tennis ball, the other person has the opportunity to tag you.
If the other person tags you, then no one gets the point.
I will be the referee, I will call random number. The first team to 10 point win
That's set for the day
For homework I want you to have at least 8 hours of sleep and keep yourself active.
Hana! It's past your bedtime!

[Hansel & Gretel] Roasted Witch - Grimm Tales - Music Video - Meri Amber - Duration: 5:27.(crumb crumb crumb...)
the mother said we're gonna starve
there's barely enough food for us
the children have got to go
let the animals tear them up in the woods
but Hansel & Gretel overheard
what their cruel mother had planned
Hansel filled his jacked with pebbles
and soon they would understand
whether murder, stealing or deceiving
you can get past any hitch
pray to God, forget your conscience
happy life, roasted witch
(happy life, roasted witch)
the parents, they played their game
but Hansel laid the stones in a trail
the moonlight shone their way
back to their home where their parents stayed
this time the mother locked them in
so Hansel couldn't fetch stones
he used the little bread he had
to make his next trail home
whether murder, stealing or deceiving
you can get past any hitch
pray to God, forget your conscience
happy life, roasted witch
(happy life, roasted witch)
woodland birds ate the crumbs
the children couldn't find no way home
the wicked witch laughed and scorned
now I have them for my own
the witch had a house made of bread
with a roof made of cake and clear sugar windows
the children were lured right in
greedily gnawing away 'til they froze
for the witch had caught them, she brought them in
at first she was kind and good
but then she locked Hansel into a cage
said she'd boil him and eat him as food
whether murder, stealing or deceiving
you can get past any hitch
pray to God, forget your conscience
happy life, roasted witch
(happy life, roasted witch)
(ah ah ah)
the witch wanted Hansel fat
but he'd hold out a bone whenever she'd check
she was stalled but her patience grew thin
she fired up her oven and called Gretel in
she said "climb inside, check the oven's heat"
Gretel thought than claimed "I don't know how to do that"
when the witch went to demonstrate
Gretel slammed the door shut so she'd burn to death
as the witch howled and wailed and her body burned
the children stole her stones and pearls
they ran back home, their mother had died
now they'd be happy for all their lives
whether murder, stealing or deceiving
you can get past any hitch
pray to God, forget your conscience
happy life, roasted witch
(happy life, roasted witch)
happy life, roasted witch
(happy life, roasted witch)
happy life, roasted witch
In Tokyo dark you're a detective who explores Tokyo's creepy underworld, but also
famous tourist destinations like Akihabara and Shinjuku
The tourist spots might be tacky
But they can be fun too. When Detective Ito needs to talk to witnesses in a maid cafe you get dragged into their full routine
Holding your hands up like paws
Reciting a chant and tasting a cat -shaped pancake, which looks delicious
Later there's a temple, surrounded by falling cherry blossoms, a friendly golden gai bar and a cat cafe
where a cat creeps up and noses into the text box while you're trying to interview the owner.
Even when you visit places that aren't as nice like a bar owned by the Yakuza
the suicide forest debate of Aokigahara or a hostess club where a gross dude hits on you it still feels like a very familiar Japan.
Witnesses won't always open up unless you find the right way to talk to them
But you can just threaten them until they tell you what you want to know if you're not in the mood for their side quests
or their pancakes.
I didn't want to take this option, except for with that one
gross dude in the club because the gaudy side of Tokyo is so cheerful.
The people might be obstructive, but as Tokyo Dark veers into murder and madness, tangling you up in the story of a suicide cult
the tacky distractions become a reprieve from the horror and traveling back to the light side of the city feels like a relief
Even the maid cafe.
Sorry that's my doorbells just rung. pause this bit, sorry! Alright...
I'm here today with Sid Moore from Moore Accountancy Services in Manchester and
Sid's going to be at our workshop on the 15th of November. So I know Sid
because we're both fellow Sage business experts, which is fitting because this is
a SageBizMeetup so I thought we'd have a chat beforehand. I know you've been
doing some professional video for Sage which must be, is it scary? It was I'm an
accountant you know, I'm good with numbers,
not so good talking to people on video and on camera and I'm always very
conscious that I speak too fast and I look silly and my glasses reflect
everything and things like that so I was nervous and to be honest I often still
am nervous it's just something you just have to
deal with I guess if you want to get products out there and if you want to be
able to issue a video. And I think it does, I think that's one of the reasons
people procrastinate about video they it's kind of like you think all these
other things are in the way of you doing it but in fact it's because you're
scared. I'm imagining though for you having like a big crew with lights and
cameras and everything show up in your offices was... It was exciting actually
because me and the team were like oh my God lets put lots of makeup on and do
things like that and I think often when you work from home it's just you guys
and you could be wearing pajamas and who knows, you can still get your accounts
done or the service whatever you're providing still gets done, so we were
really excited but then when the reality came about and they were setting things
up with the bright lights and changing your body to get the right angle and
things like that, that's when I started getting really really scared and I think
it was just the the oh my God what's happening next and and how are people gonna
perceive me on camera that I found quite nerve-racking. And obviously the oh my
God what's gonna happen next is something we can solve if you do our
video workshop because you're in control nobody else is. But then getting over the
nerves is there anything you did that you found help have felt because was the
more than one video shoot or did they shoot them all at once?
Okay so I've done two videos for external parties one was for
Sage and on that one they did one long video shoot so it's really about an hour
and a half which felt even longer in reality and it was a case of two people
were there, one was asking questions, one was doing the filming and they were both
mucking around with the lighting and setting it all up and even for them
actually there was so much stuff that they had to do that didn't even involve
me that was really exciting but that sort of, in a way built up the
nervousness, because you're like when am I going to come onto here when am I
going to be doing it? So I found that a bit a bit, I was weary about
that. And then the other time was for the Business Browth Hub and they did a long
video interview then. And they did it in one long session but in two or three
different parts of the office in the house and so actually that felt a bit
more relaxed because it was broken up more and it was more about me and the
business so I felt more comfortable what I was talking about and because you can
talk about yourself quite easily can't you you know? So I found that a bit
easier and the fact that it got broken up into smaller chunks
I found that easy to deal with as well rather than one long chunk.
Yeah and I think that's something Eamonn talks about on the workshop as well, you
know how you can break things into chunks because the other thing is if
you're giving advice or instructions I think very often I know this is
something Eamonn says as well, you start speaking really fast because you've got to
remember what is it you're gonna say and then your eyes start going to heaven or
just that like that squinty look I did, so I think for me in particular because
I have a memory like a sieve, I think that's great advice.
So Sage are there, big camera, we will get over Sage in a minute but they're very big
camera, lights, you're nervous did you do anything to stop being nervous or did
they give you anything that you could do? They beforehand had given me a list of
questions that they were going to ask which helps because it gave, you had time
then to obviously plan, it wasn't a spur of the moment and so they kept saying in
between you know, look through your notes if you want to, so I think that helped focus
me because I had crib notes I could just go
oh yes, I'm talking about that VAT next oh yes blah blah blah
and that broke things down a little bit and made things easier. And then they
just kept saying say it again, say it again and actually they were looking for a certain
product a certain way of me talking, which you start talking things go off on a
tangent and I found actually we had to re-record things quite a few times, you
know how in always outtakes and videos you have, cut one, cut two? I was like
oh my God was that cut five? By that time you've forgotten what you said the first time which they then said
was really really good, can we go back to that one? And you're like I can't remember
this is like, how much better remember I said and I think you think keeping the
notes helped but obviously one sentence you say it one way you intercept a
different word into it the whole tone changes and you can't avoid that so
hopefully their video editing is great. I'm sure it is so they're not up yet? No
they come out this season. Woohoo you know we'll have to share those when
they come up. Now this has hopefully you've got the taste for video now, we
don't need the big cameras or the lights because what Go Do Video about is just
being able to create it from your phone for, we say next to no budget because we
do show you some things you can buy if you want to upgrade. So you're coming to
the workshop, we're delighted that you're coming. Really excited. What are you
looking forward to learning from the workshop? A couple of different things
and I think obviously the videos I've done already have been for external
third parties I want to have to put some video onto my own website or onto my own
YouTube link so I guess content. I'm a service industry and quite a dry
subject how do you make tax sound exciting? So ways of thinking about that,
maybe brainstorming and planning content. it's a big thing for me and then -
technically I'm great on computers I'm great on Excel and all that stuff but
actually the backend on and how to get it on to YouTube or on to my website and
then drive traffic to it because yeah it's great being on camera but the end
goal is to market your business and your product so it's really how I can develop
that and understand that as well. There's my big things I want to take out.
Brilliant, I think we can sort that for you. Where can we find you
online? We're at www.mooreaccountancy.co.uk and on Twitter I'm @sidmooremanc
OK, really looking forward to seeing you, thanks a million. See you laters
Hi guys Jess here from the Scrappy Sisters so today I am creating a little beach
layout it is very similar to another layer I have made but it is a little bit
different it what makes it even more similar is that I am using the same kit
so the same papers and supplies so if you watch my videos regularly you will
think that I have pretty much scrap lifted myself here it is a little bit
different though so hopefully you can bear with me I also apologize for the
ridiculous camera angle we are on I accidentally pulled my phone charger
cord that is connected into my camera at the moment I do notice really soon
though and it goes back to normal so what I am doing is I wanted to make
quite large circles to make into a scallop design and
I don't have a die big enough the diamond press that I have is perfect but it didn't
make circles large enough and I don't have a big shot or a different kind of
die-cutting machine so I am tracing circles and hand cutting those out so
you can see there how many circles I made and how many I had to hand cut out
and now because I traced the circles a couple of them had gray LED edges on
them and I couldn't be bothered rubbing them out and I thought just putting a
bit of momentos ink to make a really nice border might just add a little bit
of something and give their scallops a little bit of a pop so I do go ahead and
put ink edging around each of those scallops as I put them down so I'm just
putting three across the page and this top one I'm trying to line up as
perfectly as I can with the top edge of the page so that I don't have to cut too
much scrap off because I love the size that the circles are I've measured to
make sure that they all the amount of circles I've cut off it perfectly going
vertically down the page I do put them a little bit overlapped next to each other
side by side and tiny bit overlapped underneath each
other just to sort of give that feeling of crushing waves or connection there
between the scallops so as I I decided to start sticking them down and just do
the edges one at a time because I was a bit keen to get going with the layout
and I knew that after hand cutting them all out and tracing them all to then
have to go through and hand edge them all was going to be a little bit of a
pain so I decided to do them as I went just so I felt like I was achieving
something so I just put in a bit of a process shot because I didn't think you
needed to see as I stuck each and every single run down you may have noticed
that I did drop the ink a couple of times on the 12 by 12 page if you are
going to do something like this I do suggest moving your white base page away
and doing it over a different surface so that if you drop the ink container it
doesn't blotch onto your 12 by 12 backing paper because that was a bit of
a pain so I gave the scallops a little bit of dimension by just giving them a
bit of a bend and a bit of a squeeze just have them pop out just a little bit
and I'm now having a play with the branding strips that came off those same
pattern papers so on each side of the page I'm going to put one of the plain
teal or greeny blue backing branding strips down and then the other
collection had some beautiful sayings on the packaging strips on the branding
strips and though you know things about finding paradise and things like that
and because this is a beach layout and we are currently on holidays in the
photograph I just thought they were a perfect addition to the page and it's
just a really cute way of adding an embellishment so I hope I know you can
hear in the background my little man I promise he's not grumpy
he is just singing and talking and just telling it all about it so don't worry
if you hear a little man and he sounds like he's being cheeky that's because he
is being cheeky in the background having a great time
games while this mummy is a bit cheeky yourself and does a recording so as I
said just popping on the branding strips of eight side of the page there just add
a little bit of detail a little bit of embellishing without using
embellishments and then I will soon go on to my photos I'm gonna mention my
photos now because off screen I backed my photographs I using the exact same
paper as you can see there are two layers so I put the dark Tilley blue and
then one of the dark Tilley blue scallop pages and then a lighter color on the
other photograph and I am just popping up the photos with some old thicker
letters that are just really old almost like kids craft letters because I'm out
of specific dimensionals you can see those little letters off to the side
there on the left up at the top on the left-hand side
I had already pre-prepared my heading my heading is nothing exciting it's really
just a location heading and it just says quite a slow beach so I've stuck all
that down and I really want to use this tag so I believe the collection it's
from Kaiser craft I think it's called hood dreamings
or something like that dreams dreaming something like that and it's just a
gorgeous blue collection so I've sort of gone through and had a look at what the
different texts say like so the sayings are and the sentiments in there and I've
got a bit of an idea of which ones I think will match really well with where
we are and what's happening and I really loved that tag and it just said the
perfect sentiment for this layout so I tried really hard to see where I could
fit that in without it looking like it stuck out like a sore thumb and then I'm
just having a play I have used that journaling card and I've mentioned this
before I don't do handwritten journaling on my
pages so it doesn't bother me that I've lost three-quarters of the card
underneath the photograph and that all you can see is the happiness is
section because I know that I'm never actually going to do handwritten
journaling on to my page anyway so that part of the card is a little bit of a
waste for me to use so there was no point in cutting it off and saving it if
it was like a gift tag or something like that not only one of the top and
sticking out I probably would cut off the bottom half of the gift tag and save
it for something else because that is usable for me but journaling cards are
just I just if I had beautiful handwriting then it would be a different
story but unfortunately no so just having a play just sticking some things
down using double-sided tape using some foam tape just to add dimension if I
want things to be stuck on top of the photos I then need to use the foam tape
because the the photos themselves are stuck up on foam and I do that on
purpose with the photos just to give them a little bit of dimension and to
help have them stand out from the page and be a bit more of the focus on the
layout if I'm putting the embellishments underneath the photos then they just
stick with double-sided tape flat down on the page I realize a lot of you guys
already know this but just in case there are some new to scrapbooking people
watching might be a helpful piece of information to find out anyone that
makes their own videos knows that sometimes a bit of a challenge to talk
for 13 minutes about what exactly you're doing it's pretty self-explanatory when
you watch what's happening hopefully a lot of our regular viewers are tired of
the sound of my voice and have worked out they put me on mute and they listen
to music or something else in the background and they just have the visual
going because it's I I love watching other people scrapbooking videos it's
just such a great way to get inspiration and get ideas I don't find that I'm
creative enough to design my own scrapbooking layout straight from off my
brain I need to look at YouTube videos I need to look at Pinterest I need to look
at Facebook groups I need to look at Instagram I don't necessarily copy you
know every single tiny bit from somebody else but I
just gets those creative juices flowing and I think that that is so perfect and
that's why I love so many people having YouTube accounts and so hopefully the
scrappy sisters can also do that for you guys that are scrapbooking at home as
well so anyway carrying on this photo graph
as I said before is my son and my husband and I we're on holidays ad to
Perth and we went on a day trip to cottesloe beach we actually didn't we
went on a day trip to Frio Fremantle and on the way back to where
we were staying in Scarborough we thought we'd stop at cottesloe beach and
it was actually really mean of us to do that because my poor little boy we
hadn't taken his bay this because we hadn't planned on going to the beach and
he so desperately wanted to get in the water he just thought it looked so much
fun and we were not him because it was in his clothes and so he was reaching
for it he was stepping in the waves we did let him get as wet as possible
without being drenched in the car because he did then have to sit in the
car from Collis Lotus Cobra but oh gosh he had a blast
luckily scabrous Beach is beautiful as well so the very next day we took him
down for a swim at the beach in Scarborough but you can't go to Perth
without stopping in to visit cottesloe beach it's just beautiful so shout out
to any purse people and Scarborough people and for people and cottesloe
people and anyone like that that is listening your side of the world your
side of the country is beautiful what am i doing now I have put on some twine to
add to that tag if I'm going to use a tag on a layout I will pretty much
always put on a little bit of twine or a little bit of something I'd help signify
that it's attack but it also just as a really cute I'm special lift to the page
which i think is just lovely and I think I'm almost done I'm now just working on
this middle cluster putting on my last few bits and pieces I do sometimes do
things a little bit harder than they need to be
stick the rock stick things down in the wrong order and then I have to like
fiddle in underneath them but it is a visual thing for me if I need to see the
spacing of how things are going to all fit together so I don't mind the
difference between my sister and I scrapbooking is she can do things in
about a quarter of the time it takes me to do my scrapbooking layouts but we
both love it that doing it in our own way is just perfect
so if you are interested in actually visually seeing the difference between
my sister and a scrapbook we have got this at one only one so far
side-by-side layout hopefully by the time this video goes live we might have
a second one that would be awesome I know you guys enjoyed seeing those and
Katie and I certainly love doing it we don't often get that much time to scrap
together or usually when we see each other we're actually hanging out which
is lovely so yeah that would be cool um so I'm
just up to the last little piece of ephemera there that little love heart
and now I am popping on some enamel dots they're all just sort of blue dearly
colored oh dear did you trip over my foot they're all just sort of blue teal
II colored enamel dots that I'm just hiding in underneath the ephemera and
popping around the page I'm not putting them anywhere special I'm just keeping
them within those clusters so that they all rally so that they all still match
and stay together do you want to come up okay and then putting over a cover over
on top of the photographs so that I don't splash the photographs with Heidi
shine I am adding some teal Heidi shine to these photos I love this color teal
Heidi shine but I really don't use it as often as I should because it's quite
difficult to shake out and it just doesn't splatter as easily as the gold
does but here is my finished piece I hope you have loved watching this video
as much as I've loved making it it was so much fun to do so simple and yet so
striking when you look at it so hopefully you have liked this place

the time I know there are certain instances where
you should listen to people when they say when they trying to give you their
best advice whatever but if you try it out twice and it doesn't go the way you
wanted to go they match the song I tried it out twice I should have listened that
bit like to myself after the first time honestly but I mean it was a learning

I've got mud on my shoes, I've got blood on my shoes
Suicide, Homicide, They don't care what I choose
Murder everyone I see
Human butcher what I be
Slaughter all the non-believers, Give a fuck about mercy
Too Much drugs in my system to leave, I can barely see
Molly, Ecstasy, Get you on your knees,
Feed you LSD, Kill my enemies, 'nother felony
Break the law? I am the law!
Axe-Murdering and selling draws
In trails of blood and broken jaws
I'll leave you, Meat tastes better raw!
You a bitch, if you tryna challenge me
Dense motherfucker doesn't comprehend what he can't see
Just before you try me, let me tell you what you're in for
Gory, Pagan shit
Your blood will line the floor
When I drag your corpse into the forest
And hang you from a tree
Draw a pentagram beneath you, you're the sacrifice I need
I'll slit your throat and let it drip onto this sacred ground
With the ritual almost complete, your soul to death is bound
This is revenge for my broken heritage
Years and years being called a heretic
Fuck your commandements, You're a lunatic
I've been sinning, that's my benefit
So welcome to helloween
I hope you like your time
Pray to god you've lived well
You won't be leaving alive
Demonise me, Burn my flesh
I am a pagan man
Rip my gods to shreds
The crucifixion has begun
Burn the witch upon the stake
And nail me to the cross
Kick my teeth until I bleed
You show me no remorse
Tattoos imbude my culture on my skin so I've got no regrets
My long hair, blue eyes, pale skin, accent: Things I don't forget
Don't let them take away your pride and shove you in a box
They fear that you are different
They wanna throw you off the rocks
Cuz you don't know me I could be an alien If I wanted to
You don't know me I could be an outcast if I wanted to
You don't know me I could be an alien if I wanted to
You don't know me I could be an outcast if I wanted to

How to Upload Your Speaking Gig to YouTube | Brighton West Video - Duration: 4:38.Do you have a video from a speaking event that you would like to upload to YouTube?
I'm Brighton West and in this video, I'll show you how.
Now we don't want to do a bait-and-switch, so I'm going to start by showing you how
to upload your video to YouTube.
I'll talk about the one good reason you should put your video on YouTube, but then
I want to talk about why videos like that typically don't get many views.
Then, I'll share a better way that you might not have thought of - a way to reformat your
presentation and reach a huge audience of potential clients and customers who are searching
for your content.
Let's start with how to upload a video recording of your presentation to YouTube.
I recommend this to my clients who are searching for more live speaking gigs and the people
booking speakers want to see what you look like on-stage.
But your audience members - the people wanting the information from your talk, don't want
to watch you talk to an audience, where it's like their seated in the background.
After I tell you how to post your recorded talk, I'll tell you how to repurpose your
talk in a way that online viewers will love.
What you'll do is head over to YouTube.com, and then in the upper right you should see
an arrow with a line underneath it for upload, click on that.
Go to wherever you have that file sitting on your computer.
Take the.mov or the .mp4 file - the video file - and drag it over to YouTube and drop
it there.
Give it a title and a description, and some tags.
The more information you put in here, the better.
But we're going to just - for the purpose of this, just leave it blank.
Once it's uploaded and processed - which could take a few minutes- once you hit published,
you will have that video live and available to the public.
Quick disclaimer - if you're Tony Robbins or you spoke at a Ted event, the video of
you onstage might be everything that you need.
These are professional productions usually involving three or more cameras and the cameras
are moving around, and getting audiences' reactions.
Very few speakers could afford that kind of recording during a live event.
So, I'm assuming you have a video recording by someone in the back of the room.
Maybe it's your partner, maybe a videographer, maybe your cousin Johnny.
But in general, it looks something like this.
When someone is watching a YouTube video, it's usually just them and the screen.
They aren't gathered with all of their friends in front of a 52-inch tv.
It's usually them, and their 4-inch iPhone screen.
If you post one of those back-of-the-room camera videos, then your face is just like
a quarter-inch tall.
And online viewers aren't interested in hearing your resume recited before you take
the stage and they definitely don't want to hear that audience member's phone ringing.
What they do want is this: you as the expert, giving them the specific knowledge that they
are looking for.
They want the information fast but easy to understand.
And they want to be reassured that you aren't going to a bait-and-switch or bury the promised
information deep in the video.
So how you do this?
Here's five easy steps.
Break up your talk into smaller pieces.
Two to four minutes of content.
Think of your talk as a bunch of answers to potential audience questions.
Write a script for each video in this format: First, repeat the question and let them know
that you're going to answer it.
Next, you can throw in a little branding if you wish - not more than five seconds.
Then, you share the answer from your talk.
Lastly, you give the viewer an action item.
That could be 'share this video' or 'leave a comment below' or 'visit my website.'
Record these videos on your webcam or smartphone.
Close enough so that your head is taking up more than half of the screen.
Remember, people will be watching you on a two-inch tall screen and you want them to
recognize who you are.
Upload these videos on YouTube.
Add titles, tags, descriptions.
Do a thorough job here.
What you type in now is going to help your customers find your video.
Share your YouTube videos widely.
Share it on LinkedIn, share it on your website, share it in your newsletter.
Now is that as easy as just uploading a video from the back of the room?
Of course not.
But if you had a chance to speak to a crowd of hundreds, thousands or maybe millions of
your target customers, will you just reuse one of your old speeches?
Or would you customize it for that audience?
YouTube is probably the largest stage you will ever speak from.
So don't skip.
Do it right, and it will pay off.
I love helping speakers, authors and coaches get traction on YouTube.
I'd love to help you, too!
You can schedule a free discovery call where we talk about how YouTube can serve your practice.

EXIT WARS 2nd Revolution - Level 4: DANGER ZONE (Cosplay Movie / Anime Video Game in Real Life) - Duration: 6:35.Welcome back, dear users!
Did anybody miss the two Successor Battles? No problem, here´s the roundup!
Mad Hatter and Ran ka Lee played Rock-Paper-Scissors for HP (Life Points).
Mad Hatter won scarcely...
Sorry, Ran ka fans!
La ra Croft and Serow Villiers
had to throw randomly appearing items at each other. The first one to score, wins.
Since La ra had more EXP from the qualifying rounds, she was allowed to begin.
She threw a hook but missed by a hair's breadth.
After that Serow scored a critical hit with an axe.
Therefore she succeeds to the end game next to Mad Hatter.
Congrats!
The 7 ultimate finalists are being uploaded to the Danger Zone now.
Thus the final stage of the EXIT WARS begins!
May the best player win!
