Let me start this video with explaining to the viewers how much calories there is in alcohol
protein has like 4 calories per gram right and carbs also has 4 calories for each gram right
fats have a whooping 9 calories right, Guess what alcohol is estimated at
7 calories per gram.
So you are closer to drinking fat than to drinking protein
when you are getting your drink on keep it in mind

Always, always consider this you can't eat 50 dollars worth of MacDonalds every day
thinking that you won't get fat.

if you plan to back up eating 50 dollars worth
of MacDonalds or something like that
But like food the same goes for drinking.
You can't drink everyday thinking your going to go and keep a job.

Stop spoiling yourself, start treating yourself right, be disciplined, have some honor, and be grateful for all the other things out there!
That can come in your life! Do it in moderation, if you had a hard week or you have had a hard day.

depending how much you poor in that glass.

If you ask me your be best of with drinking the spirits
Lower caloric intake and you can do longer with them.
But when your in a bar... those pints go down very quickily.
That's the dangerous thing.
Going to bars were you got nothing else to do than drink
because the music is to loud to talk is hazardous for your fat-loss.
Skip those places because those bar owners don't give a crap about you, they only give a crap about you drinking

eat healthy and moderate on that side also.

Some do 6 beers others will do 6 and some shots
and some other stuff.
Do the math 6 * 180 kcal for the light drinking people
is 1080 kcals guys ON TOP of what you before and perhaps even after because some of us will eat after.
Other guys, will add a whiskey, a vodka red bull and I don't know what else there is on the list and what could be there
that would be like 1500 calories for sure sometimes even more like 2000 or 3000
If you do it once a week that will certainly be enough to hold back your weight loss
or your fatloss.
It's definitly a big deal.
Things you should stay away from for sure... the creamy drinks, the sugary drinks
10 ounce or 295 ml magarita guess how many kcalories are in there 740 kcalories.
Okay that's crazy right.
But, meh, once and a while you and a friend can split that
drink and both take the damage.
It's still cool
So my opinion do it in moderation and before you go drinking don't eat to much carbs
go higher in proteins and moderate amount of fats in your food before.
If you want to reduce your hangovers, go for the less sugary drinks and eat
cottage cheese after going to bed or a protein drink!
It'll help you immensely!
Believe me.
Also if you do go and eat something after drinking.
Eat something with little to none salts in it! Because salts will dehydrate you even more.
Anyway that's about it, alcohol won't stop your fat loss if your on a diet!
But it will certainly slow it down depending on how hard you go with it.

I certainly do.
I used to be hooked on drinking... was very stupid of me, anyway... now im very clear on it
Once so many months I go over the top just a little but most of the time I drink a glass
of red wine in the evenings, not every evening, and just one!
To switch it up with a scotch cuz I really like scotch!
Or maybe a lemonade and vodka.
You gotta enjoy life guys and I advice you to enjoy life. Let nobody tell you, you can't drink or drinking is bad or whatever
Anything is cool you just have to know your boundaries, that said, always be safe and remind yourself that a little bit drunk is quite nicest.
To drunk is just a problem for your wallet and yourself!

Go home on foot and get a water out of a vending machine!
It'll help you with your hangover
If you go drinking, go by bike or take the taxi home!
