We wouldn't be able to run the sessions in the way that we do without Learn My

Way. There is no way that we've got the capacity or capability to develop

something as user friendly and as informative as Learn My Way and as

fully featured as well because there's there's that many modules and topics on

it that we'd we'd have no hope of creating something even close to Learn

My Way. It's so flexible and it lets people move at their own pace and not

feel pressured and not feel like they're getting lost in the session. Sometimes it

can be a bit daunting for them to put their hand up and say actually I've not

understood what you've just gone through if some of the other learners are or

seemed to be up to speed with it so with Learn My Way it's all about

delivering it at their own pace that they're comfortable with. If they want to go back

and revisit something they can do that if they're all right and they just want

to go all the way through it that's absolutely fine. It's reassuring to us

that people are getting benefit from it and that find it really useful and

that's what we really like about it.
