Hello my name is James Santiago.

I am excited for this course because I have had a few friends who have taken it and all

have said it is an amazing class.

Aside from that I am also taking this class as part of a GE requirement like a majority

of you all probably are but I am also excited and curious as how this course will enrich

my understanding of gender and sexuality.

I myself am Gay and in my community there are so many terms that have been defined and

are constantly changing in order to identify ourselves and I am in this process as well.

As far I know I am Cis- Gay Male and through this class I am hoping to better express outwardly

what I feel intrinsically.

Moving on, my ultimate educational goal is to get my masters in Dance.

I got into SFSU and I am waiting to get ready for my auditions into the San Jose State

Jose state, Long Beach and fullerton

I hope we can all get along and have fun this semester!
