be doing an EASTER EGG HUNT. We have so many surprise eggs so let the Egg hunt begin.

Now for the big eggs.

I got a Disney Tsum Tsum Surprise and some Easter Peeps.

I got a Shopkins Happy Places Lippy Lulu doll. She's adorable.

and some Easter Bunny Hubba Bubba.

There's pink and Yellow.

Look who came on our egg hunt with us. Its my adorable cat Jessie.

I got Clover Sofia's pet Rabbit. He's so furry with his furry tail.

I got ELENA of Avalor. and I'm Elena.

She is so beautiful she has

a gorgeous red dress her hair is lovely

brown and as you see his little flowers

in her hair she has a gold sash and she's

really pretty makeup she's so gorgeous

Its the TWOZIES season 2 blind bags. This is the first time we have had them on our channel.

I got one too Elena.

Ah I got a little mole.

He's so cute.

And I got a little Puppy Baby.

This is my pet.

Oh my goodness I got the little Reindeer baby. He's so adorable.

Oh I got the CAT baby.

I got Rubble. he loves building.

she's super squishes.

I got a Disney Princess surprise and I got a Hello Kitty Surprise egg.

I got a Snow White Figure.

she's gorgeous she has her beautiful

jet-black hair an adorable red headband

a beautiful blue and yellow dress and

some gorgeous yellow shoes

and I got a Hello Kitty spinner. watch it spin.

That spinner is really cool.

I also got some Hello Kitty

stickers and

some candy.

I'm really enjoying opening all of these toy surprises Elena.

These are awesome surprises.

This is V-nilla tubs and she's from the Banana Split recipe.

I got Karen Carrot

I'm going to make some Carrot soup with her. Delicious.

Now lets open the surprises from our

Giant egg. I have a TSUM TSUM surprise pack.

and I have a Happy Places Doll Lippy Lulu

She loves makeup.

We got Goofy, Thumper, and Cleo. These are all new for us.

and scrump. she's a duplicate.

This is Lippy Lulu. She's got a golden hairband, with

pink lipstick at the top.

and she has beautiful pink hair in a plait.

She's wearing a caramel dress and pink shoes with a

you with that golden bow on it she is so gorgeous.

And She came with a Petkin make-up set

guess what's inside ...make-up

and a Make up brush.

Lippy Lulu was just putting on the last bit of makeup before she headed off to Sofia the First

and Peppa Pig annual Easter egg hunt.

Let the egg hunt begin.

Barbie found her egg on Sofia's bed.

Lippy Lulu found one on the window seat

The little Twozies found one on the stairs

the littlest pet shop and Snow White's found them on the

dining table

and the Twozie found there's there easter egg in the tracker chest.

it was golden.

The easter Egg Hunt was in full swing at Peppa Pig's Rose Garden and Tower.

PJ Masks found eggs on Peppa Pig bed.

The moshi monsters found the third set of eggs

They were shimmery blue and pink.

The Paw Patrol puppies skye and rubble found their eggs at

the top of the tower.

Elena of Avalor found her egg in peppa Pig's swing.

and

Clover the bunny found his in the grass

this is perfect for a blue ribbon bunny

and they all lived happily ever after.

Today we're talking about a question I received in LinkedIn. This is from Taija Vento, a question from specialist company.

We're left with untapped material/videos, because the threshold to publish is too high. Any advice?

The courage to publish something as a specialist is a very interesting subject.

Many companies, or more like people are afraid to publish because there might be a backslash that rejects the content. It's something in between our ears.

The truth is the worst thing is nobody consumes your content. Nobody notices it. You can inure that fear by simply just publishing.

See what happens. I'm not exactly sure where that fear comes from but I have a hunch. In Finland we have a culture of negative spiral.

We never focus on things that are going well, but we focus on what is not so great. See when people teach their children: "Ville, don't do that."

Children receive report cards from school and you congratulate on the great scores, but always focus on which grades were bad. You have to lift those weaknesses.

As a matter of fact in real life you shouldn't even focus on your weaknesses. You just have to live with them. But those strengths are the ones that will carry you.

Back to the specialist's threshold of publishing. You need to ask who are you afraid of? Who could be a bad spirit who comes to tell you your content was bad.

First of all there aren't that kind of people. If someone takes their time and reads your texts, it either matters to them or not. The worst thing is it doesn't matter to them and you've failed to write a compelling text that is relevant.

You won't get negative feedback unless you provoke. Usually specialist articles don't provoke people. Usually people are afraid of what co-workers think, what other professors say?

It doesn't matter what they say. Unless those co-workers and professors are your customers. what is relevant is what your customers say.

What that person you want to make an impact is saying.

Do they take is as a relevant content or not? Industry where you operate and what they think of your content is completely irrelevant.

Your industry doesn't matter. They're not buying your products and services, unless you're not selling to them.

If they're your customers, they matter. I make these videos and have worked with marketing for 15 years, my office was chosen the best office of the year in Europe,

So we received compliments, but guess what I don't really care what a Finnish marketing director is thinking about my videos.

If they don't like, then it's their shame. If you like, you're probably watching and if you're still watching then thank you. If not, you're left out a lot.

That's the idea. So what I want to tell Taija and her co-workers: publish and check do you get any readers and conversions. If it works, your content is good.

If you don't get, then you have to share your content. If you don't get conversions you're lacking the type of material that gives you the opportunity or reason to the reader to give something person from themselves in exchange.

Name, phone number, email or other information. So the value is too small, so lift the value and see how conversion rates will start to rise.

If someone insults, let them do that. The world is full of talk and dogs will always bark. Small dogs especially will yap, but when a big dog comes around the small dog is quiet.

Let them bark. So don't focus on the negative and build onto your strengths, that's far more important.

He continued to work hard and stored enough food for the winter.

The winter came sooner than expected.

The grasshopper couldn't find a place to stay and anything to eat.

He went to the ants house and begged him for food and shelter.

"I'm sorry, but I can't help you" the ant said.

"I only have room and food for my family,

so go and find help somewhere else"

"I should have followed the Ant's example"

" the grasshopper said sadly.

So children, the moral of this story is

"There's a time for work,

and there's a time for play

" If you play during the time you are supposed to work,

then be ready to face the consequences"
