Being In a Rut: What to Do When Finding Motivation is A Challenge - Duration: 8:18.hi I'm Monashee from monashee.org
today I'm going to be talking about
how to deal with being stuck in your
business. and I'm talking about this from
personal experience because I happen to
be coming out of a post-holiday work rut.
and I've learned a few things along the
way and I wanted to share them with you
today in case it could help some of
you dealing with your own work rut.
Iknow that one of the things that can
really hold you back when you're feeling
stuck in your work is keeping up with social
media. so I've got this image pack and I
would love for you to download and use
for your social media so you can feel a
little bit less stressed-out. stick
around until the end and you can download
it.
the holidays have come and gone, and I
don't know about you, but I am frozen.
before the holidays I was on a roll. I
was posting videos almost every week. I
was keeping up with my social media to
the best of my ability. I had
direction. I had things that I was
working towards, and I knew what I was working
on. and then the holidays happened... and
everything froze. my kids got sick. I got
sick. my husband got sick.
everything was at a standstill. and the
holidays ended, and I couldn't figure out
how to pick myself up and move forward.
my work time is blocked off around my
children, and my husband's work schedule.
so I have to be very productive in that
time... and I was not being productive. I
had a million windows open on a computer.
and so many things to get done that I
didn't know where to start.
I also notice on social media that
posting was commencing and I was not
participating. I was getting left behind.
I was becoming irrelevant. I was going to
have to start from scratch and my
business was going to fizzle and die.
Would it really? I felt this pressure to
press on.
even though every ounce of my being
did not want to. so I gave up the
struggle. and I abandoned my computer. and I
mostly abandoned my phone... at least for
work purposes. and I cleaned the house. I
read a book... the first book that I had read
since before I had kids. and I spent
time cuddling with my kids. I meditated. I
even spent the 4 hours that my kids are at preschool
with my husband napping and cuddling. I
had moments of guilt.
I had a feeling moments of feeling like
I was going to be forgotten and left
behind.
I had thought that my entire
foundation was going to be crumble and I
was going to have to start all over.
I even had a moment where I
worried that I would not feel inspired
again. Years ago I would pushed through this.
I would have forced myself to get up and
keep going.
But that would have meant missing out on
quality time with my husband and my kids.
It would have meant not having that
valuable, and desperately needed time on
things just for me.
Do I regret taking that time? absolutely
not.
Am I going to lose followers on social
media? probably. but, not the followers
that I have genuine connections with and
we have built a relationship... and those
are the ones that really matter. Was I
going to fall behind?
No. in fact, I needed that time to regroup
so I could come back with more focus. was
I ever going to feel inspired?
of course. inspiration comes in waves, and
it definitely doesn't happen when its
feeling pushed or urgent.
here are five things to do when you are in a rut.
One. Read a book that inspires
you.
I just finished elizabeth gilbert's book
"big magic" and it was exactly what I
needed for where i'm at right now. I was
able to focus on her words, which took
me out of my head
out of my focus on my being unproductive.
two. meditate. chopra center has free
21-day challenges periodically. there are
also several apps that you can use.
meditating is not only a great thing to
do to relax, but again it gets you out of
your own head, thoughts and judgments, and
more centered and focused.
Three. Talk to a friend.
ask a friend to be an ear so you can
talk through your ideas. I did this the other
day, and it helped immensely. sometimes
saying things aloud and going through
the act of making sense of it to another
person can give it all more order and
sense to you.
Four. Put up visual reminders
this was something my friend reminded me
of actually. when we have visual
reminders around us of what we are
working towards (whether it's a goal or a
business plan) this can keep us on track
and motivated.
five. when you get stuck,
let yourself be stuck for a while.
step away and focus on something outside
of yourself, and outside of the stuck-ed-ness.
pushing onward is not going to be
productive, and will keep you in the
"stuck" for a lot longer.
bonus tip. be kind to yourself.
we all have different lives, with
different schedules, goals and needs,
support and tools. be kind to yourself,
and listen to yourself.
take the time when you need it. it's all
going to be there when you come back to
it. and you will come back equipped with
the energy and purpose that you might
not have found if you hadn't taken the
time to pause.
I get it. the idea of balance can feel very
overwhelming...
when you are trying to run a business... and
be a mom... and be in a relationship... and
exercise... and take care of yourself... and
and... and... it's all too overwhelming. and it
feels like something always needs to be
sacrificed. and the things that we
sacrifice are the things that we
don't feel need us as much. the things that we
we feel like we can give away. but let's not
follow the line of thinking that our
business will fall apart if we don't
tend to it every available moment. when we
step outside of ourselves, we can actually
become more clear. and our intention can
become more clear, because they aren't
muddied by our own expectations and
judgment... where we aren't focusing on the
"the issue" anymore. where we are looking
through a microscope to try and analyze
for a solution. when you strain your eyes
that much, and focus on anything that
long, it can hurt your eyes and then you
won't be able to "see" anything.
take your eyes away from the microscope.
focus on something completely different.
come back with eyes that are fresh and
not strained.
I hope that you have found
this video useful, and that you come away
with maybe some ideas and that you maybe
just feel a little less guilty for taking the
time that you really needed. if you likeed
this video, please like and subscribe. now
I'd like to hear from you. how have you
dealt with being in a rut before? and
what has gotten you out of it?
share your ideas in the comments below,
and head on over to monashee.org to
participate in the conversation there.
while you're there you can also download
this image pack that you can use for
your branding needs.
because it's after the
holidays, there are probably a lot of
people that are dealing with getting
back into the flow of their business, so
share this so that we can all support and
uplift one another.
I really appreciate you taking the time
to watch and I will see you next time.
I'm Monashee. Ba-bye.
Or up above, right here...
I think. right over there. right there... or there.
maybe it's here. is it here?

AIRSOFT | REVIEW | TBC | G4 System/Set PJ Helmet with Overall Protection AT ( ENGLISH SUBS ) - Duration: 3:38.Hello and welcome to this video. As some of you may have seen in my loadout, I protect all my face in game.
That's why I wanted to test this product, which has been sent by our partner: Airsoftpeak.com
The base of this product is a FAST type Helmet, where a grilled mask has been adapted.
I chose the A-tacs AU version, but it's available in many colors on the website.
As it's based on a FAST helmet, this product has all its mounting points, such as the NVG mount, which I use for my Gopro.
It zlso has a large amount of space to put your favorite patches on it.
I simply applied all my team's patches.
On this helmet, the ARC interface has been replaced by two Picatiny rails, allowing you to put all your favorite accessories...
...such as flashlights, lasers, cameras, grenade launchers and all the things you want.
I don't know if my rails are faulty or if the system is not great, but a heavy accessory wobbles a lot on it.
The grilled interface is removable, simply by pushing those two buttons.
Once it has been removed, you can see its 3 parts: a big grilled interface, a clear mask and a second grilled protection.
These 3parts are removable, so you can still use your favorite protection glasses with it.
I don't know if an anti fog treatment has been applied, but it seems there is anti fog on it.
I made a few resistance tests, and the interface resisted at 380fps without any marking.
To disassemble the mask, you'll have to unscrew a lot of screws.
You can keep both grills or just the big one.
Let's test the mask on me:
As you can see, my WileyX XL1 are perfectly usable with the helmet.
This time, I'll test it with my reading glasses on. As you can see, it's perfectly compatible. The interface is also adjustable.
As a conclusion, if the helmet seems sturdy, let's talk about two important points:
First of all, I don't really like the design, but it's a matter of taste.
The second point is really annoying: in fact, you can't confortably aim with your rifle if you wear this mask.
Even if you can fold the grills, Ididn't find any confortable way to aim with my replicas...
And that's all for this video, hope you enjoyed it!
As always, if you have any question, feel free to ask it in the commentary section. See you soon!

Shelf Life Episode 14 - Into the Island of Bats - Duration: 6:10.ANGELO SOTO-CENTENO >> As a kid growing up in Puerto Rico, I was
always running around in the field and catching snakes and lizards.
But I really was in love with animals that could fly.
Bats are super special because in the Caribbean there's only a handful of native mammals
remaining, and of all those groups, bats are always the most species rich.
And that makes them really unique because we can use bats as a tool, or as
a model to study how changes in mammal communities have happened over time.
My name is Angelo Soto-Centeno and I am a research associate at the Department of Mammalogy
at the American Museum of Natural History.
[series theme music plays]
ANA LUZ PORZECANSKI >> If you want to understand how species have
evolved over time around the whole Caribbean, Cuba's like a key piece of the puzzle.
The main island is really much larger than any other island in the Caribbean.
And that means that it has more of a diversity of environments.
Organisms are able to arrive into the island and then they're isolated for long periods
of time.
And that allows evolution to proceed in new and unpredictable ways.
I'm Ana Luz Porzecanski, Director of the Center for Biodiversity and Conservation at
the American Museum of Natural History.
The Museum has been collaborating with Cuban scientists from different institutions for
over 100 years.
Some of our specimens were collected by renowned Cuban naturalist Juan Gundlach, and date from
before the Museum was founded.
The Museum collections hold many Cuban specimens.
For example, Megalocnus rodens – the giant ground sloth that used to live in Cuba – as
well as jade, invertebrates, fish, herps, and bats.
SOTO-CENTENO >> For my research, I'm interested in bat biodiversity
and causes of extinctions of bats in the Caribbean.
Professionally, Cuba was very exciting for me because I've worked in the Caribbean
for many years, and Cuba was the only island that I hadn't visited.
And yet, this island is so important to really understand the patterns of distributions that
we have across these bats in the Caribbean.
PORZECANSKI >> The Explore21 expedition to Cuba wanted to
explore an area that hadn't been explored very often in the last few decades.
And we brought together scientists from the American Museum of Natural History, the Cuban
National Museum of Natural History, and Humboldt National Park, focusing on what can we document
and detect in these forests, and how does this compare to what has been registered there
before.
SOTO-CENTENO >> I know the biodiversity of Cuba pretty well
from books, but never have seen a true Cuban bat in my hand.
So, that was really amazing.
We would go out in the afternoon, and we searched for good sites in which we're going to put
our nets.
Try to go to sleep for a couple hours, because at 4:30 in the morning, I gotta wake up and
go check the harp trap, take out the bats that, you know, have been caught by this trap
overnight.
And then, you know, I start collecting all the data that I need.
Wing punching —it's a pretty interesting technique that allow us to sample a small
piece of bat tissue to use for genetic analysis.
And then the bat is released and it goes home with a tiny, small hole.
But it grows back within two, weeks, three weeks or something like that.
Personally, Cuba was also very rewarding because I got to work with Gilberto Silva.
He is, in my opinion, one of the greatest mammalogists in the Caribbean.
He's been studying bats since the '40s, and working with scientists at the American
Museum since the 1950s.
PORZECANSKI >> Dr. Gilberto Silva Taboada has been a remarkable
advocate and force for science in Cuba.
He was the one who came up with the idea, and really helped formalize the first national
museum of natural history in Cuba.
And of course, he has also promoted conservation of many of these species.
SOTO-CENTENO >> After our expedition Silva visited us at the
mammalogy collections, here in New York City.
SOTO-CENTENO >> For my research in the Caribbean, I also look
at fossils.
For the most part the fossils that we search for are species that we have today.
Once we collect all the fossil information, we can plot it on a map.
And see the past distribution of a species.
SOTO-CENTENO >> Using climate models, fossil data, and the
genetics will help us put together a whole big story about how climate change itself
in the past probably affected bats in the Caribbean.
So far, we've only been able to put half of a story, right.
Now, with this new information that we get from Cuba we have evidence at a
particular place and time that allow us to make comparisons not only in present day,
but also towards the past
PORZECANSKI >> Every specimen that we have is really valuable.
And that's why also we welcome so many scientists, including Cuban scientists, to come and study
our collections.

The Secrets of Chords (Pop Theory) - Duration: 4:20.What should the feel of my next song be?
Maybe it should be happy?
"This is how I feel today."
Or sentimental?
"This is how I feel today."
Or angry?
"This is how I feel today!"
So many chords, so many options, how can I decide?
Hello, my name is Roomie and welcome to Pop Theory -- the series where we dive into the
secrets of modern music.
In this episode we're going to talk about chords and how artists use chords to create
certain feelings.
Do you guys know what harmony is?
That's like a series of notes at the same time…
Harmony is when you get everyone on the same kind of level.
Can you try and harmonize with me if I sing a note?
I can try.
(harmonizing)
A chord is a group of notes, usually three or more, that are played together.
Chords can be used to express emotions.
For example, you might have heard of "Major" or "Minor" chords.
Major chords usually lead to brighter and happier moods, while Minor chords lead to
darker and sadder moods.
The only difference between a major and minor chord is what's called the "third."
Let me demonstrate this idea with a tune we're all familiar with, "Mary Had a Little Lamb"...
We're going to start with a major chord...
Now here's that same tune, but starting with a minor chord.
Changing that third note really makes a difference...
One note, one movement of a finger, can change the emotional texture of the whole song.
So... what is it that makes some groups of notes sound good together and some not?
There's actually a scientific explanation for this.
Every note has a frequency -- either high...
Or low.
When a group of notes in a chord sound good together, they are said to be in harmony.
Like this:
Sounds will be in harmony if the frequencies of the notes are in an exact ratio of each
other like 1:2 or 1:4 or 1:8.
Dissonance, on the other hand, is defined by a lack of harmony.
It could sound like this…
Or this…
Dissonance is a lack of the clean ratio between two or more notes.
In other words the two notes are incompatible with each other.
But dissonance isn't necessarily a bad thing.
Remember those minor chords we played earlier?
A minor chord has two notes that are in harmony, but the middle one is dissonant…
It just sounds sad.
So the note is technically dissonant but still resonates with something inside of us.
Mixing and matching harmony and dissonance is what gives musicians the options to invoke
the whole spectrum of emotions: sadness and happiness and everything in between.
Harmony and dissonance are like the yin and yang of musical theory.
I'm going to play you a chord tell me if you feel happy or sad
Okay.
Sad.
A little happy.
Sad!
If you're watching a TV show and suddenly this was played.
They got like a test back and they got like an "F" on it.
Or they found out their credit card was cancelled.
Your Credit Card was cancelled.
To make a song, the next step is to play a number of chords together in a sequence.
This is called a chord progression.
There are many different progressions and different genres have different signature
patterns.
For modern pop, one of the most common chord progressions has been this one:
While jazz, for example, usually has a more advanced chord language.
The greatest part of all this is that the way musicians use chords is constantly evolving.
The earliest songs we know about are these Gregorian chants -- changing between two chords.
But over the years people began to tinker and experiment, and we all learned to enjoy
variety.
Even in pop, a genre known for its simplicity, songwriters tend to use at least 3-4 chords
in every song.
Experimentation pushes music forward and allows us to tap into the emotions that drive us.
And chords are one of the fundamental tools that allow musicians to communicate with us.

10 Most Uncomfortable Movie Scenes Popular Actors Struggled Through - Duration: 7:46.Becoming a world famous actor sounds like the greatest job in the world.
You get to work with amazing people, create awesome content and maybe even make a few
bucks along the way.
There's no denying that the actors on this list have it good, but sometimes even the
best jobs have some horrible moments.
For this video we are taking a look at some of the toughest things actors had to endure
on set in the name of their art.
Here is our list of the 10 Most Uncomfortable Movie Scenes That Actors Struggled Through.
Enjoy this video and be sure to click that subscribe button for brand new Screen Rant
content, every single day!
Daisy Ridley – The Force Awakens Daisy Ridley and John Boyega a.k.a Rey and
Finn are the new faces of the Star Wars franchise.
With the massive success of The Force Awakens and Rogue One, fans are already greatly anticipating
what the galaxy far, far away will bring them next.
Ridley and Boyega had great chemistry in Episode Seven and it seems like they genuinely had
a great time working together on the film, most of the time.
One particularly uncomfortable scene left the two actors incredibly sore for weeks.
Although they had both trained to be able to film action scenes all day, they had not
prepared for just how painful and tiring it is to sprint on sand for multiple hours a
day.
Both Ridley and Boyega have spoken about just how tough an experience this was, but the
final film looks great so we say it was probably worth it!
Liam Hemsworth – Mockingjay Part 2 The Hunger Games movies were a lot of fun
to watch and with the awesome cast that they featured, we imagine that it must have been
a lot of fun to make them as well.
That being said, it wasn't all fun and game during production, as the cast has on numerous
occasions discussed just how tough the sewer scene in the final movie was to shoot.
Apparently, it was three weeks of shooting in a tiny sewer that Liam Hemsworth wasn't
even able to stand up in.
On top of those claustrophobic conditions, the cast was also carrying over 20 pounds
of gear and were soaking wet the entire time.
Being a famous actor may be a dream job, but this scene sounds like a nightmare.
Ian Mckellen – The Hobbit Sir Ian Mckellen is an extremely respected
actor and his body of work is as impressive as it is diverse.
When he is playing Magneto or Gandalf, Mckellen never fails to deliver a pointed and worthy
performance.
Mckellen is a classically trained actor so we can understand why he became so uncomfortable
and even enraged while filming scenes for The Hobbit.
Due to the fact that Gandalf needs to appear much taller than his hobbit scene mates, Mckellen
was forced to do almost of hit shooting alone in front of a green screen.
The actor didn't like this one bit and things got so bad that he threatened to leave the
production all together.
In the end, Mckellen was subdued and filming was able to carry on.
Jim Carrey – The Grinch The Grinch is one of Dr. Seuss' most famous
books and the unique character definitely deserved the likes of Jim Carrey to bring
him to life in the 2000 live adaptation of the film.
Jim Carrey is a pretty easygoing guy but it turns out that filming this movie actually
pushed him to his limits.
The makeup that he needed to have applied each day took so long and was so uncomfortable
that the filmmakers had to bring in military torture training specialists to help Carrey
get through the process without quitting the movie.
That seems like a pretty extreme measure to go to for a Christmas movie, so we are guessing
that Carrey must have been very uncomfortable!
Emma Watson For over ten years, the world got to know
Emma Watson as the quirky but cute girl who plays Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter
movie franchise.
Most kids would tell you that they would die to be a part of this movie franchise, but
it turns out that Watson was actually quite uncomfortable during the experience.
After the first four movies, the actress was so fed up with the production schedule and
conditions that she threatened to quit and not return for the final four installments.
This would have been an enormous hit to the Harry Potter franchise so we are guessing
that Warner Bros probably complied with whatever she was asking for.
Now that the series is over, Watson is moving on to new projects such as the hotly anticipated
Beauty and The Beast live adaptation.
Tippi Hedren – The Birds Alfred Hitchcock is one of the most famous
and respected filmmakers of all time, but it turns out that he was also quite difficult
to work with.
Of the numerous stories of him pushing actors to the limit, the worst one definitely comes
from the filming of The Birds.
Although Hitchcock originally guaranteed his female lead, Tippi Hedren, that she would
only be attacked by mechanically birds, he decided he wanted Hedren's terror to feel
real, so he instructed crew members to throw real, live birds at her.
This is a terrifying thought; even if you don't have a fear of birds like Scarlett
Johansson and it understandably sent Hedren into a serious on set melt down.
Production ending up being delayed as Hedren got her doctor to request that she take a
week to recuperate from the traumatic incident.
John Cena – 12 Rounds John Cena is one of the biggest stars that
the WWE has ever seen and his transition into acting has been pretty good so far with funny
performances in movies like Sisters and Trainwreck.
One movie performance that didn't go so well for Cena was the WWE produced film, 12
Rounds.
The jacked up actor had to film a scene where he was dangling many stories up in the air,
and although a harness secured him in, his crippling fear of heights took over.
Cena ended up having a serious panic attack and totally breaking down in front of the
cast and crew.
At that moment, he was ready to walk away from the project all together and only after
some serious convincing from the filmmakers did Cena agree to finish filming the movie.
Mila Kunis and Natalie Portman – Black Swan Black Swan is a beautiful movie with an emotionally
provocative story that netted Natalie Portman Best Actor honors at the Academy Awards.
The steamy sex scene between Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis was definitely one to remember
but it turns out that it was very uncomfortable and unsexy for the actors on set.
Both Portman and Kunis have talked about how faking an insanely passionate sex scene with
one of your real life close friends can be deeply uncomfortable and how they both just
wanted to get it over with.
Rumor has it that the actors turned to some liquid courage to help make the scene less
uncomfortable, but nothing has been confirmed.
Leonardo Di Caprio – The Revenant At the 2016 Academy Awards, Leonardo Di Caprio
finally took home his first Oscar for his gripping portrayal of Hugh Glass in The Revenant.
Leo steals the show in this epic tale of survival and redemption and he honestly looks quite
uncomfortable throughout the majority of the film.
One particular scene that really messed with Leo came when he was forced to eat some very
real raw bison meat while filming.
This would be pretty gross for anyone, but when you add in the fact that Leo is a devoted
vegetarian, you can just imagine how uncomfortable he felt.
Margot Robbie – The Wolf Of Wall Street After absolutely killing the role of Harley
Quinn in 2016's Suicide Squad, the whole world seems to be in love with Australian
Actress, Margot Robbie.
She's been popping up everywhere lately but her first big break came in 2013's The
Wolf Of Wall street where she played opposite Leonardo Di Caprio.
This is a dream role for a young actress but it turns out that filming this movie wasn't
all peaches and cream.
Margot Robbie has let the world know that her sex scene with Leo was extremely uncomfortable
due to the fact that she was lying on a bed full of cash that kept giving her paper cuts
all over her exposed body.
This role completely skyrocketed her career, so we are guessing that Robbie doesn't think
much of the paper cuts now.
So there you have it, there's our list of the 10 most uncomfortable movie scenes that
actors struggled through.
Which one of these experiences sounds the worst to you?
Which one of the actors on our list is your favorite?

HOW TO LEGALLY DOWNLOAD YouTube VIDEO & AUDIO IN Desktop, Mobile, iPhone WITHOUT ANY SOFTWARE - Duration: 4:11.So, want to download your favorite youtube video?
Ok, Here i will tell you very simple way to do this.
Please Keep watching.
Found a favorite video on YouTube that you want to save?
There are many different tools at your disposal for downloading and converting YouTube videos.
If you have VLC Player installed, you can use it to download videos directly from YouTube.
If you'd rather use a website, there are several that make downloading videos easy, even from
Android devices.
You can also use command line tools to download videos without worrying about ad-ridden websites.
If you use Firefox or Chrome, there's a handy browser extension that can handle the video
downloading for you.
Here I will tell you very simple method, that is Online video downloader.
Before I start, make sure you subscribe this channel.
So,
Number 1 method is, Choose a downloader.
You can use YouTube downloader websites from your computer or use your Android's browser.
As of writing, these sites don't work on iOS devices because there's no way to save the
video directly to your device.
Popular sites include Keepvid, Savido, Clipconverter, Videograbby.
Number 2: Open the video you want to download.
Visit YouTube and open the page for the video that you want to download.
Keep the tab with the video open for now.
If you're on an Android device, you can open the video in your YouTube app.
Number 3: Open the downloader website in another tab.
Open a new tab and navigate to the YouTube downloader of your choice.
There are several popular options, and most will provide multiple quality options:
Number 4: Copy the URL of the YouTube video.
Switch back to the tab with your YouTube video and copy the entire address from the address
bar.
If you're using the YouTube app on your device, tap the "Share" button and then tap "Copy
link."
Number 5: Paste the video's URL into the field on the downloader website.
All of the sites listed above will have a single text field in the center of the page.
Paste the video's URL into this field.
Number 6: Click or tap the "Download" button.
This will process the video and load a new page with the download links.
Number 7: Find the format and quality download option that best fits your needs.
Most downloader sites will provide multiple download options for your video.
The majority of these will be in MP4 format, which is the best format for playing the video
on other devices.
Choose the MP4 format if you intend to sync the video with your iPad or iPhone.
If you just want the audio from the YouTube video, find the MP3 option.
Number 8: Click the link to download the video.
If the video starts playing in your browser, go back, right-click the link, and select
"Save link as."
The video file will begin downloading to your computer or Android device.
And That's it.
Your video is now on your device.

How to Farm Starlight Rose - Duration: 4:12.Hey there guys, this is Reckles with WTBGold and today we're continuing our epic quest
for the best material farming routes out there and today, in this video we're gonna take
a look at Starlight Rose farming.
Right now this herb is the ultimate in Herbalism.
Each herb sells for 50-100 gold but until the next raid hits, prices are actually falling
pretty fast so farm it now while the going's still good.
As far as crafting goes, since this is current content gear, margins are pretty slim, but
if you're a potion master alchemist you'll make money on all of your flask procs.
Also, milling it gives 3 times the pigment as all the other herbs, so that's something
to look out for, for a decent flip.
And there's a TSM import group of Legion Herbs in the description below.
But let's go, Let's do this guide.
Ok, the first route we're gonna talk about is probably the best, but the second one's
my favorite because you never aggro anything, and that really only counts because my current
herbalist is a lvl 101 twink and starlight rose only spawns in the level 110 zone Suramar.
Before I share the route there are a few prerequisites.
First, use a sky golem because you can herb without dismounting.
Second, use the darkmoon firewater or the Legion: Herbalism glove enchant.
With these two things combined, you can usually loot a starlight rose in between a mob's
attacks.
Third, since we're running around a lot, increase your mount speed.
Legion pathfinding does this and stacks with the craftable Leystone Hoofplates.
Finally, I recommend the Addon Gathermate for node tracking, and make sure to download
the additional addon Gathermate Data, because otherwise you're going to have to farm up
and gather all the nodes yourself and with the additional addon, you can just import
everything.
Ok, the first route is the mass efficiency route.
As you can see, there's no obvious path for starlight rose since the node spawns just
look like a carpet of herbs.
In fact, you'd honestly be ok just kinda running around.
But on this channel we have to be perfect.
And optimized.
We need a system.
The most accurate bestest route.
So, I'm gonna recommend this route that kinda looks like a fish.
Yah.
Remarkably like a fish, actually.
This is gonna hit almost every node, maintain great density, and you'll be fine even when
you get that inevitable high competition in the routes recommended by sites like WoW-professions.
This is a big lap, so lap times are going to vary but expect 150-250 herbs per hour.
So depending on your server prices, 7000 to 30,000 gold per hour.
My favorite route is much simpler and thanks to force spawns, it's actually better if
there is competition, if there are other herbalists in the zone.
We're pretty much just going to be running back and forth across this bridge.
Start at the tree where the wolves start spawning, then skim the edge of the withered village
on your way to the bridge.
Curve around through the woods with the bears and satyrs and skim the moonguard approach
on your way back across the river.
In my tests I was getting about 170 herbs per hour, which comes out to 17k an hour on
my realm.
And I mean, that's good enough for me and my little twink warlock.
If you liked this guide, make sure to subscribe down below and farm the hell outta that like
button below.
Thanks for watching and let me know what farming guide you want to see next Tuesday by voting
on my Twitter poll.
