Video Review : SUPERLAST 24H Eyebrown Pomate Pencil ESSENCE [ ENG Sub ] | Liz Matutteame - Duration: 5:11.
Hi everyone!
Today we talk about eyebrows,
and you will know that I am always looking
for a good eyebrow product to use every day.
Today I show you the Essence pencil which is called
Super Last 24 hours Brown pomade pencil waterproof.
The package is a 0.31 g and the price is € 2.49.
The product has an automatic lead so you do not need.
to temper it,
but if you want a nice pointed tip,
even if this is a thin mine of his, in the lower part
of the pencil is inserted a small plastic penknife
There is also a small hint, but I really do not like it
because it has rigid plastic bristles,
but it's not a problem I use to blend the stroke
another special brush.
I must say that I liked a lot because the stretch
is very accurate and the duration is really high,
I have not tried if it is really waterproof,
however I can assure that in the summer
even if I have mixed skin does not move
and does not melt with the sweat ,
you go to remove in the evening with a make-up remover
and it's still pretty firm.
The consistency is a bit 'pasty, in fact it tends to create
a "pomade" effect on the eyebrows and the hairs all fixed
to the base and quite stiff, but this is good if you
also want to give a shape to the eyebrows as well
as draw them because this pencil fixes them.
I felt that I bought this product very often
and so I wanted to keep a record of how many days
a pencil lasted,
so I went to score every time I used it and I discovered
that a package lasts only 8 days!
Now I understand why I bought it so often,
considering that I use it every day really hardly lasts me.
Sure it is a really low cost product,
but considering spending € 2.49 a week
does not excite me a lot and so I think
I will look for other products to use every day,
but I keep a pencil in the beauty because
it is really very valid both during the summer
is when we want to be sure that the eyebrows
stay in place all day.
Let me know if it helps if I indicate
how many days of use a product lasts.
Let me know even if you have tried this eyebrow pencil
and how you found yourself.
Share the video with your friends
who draw eyebrows every day and makeup lovers.
If you have been useful to put a like
and subscribe to the channel not to miss
the next beauty low cost reviews.
I also recommend to click on the bell
so you will be notified with a convenient free notification
every time I publish a new video.
Bye Bye :)

Health promotion is made up of a number of different parts, and usually varies from university to university.
On many campuses, health promotion is a subset or partner of the student health services functional area.
On others, it remains its own department and maintains its independence, despite the overlap between the two areas.
Before we dive into what exactly health promotion is, it might be helpful to look at some of the things they do.
Most health promotion offices focus on health and wellness education, by promoting healthy
habits in terms of both physical and mental health for students.
Sex education is typically another area covered by health promotion, and many offices have resources dedicated to exploring sexual identity and safe sex practices.
Health promotion also sometimes offers workshops or programs aimed at drug and alcohol education
in order to help students avoid dependency issues.
Mental health has become a big concern for health educators and student affairs practitioners
over the past decade, and health promotion usually puts on events or works on initiatives aimed at decreasing stress for students and employees alike.
Some college campuses are beginning to develop recovery services for students rehabilitating
or managing alcohol or drug dependency.
These support systems are aimed at providing students with a safe place and positive environment to heal themselves.
Time management is also a big focus for students, and health promotion educators frequently
distribute resources or advise students on how to effectively manage their time.
Aside from these services and resources, health promotion can cover many more topics relating
to physical, mental, or emotional health and well-being.
Looking at health promotion overall, the primary goals are to help students develop healthy habits during their time at university and learn how to care for themselves after they leave.
Additionally, they are there for students and are able to assist students in their identity
development and promote success in the classroom.
Lastly, health promotion aims to educate students about healthy alcohol or drug consumption, and sexual activity.
Each university will have different goals or aims, but most offices or departments will
fall into these main categories.
So why is health promotion considered a functional area of student affairs?
Mostly because of who they are serving, and how they go about doing it.
Students are the primary concern of health promotion educators and practitioners, as they work to advise, support, and provide resources for students attending the university.
Health promotion typically has a lot of overlap with other functional areas, such as counseling,
student health services, or career advising, so it is not uncommon to cross-collaborate
or have staff fill multiple roles in their office.
While we've already covered some of the services health promotion offers, there are a few others
to touch on as well.
Many offices utilize workshops as their main form of outreach.
These workshops can focus on study skills, time management, healthy habits, or any sort
of topic relating to individual health.
Practitioners and educators also advise students on an individual or group basis, and are able
to tailor their practices to better serve students.
These services may align more with identity development, nutrition, sexuality, or career
and financial counseling, but can encompass any aspect of health promotion as well.
Many offices also provide testing, whether it be STI testing, personality inventories,
career aptitude tests, or something similar.
Now that we know what health promotion is and what services they offer, let's touch
on the people behind the scenes.
Practitioners in health promotion can, and frequently do, come from a variety of backgrounds.
Many of these educators come from programs outside of student affairs, such as public health, nutrition, or counseling.
These backgrounds may give a more specialized body of knowledge, allowing staff to better
coach or advise students through challenging times or deal with complex situations.
Regardless of their background, however, anyone working in health promotion must be able to
effectively teach and advise students.
Many staff members have a lot of experience in developing programs of counseling small
groups, as these skills are used very frequently in the office.
Additionally, it's important for practitioners and educators to develop an interdisciplinary
body of knowledge that encompasses many different aspects of health and wellness, such as human
development, psychology, and physical sciences, such as biology or chemistry.
Lastly, staff members in health promotion belong to a variety of professional organizations,
depending on their area of expertise or focus.
Both the American College Health Foundation and the American College Health Association
make up a lot of organizational membership, however, NASPA is another organization that
many staff choose to join because they work on college campuses.
There are other more specialized organizations that staff focusing on counseling, nutrition,
or LGBTQ issues will belong to, but the three here encompass most practitioners.

ICES research video series: Colleen Maxwell on impacts of frailty and caregiver distress - Duration: 4:50.
We did this study to look at two aspects that are important to the
home care clients. One is their level of frailty.
Frailty is a geriatric syndrome and it's a way to place an older client
on a continuum of health. So there are those that are relatively not frail, or
what we call robust, and then it goes all the way up to those who might be more
frail or very frail. And frailty of course is related to the help that's
required to help support them in the home so that they can perform activities
of daily living, get help with instrumental activities of daily living, and
to do well with a high level of quality of life.
The other aspect that we looked at was caregiver distress, which is also important because
the more frail an older client is, the more likely that their caregiver helping in the home
might have some kind of distress. This is particularly the case when the
caregiver is a spouse who is also older and experiencing their own health issues
but also for a child or a child in-law who might have unique challenges with caring
for their own children, their own health and then also the health of the
parent. So we were interested in the dynamic interplay between the level of
vulnerability or frailty in a client and the level of distress in their caregiver
in predicting important outcomes. And that would be things like placement in
nursing homes, hospitalization, and mortality.
We used linked clinical and administrative health data available to us
through ICES. We had information for seniors - about a quarter of a million seniors -
who were assessed for home care between 2010 and 2013.
With that assessment - it's a very rich clinical assessment tool - we were able to derive a
measure of frailty and so then we could classify home care clients based on how
frail they were. So they might be not very frail, somewhat frail, and have
a higher level, or more severe frailty. And then on the assessment is also a measure
of how distressed their primary caregiver is, whether it's a spouse or a child-in-law,
so we can sort the data in terms of your level of frailty and the presence
or absence of distress in your caregiver, and then try to understand how both
those factors influence outcomes over the one year of follow-up.
In terms of findings, we observed that one in five older home care clients in
Ontario showed frailty. And even though there were significant differences
between male and female clients in their health and their social circumstance,
they showed the same prevalence. So one in five. However, even though the
prevalence was similar in terms of frailty, male clients who were frail
were much more likely to have a distressed caregiver.
So about 50% of male clients who were frail had a distressed caregiver,
compared to about 40% for frail female home care clients. Not surprisingly, the level of frailty -
so the more frail someone was - the higher the risk for all health outcomes
that we looked at, in particular nursing home placement, and death.
And the risks associated with frailty were higher for women than men.
We also found that having a distressed caregiver was an important predictor on its own
for two key outcomes: the likelihood of going into a nursing home, and also the
likelihood for a prolonged hospital stay. And that was true for both male and female clients.
Interestingly, we found that caregiver distress was a very
important predictor of nursing home admission even if the client was not frail,
which is a key finding.
In terms of implications, we are across Canada seeing a tremendous shift with
health care reforms moving from institutional to community-based settings.
And as we witness that, we're worried about the potential stress on
caregivers and the supports that they might need as well as home care clients.
So as we see that shift and the increase in complexity and frailty level among
home care clients, we anticipate that caregiver distress will only increase in
the future. So it's very important to understand the role that caregiver
distress plays, over and above knowing the vulnerability or frailty status of a client,
in predicting important outcomes so that we can better plan and
anticipate health care needs, support needs, and to get those services in
at an earlier stage, and hopefully avoid adverse outcomes.
