TV, VIDEO GAMES, BED.

IT'S NOT A LOT OF ACTIVITY.

IT'S HOT. IT'S HOT IN GEORGIA.

AND ALL MY CLOTHING IS RESTRICTING AND TIGHT,

SO I JUST SIT THERE, NAKED, FREE AS CAN BE,

AND NO ONE BOTHERS ME. DOOR'S SHUT, WE'RE GOOD.

I'M JUST SAFE,

AND VIDEO GAMES ARE WHERE I ESCAPE.

NO. HE'S GOT THE ONE GUY THAT'S GONNA KILL ME.

OH, NO. HE'S WEAK. I'M WEAK. I'M WEAK!

I'M GONNA DIE.

HE'S DOWN.

ALL RIGHT, I GOT TO GO IN THE KITCHEN

AND GET STUFF.

I'M ACCEPTED IN ALL THOSE VIRTUAL REALITY WORLDS

AND THE GAMING WORLD I'M IN.

AND I'D HAVE NO JOB, HAVE NO REAL MONEY,

AND JUST BE PLAYING VIDEO GAMES ALL DAY AND EATING.

I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A BIG KID.

OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL, I WAS PROBABLY 300-SOMETHING POUNDS,

AND THEN I GOT OUT OF SCHOOL, GOT A COUPLE JOBS

AT A COUPLE RESTAURANTS. I ATE AT THEM.

I WAS PROBABLY AROUND 500 POUNDS THEN,

AND IT WAS JUST GETTING TOO DIFFICULT TO WORK,

SO I QUIT MY JOB.

MY MOM SAID, "TO LIVE IN THIS HOUSE,

YOU HAVE TO HAVE A JOB," SO SHE KICKED ME OUT.

AND THE ONLY PLACE I HAD LEFT TO GO WAS MY FATHER'S,

SO I WENT THERE.

BASICALLY, HIS ONE THING THAT DID MAKE ME HAPPY WAS FOOD.

SO WE JUST ATE LIKE KINGS, BUT, LIKE, IN THE WORST WAY.

PIZZAS, CHICKEN, JAPANESE FOOD, TAKEOUT.

I MEAN, ME AND MY DAD WOULD GET HIBACHI DELIVERED,

SUSHI BY THE BARREL.

I MEAN, JUST ANYTHING YOU WANTED TO EAT WE WERE GETTING.

Hey Dino pals, this is Toy Rex here. Let's see what toy surprise we have today

Wow boys and girls we got alot of Spiderman surprise egg

There's one two three and four a total of four surprise eggs. Let's see what surprise Spiderman toys we get

This first one is a purple surprise egg. You what toy we get? One two three Open Sesame.

Well, we got Captain America leader of the awesome adventure team he wears mask.

with the super cool shield

The shield is red silver blue with a star and this shield is made of a super-strong steel

That can't be broken and when he throws the shield, it will come right back to him

Wow

Captain America is the strongest Avenger. He works with Iron Man and Spiderman.

Because they're also team Avengers. Go Captain America. Wow

This is a blue surprise egg. It's blue just like Captain America

Let's see what toy we get. One, two, three Open Sesame

Wow

We got Sonic the Hedgehog. He's giving us a thumbs up

That's because you're awesome boys and girls thumbs up for Sonic.

The Hedgehog is all blue, and he's got white gloves and red shoes

Sonic is a super fast runner. He can go supersonic speeds

Zoom. Wow, that's so cool

Sonic teams up with me knuckles and Tails they are a super awesome team. He is a hedgehog

Wow, that's so awesome. When Sonic runs really really fast. He can turn into a golden sonic. Let's go

Green surprising what awesome Spiderman toys in here 1 2 & 3

Open whoa

Woa, we got a pumpkin. That's so cool. This pumpkin has two eyes

And you can use this little pumpkin to trick-or-treat and hold all your candy when you go on Halloween

So that means well, there's lots of candy here. Let's open up this candy

Wow, there's a lot of candy there's these white candies they look like little bones

There's a green candy

It looks like Frankenstein and there's some orange kitty that looks like a pumpkin. That's so awesome

Let's go trick or treat and get lots of yummy yummy candy

And we have one more Spiderman surprise egg. This is Red!

Well, we got a yellow

Rubble on the double suprise egg. Rubble is a paw patrol pup. He's the construction pup

He drives a yellow bulldozer and there is a toy inside one, two three open

well

We got a super cool

Spiderman bracelet that's awesome boys and girls and this is a special Spiderman bracelet. Can we push it?

Wow they're super awesome lights, it's glow in the drak and you can look super cool

Let's wear the Spiderman bracelet. Wow, the Spiderman bracelet looks super super cool

Turn for some more Spiderman toys!

Now we have to open up these special Halloween doors to get the toy behind it

There's so many colors and also these special Halloween ones

Let's open up. This pumpkin one first. This is a super cute pumpkin. He's got big eyes

He's really happy and he's orange now. Let's open this orange door one two three open

What toy is that?

Wow, it's a Spiderman toy. This is the bad guy

Scorpion is all green and he's got a really really long

Scorpion tail be careful boys and girls, he's gonna try and sting you

Scorpion is always causing trouble for Spiderman, but don't worry

Spiderman will win boom

Wow, we got the paw patrol rubble

So cool rebel with the construction pup, he wears a yellow hat and a yellow shirt

Rubble is the youngest member of the paw patrol pups and he loves little kitties and puppies

and you know what rubble drives rubble drives a

Yellow bulldozer. Oh ha ha ha

Here is Rubbles bulldozer. Wow, it's so cool

It's got a giant yellow scoop the rubble can dig and scoop

Got these really big wheels. Rubble is really good at building and digging. Let's go partial rubble on the double ha ha

Awesome boys and girls now let's open up another Halloween door

This one is a little bad that's can fly. Well

So cool. He's got black things

Highlight a little really big eyes so you can see everything. Do you know of a super girl?

It's Batman now, let's open up this red door one two, three, okay

Wow, this is the PJ masks gekko mobile

This is the

PJ masks villain Romeo's laboratory. That's so awesome

These are the cars that they drive. Gekko drives the Gekko Mobile. It looks like a green Gekko.

This is where Night villain Romeo lives and he makes all his super cool inventions like the night villain robot

Romeo is really smart. Who do you think's the fastest car?

Now we have a purple door. Let's see what we get here. One two, three Open!

super awesome, and this is the blue cat car. Cat Boy and Owlette drive

fly just like Owlette.

And the cat car can go really fast like cat boy

He's got a really big mouth that's smiling because he's really happy and he's a purple and a green spider

And they make spider webs just like Spiderman. I wonder if we're gonna get a Spiderman toy

And Olaf so cool. Do you know what movie they're from?

Officer Judy is from Zootopia and Olaf is from frozen

Officer Judy is a super cute little bunny. She's got two long ears.

So she's really good at hearing and she's also a police officer

He's got a carrot nose, hey bunnies like to you Carrots yum-yum, no, you can't eat me I'm a snowman

This is super fun. Here we go boys and girls. Yeah

And we have one more surprise toy in here. Its it a spider-man surprise toy?

Wow, what's this hey, it's Spiderman bad guys Doctor Octopus and this is vulture

We got two bad guys. We need more Spiderman toys.

doctor Octopus has four metal

Arm just like Octopus. He's got yellow glove and vulture is all green

he can fly really fast

They're bad guys that's always causing trouble don't worry boys and girls we have Spiderman here. Let's go Spiderman!

Tubal Pregnancy - This video could save your fertility & your life!! - Duration: 4:20.

It's not just about saving your fertility it's about saving your life.

Watch this video closely I'll have important recommendations at the end.

Tubal pregnancy can be a really dangerous problem. Bleeding from a tubal pregnancy

causes almost 10% of pregnancy related deaths.

It is the number one cause of death in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Diagnosing and treating a tubal pregnancy, before it starts bleeding,

can literally save your life

Tubal pregnancy is not as common as early miscarriage.

About 1 in every 50 pregnancies in the U.S. is a tubal pregnancy. However certain women may have

a much higher risk for tubal pregnancy. Smokers have four times as many tubal

pregnancies as non-smokers so their risk is about one in 12.

If you had a tubal pregnancy before, your risk for having another tubal pregnancy is about one in five.

If you became pregnant after you had your tubes tied, your risk for tubal

pregnancy is one in three. Other factors that increase the risk for a tubal

pregnancy include: being over age 35, having a history of infertility,

surgery on a fallopian tube, scar tissue in the abdomen from infection or surgery or endometriosis,

previously having a sexually transmitted infection,

having multiple sexual partners, getting pregnant when using an IUD or intrauterine device.

Not all women who have a tubal pregnancy will have symptoms.

Those who do have symptoms commonly report vaginal bleeding and pain.

The pain could just be cramps or be more severe.

Pain could be in the abdomen or pelvic region or even back pain.

Unfortunately, these are the exact same

symptoms of early miscarriage. Without ultrasound, it is impossible to

tell the difference between a tubal pregnancy and an early miscarriage.

So getting an ultrasound is really, really important! I can't stress this enough!

If you are pregnant and having pain and/or bleeding,

contact your doctor to be evaluated right away!!

Once the tubal pregnancy has been diagnosed, there were a few different

ways it can be treated.

If the tubal pregnancy is already

bleeding or causing lots of pain, then surgery is going to be needed.

If it's a very early tubal pregnancy that is not yet causing any problems then a

medication called methotrexate can be a very successful treatment.

One thing to be aware of regarding methotrexate: it can stay in your body

for a long time, so you won't be able to attempt pregnancy again for several months.

So if you are anxious to get pregnant again quickly, even if you are

not having any problems, you might want to consider surgery.

There's no way to prevent an ectopic pregnancy

but there are some ways to decrease your risk.

Limit your number of sexual partners. Always use a condom during sex to

prevent sexually transmitted infections. Don't smoke. If you do, quit before you

try to get pregnant.

If you have had a previous tubal pregnancy or multiple tubal pregnancies,

you might want to consider treatment with IVF.

It won't eliminate the chance of a tubal pregnancy, but it will significantly

lower the risk. Women have ectopic pregnancies

particularly if they have been attempting to conceive for a long period

of time, often ask whether the pregnancy can be removed from the tube and then

transplanted into the uterus where it might grow normally. Unfortunately this

is not possible with present medical science

I can't say it enough how important you know my faith is to how how I play the

game and who I am there are priorities in life obviously your faith is immersed

and foremost you how we did in school growing up was important if we didn't

handle that business and there were no no privileges we remember sitting out my

first middle school game because I didn't handle my stuff at home that's a

pretty embarrassing moment if you go to you know to your first metal school game

and you have to tell your team hey fellas I can't play tonight I didn't do

the dishes at home just that that lesson taught me there's more there's more to

life than basketball I do a little sign on the court every time I make a shot or

make a good pass and I pound my chest and point to the sky and symbolizes that

I have a heart for God something my mom and I came up with in college and I do

it every time I step on the floor as a reminder of who I'm playing for and

people should know who I represent and why I am Who I am and that's because of

my Lord and Savior so I can't say that enough I was always the smallest kid of

my team when it comes to basketball the smallest kid on my team I had a terrible

ugly catapult shot from it's how I was 14 because I wasn't

strong enough to shoot over my head and I had to reconstruct that over summer it

was the worst three months of my life do you think there were no hurdles or

obstacles that I had to overcome but even I got to high school I wasn't ranked

that's you know I wasn't ranked I wasn't highly touted as a high school prospect

I had nobody really running knocking on my door saying please please please come

play for our school until coach McKillip called and you know everything happens

for a reason and there's there's a story to everything and and if you take time

to realize you know what what your dream is and and what you really want in life

no matter what it is whether it's sports whether it's in other fields you have to

realize that there's always work to do and you want to be the hardest-working

person and whatever you do and you'll put yourself in position to be

successful and you have to have a passion about what you do and basketball

was mine and that's what scared me to this point a part of that is having the

will to succeed you knowing that you put the work in and have the confidence to

let it show what I tell people is just be the best version of yourself and

anything that you do you don't have to live anybody else's story sometimes

people make it seem like you have to have certain prerequisites or or a crazy

life story in order to be successful in this world but the truth is you really

don't it doesn't matter where you come from what you have or don't have what

you lack what you have too much of but all you need to have is faith in God an

undying passion for what you do what you choose to do in this life and a

relentless drive and the will to do whatever it takes to be successful and

whatever you put your mind to make sure you live in the moment and work your

butt off every single day and I hope I inspire people all around the world to

just be themselves be humble and be grateful for all the blessings in your

life
