Hi, I'm Cassandra Koullias.

I'm Colby Clarke. And I'm Officer Shivalry

Have you ever wanted to meet the men and women in blue who protect our community?

If so, come join us on Friday, December 7th for our annual Cops and Kids event for a day of fun!

It will be hosted at Happy Hallow Playground, across from the Wyomissing Police Department.

All ages are welcome, as well as your furry friends!

Come watch our K-9 officers in training and learn during our fire safety and natural disaster training!

We will even have tours of our local ambulance and fire trucks.

We offer some activities for children, such as a scavenger hunt, musical chairs,

and to top it off, come play a game of baseball with our local officers!

There will be free food available by several local vendors, such as Chick-Fil-A, Smokey Bones, and Chipotle.

We will have raffle tickets available for purchase.

How to Maintain Persistence on YouTube - Weekly YouTube Videos - Duration: 6:35.

Hi, it's Euan here from life motivation and in this video, I really want to talk about developing yourself and being able to maintain

persistence on YouTube

So it's Euan here from life motivation

and in this channel

I bring you a whole range of tips tricks and strategies on how you can master your life and achieve your goals

So if you're into that kind of content

Please consider subscribing. So look essentially what I want to talk about is how you can maintain

Persistence on your YouTube channel in order to keep your content out there

Keep your content fresh and get new visitors

Looking at your videos and subscribing to your channel. So

Initially, what I did was I focused on developing at least one video throughout the week

Which would sometimes extend to two or three and what I do was I'd shoot those videos quickly

I'd shoot them at the start for the day before I went to work and then I edit them through the week and then I

Publish all of those videos pretty much as soon as I developed them

So what I've done recently is I've had a whole range of different things

Jumping in and basically competing for my priorities. So I've had my full time work. I've also had my

University of finishing up my university degree

So a lot of assignments and stuff those working on their group assignments rare to contact people and all these other things

Plus a visit from my dad. So a number of different things which really impacted on my ability to maintain

assistance and

Put the time in there on weekly basis to develop my YouTube videos

Schedule them and do all the editing and all of that kind of stuff. So

what I've done recently in order to maintain that persistence and

Continue with publishing a new video each week. Is that videos?

So look essentially what I mean by that is what dues I'll outline a day

Where my main focus for that day will be developing content. So what I do initially is I'll do a lot of research

I'll figure out okay. What is it that I really want to talk about through my videos for the day?

What is my main focus going to be am I going to link these that are going to be related somehow?

Am I going to cover a couple of different topics?

And then what I'll do is I'll write down the the main headings

Do a bit of a research on those to figure out okay?

What is it that people are actually looking for?

once I've done a bit of that research and really gotten a list outlined as to the

Videos that I really want to do throughout the day. I then proceed to

setting up the lining making sure my cameras got a full battery full memory disk and all of that and

Then I'll basically grab a range of different shirts so that I've got different shirts to put on throughout the day

so that my content that I'm publishing isn't going to look as though I've just sat down on one day or

As though I only wear one shirt and then producing content weekly

while wearing the one shirt, I don't know but

Essentially you really need to be able to set it up and make sure that you've got a day

Prepared so you can go through and really get in the routine get in the mindset to

Develop those videos and not only is it helpful in the sense of being able to make a whole range of different?

videos on one day but you also get into that mentality and you get into that approach instead of

doing one video every now and again at the start of the day and having to get into the mentality for it and then

Having to get back into the mentality for your normal work and go into your normal work having a batch session

Where you yet?

Slip into the focus you get energized for creating that content and then you maintain that energy throughout a range of different videos

Really helps maintain that consistency and really keep that that development and keep that quality in your videos

now another thing is that by batching my videos on a

your bi-weekly

Basis, I really end up with a whole range of different content that I can spend time editing and working on different themes

Putting that content together and then I've got an archive basically of all of these different videos

Which when I go through a different period where I've got a whole bunch of different priorities

I might not necessarily have to shoot videos for a month or so if I've got a range of

45 different videos set up and reserve that I can schedule and published on alternate alternate weeks

So look, that's really something which has been helpful for me

And what that does is it also means look if I do

Happen to get a call on one week or something like that

And I really can't put the energy into a video if I've got reserves

That's okay

And normally speaking having those reserves doesn't mean that I won't create content on another another week

Generally speaking

I do try to create new content each week and

Publish at least one or two videos each week so that my content is really going out there but having that reserve there

Really gives you that

Yeah that preserve and it really stops you from having to worry about

things coming up and getting in your way so that you're not maintaining that

Consistency on YouTube because you really want to make sure that you're maintaining that focus

Having new content coming out each week at the same times

so that YouTube really picks up on that and can start presenting their new content to

Viewers because it knows that you're going to be consistent and that content is going to continue coming

I'll leave a little banner up above so here on that and have a look at the content which I have and

yeah, the the impact of the town on my own video now if you're looking into setting up your editing I

Plan on doing another video for that in the future
