This is game stock KVERNELAND OPTIMA V Sowing Machine is not compatible :p

I made some mistakes in this video but I decided to share it with you to give you some advice what to AVOID

1) Most of the time game stock tools are not compatible with modded tools.

2) If you adapt more than one implement on your tractor the option HIRE WORKER It is likely to malfunction

3) If you decide to combine Front cultivator and sowing machine try to have the same working width or if you can not find the same working width Sowing Machine must be wider.

My first thought to combine Vss Front Cultivator and Amazone EDX 6000 TC ...

But my the calculations were wrong and I made the wrong choice to use game stock KVERNELAND OPTIMA V Sowing Machine

So the Front Cultivator it was wider and a part of the field stay unplanted

To overload the sowing machine , must be stop and folded

the worker confused

since 2011 and just started taking this

volume course I am based out of tacoma

so I'm south of seattle by a little bit

I've already got a much clearer

understanding of being more intentional

helping out my my volume learning and

training it's making a difference with

my classic technique already. " that's awesome!"

Money, money wise this was this was a

fabulous value and i had already been a

part of the lash tribe group for at

least a year in fact i think i'm

probably coming up on being in the group

for a year and it's a very welcoming

group and just made to feel very

supportive and I felt like you had

probably just the craziest amount of

wealth of knowledge that you are ready

to share that you have to share with us

and it was more personable, like it just

felt better

like I already talked to you about

things as opposed to like going to

somewhere I didn't know the person and

didn't know that they necessarily like I

was just a number

yeah having the access to be able to go

back to those videos is fabulous

I've already gone back and watched a

couple of them four or five times

So far i'm loving that with like the

Fanning technique videos that you're

showing it from different angles so i

can really see where am i going wrong

what I'm really able to to pick apart

what you're doing

make sure that i'm doing it and

implementing it and i can tell when i

get it right it's just yeah it really is

fantastic is in help and you're there to

you know, answer questions in the group

very, very quickly. "what would you say to someone who is a

little bit on the fence to taking the course but they are looking at it?

Just that it if it's definitely worth it

having the option to do this course when

when it works with my schedule as

opposed to having to take two whole days

off for the only time that I have off

from my business to go take a two-day

course where I I might not get an

education it's even worth the time or

the money that this is huge this is

fabulous

there's a ton of people in my area we're

having their own classes and I I thought

about him for maybe two seconds before I

was like that's not what i want to do

just that I already know that i'm going

to get a great knowledgeable, a steady

base for my for my training...

Last Christmas, I mean in 2016 Christmas I asked around social media,

if there's is a company, that needs help and support in marketing. Especially in internet marketing and inbound marketing.

I was contacted by a person called Eija Kiviranta. She's a co-founder in a company called Work Pilots ltd..

They have an amazing thing going on. They have developed a mobile application and their purpose is to provide employment to youth.

If you have jobs that work as temporary placements in private- or public sector, or errands you need help to manage.

Starting from as a simple as doing laundry or take an elderly person for a walk... Something teenagers can do.

With a small cost you can subscribe to the service and add your gig. On the other end there are teenagers, who will contact you via the app.

This was an amazing idea, so I discussed with Eija and pondered what we could do with this service.

And we came to a conclusion of what if we would get rid of youth employment once and for all?

Think about it. With an app like this, that is in every teenagers' pocket and soon in your pocket,

You need someone to do some sort of a gig. By paying 12€ to 13€ an hour to a teenager, you get routine type of jobs done in a matter of hours.

At the same time the teenagers get a job and valuable experience an it really doesn't cost you much.

I challenge you, think about deleting youth unemployment from Finland.

We have several hundred thousand companies in Finland, what if all of those companies hired a teenager to work for a day. We would not have youth unemployment any more.

So consider this, I challenge you to check out workpilots.fi.

I promised the co-founder Eija that I would help her, for free. I won't take any money, just because I find it interesting to be part of something bigger than myself.

In a scheme that is purposed to only do good to teenagers, so that they can get a job and experience. That way we can build a better society.

We have a one problem in the western societies, and that's the unemployment of young men.

Those guys in Finland, if we leave the metropolitan area and we look at young men living there and what kind of employment opportunities they have,

They graduate to unemployment and there's a real problem of structural unemployment, which causes several kinds of problems, mental illness and disappointment.

Those guys have made revolutions before, so we have to provide them jobs, and to young women too.

But all statistics point that young women succeed better, but we're extremely worried about the state of young men.

We need to get them to work. The problem is not that they wouldn't want to work, but the question is how we can make working life accessible,

So young people use their phones so let's be present on their phone. Let's share employment in here via the app,

Then we're able to achieve the situation where the wants to have a job meets with open positions.

that when people come to our show, they get a little warm inside.

We're no average jazz-trio.

I'm not even sure jazz-trio is the right way to put it,

if it really reflects what we do.

We want to present ourselfs in a way in which our music has that 'jazzy' vibe.

Whether it's authentic rhythm & blues,

a Motown hit in a jazzy style

or an old standard.

Our jazzy style fits our band perfectly with upright bass and guitar.

That's what I think makes it real, collected.

We enjoy playing covers in which the meaning of the song truly reflects.

For example Me & Mrs Jones.

Everybody knows that song.

And when you hear it people go: <i>'Ah, Me & Mrs Jones'</i>

But this is a song about cheating!

And when you elaborate on such a song,

you discover why it is written the way it is

and why the melody and the harmony fit so well.

That is truly inspirational.

And that is the cool thing about all those

jazzy and soulful rhythm & blues,

that genre,

these songs are all love stories.

Martin is the bass player in the band. Our "rock".

Whenever a stressful situation might occur,

he only needs to lift an eyebrow and we know everything will be ok.

He's very steady.

He plays very warm, very beautiful. Can play really funky too.

Lex is as modest as can be.

Remarkably Lex doesn't realize how good he actually is.

It's really a party to be on stage with him

and hearing what 'the machine' creates this time.

It's not about the songs in your setlist and that they are all played well.

It's also about setting the mood at the right moment.

It's about being the soundtrack to the event you take part in.

And I think that's what makes an act 'high end'.

Music is like a scent. It can bring you back to a certain memory.

And we hope that with each song we play, <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></u></b></i>

our audience will go like <i>'Oh, they play this one as well!'</i>

That's what I sincerely hope.
