It was released in May 2016 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Overwatch puts players into two teams of six, with each player selecting one of several pre-defined hero characters with unique movement, attributes, and skills; these heroes are divided into four classes: Offense, Defense, Tank and Support. Players on a team work together to secure and defend control points on a map and/or escort a payload across the map in a limited amount of time. Players gain cosmetic rewards that do not affect gameplay, such as character skins and victory poses, as they continue to play in matches. The game was launched with casual play, while Blizzard added competitive ranked play about a month after launch. Blizzard states that all Overwatch updates will remain free, with the only additional cost to players being microtransactions to earn additional cosmetic rewards. Overwatch is Blizzard's fourth major franchise, and came about following the 2014 cancellation of the ambitious massively multiplayer online role-playing game Titan. A portion of the Titan team came up with the concept of Overwatch, based on success of team-based first-person shooters like Team Fortress 2 and the growing popularity of multiplayer online battle arenas, creating a hero-based shooter that emphasized teamwork. Some elements of Overwatch borrow assets and concepts from the canceled Titan project. After establishing the narrative of an optimistic near-future Earth setting after a global crisis, the developers aimed to create a diverse cast of heroes that spanned genders and ethnicities as part of this setting. Significant time was spent adjusting the balance of the characters, making sure that new players would still be able to have fun while skilled players would present each other with a challenge. Overwatch was unveiled at BlizzCon 2014 in a fully playable state, and was in a closed beta from late 2015 through early 2016. An open beta in May 2016 drew in more than 9.7 million players. The release of the game was promoted with short animated videos to introduce the game's narrative and each of the characters. Upon official release, Overwatch received universal acclaim from critics, who praised its accessibility and enjoyable gameplay. Every Medtainer will be Packaged with Boveda in 2017! - Duration: 1:39.

Hey everyone it's Scott with Boveda.

Today I'm super excited to announce that

Medtainer will now be packaging

every one of their containers

with Boveda inside.

To give you a little bit of a background about Boveda,

Boveda is a patented 2-way humidity control product.

Which means, it's going to add or remove

moisture inside of your container to

maintain a specific relative humidity level.

Now what allows Boveda to do this

is its unique ingredients.

It contains a natural salt, water, and a

thickening agent inside a reverse osmosis membrane.

Which means Boveda is only going to allow

in and out, 100% pure water vapor.

So why is this important to you?

Because Boveda inside of this container,

which is a patented, airtight container,

is going to lock in

that moisture content of your flower by

regulating the humidity inside.

When you lock in that moisture content of your

cannabis you're eliminating weight loss

due to moisture evaporation.

So everyone is getting exactly what they paid for.

Which means, you're going to retain your

terpenes in your flower. Studies have

shown up to 15% more terpene

retention when storing with Boveda.

Not to mention you're going to enhance

your color, aroma, taste, and lock in those

trichomes so they don't evaporate and fall off.

Here at Boveda it we're super pumped to

be working with Medtainer to continue

bringing high-quality products to the

cannabis market.

The Occult Meanings of Santa and Christmas - Duration: 17:03.

The Occult Meanings of Santa and Christmas. by Pao Chang.

Christmas is a holiday celebrated on December 25 by millions, if not billions, of people

living in Western countries. Today, many people living in Eastern countries also celebrate

Christmas. This holiday is a time when people like to get together to celebrate a day surrounded

by evergreen trees, colorful lights, delicious foods and presents. Unfortunately, most people

have no clue as to what Christmas is really about, because they have not deeply researched

its origins and occult (hidden) meanings.

When you study the origins of Christmas and its connection to the occult world, you will

most likely come to the conclusion that Christmas is not what most people think it is. Furthermore,

you should come to the conclusion that Christmas is a day for celebrating different versions

of the sun, such as the rising sun (Jesus) and the setting sun (Satan).

The Occult Meanings of Christmas

Here are excerpts from previous articles that I wrote about the occult meanings of Christmas.

These excerpts should help you innerstand why Christmas is a holiday for celebrating

the rising sun (Jesus) and the setting sun (Satan).

Before we explore the occult knowledge of Christmas, I need to tell you the origins

of the word christmas. Knowing where the word christmas originated from will help you see

the connection between the word christ and mass. The word christmas has a strong connection

to a medieval custom of the Roman Church called Mass, which was celebrated at midnight on

the eve of December 25. Put the words christ and mass together and you get the word christ-mass

or christmas.

The word mass is defined as public celebration of the Eucharist in the Roman Catholic Church

and some Protestant churches. As for the word christ, it originated from the Greek

word khristos, meaning the anointed.

The Occult Origins of Jesus Christ

What most people do not know about Jesus Christ is that he is just a name used as a symbol

to represent essential things in nature or important concepts in life. This does not

mean that there was not a man from the past who taught about the Christ principles. In

fact, there were many great spiritual teachers from the past who taught about the Christ

principles.

To find the occult meanings of the two words jesus christ, you need to split the word jesus

into two words je-sus. In French, je means I. Phonetically the letter I

sounds exactly like the word eye. This is referring to the all-seeing eye/pineal gland/eye

of Jesus/eye of Horus/star/sun. As for sus, it is a Latin word for a fish. In astrology,

the fish symbolizes the Age of Pisces. Based on these definitions, Jesus is the sun/star

of the Age of Pisces. This is why the name Jesus is sometimes enclosed inside a fish

symbol.

As for the word christ, it originated from the Greek word ???st?? (khristos), meaning

the anointed. This can be translated as the messiah. Phonetically, the Greek word

???st?? sounds like the word crystal. This is referring to the crystal brain and the

pineal gland. The Greek word ???st?? can also mean denoting anyone anointed with the

holy oil.

The holy oil is the oil secreted by the brain. This oil travels down the spine and then is

spread out throughout the body. When a person learn how to use certain spiritual and meditation

techniques to raise the kundalini electrical energy up to the pineal gland, it interacts

with the holy oil in the pineal gland, activating the gland in a certain way that allows the

person to achieve a state of enlightenment.

When it comes to Christmas, Jesus is a metaphor for the sun that rises in the East and sets

in the West. Phonetically, the word sun sounds exactly like the word son. This is why Jesus

is referred to as the light of the world. Without the sun, we cannot survive because

we need the energy (sunlight) of the sun to keep us warm and grow food, and therefore

the sun/son is our savior.

Here are some quotes from the King James version of the Bible that give us some clues as to

why Jesus represents the sun (sunlight). Keep in mind that this version is copyrighted in

1982 by Thomas Nelson, Inc. The content in other versions of the Bible may slightly be

different.

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, I am the light of the world. He who follows

Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life. (John 8:12)

As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. (John 9:5)

Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. (Mark

13:26)

Then Jesus came out, wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe. (John 19:5)

When the Bible says that Jesus is the light of the world, it is talking about the sun

(sunlight). This is why the Bible talks about Jesus coming in the clouds and wearing

the crown of thorns. The thorns symbolize the rays of the sun. Do you still need more

evidence? The Latin word for crown is corona. In English, the word corona is defined as

a white or colored circle or set of concentric circles of light seen around a luminous body,

especially around the sun or moon. Based on these definitions, the phrase crown

of thorns means circles of light with rays.

Why Christmas is a Holiday for Celebrating the Rising Sun (Jesus) and the Setting Sun

(Satan)

Some branches of Christianity like to teach their followers that Jesus was born on the

25th of December. This religious story of Jesus being born on the 25th of December is

a metaphor for the birth of the sun that rises in the East and sets in the West.

As the winter solstice approaches from the Northern hemisphere, the days become shorter

and shorter until it reaches the shortest day of the year. Depending where you live

on the planet, the shortest day of the year occurs on December 21st or 22nd. On this date

the sun stops moving south for three days. Hence, the sun dies for three days.

On December 25th, the sun moves one degree north; therefore, it is said that the sun

is reborn on this date. This one degree movement of the sun is very subtle but can be measured

with very sensitive equipment. This movement of the sun is one of the core meanings of

Christmas, which is a holiday for worshiping the sun that rises in the East and sets in

the West

As described at Belsebuub.com.

The birth of a divine child and savior at the winter solstice has formed a central part

of spiritual beliefs throughout the world since the beginning of historyin ancient

Egypt as the birth of Horus, the birth of Mithras in Persia, the birth of Jesus at Christmas,

the birth of the divine son at Alban Arthan of the Druids, etc. These celebrations are

evidence of how people separated by vast distances and time have tapped into a universal spiritual

principle that is just as relevant now as it was then.

They speak to us of a mysterious and universal understanding of spiritual transformation.

All things which come into being must first be born. Even as creation was borne by the

great Mother of the universe, so too must we be born of the spirit to become spirit.

The winter solstice is a celebration of being born againnot of flesh, but of the

spirit. Its a celebration of the birth of the spiritual Son, the Christ, within a

persons consciousness in the process of awakening. [Source]

What most people do not realize is that Jesus is a character used to personify light and

Satan is a character used to personify darkness. However, because so many people believe that

Jesus is good/light and Satan is evil/darkness, they have manifested a reality that makes

these two characters real. This is possible because our collective thoughts create our

reality. The material world is made of thought forms. When enough people believe in something,

they make that thing real. In time, that thing can manifest into reality.

Satan represents the darkness and Jesus represents the light. The concept of using persons to

personify light and darkness goes back to ancient Egypt and beyond. Satan is the modern

version of the ancient god Set and Jesus is the modern version of the ancient god Horus.

Satan is also known as Saturn. During certain ancient times, the god Saturn was known as

El. Hence, the Hebrew word Elohim.

To learn more about why Satan is another version of the ancient god Saturn/El, read my informative

article titled The Occult Meanings of Israel and the Sinister Agendas of the Zionists.

When you really think about the information in the previous paragraphs, there is nothing

really evil about Satan. However, because of our ignorance, we have been tricked to

believe that Satan is evil. This gives the Dark Forces a tool to use to exploit us, allowing

them to harness our energy to help them manifest the evil version of Satan. [Source]

The Occult Origins of Santa Claus

One of the origins of Santa Claus goes back to ancient Egypt and Greece. In Egyptian mythology,

the sun god Osiris was born on the 25th of December. During the anniversary of his birth,

he would ride through the heavens in his chariot.

The Greek sun god Helios was also believed to be born on the 25th of December. Helios

would also ride through the sky in his sun chariot pulled by horses during the anniversary

of his birth. Today, we have a similar character named Santa Claus that flies across the sky

in his reindeer-drawn chariot on Christmas eve.

The word santa is an anagram for the word satan. Santa is Satan! Have you ever

wondered why Santa wears a red suit? The color red is sometimes used to represent the devil,

which is why the devil is often red in color. Santa/Satan is the name and symbol used for

representing the ideology of the Dark Forces.

Do you need more evidence that Santa is Satan or the devil? Santa is also known as

Saint Nick. The word nick is etymologically defined as the devil. As for the word

saint, it originated from the Latin word sanctus, meaning holy. Phonetically, the word

holy sounds similar to the word holly. The word holly is defined as any of numerous

trees or shrubs of the genus Ilex.

The wood of the holly tree was used by the Druids to make magic wands. The Druids believed

that the holly had magical powers, which was why they used it to make magic wands. Today,

certain magicians (not talking about fake magicians) still create magic wands out of

the holly tree.

Another word that has a strong connection to the word holly is holiday. Holiday is holy-day

or holly-day, meaning a day of magic. Most holidays are created by the Dark Forces as

a way to cast magic spells on people who participate in their holidays/holly-days/magic days. This

is why the stems, leaves, and berries of the holly tree are often used as Christmas decorations.

The word holly translates into the Norwegian language as kristtorn. When you split the

word kristtorn into two words, it becomes krist-torn. Phonetically, the prefix

krist sounds similar to the word christ. The word christ originated from the Greek word

???st?? (khristos), meaning the anointed. These definitions show the connection among

the words holly, holiday, christ, magic, and saint.

The word claus from the phrase santa claus was taken from the word claustrum, which is

defined as the one of the four basal ganglia in each cerebral hemisphere that consists

of a thin lamina of gray matter separated from the lenticular nucleus by a layer of

white matter. Take out the word claus from claus-trum and you get the word claus.

Here is an excerpt from an article published on EsotericOnline.net that does a great job

of explaining the connection among the words claus and claustrum and the character Santa

Claus/Saint Nick:

The claustrum is a thin sheet of isolated gray matter, found just medial to the Island

of Reil. Santee says it is a sheet of peculiar gray substance, and is made up of fusiform

(spindle shaped) cell-bodies. It is from this claustrum that contains yellow substance

within its outer grayish exterior, that the wonderful, priceless OIL is formed that flows

down into the olivary fasciculus, descending with the rubrospinal tract through the reticular

formation in the pons and medulla to the lateral column of the spinal cord. It terminates in

the gray matter of the spinal cord, probably giving off collaterals to corresponding nuclei

in the brain stem. Santee. This is the OIL, the precious gift of which the Bible

speaks, Thou anointest my head with oil.

And not only is there oil manufactured within this special laboratory of the brain, but

there is actually an olive tree, which bears actual olives so named in any anatomy. The

two olives are two infinitesimal eminences on either side of the medulla, with the Pyramid

between.

They are one-half inch in length. It is found well developed only in the higher mammals.

They are RELAY (Santee) stations between the cerebrum and the cerebellum and between the

spinal cord and the cerebellum.

This oil is the most sacred substance in the body it is the quintessence of gold the Gold

of Ophir most truly a rare gift. Globules of oil are found in the vital fluid, the semen,

and when the prodigal son has wasted his substance, he finds that it takes a long time to replace

the deficiency and make good the looted bank account.

The olives, which contain the oil, are the reservoirs the relay stations, of course,

which furnish the oil for the lamp, the pineal gland, at the top of which is the flame or

eye. When the Kundalini, the serpent fire that lies concealed within the sacral plexus

is awakened, burns up the dross within the spinal cord, and reaches the conarium, it

sets fire to this oil and thus lights the perpetual lamp, which Gives the light

to the whole house. [Source]

Here is some interesting information explaining why Santa/Satan wears a red suit:

In Egypt, the color red was often viewed as bad or evil because it was associated with

the Egyptian god Set. Satan is the modern version of Set, which is why the color red

is often associated with Satan. As described on Egyptian-Gods.org:

Set was the brother of Orisis, Isis and also the brother/wife of Nephthys. Set appearance

portrayed as a man with the head of a jackal-like animal (unidentified), long curved pointed

snout head with square topped ears, holding an ankh and the scepter of set. He is also

representing as a man with red hair and wearing a red mantle. For Egyptians, red means the

color of evil. [Source]

There are many layers of hidden meanings within the Christmas story. Besides the hidden meanings

in the previous paragraphs, the story of Jesus and Christmas can also be associated with

sacred mushrooms. The following video does an excellent job of explaining

this concept.

06.1 Direct Selects - Duration: 4:17.

Let's open a Direct Select tab.

I'm going to hit my add a tab {+}

and hit my Direct Select module.

And as you can see, when that tab opens

we get a lot of options as to what targets we can populate there.

So for this example, I'm going to say {Color Palettes} and {Presets}.

One of the things we can do with these Direct Select tabs is reconfigure them.

So we can touch our gear area,

and you'll notice that we get a menu of things that we can change

to lay these out how we want them

At the very top there is the number of banks that you have.

You can have multiple banks of different pieces of content per tab.

Then, the current bank drop-down

allows you to select which bank you're going to be configuring.

You can configure all of those banks together, similarly,

or you can individually configure them so they can be set up different.

For today's example I'm going to reduce it down to just one bank to make it a bit easier.

In our layout area we have a couple of Quick-Selects.

So I can quickly hop to 25, 50, 100, or 200 pieces of content.

That's a quick way to do it.

If I want something a bit more custom, for example,

I can add additional columns to fill up that area, maybe one more row,

and that will allow me to set a custom layout.

Below that area we have the ability to configure our Control Buttons.

The first thing we get to choose is which side of the screen we want those control buttons to be on,

so either the left-hand side, or the right hand side.

Below that are buttons that we can actually show or hide.

So, showing our {Record} or {Select} buttons,

using {Flexi} in there,

those can all be controlled from the Control Buttons screen.

Below all of that is the {Use Millennial Buttons}.

And if I check that, you'll notice I'll get a group of millennial and century buttons.

So if I'm dealing with a large amount of targets in a large show file,

I can quickly jump to, let's say the 5500 range.

For now, I'm going to go back to the top and hide those guys.

Below all of those tools is your Page

and that's just a quick way to move through the pages of your Direct Selects.

In the Other area, you can choose what increment these tiles show up in.

For example, if I wanted to see the tenth points of all of my targets, I can do that.

I can look at the hundreth points as well.

So depending on how much granularity I want in those tiles,

the increment will allow me to set that.

When we use Flexi in Direct Selects what we actually do is remove the space between ranges of targets.

For example, I'm going to select {Presets} here

and you'll notice that I have a gap between 1 and 5.

So if I enable Flexi, you'll notice that it removes all of the targets with the exception of one.

So the idea is that there's always a space between the ranges.

So I can hit {Record} and touch the empty button.

But a lot of designers are starting to use Direct Selects as a heads-up display on things like RVIs,

and as a way to see targets.

So if I Skip Empty Flexi Space,

I still get a visual break that says that I'm not in a contiguous target range,

but I also save the space of having all those empty boxes.

When {Color Palettes} are selected I get a little flag in the bottom corner

that shows me a preview of the color that's stored in there

and I can choose to turn that off if I don't want that on there.

The Maximize Button Size allows me, regardless of the size of button grid that I set up,

that allows those buttons to expand to fill the whole screen.

Finally, at the bottom just like all the other custom displays that you can set up in other tabs

like Live in the Playback Status Display,

You can set a default for Direct Selects

so that as you open new Direct Select tabs, you don't have to reconfigure them.

You can also Reset to the Tab Default,

Set the Current tab as the Default, Reset to Eos Default,

and in Direct Selects in particular, you can Reset just the Current Bank that you're talking to.

Eos v2.5 Software Introduction - Duration: 10:03.

Hey everybody! I am Nick and we are here

to show you all the exciting new things

coming to you in 2.5.

The bulk of the work we have been doing has been to get

our new console the Gio @5 out and

shipping to you but we also have some

exciting new features coming, so let's check them out.

One of the changes

we've made to Eos 2.5 software is in

the {Direct Select} area. We've combined

the by 25 and the Direct Select classic

into a single tool with a lot more Flexability

One of the first things

you will notice when you open a Direct Select

tab is that you have the ability

to have multiple banks in the same tab.

For today I am going to go ahead and

select Color Palettes and Focus Palettes.

Just like in other areas of the desk

if i touch my gear tool i get some

context tools to allow me to adjust how

this display lays out. As you can see I

can talk to all of my banks to configure

them or i can talk to each one individually.

For today I'm just going to

grab one bank. In my layout area I have a

couple of quick layout tools so i can

quickly select 25, 50, 100 or 200 buttons.

Or i can go down below

that and select my rows and columns that appear.

In the controls button area I can

choose which side of the screen my

control buttons show up on. Either on

the right or on the left and just like

in the by 25 tools before you can see

that i have the ability to show or hide

buttons depending on what I want to use.

You will see a checkbox that says {Use

Millennial Buttons} and with that enabled

we get our Millennial and our Century

buttons that allow us to quickly jump to target ranges.

These tools were available

in Direct Select classics and now have been migrated over.

Going back into my

menu some of the other tools i have

available include {Increment} this allows

me to set my tiles to display in whole

numbers, tenths, or hundreths. With Flexi

enabled I can skip the empty Flexi

spaces that are usually left in the

Direct Select tiles, I can maximize the

button size to make them bigger, and of

course i can use my color swatch.

Just like other displays in the system I

can set this tab as a default so

that any time I open other Direct Select

tabs I don't have to reconfigure them.

Many of you have been requesting the

ability to layout Direct Select's with

any target you like, tile by tile,

side-by-side. Have we got a feature for you!

This is the Custom Direct Select Module.

To populate it, simply press and hold on

a tile and it will expose the ability to

lay out your target type as well as

start and end ranges. For this example

I'm going to go ahead and pick Color Palettes

and just type in {2} to {6}. and I hit {Ok}

and those populate right there for me.

If I want to put my groups right next to

that, I sure can!

I can also build content from the command line I am going to

go ahead and stay [Focus Palette] [1]

[Thru] [4] and just double-click on the

tile where I wanted to start and those

guys drop right in. To remove items from

your custom Direct Select bank simply

press the escape button and as you touch

individual targets they'll fall off.

If you want to clear a whole range press

and hold [Escape] and press and hold the

first target until your red X comes up

tap the end of the range and

everything in-between goes away.

Another new tool in your 2.5 arsenal is

graphical representations of shutter controls.

Let's quickly grab a channel

with some shutters in it and I'm going

to pop open my encoder display so as I

move my shutters and you can see that i

have a graphical representation of what

they do.

If I touch the graphic I can actually

pop open a tool that allows me to

manipulate those via the touchscreen and

I can close that back up and I have also got a

bunch of tools over to the right-hand

side that allowed me to pair shutters,

invert them, home, thrust an angle, and alike.

Also in 2.5 we added a tool called

channel level release and what that tool

does is it allows you to set a release

flag on a channel in a cue and once

that release flag is set it tells the

cue list to no longer be interested in

controlling that channel and allows it

to be released to its background state.

Let's look at how to set that flag

I'm going to go ahead into [Blind] and I've

set myself in Blind spreadsheets we can

see how this operates a little bit

better. if in Cue 4 I want to release

channel 3 back to its background state,

I can go ahead and say [Cue] [4] [Enter] and I'm

gonna go ahead and say channel 3 and

I have a soft key called {Release} and as

soon as I enable that you'll notice that

my channel levels go gray i get an R

flag for release and you'll also notice

that tracked forward release flags

follow all of the rules for tracking and blocking.

Also, if I hop over to my

Playback Status Display you will notice

that there is a new flag column R for

Release and you will see that in Cue 4 I have

certain channels that are being released

in that cue. For additional information

on the release flag

don't forget to read your supplement.

A new and exciting feature in 2.5 is

the creation of a temporary fader mapping.

What i can do is create from a list

of reference targets a quick little list

that i can play through. It is kind of

like a cue list and the sub all mixed

into one. I will show you how to create

it real quick and then we can show you

how to configure it. If I press and

hold the [Load] button on any empty fader

i can just touch on my Direct Selects a

couple of reference targets hit [Enter]

and as you will see I now have a little

list of those targets loaded to my fader

hitting [Play] will just pop

through those. If I want to configure some of

the elements of that temporary fader

list I can pop over to my {Fader Config}

and in opening up my properties

tab things that are of use my back from

first and go from last behavior so for

example I could wrap those each way.

I can also assign some timing to this so

my up time is the time that content

fades in as i'm going to the next step

and the downtime is the time that

content going away fades out

also if I put a dwell time on there I

can set a little bit of an auto follow

and create a little effect list.

If you want to see what's actually

populated in the list you can just touch

your target area and you will notice that

in your target list we can see all the

things that are loaded to play back in

that temporary fader list.

Continuing in our fader config area one of the new

additions we have is the ability to do

channel or parameter level filters on a

target. I am going to put a preset on this

fader and that will be my my wash preset

so that includes a ton of fixtures just

a whole bunch of colors and channel

locations so I'm going to get into my

properties dialog box and you will notice

two areas where i can add a channel

filter so that's gonna drop on the

command line and I can just say that I

want to include channels 1 through 54 to

be played back on that fader from preset

six.

Similarly, if I only want to control

certain categories or parameters that

are recorded into that preset I can

filter them down here for example just

my color. What filters really allow

me to do is to have one big bucket of

content and either parse it out across

multiple faders by channel ranges or by

intensity focused color beam so i don't

have to duplicate the same piece of

content to get different levels of

control across multiple faders.

One of the things that's a change in 2.5 is we

have changed the amount of granularity

you have in what you exclude a target

from so in previous versions of software

and exclude flag on a sub for example

would prevent that content from being

recorded so you might have your house

lights on an exclusive sub so that they

don't record into your cues. Now we

have the exclude from record which is

the same behavior but we also give you a

few more things that you can work with

the next one down is {Solo} and if you

are excluding from solo that prevents

this content from being knocked out when

a solo is on. A solo is a new button

state that you can enable on a fader and

that is just a temporary state that, much

like a sound console, when that button is

being held down all other contributing

content is suppressed and that guy is

left on. The other two things that you

can exclude a piece of content from

being affected by our Inhibitive subs

and the Grandmaster. Finally, in desk

settings in our {Displays} area you will

notice that we have garnered the return

of these {Show Reference Labels} button.

We were getting a lot of feedback that

there was not a global way to change your

show reference labels across all

displays so this will allow you to

globally set that and your tab level

overrides will temporarily override that

setting on a per tab basis. Enjoy it!

Thanks for taking the time to go through

the new 2.5 software with us! As always

there's a lot more documentation in your

supplement so be sure to read that, we

also have all the new Gio @ 5

documentation on our website so feel

free to check that out as well.

Until next time I am Nick from me and the

rest of the folks here in the studio

we will see you at the next one!

Ninja Scroll Franchise Review Part 2 - Scrambled Thoughts - Duration: 11:26.

In 2003 Madhouse produced Ninja Scroll

the TV series. The TV series continues

the adventures of Jubei and Dakuan,

only this time around

Jubei has to deliver the Dragon Stone to

Shigure. Who is destined to become the

Light Maiden. Things become more

complicated when the Dragon Stone breaks

in half,

and Jubei is forced to protect Shigure,

from not only our old friends the

Kimon but the Hiruko clan as well.

Hands down the best thing about Ninja

Scroll the TV series is Jubei. The TV

series solidifies Jubei as a badass

loner hero, similar in vain to James Bond

or Conan. Jube is my favorite kind of

hero. He just wanders around doing his

own thing, and adventures just happen

around him.

Come to think of it the best way to

describe Jubei is to imagine Han Solo

as a ronin in feudal Japan. Jubei

desperately wants to be a despicable

selfish person, but his heart always gets

the better of him. He tries not to get

involved, but his sense of justice forces

him to. He may not be able to see the good

in himself but the others around him

always believed in him Jubei Kibagami is

an excellent example of the flawed hero

who will always do the right thing, and

he is the strongest aspect of the Ninja

Scroll TV show. Which is a plus. But on

the downside, as a whole the Ninja

Scrolls series is a disappointment.

The problem with the series is, it takes

a story that would have been great for a

90-minute movie, and it stretches it out

to 13 episodes. The show feels very

padded and it suffers from the villain

of the week syndrome. Every episode is

basically bad ninja shows up, tries to

steal the Dragon Stone, then Jubei fights

them, rinse and repeat.

Making the show feel

very monotonous and predictable. Ninja

Scroll the series also suffers from the

same lack of character development that

was present in the movie. Like the film,

the series tries to keep the audience

invested with great fight scenes. But

works in a movie, doesn't work in a show.

After a while the fight scenes start to

become boring, and you just want the

characters to start talking to each

other. All of the best TV shows are based

on deep characters and complicated

interpersonal relationships. The nuance

personalities and conflicting points of

view is what makes shows like Berserk so

good, but unfortunately Ninja Scroll has

none of that.

It falls back on fight scene after fight

scene, and you're left not caring about any

of the characters. I really wanted to

like Shigure. But she's treated the same

way the movie treated Kagero. She's

completely under developed, and is

relegated to the background when she

should have been the central focus of

the show. You think Shigure knows what

happened to the last chick who was hanging

out with these guys?

Yikes!

The best episode of the series is

Shelter From The Rain. This episode finds

Jubei poisoned and taken in by a lonely

widow and her son. As the widow nurses

Jubei back to health, she tells him her

husband was killed by a ninja, and she

will not rest until she gets her revenge.

Obviously, through a strange twist of

fate the woman finds out Jubei is the

ninja who killed her husband, and she

must decide what to do with the man she

was previously caring for. Shelter From

The Rain represents everything that

Ninja Scrolls series should have been. It

has it's fair share of action, but the

tension between Jubei and the widow is

the driving force of this episode. This

episode deals with the futility of honor

and revenge, and how a person should

become a slave to their principles. If

you only watch one episode of the Ninja

Scrolls series, this is the episode to

watch.and it's a shame there weren't

more episodes like Shelter From The Rain.

I did like the music in this series. I

thought the rock music was a nice change

from the score of the original film, the

song Sure Shot makes a good fight theme.

But the problem is they play it over and

over, and most people will probably end

up getting sick of hearing it. At least they didn't get

this guy to do the fight theme.

My favorite song is Shigure's theme.

Its epic and mysterious, and it is

the perfect hero theme. I know I complained

about all anime themes sounding alike.

But Ninja Scroll would have benefited from a

female sung J-Rock ballad. I appreciate

they tried to do something different, but the

theme they have now just feels stale.

If only there was someone to sing a better

song for the opening. Hello!

Why if it isn't Japanese AV Superstar Yuma

Asami. Nice to meet you! Yuma, do you think you could sing

a better song?

Well it just goes to show, whether it's

an opening theme or eating a banana, Yuma

Asami makes everything better.

Visually the series looks really cool

I love these shots at sunset and the

burning village in the first episode

looks amazing. The character designs have

lost a lot of the Kawajiri-isms and

have more of a conventional TV look. But

I do like the design of Shigure.

She looks like a secret character from

Last Blade, and I like Yamidoro too. He

looks like he should be the boss in a

Genesis shooter. For the most part the

Ninja Scroll TV series is a

disappointment, and unless you're a fan

it's probably best to skip it. However there

is another alternative. If you're dead

set on seeing a really good Ninja Scroll

TV show, you should watch Basilisk. As

mentioned previously, Ninja Scroll is

inspired by Yamada's Kouga Ninja

Scrolls. Basilisk is a direct adaptation

of the Kouga Ninja Scrolls, and it's

incredible how many ideas Kawajiri

stole from Yamada. Both have a kunoichi

who control snakes. Both have a villain

with the power of resurrection. Both have

a kunoichi from the Kouga clan, named Kagero

who kills people with sex. Both have a

blind swordsman. To a large extent

Basilisk feels more like a Ninja Scroll

TV show, then the Ninja Scroll TV show.

Although if you do watch it be prepared

to cry, I was bawling like a baby by the

last episode. You are such a bitch. Since I brought up

Basilisk, it's also worth touching upon

Ninja Resurrection. The fascinating thing

about Ninja Resurrection is that in

America, it was marketed as a direct

sequel to Ninja Scroll in an effort to

dupe Ninja Scroll fans into watching it. As

a result Ninja Resurrection is pretty

much universally hated amongst American

anime fans.

Even though Ninja Resurrection isn't a

sequel to Ninja Scroll there is a

connection. Ninja Resurrection is based

off of Makai Tensho, which is another

book by Yamada and featured his

character Jubei Yagyu. Makai Tensho was

also adapted into the 1981 film Samurai

Reincarnation starring Sonny Chiba, which

Kawajiri area also drew inspiration from

for the visual look of Ninja Scroll. If

you understand the context of Ninja

Resurrection and go into it knowing it's

not a Ninja Scroll sequel, it's actually

not that bad of an OVA and it's worth

checking out if you're a fan of the

other Makai Tensho adaptations. The

first episode really has a great action

sequence and excellent cinematography

towards the end. Also Ninja Resurrection

really manages to capture the intensity

of Sonny Chiba with their design Jubei.

It's just unfortunate that the OVA is

unfinished.

It was intended to be three episodes but

only two were produced. Lastly in 2006

Wildstorm released a 12 issue Ninja

Scroll comic series. The comic was mainly

produced independently with no

involvement from Kawajiri. The comic

is basically a collection of short

stories that detail the further

adventures of Jubei. Sort of like the TV

series only without the overarching

story. The comic features the artwork of

Michael Chang Ting Yu and Jonboy

Myers. I really like the artwork of

Michael Chang Ting Yu, it reminds me of the

artwork of Ryoichi Ikegami, and it

perfectly fits the tone and spirit of

Ninja Scroll. Jonboy Myers artwork is

okay, and it kind of feels like Jason

Howard's work on the Astounding Wolfman.

But Michael Chang Ting Yu's art is a

better fit, and he really should have

been the only illustrator for this book.

The comic is mostly okay, and is really

just made for hardcore fans of Jubei.

The three stories that stand out

are Jigoku, Tengu and Obakemono. Jigoku

has Jubei going to hell, where he meets

up with the slain members of the Kimon

clan, as well as Kagero. Jigoko is

basically Ninja Scroll's greatest hits,

and it's basically just meant to sucker

people flipping through the pages

into buying it. Which worked on me. When I

saw the cover with Jubei and Shigure,

I thought it was going to be a

continuation of the TV show. But Shigure

is nowhere to be found, and the Jubei

goes to hell angle is just a plot device

for writer J. Torres to say "Hey remember

Tessai? Remember Mushizo? Wasn't it cool

when the bees came out of his back?

What about Kagero? We all love Kagero."

Jigoku is a waste of time and does

nothing to add to the Ninja Scroll mythos.

It's only worth mentioning because

of its forced connection with the

original film.

Up next is Tengu, which follows Jubei as

he gets involved with the war between a

human village and a clan of Tengu ninja.

Out of all the stories, Tengu is a story

I could see being an actual follow-up to

the original Ninja Scroll, and at times

it reminds me of Kurosawa's Yojimbo. It

does a really great job of doing away

with the conventional ideas of good guys

and bad guys, and leaves you wondering

who the real villains really were. My

favorite story was Obakemono, which has

Jubei fighting the first vampire in

Japan. Michael Chang Ting Yu's art is

really creepy, and J. Torres does a good

job and crafting a flat-out Horror Story.

Vampires may not be a perfect fit for

Ninja Scroll, but this comic could have

been a standalone movie. I would love to

see a live-action film about samurai in

feudal Japan trying to figure out how to

kill a vampire.

Altogether the Ninja Scrolll comic has a

few bright spots, but is really only

intended for die-hard fans of Ninja

Scroll and people very familiar to the

series mythology.

The Ninja Scroll franchise is a great

example of the Law of Diminishing

Returns. In the sense that each

installment gets a little bit worse than

the one that came before. The movie is

awesome, but the TV show isn't as good as

the movie, and the comic isn't as good as

the TV show and it's a helluva

lot worse than the movie. But I can't

recommend the original film enough, both

as a great example of Kawajiri's

ability as a filmmaker, and just an

all-out excellent anime action film. The

TV shows a bit wonky. It's fun and it's

worth checking out if you're interested

in the further adventures of Jubei and

Dakuan, but it lacks a lot of substance. If you

don't care about Jubei and just want

to see a good ninja show, that has the

spirit of Ninja Scroll, then watch

Basilisk. The comic is just for fanboys

going through Ninja Scroll withdrawals. It

has some cool stuff, but the only people

who are going to get anything out of it

are people who are already huge fans.

I Don't Wear Pants Anymore - Word Vomit - Duration: 4:10.

I'm not really sure if this video has a point.

Hi everybody, I'm Amanda the G and this is just kind of a video about some of the shit

I've got on my mind right now.

You know how on Facebook there's a little section that says on this day?

I'm kind of obsessive with checking it and I don't really know why.

And I realized that this time of year is the time of year that I have a tendency to quit

jobs.

5 or 6 years ago that I just up and quit my job to absolutely nothing.

I'm out.

I'm done.

Goodbye.

I quit.

And then I was unemployed for like 3 months so warning if you do that, be careful.

And recently I've decided that I'm not going to teach multiple places for fitness classes

anymore.

Part of that was it just wasn't really a good fit and part of it is like the timing isn't

the greatest.

And it wasn't a consistent schedule anymore and I really need consistency with how much

that I do.

Part of it was, um, I was treated kinda terribly once and I don't appreciate that.

Let's check Facebook and see what happened today.

Oh god, I have so many notifications, damnit.

Ok, now here's the problem, I went to go into Facebook to get more things to talk about

about the on this day thing and now I'm stuck frikin' reading comments and reading other

shit because Facebook's like oh here, look at this thing and you're like damnit, I didn't

do what I meant to do cause there was a notification.

(groaning) on this day (more groaning) I drew Krampus on this day.

Ok so apparently on this day I had a pumpkin spice latte and felt the need to share it.

Some of this is just like laughing at yourself cause you're like really, I really felt the

need to share that?

Oh god, I've gotta stop checking Facebook!

I can't!

I can't!

It's just, you just get, you- (sigh) ok.

Social media is both awesome and terrible cause you get completely distracted and I

have no idea what I was talking about.

Let's go to Twitter, what's happening today?

Oh there's another notification.

What's going on in the world?

People are drawing fan art.

Not for me, for other people that I follow, there's people drawing faar- fan art.

Why the hell would anyone draw fan art for me?

Just sayin.'

Nobody even knows who I am.

I keep getting fucking notifications and I can't stop looking at them.

Which is also probably why it's a good thing that people don't actually know who I am because

if my phone was constantly getting notifications from different things, I would not be able

to stop.

If I had people like actually sending me messages and doing shit all the time, I don't think

I would get anything done.

Where did this video even go?

I don't even know with what I started and how I ended up here.

I don't wear pants anymore.

I decided I want to be comfortable forever and by that I mean I wear leggings instead.

Which leggings are pants, let's just be honest, you just have to wear a shirt that like covers

your butt.

I'm wearing leggings now.

See?

They're grey and I have elves on my socks.

Ow!

Ow!

I just kneed myself in the chin, I don't know how I did that.

They are so soft and so comfortable, it's like I'm not wearing clothing, so why would

I put on jeans when I can wear these?

And I know that dressing the way I've been dressing recently is not as "attractive" to

some people or whatever, but I've kind of determined at this point in my life, I'm probably

gonna be single forever and that's really ok.

How the hell do I still have this thing on my hand?

Driving me up a fucking wall.

And I know they're chipped, but I managed to do my nails, look.

Focus camera, focus on them.

Focus.

See, they're cute.

They're really chipped so ignore that but they've got like snowflakes on a nail and

I've got glitter on another one that's like glitter balls and then there's blue.

I don't really know why.

But I just kinda did it.

That's enough me being all over the place for today.

If you guys liked this video, click the like button and subscribe to my channel, I make

a new video every Tuesday.

Thank you guys so much for watching.

All my love.

MWAH! (slow mo) ow!

That doesn't make any sense.

PREPARING TO BREASTFEED | An Interview With An IBCLC - Duration: 14:55.

hi guys i'm Heidi Kim and this is why I

brought you here. I have been so excited

about this video that I get to film for

you guys. I'm bringing you Trine Bradshaw

who is one of my favorite ibclcs or

international board certified lactation

consultant here in the Phoenix area. So I

definitely recommend her if you guys are

in the Phoenix area or I don't know feel like

driving all the way to Phoenix and I

will have her website linked down below

she's from "breast for baby" but we wanted

to do a video with you guys all about

the top things that you should be

thinking about when you are planning to

breastfeed. So as an expectant parent

what it is that you might want to know ahead of

time because sometimes I think it

it hits you by surprise. You know we

spend a lot of time planning for the

birth or planning for nesting and

that kind of thing but breastfeeding

isn't always as natural as well doesn't

always come as naturally as we expected

to. T: It doesn't come as easily as you would like it

to for some so...

H: Yes and so um I asked Trine what what the

things are that she would recommend, that

she just thinks every expectant parent that wants

to breastfeed should know so... T: Well the

first one is definitely I think

everybody should know that breast

feeding is a natural thing but it's also

a learned action so kind of like walking

or talking it takes awhile and you fall

down and eventually you get it

yeah is going to happen at least for

most but it doesn't come too easy to

everybody.

H: yeah and so I think you know we hear a

lot about how natural breastfeeding is

but for a lot of people it doesn't come

naturally and even if you know even know

a lot about breastfeeding it can still

be pretty challenging so just knowing

that eventually will become kind of

second nature like riding a bike

you're learning to drive but at first

those things can be a little bit

challenging T: and also we all watch people

walking and we watched people talking

and we watch people ride bikes and in

our society today you don't get to watch

people breastfeeding all the time so a

lot of us are coming into this at least

my generation came into it not having

really seen a lot of people

breastfeeding and not really knowing who

to ask because their mothers may have

not breastfed or aunts may never have breastfed

or sisters H:or if they did you know you

didn't necessarily see it either i think

it helps to have seen it but a lot of

us haven't so yeah that's a great point.

What else would you say? T: I would say this

is extremely important this is probably

the most important thing to know go and

create community. Go and find all your

resources while you're still pregnant

go and find La leche league meetings go

and find breastfeeding USA meetings

figure out who are the lactation

consultants in your area. Are there other

support groups in your area? Look into

whether your hospital has ibclcs on

staff and how that whole thing has

handled. How often they are available get

all those numbers together put the

numbers of the ibclcs or the la leche league

leaders in your phone prior to having

your baby because you will be tired and

you will be unable to really kind of

just sit down and figure out who is the

better choice for you and it's too late

once you have your baby to really do a

whole lot of homework so do it ahead of

time so you're not going to be quite

sleepy. H: I think that's a really great

point and the other thing that I would

add on top of that is once your baby is

born

don't be afraid to use the resources

that you've just made that list of. Like

I know with Rosalind I had done that I

have a list of people to ask but I was

terrified to call an ibclc because I

thought to myself "no I must do this" and

I was so determined and thought that

that was some failure. You're putting

those resources together so that you

have them after the fact T: and and also I

know when I was used to be a la

leche league leader we had people that were on

on phone duty all the time. There's always

going to be a la leche league leader who's on

phone duty and that's what they do. They

answer phone calls from new moms and

expecting moms answering basic questions

about breastfeeding. I even have people

who call me now having just questions

and sometimes they don't need a

consult or anything they just need to have

a couple of questions answered. A really

good idea even finding support groups on

places like facebook More Than Milk H: Yeah we have a

"more than milk" facebook that group too if guys

haven't joined it's linked down below.

T: Yeah it's it's awesome because you can

ask all those little questions that... H: At

three in the morning T: Yeah okay I always

tell my clients that text me when you

have the question even if it's two or

three in the morning. I turn my phone off

when I go to sleep and I turn on again

in the morning so when you're up nursing

at two-thirty text me the question and

I'll get back to you when I wake up so

don't feel like you're keeping me up in the

middle of the night that kind of works

with a facebook groups because you never

know who else is up at two. H: yeah

especially facebook groups are little

more similar to la leche league because

it's there's other moms that are

probably up nursing too. So yeah have

have your resources ahead of time.

T: the first one is feed your baby early

and often the first few hours. I just

would really like baby to spend time

skin-to-skin that means naked baby you

can wear diaper on mom's skin not with a

certain between out with any blankets in

between just skin to skin after the

first few hours I really would urge

people to try and feed their babies

every two hours or feed their babies

when they are alert and awake because

that may be more often than every two

hours. H: So often a lot of the like times

and stuff like that are based on

formula-fed kids

because that was really the norm and so

you might have a mother-in-law that

saying something like you just fed that

baby it can't possibly be time again but

newborns eat all the time. When in doubt

nurse T: Feed the baby whenever they

are willing to feed if your baby sleeps

a lot in those first 24 hours you may

want to wake them up to feed. Getting

baby naked getting baby skin-to-skin

turning on a fans maybe will help to

keep baby kind of alert and willing to

work with you because the meconium that

in baby system needs to be worked out of

their system and your breastmilk in the

beginning is a laxative.

So when you give your baby your milk

your you will be moving out the meconium

it's really important. H: and I

think that early and often thing is

also really important beyond just that

first 24 hours there is look important

for that first 24 hours but until baby

is up to their birth weight especially

you really want to be focusing on making

sure that you are just following their

cues so staying staying on top of it

I i also think maybe sometimes people

get a little lost in tracking how many

minutes on which side and all that kind

of stuff just if that's how you work

that's fine but if you feel confident

that your baby has eaten about every

other hour for the last 24 hours

nobody's going to ask you to document

how many minutes on which side which

breast them all.

H: Yeah because they can be tricky to.

because you're like oh she's been on for

20 minutes but has she been actively

nursing the whole time because the baby

that's nursing actively for 5 minutes would

possibly get more milk than a baby

that's just been kind of nibbling for

half an hour so those numbers are a

little trickier but when in doubt feed

the baby.

T: So it's a good one and it kind of

goes hand in hand with the next one that

I wanted to talk about is how your

breast milk volume correlates with your

baby's stomach size. In the very beginning

you will have drops because this is

about the size of yours baby stomach so

a good teaspoonful is really a full

feeding in the very beginning of your

baby's life. After a few days about day

five it's moved up to be a little bit

bigger so day three or four your milk

starts coming in day 5 you'll be able to

produce this much this much milk and

then on day 10 your baby is your baby's

stomach has gone to about this size and so

your baby should be able to take a

couple of ounces at a time and so when

your baby is born the stomach is not

this big. Your baby does not need two

ounces of food in the very beginning

Your baby just needs a little tablespoons

H: yeah and so with a tablespoon with that

being so small too

that's part of the reason why they need

to eat so often because they fill and then

you fill it again and then fill it again

so I think everyone should see those

sizes because if you can see like it's the

size of a marble it really is not much.

T: Yeah and so it takes awhile for your

colostrum to transition into full milk

and that's okay okay okay T: and also a lot

of times when people then go oh but I

don't have much milk because you have

colostrum in the beginning you only have

a little tiny bit and people start feeding

formula because they want volume coming

into the baby.

The formula is constipating and your

colostrum is really a laxative

so you're colostrum is going to in

smaller quantities be able to move the

meconium out of a baby system faster

H: Yeah that's particularly important if

your baby has jaundice for example. T: a lot

of the phone calls I get are about

babies having lost what is considered a

large amount of weight in a few days and

a lot of my time is spent kind of

appeasing mothers and saying okay how

much did your baby weight at birth and

how much did your baby weigh when you left

the hospital after a day and a half a

lot of times that weight has gone

dramatically down in the first 24 hours

in the first 24 hours baby loses a lot

of the water weight that they gained in

utero have been swimming in water for

nine months and also a lot of hospital

births load mom's up with IV fluids and

those IV fluids transfer into the baby

as well so the baby will be born with a

lot of extra fluid which then sheds in the

first 24 hours so in that way you can

see it's not really a true weight loss

its kind of so water loss. H: and you're

going to expect your baby to lose weight

no matter what so just know like your

baby will lose weight but that 24-hour

weight is generally especially if you've

had a hospital birth with a lot of

fluids a more accurate starting point

when you're looking at weight gain

overall. T: absolutely H: i think that's a

great point as well and another point I

want to make about IV fluids if you have

a lot of IV fluids that can also

increase engorgement which can most moms

get engorged but it can also create

challenges. T: if you can still feel edema in

your hands if you might in your feet

especially your feet your ankles if you

still feel swollen all that water weight

that's extra in your feet and in your

wrists

it's also going to be in your breasts. H: oh

and then the last point we talked a

little bit about this and I think the

biggest thing is planning ahead so

knowing to plan for breastfeeding you

know I think that moms a lot of times

don't plan for breastfeeding and just

expect it to come naturally and I think

that your point about nesting is really

really great.

so what is that last little bit. T: I find that

a lot of moms in that last few weeks

before having baby go into nesting

phase and they want to shop for clothes

and they want to shop for sheets and

toys and all the stuff for a baby when

baby comes out here she's not going to

need all these things and but they will

need a mom who has time to sit with them

and spend a lot of time breastfeeding

you're going to spend hours

breastfeeding in the beginning so I

really like to encourage mom's set up a

little breastfeeding area of the house.

It doesn't have to be a recliner doesn't

have to be a rocker it doesn't have to

be anything

special but if you have a basket that you

can take around with you to the couch

area or into your bed that has snacks

you going to be hungry as water because

you are going to be thirsty

it has a telephone because you are going

to somehow remember that you need to

text someone about something and you're

going to be stuck there for 20 minutes

so take your phone with you if your

reader bring a kindle which if you would

need a remote-control take that with you

get some baby wipes get the pads or

spillage and all that kind of stuff

get it together in a box that you can

take along with you wherever you are so

that when you sit down for your 25

minutes with your baby you won't feel

like oh I'm stuck here and you'll ever

eat and get element but you'll be able

to relax and you will have your things

with you

water and snacks H: do you have any suggestions for

quick easy snacks that you can eat with

one hand? T: I love larabars Laras are

amazing i love them i love them i love

them if you're not into that kind of our

little snacky granola bars and handfuls

of nuts almonds and raisins

H: yeah anything you can just grab really

really quickly anyways those are some of

our tips with Trine Bradshaw. If you guys

are in the Phoenix area and you're

looking for an ibclc i say this

wholeheartedly she's not only an amazing

ibclc she's also a very dear friend of

mine and I've seen her work and she was

just wonderful so i will have her

website linked down below I definitely

check her out of and if you're in the

Phoenix area. I would really encourage

you guys to get those resources ready

ahead of time whether la leche league,

breastfeeding USA, or an IBCLC in your

area.

I think that having that ahead of time

makes it feel much less like a crisis.

Anyways I hope you guys enjoyed her let

me know in the comments what your

biggest breastfeeding tip is that you

think new parents should know before the

baby comes and

if you haven't yet you can check out

over on the more the milk facebook group.

11.8c Submaster List: Exclude - Duration: 0:30.

One of the options you have for Submasters is to Exclude them from recording.

For example, I like to put my house lights or my work lights in an Exclusive Sub.

That means that I can have those up on stage,

but when I'm recording cues, they won't accidentally get included.

So as you can see there's an Exclude column and the top button is Exclude from {Rec}.

There are also several other things that you can exclude subs from and we'll talk about those in later trainings.
