afraid to live and it placed Richardson as the fourth safest city in America
among those with more than 100,000 people
It was our highest showing among this year's safety ratings which is why this
year safe home makes the top of our list Richardson also continues to gather
notice from those who like to rate real estate. Smart Asset ranked Richardson
second in Texas for the healthiest housing market and Wallet Hub ranked us
seventh in the nation on it's list for Best Places first-time homebuyers should
buy a home. It also ranked Richardson fifth in the US for having the best real
estate market as was also reported in the Dallas Morning News. Of course local
Realtors will tell you that one of the things that helped them sell homes in
Richardson is our access to quality education and we've got some impressive

that serve Richardson third best in the nation and it turns out we're not just

Richardson 25th best in the US for places a teacher can choose to live and work.

Richardson among its thirty-four best places a millennial can
buy a home. Of course once you're raised here and work here then you'll be
comforted to know that you'll also want to retire here.
That's because Richardson also claimed fifth place in the nation on good calls

Richardson is also the 12th best city in the nation for people with those geeky
types of abilities to locate. However we do feel compelled to tell you about one
ranking we rated near the bottom of realtor.com says Richardson is one of
the worst cities to thrive should the zombie apocalypse ever arrive.
It says our proximity to a large urban center lack of a nearby military base and low
number of manufacturing workers all hurt our chances though we did still rank
highly for access to health care workers percentage of homes with solar panels
and access to large amounts of fresh water. Hey, we don't research this stuff we just report it.
Third party recognition confirms why Richardson is a
community that can deliver a place where people are proud to call 'home'
