The Nintendo Labo is finally out, allowing kids and kids at heart to get as creative
as they want with the tools provided.
And even after just a few days, the creativity really is quite impressive.
So we wanted to highlight some of the more brilliant ideas that we've come across.
We put out the call for examples on Twitter that you might have seen and compiled them
so you can take a look for yourself at just what Labo can do.
And these are only ten examples.
There's sure to be more as more fans figure out the potential of Labo.
Of course, we'll have links in the description so you can find these creators yourselves
and show your appreciation!
The first five creations are all music-based and while some involve the Labo's Piano,
not all of them do.
But let's begin with something a little more traditional as mighly on Twitter recreated
a song from Splatoon as submitted to us by Switch Nindies.
That's the Labo on its own, but some have even thought of using the Piano in conjunction
with other programs.
Brian Altano made something really unique here as shown to us by Heikitsune.
But you don't even need the Piano to make music with Labo.
Owen Martin linked us this video of creator UltimateEz creating a song with the Toy-Con
Garage and using the Joy-Con to adjust the pitch.
Then we have geniway who combined the ideas of Piano and the Toy-Con Garage to craft this
highly produced video featuring another song from Splatoon.
Big thanks to Rob Lawlor and Jaxi for showing it to us!
The last of our musical Labo creations actually segues nicely into the theme of the next five
Labo videos.
A creator by the name of skg_ty, as submitted to us by Mathias Wolfbrok, made their own
cardboard Labo with this Donkey Konga inspired mini-game.
Mo3ore took this idea even further for their creation which combines the Toy-Con Garage,
Mario music, and even their own special cardboard construction.
Play the song in tune to get a prize.
Thanks to Fangz for showing this to us!
And while not a game per se, 96pen did use the Garage to create something really cool.
We want to thank Balzymalone for the find!
The next creation was one we discovered ourselves and puts the Wii Zapper to use as mattyo_39
created a pseudo-light gun game with it, the Joy-Con, and the Labo Man!
As submitted to us by Smash Polls, Leaving Luck's creation is pretty awesome as he
used the Toy-Con garage and Joy-Con to track cards landing in a hat for a simple game.
Finally, Ted Wiesen showed off this incredible recreation of the the Game & Watch game Ball
that was done by JUMPINGGREEN.
It's kinda amazing what the garage and a little bit of paper can do!
And that's ten of the coolest creations we've seen so far using Nintendo Labo.
But this only the beginning.
As people play around more, new ideas will be made and continue to impress.
It's both surprising and not surprising at all how versatile the programs can be.
But what were your favorite creations?
And have you seen any online that we missed?

Labo and other things gaming.
