archive declassification mission files

unlock april 11th retweet to confirm

included was a 20 second video clip

which will watch right now further the

lead character artist for overwatch

shared this message on social media

about the tease i can't wait to share

more of this as it is in my opinion one

of the best things we've worked on since

launch additionally in a recent

interview game director jeff capel and

stated that the 25th hero is very far

along in development hey folks i'm going

to quickly interrupt this video to bring

you some breaking news as part of an

interview with pc games n Jeff Kaplan

has confirmed some things about the

upcoming event we're going to quote Jeff

Kaplan here we've heard the call that a

lot of players want a non real world

tied event meaning they want some sort

of set event in the overwatch world the

event is going to be something when

players see the event and play the event

I think they'll see that we've been

listening to their feedback we've been

hearing a lot of desire for more story

people want to know more about the story

of overwatch they want to know more

about the past of overwatch I think they

want to know more about what's going on

between omnis and humans in this world

and how did we get there I think a lot

of that will be answered for them

capital went on to say I think

Widowmaker players who have wanted a

skin might be very happy very soon and

now back to your regularly scheduled

program okay that covers the too long

didn't watch version of this video now

we get into the mega over analysis let's

start with the main text overwatch

mission archives file 0038 two kings row

uprising entered into record seven years

ago security clearance required

confidential Declassified April 11 now

right off the bat the user interface

looks very similar to Winston's computer

but that doesn't mean this is Winston's

computer or that it has anything to do

with Athena windows for instance has a

very distinct user interface so this

could just be a standard operating

system in the future okay now from the

text we know that this pertains to an

overwatch mission from seven years ago

we can expect more details to emerge

next tuesday april eleventh and we know

that the events took place in kings row

which is both an in-game map as well as

a fictional location in london in the

overwatch universe looking at the

timeline we know that overwatch was

forced to disband five years ago and was

six years ago that Jack Morrison and

Gabriel rays came to blows at overwatch

headquarters and were believed to have

been killed in an ensuing explosion

although they actually survived and

re-emerged as soldier 76 and Reaper so

this mission predates all that that

means the Reaper is still a part of

overwatch and working with soldier 76

will also note that Widowmaker

assassinating that tom mcmahon dada the

Peacekeeper during that cinematic with

tracer that happened recently so all

that should be unrelated to what we're

discussing here so that begs the

question what kind of uprising could we

be seeing in King's row that would

require overwatch intervention well we

know that King's row is a fancy rich

neighborhood and that there's basically

an ominous ghetto right below it

Dominic's built much of modern England

but they're denied the basic rights that

humans have and tensions between humans

and ominous run high so for there to be

an uprising you got to have some group

that's rising up as in revolt and it

seems more likely that there would be

the oppressed on Nick's that will be

rising up against their human oppressors

now overwatch played a key role in

stopping the Omni crisis so it makes

sense for overwatch intervene in another

humans versus amna conflict we

should also know that when we play on

kings row the payload we are delivering

is an EMP bomb straight into the heart

of the Omni ghetto to kill the ominous

whether this is related to the event is

unclear it seems like this might have

been something that happened after but

we don't know for sure yet okay so what

else do we see in this video well

there's a panel on the left side that

shows Tom Nick's some kind of QR code

and the text that reads mandatory robots

registration the use of the bold color

monochrome almec depictions and in your

face text is all very aggressive and

oppressive in what is already an

overbearing mandate and this may have

been the final straw in what led to the

amna cup rising let's focus in on the QR

code a bit here if you're wondering

about this pseudo QR code because those

of you familiar with QR codes would

recognize that this is it resembles a QR

code but it's definitely not a real QR

code and it is in fact identical to the

pseudo QR code that we find in new

Bonnie so by itself this QR code scans

into nothing but this was actually used

as a piece of a puzzle that was solved a

very long time ago about eight months I

want to say you see in a preview video

for kings row released a very long time

ago we could see a QR code on a monitor

and that never actually made it into the

game those monitors aren't there in the

actual kings row map however the texture

for that monitor for the QR code on the

monitor was found in data mined files

now that QR code didn't scan into

anything either but by combining this

new new coats pseudo QR code with the

old QR code it scanned simply into the

word robot it was an interesting little

puzzle that required a bit of effort

than thinking to solve but with

ultimately very little payoff so what

else do we see in the video well in the

background we see a very positive

looking image with vivid colors that

says something like Turing green SW 0

subtitle building an omni

future it's a little unclear because

some of the letters are hidden but

that's my best guess so let's break this

down Turing green were unsure about

green but Turing something SW 0 the name

Turing may be familiar to you you may

have heard of the Turing test and the

Turing test was developed by Alan Turing

in 1950 he was an English computer

scientist and widely known as the father

of artificial intelligence the Turing

test itself is a test of a machine's

ability to exhibit intelligent behavior

that is indistinguishable from a human

so basically Alan Turing would obviously

be an important figure to omnis and the

fact that he's English only helps the

matter since kings row is in England

further the SW 0 seems to be an English

postal code SW is the modern postal code

for southwest London and the zero added

at the end could be a fictional addition

to refer to some sub area or nearby area

specifically for this Turing green it

appears to be some area built designed

specifically for aam Nixon anomic Haven

if you will with in England how exactly

this ties into the narrative that we're

constructing here is pretty unclear

could it be that the Onyx were promised

a haven and instead got a ghetto Turing

green clearly seems to be above ground

so it's not clear it obviously wouldn't

be that the Turing green turned into the

ghetto which is distinctly underground

but I look forward to seeing more

details emerge now what else do we see

we see what appears to be in the bottom

left there an image taken from the kings

row subway it looks very similar to the

defenders spawn room we don't actually

see that monitor on the wall or

advertisement or whatever you want to

call it but everything else seems to

match the curvature the the exit or

entrance now another thing we see in

this video is what appears to be a

tracer skin it's pretty clearly tracer

given the two side guns and overall it

does resemble her very much so it's

unlikely to be a new character but it's

not clear what exactly this skin

pics we're using a very low resolution

image here some speculated initially

that it was an omniscient venit user

Jolla guy provided these enhanced

screenshots in which it seems a lot

clearer that this is not an ominous kin

but again it's it's difficult to discern

details but I feel like I see a bow tie

or a scarf or some kind of neck wear

over all the colors seem to look kind of

industrial which is maybe what led

people to think initially that was an

onyx skin I think I could make out some

kind of light colored little hat on her

head could this possibly be a steampunk

tracer skin or maybe something closer to

divas junk Erskine who knows but what is

almost certain is that this is a preview

for an upcoming tracer skin and that

ties into what the hell all of this is

about to begin with this all seems to be

a teaser for probably an upcoming spring

event it does seem like it'll soon be

time for a new overwatch event and we've

already had a summer event with the

summer games we've had an automobile

terror event and we've had a winter

event with winter wonderland so it's

pretty logical that we're going to have

a spring event we did have a lunar new

year event squeezed in between there

that ended februari 13th though so it'll

soon be two months since our last

overwatch event and that means we're

about due for a new one given blizzard

has been opting to avoid any religiously

connotative events you know we got

winter wonderland instead of the

Christmas event I doubt we'll see an

Easter event for spring so the kings row

uprising may be our first specifically

overwatch lower themed in universe event

and it would only be natural that King's

row may somehow be a map that is

involved in fact on the PTR a week or

two ago some changes were made to King's

Rose lighting it made the map distinctly

warmer you can check out these

comparison screenshots here taking by

redditor Karl for president all on max

graphics settings so it's not that oh

it's a difference between low settings

and high settings or anything like that

now these changes were mostly met with

negative feedback

and those would apparently pass that

feedback on to the lighting artists

because all that was changed apparently

was the lighting there are no texture

changes now this wouldn't be the first

time that we've seen an event change a

Maps lighting and a year of the rooster

event for instance we revisited some

familiar Maps under different lighting

conditions so could this lighting rework

be in preparation of a similar treatment

for kings row and what exactly could

this new event entail could this be

another PvE game mode like Halloween

terror where we fight off robot hordes

could one of the doom fists somehow be

connected to any of this that's a bit of

a stretch but a girl can dream but while

everything seems to point to this being

a new event we've also just learned that

the 25th hero isn't all that far off in

a recent interview with IBTimes UK Jeff

Kaplan said quote yes I absolutely know

who the next hero is going to be the

next hero is very far along in

development so we're at the point where

we're doing art for that hero we're

doing a lot of aggressive play testing

we know what that hero what the

abilities are and how they interact

sewer at that point the heroes past that

hero are more in prototype exploration

phase but the next hero were pretty set

on now odds are the swings we won't be

getting the hero within the next couple

of weeks we'll likely have to wait a

little bit longer for that further

cementing the idea that this is a teaser

for an upcoming event rather than the

next hero we also just got IRISA so it

seems pretty soon to be getting another

hero maybe by summer now one more thing

I want to bring up from the video

there's a series of icons running up

along the top though difficult to

discern these all correspond to icons

use for hero abilities the degraded

quality of the video really makes it

difficult to discern especially if you

just take a screenshot it's actually

easier to see what those icons are

dumped to make them out if you watch the

video because the way the artifacting

happens depending on the frame of the

video sometimes the icons are more or

less discernible but from left to right

we see soldier 76s by out

field then we see Hanzo sonic arrow then

we see Lucio's crossfade then the next

one is apparently another Lucille icon

it's the cooldown indicator that you see

while you're on hill mode the next one

is bastion self-repair next is maize ice

wall then bastions reconfigure and then

Reinhardt's fire strike what could be

the significance of these icons could

these be all the heroes getting new

skins so if we have to for instance 24

Lucio and 24 passion that they're

getting two skins well it's at face

value a good guess but when you think

about a little bit more it kind of falls

apart because there's no tracer icon and

it's pretty obvious we're getting some

kind of tracer skin giving the big ass

teaser now one thing will note is that

in heroes of the storm which is below

there's MOBA game there was an event

called the Nexus challenge a few months

ago in which you can earn a Ganges skin

in overwatch by playing heroes of the

storm that's that sick Oni skin for

Genji now on April 25th a second Nexus

challenge will be revealed so it's

possible we may get to earn another

overwatch skin and it may be this tracer

skin here also while it's likely

unrelated will mention that it was

leaked that Genji is a hero that will be

added to heroes of the storm and will

most likely be the next hero now another

reason why it seems unlikely that these

icons indicate which heroes are getting

skins is that in and ask me anything on

Reddit game director Jeff Kaplan said

that Widowmaker and McCree would be

getting new skins in spring so odds are

that this spring event will see us have

skins from a Korean Widowmaker and again

none of their icons are appearing so

then what could the icons mean who knows

I tried looking at the first letter of

every skill the first letter of every

hero name and nothing seems to spell out

anything so it could just be random

symbols but if you guys can find some

meaning to it please leave a comment and

Yesterday, I asked myself how the globalists will fit all their planned crises together

The answer came to me today: if the globalists go for it this year, the NWO transition will

take place in three phases�

Phase One � Initial US vs China war crisis, global economic crisis, May Day chaos in the

streets, and Trump replaced with Pence (late-April thru May)

Phase Two � Wealth confiscation (bank bail-ins), crisis building between US and Russia, and

a formal BRICS proposal to implement the NWO�s �gold-backed� financial system and UN

�reforms� as the solution (May thru September)

Phase Three � War crisis with Russia, counter-coup in America (Pence replaced with Rand Paul),

total system shutdown, and a reboot into the Putin-led NWO (September onward)

How Do You Get Rid of a Canker Sore? - Duration: 2:23.

so you're sitting there trying to eat

your breakfast burrito but this thing

inside your lip hurts every time you

take a bite then you go for a swig of

orange juice and it stings so much that

your eyes start to water that's life

with a canker sore technically called an

afta sulser once you have one you're

pretty much stuck with it for the next

week or so but there are some things you

can do to try to prevent canker sores in

the first place and there are ways to

make them hurt less and maybe even heal

faster to be clear we're not talking

about cold sores here the bumps you

might get on your lips outside your

mouth those are caused by a viral

infection instead the AFT this ulcers

are basically little abrasions inside

your mouth they're often caused by

something that irritates a spot like

braces or dentures rubbing against your

cheek or acidic or spicy foods but there

are other factors involved too studies

have shown that when people are

especially stressed they tend to get

more canker sores possibly because the

hormones your body releases when you're

stressed can trigger inflammation and

nutritional deficiencies like if you're

not getting enough iron or vitamin b12

can thin the cell layers lining your

mouth leading to more canker sores and

then there are the unlucky folks who

have recurrent aphthous stomatitis or

ras which basically means that they have

extra painful canker sores that keep

reappearing researchers aren't totally

sure why people get ras but it might

have to do with genetics or higher

stress levels so to try to prevent

canker sores you can avoid spicy foods

and be careful with anything sharp or

poke in your mouth like braces but

there's no guarantee that you won't get

one anyway the good news is there are

things dentists recommend trying to make

a canker sore less painful while it

heals you can buy treatments with a

chemical called benzocaine which

interacts with your nerve endings to

numbness or so it doesn't hurt when you

chew you can also rinse your mouth with

some diluted hydrogen peroxide which

will burn like the Sun but will kill off

bacteria that might infect the canker

sore and make it stick around longer and

prescription medications with a steroid

called fluid sinan ID can make the

canker sore heal faster and interact

with your immune system to bring down

swelling for tougher cases like Ras

doctors can prescribe stronger meds like

other steroids or antibiotics they come

with stronger side effects but have been

shown to reduce the number of canker

sores people get and make the ones they

do get less painful the next time you

get one of these annoying painful things

CS:GO - 3 Useful Anti-Rush Smokes on Overpass - Duration: 2:34.

Hey guys, salut mes amis och hallå gubbar.

Maxim here.

This video will show you three anti-rush smokes that you can use on Overpass on the CT Side.

They are all thrown from CT Spawn which makes them very effective and very useful.

In my opinion, throwing one of these each round will always favor your team, so here they are.

The first smoke will land where the terrorist runs out if they want to push playground or

fountain.

To throw this smoke, stand in this corner, aim here for 64 tick, and go all the way down

to the truck here for 128 tick.

Now all you do is run and jump-throw.

The further you run the better the smoke.

But Maximuh, won't they have time to rush before the smoke lands?

Well, it depends, the timing of this smoke is very important and it must be thrown as

fast as possible.

I recommend that the nearest player throws the smoke, while another player closer to

the bathrooms takes control.

It's also recommended to have another player that can support the first player in-case

the terrorist decice to push through connector. Now this smoke is probably the easiest to

execute, just stand in the middle of the A symbol, aim under here, and throw.

This will land in the tunnels near construction or short.

The terrorist will not have enough time to pass through this smoke even if you wait a couple seconds.

You can also perform this smoke on your to B. To do that, use this A symbol instead, aim

between these two black things and throw.

The last smoke I want to show you is this one.

Stand in this corner, crouch and aim here for 128 tick, now jump-throw and the smoke

will land right under monster.

You might think that this is just pure luck but I promise you,

it will land correctly each time.

If you have a good spawn and throw it fast the terrorist will arrive right about here

when the smoke is out.

If you want to do this for 64 tick, just aim a little bit higher until you touch the clouds

and do the same thing.

have is a Cadbury egg but I mean if it's

not really egg-shaped because it melted

anyway so this is really i'm pretty sure

it's just a chocolate eggs i don't care

cuz im so there's nothing in it are you

serious give us a wet novelty

it's chocolate Cadbury chocolate expects

guys come on so the cadbury eggs we have

in America are like this small and they

have like sugar like doing things in it

so I thought that this one would have

the same thing but I guess just like way

too big to have all that sugar inside so

the next thing I have is our views jaffa

cakes I have no idea there so it lets

leave it 10 spongy cake with that which

with the orange e center all right um

let's have it go this is very popular

all right

okay all right it has like orange stuff

in it which obviously was expecting to

set it I really liked orange jelly stuff

but it's not bad oh I'm in my boring

what's up next I'm going to try this

double deckers candy bar milk chocolate

with the soft chewy nougat top and

crunchy cereal bottom so I thought this

would be fitting because it's double

decker it's double decker bar and you

know how in the UK there's like

double-decker buses well I think I don't

know I've never been to the UK I would

candy bars in America that have liked to

don't know this is really good I really

they're just I'm pretty sure they're

just potato chips but they're called

crisp cryptic crisp so i had to get done

good I'm trying for dish snack so these

are from high schoo salt and vinegar

flavor potato crisps I wonder how these

are going to take I don't know Ashley

wait they're more like oily that's

really weird actually I would think

America would have more oily chips

nastase more oil and I'm not weird I

mean they're not bad example excuse i'm

definitely going to avoid the next thing

i have is the digestive from mix like 50

these this is a milk chocolate because i

don't want to get the plain one because

i like milk chocolate also in the u.s.

digestives are supposed to like give you

fibers you can eliminate or get rid of

sort i Jes or

so we only have less than 1 gram of

fiber so I'm a little bit Wow oh these

also came highly recommended so up i got

them in all these three chocolate

like a big hit and photographer

they're not bad would they be my first

choice probably not they kind of taste

like if you've ever had a graham cracker

before it kind of tastes like a more

like bitter version of a graham cracker

but it's not bitter it just tastes like

I don't know what do you think you want

so that's not going to be trying to

sleep in Farsi I'm assuming it's

chocolate yeah the problem link is milk

chocolate and I'm pretty sure you can

only get this in okay well I got in

America obviously but like it's not like

lie okay I however do not okay I do not

lie to you guys I tell you the truth I

did not want to even make that video

explaining everything it was very hard

for me to make that video so let me just

go ahead and explain myself a little bit

for you guys you guys can understand

this a little bit better the the timing

of the video when it went up on the

first of April obviously April Fool's

Day that was seriously guys it was not

planned to be that way it was just

coincidence looking at my face if you

don't believe me I'm sorry I really am

sorry that a lot of you guys in the

comments section on that video thought

that it was fake or it was like an act

or a prank or whatever you guys thought

and I apologize for that and I'm sorry

that's not what it was intended to be

you know it was just bad timing and I

but people that have less than a hundred

thousand subscribers like myself and a

lot of people that are in the same boat

as I am with a channel that is under a

hundred thousand subscribers people are

struggling and it's all because of all

this crap that's going on on YouTube and

I'm that's all I'm going to say about

that because I don't want to get in

trouble for anything because it's just

not fair and it's been very very very

very very difficult financially and it's

been very difficult for me emotionally

because like i said i am no longer with

Millie and we're not together anymore

and to top that off we're like 400 500

miles away from each other so I do text

her like I told you guys in the previous

video I text her I call her almost every

day we talk all the time but I don't get

to see her every day anymore and it's

just difficult and

I don't know guys I just this has been

really rough on me and I just I felt

like I needed to make this video not

just to address you guys not just to

tell everybody what's going on and all

this other jazz but I wanted to address

my concerns with everything so you guys

can understand that i do not appreciate

being last out I do not appreciate being

called a liar I don't care what you guys

say about videos or anything else like

Let's go back to past Sunday, when people in Moscow and other cities went outside for street rallies.

According to the organizers, it was to oppose corruption.

The sight differed from city to city.

In 24 of them the event was concerted and everything went on to be civil.

In some cities, like Moscow and St. Petersburg, organizers refused to use alternative grounds

and deliberately took people to the routes, not concerted with the authorities.

Obviously, the police were doing their jobs.

And, notably, they were delicate.

At least definitely more delicate than how it's usually done in the US or the EU.

This is important, by the way. The authorities deserve a "thank you" in this case.

But, returning to the central subject of corruption,

never in the history of the world was it stopped with protests.

Take Ukraine, for instance, and all its anti-corruption protests.

...to express our protest!

...during Yanukovych times...

People are Sick of Thieves!

...and during Poroshenko times.

The raging of unauthorized meetings brought this country to coup d'etat and a civil war.

And the revolutionaries are now on the Forbes list.

There is no express method to get rid of corruption once and for all.

This problem is solved via the society's moral evolution

combined with a serial line of law enforcement.

If the society has genuinely, it's possible to discuss the criteria of the ethically allowed.

For instance, you can't enforce some laws, while breaking others.

Basically, Navalny makes people do this

by lying to them and passing his dishonesty for honesty.

He speculates on a sensitive issue for the people,

putting them in illegal situations, opposed by the police.

But if for him it's just life and business,

for regular people a trip in a Z-car and a bump-in with the law

is clearly not the most pleasant episode in life.

Even worse, people who have no intentions to bump into others

could be in some very dangerous situations.

There's always someone crazy in the crowds, someone who will pick a fight with the police.

In USA, they'd probably get shot. But not in Russia.

While the police is arresting the guy, anything can happen.

Someone turns around too fast, someone trips, someone gets misunderstood

and just like this, word by word, the risk of fatalities increases instantly.

But someone wanted this, thinking the worse the better.

This has happened before in Russia and around the world, it's painfully familiar.

Thank God it didn't get that far on Sunday. It's no less of a miracle.

Either way, the essence of these events was well described by Putin,

who was in Arkhangelsk on Thursday.

I personally think that all the corruption issues must always be the center of social attention.

I'm always very positive towards the attention people pay to these issues.

The only time I think it's wrong is when somebody, some political forces

try to use this instrument in their own selfish ways,

not to improve the political situation in the country,

but to gain something for themselves on the political arena.

For example on the threshold of some political event in the country, like the presidential election.

The police will handle unauthorised protests just as it must.

Preserving order in the government as a condition of general development is an important priority.

That's why Putin reminded of the sad political experience in those countries,

where the police ignored unauthorized actions.

Nothing good came out of it. Everything resulted in a big bloody mess.

We all know this, and I want to pay extra attention to this,

that this tool was used in the beginning of the Arab Spring.

We're all very well aware of the bloody consequences of these actions in the region.

We also know this was one of the motives and incentives to a turnover in Ukraine.

We're also very well aware of the chaos it put our neighbor, Ukraine in.

So "yes" to fighting corruption,

"no" to using this tool to achieve mercenary political goals.

Everyone must act in accordance to the law during the political process.

Anyone who violates the law must be prosecuted in accordance with the Russian law.

When it comes to the fight against corruption, it's taking place in the country.

And it's quite successful. Nobody's out of reach -

from the Minister of the Federal Government to the Governor and the mayors.

A list of active criminal cases is impressive.

Putin treats the issue without compromise and always gives sincere answers to any questions.

Sincerity is a very important category for Russia.

That's what makes us strong.

When sincerity started leaving the USSR and started to be replaced by hypocrisy,

no missiles could help, the government fell apart.

Again, sincerity assumes the right to demand from each other

to follow the moral guidelines, as stated by law.

I don't believe the sincerity of the corrupt official

and, at the same time, a fighter against corruption Navalny.

As soon as he was one foot in with the authorities

by becoming the advisor to the Kirov Oblast Governor Belykh,

he immediately became a part of the corruption scheme.

Using his position as an advisor of the Head of the Region,

or an administrative resource, so to speak,

he used criminal ways to make the CEO of the government-operated <i>Kirovles</i>

to sell him the wood at a price, lower than the market price.

He later sold it with a nice margin for himself.

His lawyers called this simple plan "commercial intermediation".

It's also more famous as rent-seeking behavior.

"Kirovles" CEO is now in prison for a long time.

Navalny is on probation.

Later, the corruption fighter and his brother were involved in another criminal activity.

The Yves-Rocher corruption story.

Another probation and a second record on his rap-sheet.

Again,

an active civil position is good, but violating the law is bad.

The law allows to voice one's position and the Kremlin hears it.

It also hears the EU's appeal to immediately free anyone involved in the protests on March 26th.

These appeals are taking place in light of the Paris police's violent handling of demonstrators

When one of the civilians

got killed in his own home.

He was French of Chinese descent.

That's why appeals

and addresses of such nature to Russia

we consider to be purely political

to put pressure on the political life within the country.

This approach won't fly with Putin. And thank God.
