I like working for a family run business.
I like that the Blenker family are builders, and are craftsmen, actually understand all
the parts and pieces that go into this product.
They think what happens on the ground and in reality, it's not just in the computer
screen.
They've thought through the entire process.
Since they have that experience, they know all the intricacies that you just can't learn
other than being there.
That's value that you just can't find in another components company.
There's always something new and innovative and something to new to learn each and every
day.
What I like is everyday is a new day, and every plan is different.
I love opening up the plans.
It's kinda like a jigsaw puzzle or a crossword puzzle, and every set of new plans, every
new day is a new, a new challenge.
And then I get to use the most cutting edge software that's available.
Not only is the software 3D modeling but it has an engineering component to it.
The fact that I don't have to do the same thing day in and day out is what I like about
my job.
It's fun to work at Blenker Companies because it's a different experience every day.
I like the fast paced and the constant challenge.
Days just fly by and there's lot of new stuff to learn all the time.
Always looking for the next big thing.
Always looking for innovation.
Way to make the process easier.

One of the biggest things that sets this company apart from our competitors, I believe, is

people down on the floor, people are teaching and developing and helping enable others to

When new people come, they may understand the software, but I enjoy teaching them the
actual process of how a home goes together and the different ways of framing homes that
I've learned over the years.
You can start on the production floor and you can move your way through way and even
end up being the accounting manager and do payroll on a regular basis.
Blenker Companies kinda chose me to work here.I started out as a subcontracted carpenter.
I worked a few years.
It was either lose me or hire me on.
So they hired me on as a full-time production carpenter.
I worked in the field and in the shop as a carpenter for a few years.
Graduated from college.
Got a degree in Accounting.
Moved up into the office.
Started doing estimating.
A gentleman retired.
So I moved into my current position as the AR/AP Payroll Manager.
I've almost worked for this company for 20 years and enjoyed every minute bit of it.
I started out in design and now am the plant manager here and there's been a lot of opportunities
for growth and there continues to be.
I've went from not knowing much to being able to build a house.
Working here is like working with my family.
You know, we're made to feel a part of a family, and so that's helped me to grow, and to be
more confident in, in who I am.
When I was a kid, I was taught that you had to go to college in order to make your way
in life and often, it was kinda assumed that if you work with your hands, you didn't work
with your mind.
We all know that's not the case.
No matter where you've come from, or what you've done in the past, when you become part
of the Blenker family, we're gonna allow you to grow and give you all the tools and all
the encouragement to succeed.
Now, you're gonna have to work and you're gonna have to take that opportunity and seize
it on your own but if you want to work hard, and do well, there's plenty of room to grow
here.

In this video i'm going to show you how you can create MySQL database scheme
so
for this you must have MySQL installed
checkout
by typing MySQL
version
on your command line(cmd) to see if you have MySQL installed or not
I have MySQL version 15.1
You must have something like this
or may be later or the latest one
clear(cls) the screen(cmd)
so
in this case
in our url shortener app
we must have users to register, login or to do something else(creating urls,uploading photos etc)
for that we must create users table
but before that we must have database for that
so, first login to mysql
by typing mysql -u "your username"
it is the username for your mysql databse
it is
set when you are installing MySQL on your PC
so you must know what your account is
by default it is root
and for password type -p
don't type anything just press enter
and it is asking for the password
in this case i don't have any password
the values can be anything like
like
xyz@gmail.com
and password will be anything you want to supply
terminate the command press enter
see how it is saying Query OK 1 row affected
now you can use the same previous command to check if the data inserted or not
press enter
see how the data is inserted and it is reflected in the table above
that's all about creating schema

Hi guys, it's Stacey and welcome to my first video here on YouTube, yay!
I've been wanting to make videos for literally my entire life but I'm finally doing itttt!
I just have a passion for beauty, ya know?
Like, I would literally die without makeup, so why not make videos about it?
Cause making videos is super easy, right?
But anyways, enough about little old me, today I'm doing a get ready with me using this
Rimmel London makeup!
Look how cute this bag is omg!
I've never actually, like, tried these products before, but I was just, you know, sent them
in the mail because I'm a beauty guru and companies send you products when you're
this important.
So I'm going to create a look with what they sent me, so let's see what I have!
Here we have BB cream in the shade Light, because I'm so white, can you see it?
...can you see it?
This is some Match Perfection foundation in the shade Ivory, it's a big bottle which
is great because I do my makeup three times a day, so I use a lot of it!
Oh, my camera isn't focusing, it's so silly!
This is a Colour Precise eyeliner, as you can see it's one of the ones with a felt
tip which is exciting because I've never used one of those before.
Here we have a Glam-Eyes Quad eyeshadow palette in the shade Smokey Purple, as you can see
it has instructions on the back which we won't be using because I'm a makeup professional,
who do they think I am?
Some kind of amateur?
This is a Magnif'eyes mono eye shadow in the shade Gold Record, no instructions on
the back, thank god, I'm much less offended now… why isn't my camera FUCKING focusing?
And this is some Moisture Renew lipstick in the shade Fancy, which is a pinky kind
of colour which is perfect… fucking USELESS camera
And finally this is a Provocalips kiss proof lip colour in the shade Make Your Move, which
is perfect for all the BOYS I'll be kissing at the clubs tonight!
Fuck it I give up.
I'm just going to start with the BB cream, I'm just going to put a little bit on my
fingers like this and then just rub it all over my face like this…
Perfect!
Oh thank god they got my colour right, I hate when makeup's just, you know, too orange for
you, ya know?
And now it's time for foundation, you know what they say, foundation is the foundation
of the look!
I'm just taking my brush – I know, it needs a wash, it's so dirty, but I just can't
be bothered to wash it – relatable right?
Make sure you get every part of your face, and that includes your ears… and over your
eyelids… but make sure you NEVER put it on your neck, because foundation is for your
face and your neck is not your face!
So for my eyes I'm going to use the purple ones, but that means the gold one isn't
being used!
So I'm going to take that, oops, open it and spill it all over the place, and use it
as a gold, glittery highlight!
It's almost as if this product was MADE for highlights, beautiful!
Now it's a little golder than what I'd usually use for a highlight, but I think the glitter just
makes my look just pop.
Now for the eyes, everyone says to start light in the middle and then move darker towards
the outside, but I'm a bit unconventional.
My face is a little bit wider so I think having the dark part in the middle really makes my
face a lot slimmer.
Honestly, don't worry about blending because I think it looks perfectly fine as it is.
See? It really slims out my face and really draws attention to my nose.
Not many people do this, but it'll catch on soon, I promise.
And now it's time for eyeliner!
Now I like to add a wing, which can be tricky to do, only us professionals know how to do
it right, so just bring it up a bit further than what you'd think you'd have to bring it up to, and
then you fill it in, just like that.
Perfect!
So now we've got that eye done, so we just have to repeat it on the other eye!
And don't worry if it's even because honestly, your face isn't symmetrical so why should
your eyeliner be?
And the very last step is my lips!
So now we've got… two different products… why the fuck wouldn't they realize I can
only use one product at a time!
God they're so stupid!-
I'm going to try this exciting looking one right here, once again, there's instructions,
which is a rude assumption to make-
Step 1 is to apply the colour, and if you've got small lips like me, make sure you do a
Kylie Jenner and overline them, just a little bit...!
There we go!
So now we've got that Kylie Jenner look, we just need to apply the clear stuff to set
it into place like this...
And we're done!
