Taking to Instagram on Wednesday from her hotel room after attending the ceremony, the 33-year-old gave her one million followers a look into her getting ready routine.
Lily had attended the BRIT Awards in a sleek black wig, but decided to mix things up for the afterparty, donning a platinum blonde hairpiece.
Whilst only her face was on display, Lily didn't leave anything to the imagination as she told her followers: 'Changing wigs. I'm on the loo'.
She later stripped off to slip into her party outfit, posing topless as her make-up artist got to work applying some body make-up.
Protecting her modesty with her hands in the clip, Lily revealed: 'Literally lightening my nipples right now. Georgie is plucking hairs out of my nipples. 'I didn't even know they were there because I haven't looked at my nipples in so long!'.
Lily was no doubt ready to let her hair down after losing out in the British Female category. Jorja Smith picked up the gong after beating Lily, Florence + the Machine, Anne-Marie and Jess Glynne in the category.
Lily has been nominated in the British Female category, where she will battle it out against Florence + the Machine, Jorja Smith, Anne-Marie and Jess Glynne.
Lily was a vision of beauty at the ceremony as she rocked a semi-sheer Coach dress from the PreFall 2019 collection that ensured all eyes would be on her whilst remaining demure.
Sheathing her phenomenal figure, the floor length gown was adorned with an orange floral embellishment and cinched in at her slender waist.
To protect her modesty she wore a short black slip beneath, offering only a glimpse at her lean legs - which were boosted with a pair of platform heels.
Lily finished off the look by styling her raven locks in a sleek centre parting, so that her glossy tresses framed her flawless features.
The evening was hosted by Jack Whitehall for the second year in a row, and saw P!nk, 39, honoured for her career with the Outstanding Contribution To Music prize. She's always been praised for keeping it real with her fans.

And to make youtube videos about it.
With low equity, without customers and with 2,000 francs fixed costs per month.
It's not about complaining on the contrary I've chosen it that way
Six and a half years ago, I was self-employed in Germany with social media marketing.
It went well but the money did not get in fast enough
So I had to do something different think. I went to Switzerland and started
at the basler Verkehrsbetrieben as tram driver. one and a half years later the
first promotion, another one and a half years later project manager: own office
business phone and one huge responsibility. Six months ago then burnout.
I've read somewhere: Find out what you like, do it!
And the money will follow. I understand that this attitude is risky
but I said, when if not now!
So I quit without a chance on return and would like the next
months to follow my passion follow and I'm curious where it will lead me
My passion is visual storytelling, that's basically nothing
other things like telling stories with the help of videos.

We are in Keukenhof Gardens
It is known as the Garden of Europe
It is situated in the city of Lisse in Netherlands
This garden is spread across 39 acres
7 million flower bulbs are planted here ever year
making it one of the largest garden in the world
This garden is situated on a 15 century hunting ground
In the beginning it was a herb's garden
The herbs were cultivated for the kitchen of queen
Jacqueline of Hainaut palace
The English meaning of the Dutch word "Keukenhof' is "Kitchen"
After the death of the queen in 19th century, they
appointed an architect to landscpae this place
As per the records, the garden was established
in 1949 by the then-mayor of Lisse
The main aim behind this garden was to help the flower
cultivators of Netherlands and Europe to showcase their
hybrid varieties of flowers & plants
Today, Netherlands is the largest exporter of flowers
in the world and Keukenhof is one of the most visited touristic location
Garden is opened for public based on the flowering
of the tulips. The garden opens usually from mid-march
to mid-may. This years it is open from 21st march to 19th may
Besides tulip there are anthurium, orchid, daffodils and
lily flowers. Also there are many types of gardens like
the English garden, Historic garden, Inspirational
garden, Japanese garden and a Theme garden.
Every year they choose a theme for the garden
We visited Keukenhof Gardens in 2018. The theme for
the year 2018 was "Romance in flowers". The theme of
the current year 2019 is "Flower Power".
Keukenhof Gardens dose not contain long tulip fields
as seen in movies or photographs. Those are situated
outside the garden. There is one tulip field located just
before the Keukenhof Gardens. There are tulip fields in Haarlem, Leiden ..
If you are planning to visit Tulip fields, then you should
go the Bollenstreek of the Bulb region. It is the area
between Leiden, Hague and Haarlem
In front of you is the tulip field just outside the
Keukenhof Gardens. We booked combo-ticket which
included the bus service as well. Will show you the
details and the link in the end of the video
Most of the fields are private owned. You can visit these
fields by foot or take a bicycle for rent

It is better to book the tickets online or else you will
have to wait in long queues
