Waching daily Jul 24 2018

ola youtube my name is ricardo lino and I'm a wheel addict today I'm going to talk

about what I think is right now probably the film of the year the video of the

year the future

yesterday I just saw Formosa and Formosa is the newest project from the Cayenne

crew it's actually the third video that the kind crew does basically Benjamin

but nur and Carson boysson two Germans cinematographers they have the passion

for skating and they are amazing videographers cinematographers I don't

know I don't really know what to call them but the video just came out really

really sick the crew is amazing and it's basically like a small documentary

basically there's eight skaters which are some of the best skaters in the

world just went to Taiwan and as you know Taiwanese is an island in in Asia

that was formerly known as Formosa and that's why the video is called for Moses

the eight skaters are I'm gonna say which are the skaters and what I thought

about their tricks or their performance if we can say in the video so the

skaters are rich yasser chris farmer scott queen David's eyes were Josh

cloacae Joe Adkison Dominique Wagner karst sandstorms and Chris MIT and then

there's one or two clips from Freddy white but starting with Ricci Arthur

it's kind of weird how everyone can just handle it like every day for three weeks

twelve hours with skates on only 20 kilometers a day I don't get it

I see really don't understand Ricci is not 20 anymore but it's skating better

than ever from like super super tech tricks to actually big Emmer's it does

like this trick it's hard to explain basically there's a Mac you're Toria

that all I can tell you is that you need to see it it's basically a stupidly big

Braille with a super huge drop you need to see it other than that Bridget this

just does this playing which is amazing you need to see its richest tricks in

this video are awesome and men I don't know man you can hear Ricci talking a

little bit about the ways he's skating and it's amazing I love Rich's

performance and I love everything about reaching in Formosa reality and

impossible it's possible Chris Farber dude like we all know that Chris farmer

is amazing at grinding long rails super steep kink rails and again it doesn't it

doesn't just vet it everyone else but other than that he got some super tech

tricks he doesn't nollie up top sole in this video that I was not expecting to

see him doing it not because I don't think is good enough I haven't seen him

doing that type of tricks in a while but yes yes yes that made my day watching

that put a smile on my face very much honored like they really

really went out of their way to make sure that everything is taken care of

Scott Quinn well Scott is amazing at writing transitions Scott is amazing at

skating Street I love the way skate it does one trick in this video that I

wasn't expecting for sure basically finds the super super unique spot and

the whole thing just goes amazing I can't really show you the clip because

you're gonna need to watch the video I'm sorry about that but you know what

everything goes right I can tell there was a light

spot and when you land it and even change the light it's just amazing you

need to see Scott's part Scott streaks are on point what else sighs more David

sighs mom I know that David sighs Mert wasn't the whole time entire one like

some of the guys I think from what I know the guys were in town went for

three weeks and David Sizemore could only made it for a week but still he got

some super super solid clips again we all know our goodies and es one clip

just one clip at least that just I didn't thought it was possible basically

it was like a huge it's like a a short trail to a big gap into it into a truck

that's all I can tell you it's like I can't really show you of course but

you're not expecting to see that type of tricks not I'm not I'm saying is not

amazing we all know that is amazing but just the way that he skates and

everything it's just it's awesome you need to sit who else

josh Josh kooky Josh kooky is like josh is like Josh makes you happy for being a

skater and in this video you just you can see it like the way interacts with

the locals and it's awesome you need to see Josh's skating I love the way that

he uses the sports are we drop stuff and now is the sass slides and he looks at

sports differently and each type of scaling adapted really well to Tower one

spots so yes Josh awesome like nothing I'm gonna say that anyone

did a bad job because no one did but it's just like Josh's tricks are amazing

he does a 360 frontside unity I don't get it just a perfect 360 frontside

unity and Richie also doesn't 360 it's like it 270 in spin 270 frontside

backslide to 270 yard those two tricks are on point now the

next skater that also made it to ds1 was also part of blading

and that is Joe Adkison Joe I wish there was more clips from Joe because every

single clip from Joe is straight fire everything is really really on point

I just wish I could have seen more tricks cuz it's amazing and it feels

like it wasn't enough but all these clips are amazing is usage of the spots

I don't know I'm sure that all of you guys have seen him not in this video

doing that backflip or loop transfer or whatever it's the loop without the roof

so it's just a backflip transfer from here to here well expect that type of

stuff there's like a soul transfer that it does in in the monument in Tower one

that it's just this type of tricks you're not expecting anyone to use those

type of spots with skates in a way that he does and that's why I keep saying I

just wish there were more clips from Joe Atkinson next skater Dominique Wagner

Dominique Wagner again he also put a smile on my face like one of the first

lines in the video it's the long hill roll and then there's like some

transition some Street transitions then he it kills it like the way that is kids

it's amazing but I love to see that type of stuff like I wouldn't call it an easy

trick but it's the type of tricks that I wasn't expecting to see him doing in

such video so awesome I loved it every single Clips like super super powerful

like the last times I've been watching Dominik skating it's mainly Bowl and in

this video is skate straight and yes Dominic is awesome skating straight has

been forever and it's cool to see him skate straight again so really really

cool next skater Chris Smith Chris Smith I don't know man that guy is elastic

like is style it's everything that I like about

scaling I don't know it's just the type of stuff that I can do it doesn't so

good all the truths been top sides and like the way that he grabs the way that

it puts his feet I just can't imagine myself doing

anything like that so every single clip from Chris it's just awesome he does a

he doesn't know if me so on a drop rail like curve drop rail again you're not

expecting anyone to do that type of trick in that type of spot and Chris MIT

does it and I don't know it says like everything is in control and steezy and

it's it's good it's good that's all I can say then less skater

and a blast there's like a few clips from right okay

so then next skater Carson Carson I think is the only one that actually had

like a proper injury I think he broke his arm or broke his wrist during the

this trip but until there is usage of sports it's also like Sydney Carson is

like he has a really good control the skate is really good with negatives is

really I don't know he's really unique that's all I can say he does some really

cool stuff he does a soul in the thing that doesn't really look like it's grind

about and then he ends up breaking is racing like a a really really long rail

that he just is not too lucky on that one but other than that Carson clips are

just all really really good like super precise super unique awesome no yes

I said 9 maybe 10 skills because yeah I wasn't expecting to see some tricks from

Freddie white if you guys are no Freddie white has been working for the fees

Freddie white has been working for B mag for a while and it was cool like I knew

that it was part of the the kind crew since the beginning but I wasn't

expecting to see his Clinton es new clips both of them like amazing it is

like a frontside torque with some 72 AMS on a Ledge like a short ledge to gap it

does it's so proper and then it does like a proper top porn on a curved ledge

full speed super super good so Freddie I know that you're gonna be watching these

dude you've made my day watching those two Clips so awesome then

the other two guys in the crew obviously were the filmers and editors too so it

was Benjamin but now that Benjamin now I wish I would have seen a clip from you

and Carson Carson boysson and at least two clips it is like a really sick

negative mark you and I wasn't expecting to see the film ER or to see like the

guys producing the video having clips on it's so sick now what you should know is

that the video is now online and tomorrow I'm going to be dropping a

podcast wait Benjamin and Carson so if you wanna hear

a little bit more about what happened behind the video and all that make sure

to listen to the podcast tomorrow and if you haven't bought from Moser yet do it

right now because it's seriously in my opinion the best video so far I don't

want to be unfair to anyone else but it's awesome it's it's bright it's a

proper documentary just like the first one was and they were just in Europe the

second one they went to Greece these just like the location the skaters the

way that it's edited the way that is filmed from the intro till the end it's

amazing and when you buy Formosa you get the video the main video you get a

webzine like a PDF like with all the skaters and everything and you get some

posters that you can just print and they're like super high quality stuff

super high quality images from the skaters and that's it and if you key you

can also keep supporting the crew also by buying the t-shirts they have the

t-shirts on the website and they also have the book I do have the book from

the last one this is dolphin do book and the often do is this was the second one

the one shot in Greece and the pictures are amazing goal by Dominique Wagner and

buying the book will be another way for you guys to support the kind crew and

you really need to do it because you need to watch this and you'll

understand what I'm saying basically I got this video sent to me for free and

the next thing that I'm gonna do right after this video is I'm gonna pay for

the video I'm gonna buy it and I'm gonna buy the booth because I want to support

these guys and I can't wait to see where the fourth video is going to be and

that's it for today I hope you guys enjoyed this video and if you did enjoy

this video do not forget to subscribe to this channel give me some thumbs up if

you liked the video well you can give me thumbs down but if you're giving me

thumbs down let me know what I didn't like about this video other than that

it's fun and now before we finish this I want to give you a discount on every

skate product I want to give you a 10% discount on every skate product

use it as many times as you want and while you're doing this you're also

supporting this channel so thank you so much in advance and Cheers

Dr Alex Bogdan - Sec Ops '18 Video Interview - Duration: 5:01.

Why should financial services firms seriously consider RPA based systems?

As you know, in our information age and moves law that dictates that every

year the information flow doubles, we can't really afford not because the

sheer volume and the number of errors that may be associated with this volume

is constantly increasing. The robotic process automation is the only way to

solve this volume slosh error problem. Computers can handle multiple parallel

processes so that we can introduce redundancy in our documents and therefore reduce errors.

What kinds of operational changes should firms expect to make when embracing robotics?

Well, the number one operational change should be

looking at the existing processes and critically thinking through them, finding

which of them are still applicable. The operational changes will lead to

embracing people from different divisions from different parts of the

company to look from the outside in and see which of the process are still relevant.

Those are the main changes that people who are thinking of RPA going through.

Another change is to create awareness of the robotic system within the company

and create the desire to embrace it. That is the huge operational change.

What are some business culture barriers that firms may have to change?

The number one cultural change in any firm would be stop thinking as human.

Start thinking as machine. Because what we have been doing to date without the

RAP systems, as we fought through the processes that we implement in our

business from the human standpoint of view. And humans are

sequential, linear, they don't understand parallel processes. We also cannot think

of more than two dimensions. So, therefore, data structures that we

employ with RPA have to be changed. They have to be more and

dimensional so they will be more conducive to machine environment.

What is some of the major pitfalls that firms should avoid?

Well, the major pitfall, of course it's just automating bad processes. It is a very

common practice that we have all been doing this for so many years.

That's the way we've done it all the time. Let's automate it let's make it

faster, cheaper, more alive and so on so forth, without actually looking at the

process itself and seeing whether the logic of the process is broken. Another

pitfall is to try to automate everything. It is not, first of all, it's not possible.

Secondary, it is not advisable because only redundant, only repetitive processes

you should look at to automate first. The processes that are

very difficult to formalize, to create algorithms for, they should not be any of

front-runner sir automation process.

What would be a good example of a repetitive process that could easily be taken over by robots?

Well, for example, transaction records: after the trading day all the tickers

get summed up and get reconciliate it. Customer onboarding processes: it's a very

repetitive process, you need to fill out in many forms and such. There are many

many processes in financial world that are not creative, they're very repetitive.

We've got actually step further in our firm. We automated a lot more complex processes

such as the portfolio management, our artificial intelligence system,

we call Wallace, was able to automate something that no one tried before.

Is the intellectual ability of picking securities. That took us quite

a few years but those are the examples on the lower end and on the higher end of the processes.
