The Loose Women panelist is known for her controversial and outspoken personality, often dividing opinions and leaving us all in stitches simultaneously on the ITV show.

But Nadia Sawalha had us all laughing for a very different reason this week.

The 53-year-old TV personality found herself "caught out in the act" as it were, when she decided to remove her undergarment while in the comfort of her own home.

Unbeknown to the gorgeous mum-of-two, her husband Mark Adderley was secretly filming her.

The funny pair regularly take to social media to share photos and videos of themselves pulling pranks on one another and having a good old laugh.

And it was quite the feat, as our Nadia managed to pull off her bra without even having to take off the rest of her clothes, and all while watching the TV too.

Multi-tasking at it's finest, if we do say so ourselves.

The duo captioned the cheeky clip: "I'm eternally fascinated by the swift & creative ways in which women can take off their bras…personally I've never found it THIS easy!!!"    .

And the video, which was uploaded to the Nadia Sawalha and Family official Instagram account, quickly racked up a healthy amount of comments from fans along with a whopping 29,301 views.

One user wrote: "I do this every single and it's the BEST feeling in the world." A second chimed: "It's when we can take the bra off when wearing a jumper without taking the jumper off, that gets men really confused." While a third follow claimed: "THIS! Thank you for making me laugh after such a long and tiring day!"    .
