What Are the costs of not doing it?? #117-Terry -G- video-2017 - Duration: 6:25.
hi everyone this is the untwisted voice of Terry gee thanks for stopping by and
watching my video blog I really appreciate it and at the end of the
video if you like what you hear please leave a comment down below I'd love some
feedback from you is there another thing I like you to do if you subscribe to my
channel every week I'll send you a video just subscribe hit the little Sun below
on my left hand corner lower corner there hit the subscription button I'll
send you a video thanks for stopping by what today's video is about is about
change in the value of change so if I gave you one two three four five if I
gave you a hundred dollars and I said just walk up to that girl or that guy in
the coffee shop or at the gym and ask them out you don't really know them
they're total strangers to you but you'll like them maybe you've talked to
them a few times just ask them out for a coffee date and I'll give you a hundred
dollars you would probably do it you really would all it would take you just
walk up and ask him out you would probably do it if I gave you $200 $200
and said quit smoking for two days 48 hours and at the end of 40 hours do what
you want I'll give you $200 you will probably do that too you would probably
do it guarantee it one two three four five if I gave me $300 it said go to the
gym all you can pay the membership go to the gym for seven days do light weights
or whatever you want go over to the gym workout for one hour and a half for
seven days and at the end of seven days I'll simply walk up to you and give you
$300 you will do that I bet you ten to one years do it
and if I gave you the remainder money in my hand which would be $500 it said call
up that person who you have a grudge against maybe you write a line maybe you
had a fight with them but you know you're out of line and you didn't treat
that person very well you didn't handle the section where
raishin very well I'll give you 500 dollars to call that person off while
you talk to them on the phone make a coffee date with them just to rehash
things a little bit and maybe you owe an apology
maybe you want to unite with that person I think you $500 and do with that and
you know most people would do it for 500 bucks
why not nothing to lose right you know I'm talking to them anyways and what I
want to point out is once we put in value to the changes or values of things
that we have to do in our lives to improve it it starts to make more sense
to us it really does and that's one of the things that people don't do in their
lives when they need to change things they don't change things until they see
value if you have high blood pressure all sudden you have to change your diet
or your you have died you're diabetic all sudden you have to go to the gym
once there's a reason or there's a value or reward to do something then we change
then we change but before things get out of hand like that we can make changes in
our lives that are very rewarding and that we get value for but what about the
rewards are the value we get from not making the changes and that's what holds
most of us back it's like not asking a girl out or the guy out in the coffee
shop what is the negative reward we get from that well we don't we don't have to
face rejection its sphere right we don't the walk up to the person and maybe
we'll get rejected you know she knows the outcome but it's the rejection so
the negative reward from not we don't have to get out of our comfort zone in
order to do something and most of it is because of that we don't want to get out
of our comfort zone what about quitting smoking what is the
negative reward from quitting smoke not quitting smoking that's very simple I
used to smoke I think cigarettes are about eight dollars a pack when I smoke
I think they're about thirteen dollars now it's really expensive to smoke
anyways I just want to throw that in but one of the negative
well when I smoked there was camaraderie we could have a cigarette with the boys
outside of the girls and talk about life so there's relationship building out in
the smoking area when I smoke also I felt a sense of calmness when I smoked
it really doesn't do that to you you can google it if it helps you up and makes
you more hyper it doesn't really calm me down cigarette smoke but it gave me the
sense that things were calming down it gave me something to do when I was
stressed out and help me relax it really did so that was a reward that I used to
get from smoking so there is negative rewards we get from behaviors that were
unwilling to change and what is a negative reward what is the reward from
not solving that relationship the one funeral for five hundred dollars what is
the reward well you get to carry a grudge maybe you like gossiping about
that person maybe you're afraid to get out of your comfort zone and admit
you're wrong so the negative reward again is is
rejection fear but sometimes we like we like to think about people in a negative
way it kind of kind of soothes us it kind of makes us feel real sometimes in
some sick way so that's a negative reward but most of the time it is just
plain old fear that we don't want to get out of our comfort zone
maybe not admit what we're wrong so we have a reward we get value from that we
really do so when you're trying to change your life you're wondering why I
don't want to change just make a list of pros and cons of the negative and
positive rewards you get from the behavior you're doing now get honest
with yourself and write about that and you'll see because human beings never do
anything for nothing we're always doing something for something either it's a
negative result or a positive result or we just don't simply do nothing you just
sit there idle okay and one last thing I like to leave you with everything in
your life that you do easy and you refuse to do the hard things you will
have a hard life you really do if you do the things that need to be
done in your life that are hard for you to do you will have an easy life
guarantee it guarantee it so subscribe to my channel leave a comment and as
usual look after yourself because it shows thanks for stopping by
and have a great day thank you

April 20, 2018 | Federal Legislative Report | AFSCME Video - Duration: 1:05.
$15 billion for job training programs sounds to good to be true, right?
It is.
The House of Agriculture Committee approved a farm bill this week
that includes, what seems like, a lot of money for job training programs.
But, it comes at the expense of nutrition assistance for millions of poor families
including school meals for nearly 300,000 students.
And the bill includes harsh work requirements.
AFSCME and all of labor helped to defeat an effort in Congress
to weaken the National Labor Relations Act, also known as, the NLRA.
The Senate failed to approve a House passed bill exempting
tribal enterprises from adhering to the NLRA.
While supporting the principles of tribal sovereignty
it should not be used to deny workers their collective bargaining rights
nor the freedom of association.

How Video Marketing Increases Credibility - Duration: 0:32.
Another benefit of video marketing is that you increase your credibility.
So, how does this work?
Well by using video you get to demonstrate your expertise in the services that you provide
or you might want to demonstrate a product that you supply and show how it works.
But remember, Clockwork Eye rule number one - don't make a video about yourself
and remember 'People buy from people' but, that's another video.
If you want to find out more about how video marketing will benefit your business

How to Track YouTube Video Views on Your Website with Google Tag Manager - Duration: 4:28.
okay now in this video we're going to be able to track the video views from or
YouTube video views on our website so we're going to set up a couple of things
and then we will go ahead and create the tag so we're going to go here to
variables and we are going to configure and then scroll down down where we see
videos and we're going to make sure that we have all these checks okay so we did
that so let's close out of here and let me just make sure I don't know I didn't
see a Save button so I just want to make sure okay that's all checked all right
so now we have our variables and we're gonna do a trigger and create a new one
and let's just name this one YouTube views trigger sure let's go that and now
we're going to configure it and we want to go down where it says YouTube video
we can track the start the complete the pause seeking buffering and of course
the progress is always important to me so I'm going to do some do 10% which I
typically don't do with videos it's important for me to know how engaged
they are so 25% let's go with 50% 75% and of course we're going to do a
hundred and of course because we have complete that's already going to give us
that information but we'll still put 100 now you may want to do a time threshold
I want to know of each video that I create how much they're watching when
it's embedded onto my website now I'm able to see that information on YouTube
but this is a way that you can actually get this information on your website so
go ahead and click this I can go on to this long technical reason as to why but
I won't do that and I'm going to do this on a whole videos and we're going to
save it okay so now that that's a we got our variables down we got our triggers
down now let's create the new trigger alright so I'm going to put this as
YouTube views and we're going to of course you
personal analytics and so now we're going to create an event and categories
will put video views
so now we're going to check action and you can put this whatever you want to be
your action for me I want to know for action I feel like I want to know I want
to know the video status and for label I want to put the title of the video video
title and for the value I want to have percentage and you can kind of mix this
around the way you like this is just actually what I am going to choose video
percentage so we're going to hit this to true and then all pay treat
okay now we're going to click trigger which is that YouTube trigger we already
created click that we are going to alright now we're going to hit save
alright so now we're going to go to preview mode
and we're going to head over to the website let me reload that in preview
mode and we're going to page on my website that has a YouTube video so tags
fired on this page tags not fired on this page of course a timer they learn
more button which is an honest page and the YouTube views so let me click that
first instead of in McCann here and I should have muted it because it's all
loud and doing the most ok so now we're going to see tags fired on this page
YouTube views it was fired two times which you can see right here and in your
Google Analytics which will show in the next couple videos of how to analyze
this information so of course I started it which fired it and then I paused it
so that fired it as well so now this is how you will track YouTube view YouTube
views views on your website
