We are gonna make some lamb chops today. But, this time they are gonna be oven-baked.
Normally we like to cook these kind of meat on a cast iron pan
makes it more delicious but
it makes the surface of the meat burn
and for those who consume lots of red meat, it is not a very healthy thing.
So, today I am gonna oven-bake it.
And, I hope it will taste much better.
What are the ingredients?
We have a bit more than 1 kilos of lamb chops,
spices;
cummin, rosemary, black pepper and salt.
Also, for a better taste shallot onion and garlic.
First, we are mixing hese ingredients with olive oil.
And blend a little bit.
Then, we let them rest to marinate for a while. .

Before that, I poured some bone broth I made at home on it just enough to cover the meat.
Now, I am gonna put it in an oven that was preheat at 200 °C.

it is time to put the chops on these tomatos, pepper and potatos I prepared before
and let them brown uncovered.
I also pour some bone broth on them and put the chops in the oven.

After baking both sides of the chops at 180 °C, I poured some thyme on them
I will let them rest in the oven closed for 2 minutes.
