So whitestone Dome, which is a screen protector company is making a big claim that theirs

is the only glass screen protector that will work with the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner

of the Galaxy S10.

A few days ago we saw a video where the S10+ had a screen protector installed but it had

a cutout for the fingerprint scanner.

It made the phone look ugly and it's a big concern because a lot of people install glass

screen protectors on their phones.

But Whitestone is saying, their screen protector is the only solution for this scanner.

This is a very big claim and I think their claim makes sense.

Most of the glass screen protectors for the Galaxy S10 will have adhesive only at the

sides since the S10 has curved edges.

So this leaves a slight gap in the middle between the screen and the glass protector.

And there are some reports that the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner doesn't work properly

if there's a gap, doesn't matter how small it is.

Whitestone Dome screen protectors on the hand have a liquid adhesive and it completely adheres

to the whole glass.

So whitestones' claim makes sense right now but we'll only know it for sure once we get

the handset and test it ourselves.

I'll do it on this channel, I'll get their screen protector as well as a couple of other

ones and I'll let you know if the claim is indeed true.

So the Galaxy S10 prices for Hong Kong have been leaked and they're reasonable, to say

the least.

If you convert it to the US dollars, you get pretty good prices.

But we need to keep in mind that, the prices in Hong Kong doesn't include sales tax, but

the same goes for the United States as well.

So this leak gives us hope that they would price it reasonably in the states and I hope

they do.

Prices are getting ridiculous these days which makes it not so fun experience especially

if you're paying outright.

So hoping these are the prices that we see in the US and in other markets as well.
