From our experience here at Bay Pines with St. Pete College School of Nursing,

we find that the graduates are very well prepared.

Their faculty is very engaged and helpful.

The clinical rotations that they receive are excellent,

so by the time they're ready to graduate they've got so much experience.

The nice thing about the St. Pete College School of Nursing program is

you can get right out there into the workforce.

Health care has so many options, which is fantastic.

The number and the different types of nurses is expanding and growing

So there's always going to be a need.

Here at Bay Pines we really appreciate

the enthusiasm that the St. Pete College School of Nursing students have.

They're happy and willing to make a real difference in the lives of our veterans.

AASHTO Journal Video: State of Logistics - Duration: 1:19.

This is an AASHTO Journal Video, state of logistics the infrastructure issue.

On June 13 Sean Monahan a partner with global consulting firm AT Kearney

unveiled the 2018 state of logistics report at a press conference in

Washington D.C. During the presentation he discussed some of the infrastructure

issues facing logistics industry especially those dealing with e-commerce.

The transportation hubs where you can take a parcel send it to another hub

then send it along those all those line walls are getting much shorter staying within the metro area

and instead of seeing so much coming into these major metro areas

my shipment so we're seeing capacity constraints on streets in major cities

seen as a push for new warehousing sizes and scales and cities that doesn't

doesn't really exist and you're seeing demand for smaller delivery vehicles.

In high school we would go to vintage stores, there were so many incredible finds.

I would rework them and somehow incorporate into my prom dress or my homecoming dress.

I just wanted something different than what the other girls were getting in the stores.

I was turned down so many times, at that time the look we were creating wasn't as well-received.

It was actually the consumer that said, hey that's really cool.

There's nothing like it out there. With that encouragement it kept us going.

Our design process is very much collaborative. We laugh, we joke, we cry, we get mad.

You know, we're who we really are.

By doing this, we will continue to create amazing and authentic collections.

I remind the team to ask themselves, do you feel passionate about that, or are you just meeting due dates and budgets?

Because that's not what we're all about, you have to make dresses you believe in.

Growing up in the design studio I've always loved seeing how my mom

encourages people to push the envelope. As we move into the future, we want to

continue to find new ways to connect with Brides.

We're always looking forward to what's next.
