Hi, I'm Kevin Fornier and that is my video cover letter
for the Learning Experience Designer position at Mindvalley.
To meet your requirements, here are my answers.
My life mission, as you probably already read, is to inspire and motivate people all over the world
to allow them to change, to elevate their state of mind
and to become the best version of themselves.
How do I grow myself everyday on the path towards it?
By applying that life mission to myself. I inspire and motivate myself
by reading and watching motivational and personal growth books and videos.
Those are mainly about Stoicism philosophy and way of life, that I practise and embody.
The Stoics believe that things are under our control or not, that everything is a perception (not the truth),
and that the pursuit of virtue is the wise way to reach happiness.
I also meditate and do breathing exercices even if i admit that I should be more disciplined.
2 years ago, I left my conventional life to travel around the world.
That decision deeply changed myself, expanded my view on life and allowed me to move
from the life in the culturscape to the awakened one.
I challenge myself as much as I can to keep going out of my comfort zone
(which is one of the best way to grow in my opinion).
For 2 years, I self-coach and listen to myself, putting my ego at the side.
It has allowed me to start to recode my mind.
I become the best version of myself by keep evolving as a human being to become an extraordinary one
and to share my knowledge and experience with the rest of mankind.
How does Mindvalley fit into that journey?
By allowing me to fulfill that life mission.
