3 WORKOUT FOR BIGGER SHOULDERS - Duration: 3:45.

What's up YouTube, my name is Jack Wong, and on this video I'm going to show you guys how

to build and develop a very round shoulders.

There are three different exercises that you have to do, one of them is a compound movement,

which is the overhead press, which I am going to show you guys in the next video.

Okay guys, for the overhead press, please put on a belt if guys have one to prevent

any risk of injuries.

So, for the movement, keep your stance on shoulder width and place your grip slightly

maybe an inch wider than your shoulders and DO NOT lean backwards, okay, do not lean backwards

as you push up the bar.

Always keep your core strong and tight.

As you push up the bar make sure you look straight ahead and move your head slightly

forward as you push it up and when you bring it down, tilt your head slightly backwards

to let the bar pass.

So repeat this movement for 6 to 8 reps and do it for 5 sets.

Okay the second exercise for shoulders is the lateral raise.

The lateral raise is really important because it helps develop the ball shape which is also

the side of your shoulders, and in the next clip I am going to show you guys how to do it.

For this movement, the lateral raise, isolates the side of your shoulders.

It's a really simple exercise, but there are a few things to keep in mind.

Try not to use as much momentum as you raise the dumbbells, it usually happens if the weight

is too heavy.

So lift a lighter ones to keep a proper form.

When raising the weights keep your elbows slightly bent and try to focus on bringing

your elbows upwards instead of using your hands.

Make sure when you reach the top it's perpendicular to the dumbbells.

Then do not just release the tension and let the weight pull you down, instead keep the

tension on by bringing the weights down slowly.

Repeat this movement for 12 to 15 reps and do it for 4 sets.

So, for the third exercise, it's called the face pull.

This one works more towards the back part of the shoulder, it's called the rear delts,

and this is where you get that back ball shape right here.

So the rear delts are the ones who really enhance the shape of your entire shoulders.

It makes your shoulders looks like it's more complete.

If not you're gonna have just a big front delt, and maybe a huge lateral, but if you

have a small rear delt, you're not gonna have perfect shoulder.

So face pull is one of the most important exercise for shoulders.

So in the next video I'm going to show you how to do it.

Okay, for the face pull, this exercise really benefits you a lot by helping you to build

a stronger and healthier shoulders, especially if you already have shoulder pains.

There are a few variations for this exercise, but this is how I do it.

Grab on to the rope with a neutral grip.

Keep your chest out, and as you begin to pull, squeeze your shoulder blades tight.

And your ending position should be looking like you're posing your biceps.

So repeat this movement for 12 to 15 reps and do it for 4 sets.

And we're done!

Okay guys, so these three are the exercise I did for my shoulders.

I can't promise you that this will definitely work for you, but it clearly did work for

me.

My Experiences With School + Funny French Video - Duration: 6:02.

We spend a lot of time in school and eventually we'll see some weird or random stuff over

the years so here are my stories I'm going to start with my first memories

and then work my way up to the more recent one one of the first stories that i remember is

when a girl puked on the bus and I remembered it smelled so bad and she puked way before

my stop so yeah around 4th grade some kid stabbed me with a pencil like what did I do to you?

and the graphite broke off and now i have a piece of graphite in my hand and actually

in the same time frame I think I was really bored so one time I think I just started

eating my graphite off my pencil and someone noticed and they said that i would get lead

poisoning and more people noticed and they said the same thing and they really thought

I could die from eating that graphite but since non toxic graphite was widely used

back in the mid 1500s and we haven't switched back I wasn't really in any real danger someone

told me that they like to poop one time I was probably not paying attention to the teacher

and the teacher called on me and she wanted me to do a simple math problem I think it

was 13+5 and it took me so long to answer it probably took me like half a minute to

figure it or the just the teacher just gave up on me I think it took me so long because

I just froze and I was caught getting off task one time the whole class built fireworks

and 2 of my wings fell off and on the launch day my rocket went up not that far compared

to other peoples and then it came back at us like a plane with one wing and it hit the

ground 10 feet away from the launch site so that rocket could of hurt someone and I

don't know why the teacher approved my rocket actually about rockets someone brought fireworks

into the school and I don't know what plan he had for them I didn't ever hear fireworks

getting lit off but if they were lit off I could of stopped it but I didn't because I

ain't no snitch wait is it still stitching after it happened years ago one time I was whistling

and other people started to whistle and the teacher probably told us to stop several

times and we didn't listen then she had enough and turned into a nazi camp general and all

I remember we were siting silent for like 2 minutes and nobody even dared to whisper because

her inner nazi came out of nowhere and now that I think about it something probably happened

to her that made her really angry and then she took out on us because I thought I was

going to get serious trouble I was really nervous she had us write down who

whistled after she said stop she collected all the papers and then she silently read all of our papers

and she took half the period to find someone to blame

for her anger and I never did get in trouble

well i'm going to leave you with a clip of me doing a video for french and this is about

french cooking

the instructions that I'm supposed to be

and what up skill level is real Oh flip flip I learned

that from school oh forgot about this

I'm going to make it a little bit bigger this time

so I learned from last time don't splash it everywhere

and then flip, oh

I got batter on this

so this is defective

as soon as you got that far you just be

safe and you turn off your cooking

machine and go get your fruits or

vegetables to put on your crape

so sense you have your crape right here

right there

you just need to put your fruits and vegetables

on and then you just you roll it up

and this is one that I healthiest items

i ever ate it's pretty dang healthy

WE STARTED GETTING REPORTS OF

DESTRUCTION.

WE DID HAVE THE SIRENS BLOWN

AND PEOPLE WERE TAKING COVER.

JUST MINOR INJURIES, ONE

MAN BROKE HIS ANKLE RUNNING TO

CHECK HIS HOME BUT THAT WAS

AFTER THE STORM.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SAYS IT

WILL BE AT LEAST TOMORROW AND

POSSIBLY FRIDAY BEFORE POWER IS

RESTORED TO EVERYONE.

If you've answered yes to all of this,

then you must be an intersectional feminist.

But you know what you're missing?

Disability.

If disability isn't part of your feminism,

then it isn't truly intersectional.

After all, disability is in every race,

sexuality and gender.

Basically any identity, there are disabled people within it.

And they need to be included in feminism.

So go! Make your feminism truly intersectional.

Make sure disability is part of your feminism.

Video Is the Now, but Short-Form Video Is the Future - Duration: 3:08.

Video content is the now, but short-form

video content is the future.

Hey everyone, I'm Jess Ostroff, Managing Editor

at Convince and Convert, and today I wanna talk to you

about a few new statistics that prove

that short-form video content is on the rise.

Now, we know that video works.

According to a recent study by Animoto,

over 76% of small businesses say they can measure

a marked result from the video content

that they've created.

Plus, we have the anecdotal information

from places like Facebook and Twitter

and every single platform is integrating video

into their application today.

So that's not the question.

Video is here to stay.

The question is, what should we put in our videos,

and how long should they be?

Now, I know for myself, when I open a video

on YouTube or Facebook or any other platform,

one of the first things I do

is I look at that little bar at the bottom

and I try to find out how long this video is gonna be.

And frankly, if it's five minutes or more,

I'm probably not going to watch it.

Why?

I just don't have time.

Nobody has time these days.

In the attention economy, less is more.

And I know I'm not alone.

According to another study by our friends

at Vidyard, 56% of videos created by businesses today

are two minutes or less.

And the audiences are responding to this.

53% of videos that are 90 seconds or less

are watched to completion.

That means that over 50% of people

who are watching videos that are 90 seconds or less

are actually completing them, which is pretty good

given our attention spans are now what, seven seconds

or less?

But compare that to videos that are 30 minutes or more,

and you're only getting a 10% completion rate.

So if you want people to watch your videos,

shorter is better.

Now what does this mean for us?

Well, here at Convince and Convert,

we started producing this new video series

that you're watching right now, also Jay Bear

has brought back his famous Jay Today series

with snackable content marketing

and social media advice in three minutes or less.

You can find that on YouTube and Facebook,

and we are also doing a series of webinines,

which are webinars but truncated into nine minutes or less,

and we feel like the content that we can put

in nine minutes or less can still be super meaty,

super helpful, and really, really great information

and we don't need a 45 or 60 minute webinar to do that.

So that's what we're doing.

So it has happened and let me tell you how the odd thing works

so YouTube has a

Form the YouTube has formed a random algorithm which shows videos and random random topics and random people

So it's all kind of because if a specific person is supposed to be there, and he'll be doing all this work

It will consume a lot of time what has happened is all of this you know these major company is going on

It has caused you to velov around 750 million dollars. Which is a huge amount which is a very huge amount and Google is

google, which is the parent company on YouTube is also concerned about it one is these companies are actually demanding that they should have the

Total control on you know immediately on which

On which videos should there at be promoted and it's gonna. Take some time that is why you do cannot you know

Give us money because they are also not getting it so it's a hard time for YouTube and Google

and I hope I hope you guys should stay with them because you [to] [have] given a great platform to all of us and

A great platform and I think it's a hard time for YouTube

And I think we all should stay with them and let's share this video to

maximum people as we can I'm also I also shared the
