Waching daily Apr 4 2017

We've all heard the worn-out jokes about lawyers coming from comedians and politicians,

and even our friends.

They refer to lawyers as opportunistic ambulance chasers who are only out to make a quick buck

off of someone else's suffering.

These comments aren't as innocuous as you might think.

In fact, they're focused and developed as a highly financed, well-coordinated, decades-long

smear campaign carried out by business interest groups like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and

the world's biggest insurance corporations.

In 1971, Lewis Powell, before he became a justice on the United States Supreme Court,

sent a memo to business and political leaders, where he outlined what he believed were the

challenges facing the business community, coming from a group that he referred to as

the New Leftists.

During Powell's entire career, as a matter of fact, as a lawyer and as a judge, he was

a loyal, loyal servant to a system where the interest of corporations was always superior

to the interest of consumers who were victimized by those corporations.

In this memo, Powell suggested that business groups, specifically the U.S. Chamber of Commerce,

needed to come forward with direct campaigns in the media and by lobbying politicians to

paint anti-corporatist groups like trial lawyers and consumer groups as enemies of democracy

who are only out to serve themselves.

By the 1980s, the campaign was well underway, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the insurance

industry was leading the charge to discredit and dehumanize and vilify trial lawyers

because they were the only ones holding corporations accountable when they killed or crippled American

consumers with defective products.

Sadly, the public was willing to buy into those lies.

The Chamber of Commerce created a new department that they called the Institute for Legal Reform.

This group was created to be the attack dog of big business and Republicans.

Their only job was to go after trial lawyers for two reasons.

The first reason was because businesses didn't want to pay for their crimes.

The second is because, at the time, trial lawyers were the largest donor group for the

Democratic Party, a trend that's only ended once Citizens United allowed Wall Street bankers

to buy the loyalty of the Democrats.

Once the Chamber and their allies in the political world smeared the image of trial lawyers as

a whole, they began to target specific attorneys and law firms.

In a report issued by the Institute for Legal Reform in October of 2013, the group specifically

listed law firms and individual lawyers who they believed posed the biggest threats to

the profits, the profits of big business.

The attacks from corporate interest groups and politicians took a sinister turn.

In the last few years, they've provided just a small glimpse of what corporations

really want to accomplish, and that is putting consumer trial lawyers behind bars.

That leaves government regulatory agencies as dysfunctional

as the FDA, as dysfunctional as the SEC and the EPA, to keep their eye on corporations

and try to keep corporations honest.

Then, of course, there's America's corporate media that today is fully owned and operated

by huge corporate advertisers who threaten to pull billions of dollars in advertising

from ABC and CBS and NBC if those corporate media types go too far in protecting consumers

against corrupt corporations.

Rumors... How often have you ever heard around a cheap "thrill" grandmothers from next door about some man? I think I had to, not once. And have you noticed the false propaganda or anti-propaganda of any candidate? I am sure that Yes. What about not very truthful advertising in Newspapers and on television? Also, is the place to be. That combine it all? False information or, in other words, hearsay. Of course, properly used lies can help in the development of the company, advertising, security and financial prosperity. If the fictional "legend" is a "hole" through which can pass truthful information, then the lie can turn to his master a completely different place and will only aggravate the situation. No, you can't lie - it's a fact. Grandma's time - nothing to do, politics is power and money, etc. In our example, consider the use of truthful rumors. Yes, there are. Despite the fact that in most cases it really hurts the eyes, there are people who use truthful positive aspects discuss business. Someone does it consciously, somebody intuitively, however, the end result is important. It will be about advertising on the Internet. Traveling in the network, by 10-30%, and sometimes 50-70 (depends on who is traveling and where) we come across advertising. Let me Express my opinion: this is something like the propaganda deputies. Even if not to take the lie into account, the similarity is still very high: the same caustic, annoying, directly, is not always true, by any means, etc. It's bad enough that our advertising hurts the eyes of our potential customers. Nowhere to go... and no, still there is much... can be "diluted" boring, some interesting information... Do you trust any source of information? Learn from this source that parsley is so rich in vitamin C and onions, you will continue to eat onions? This is a small example. If you continue to "chew", the sale of which in the regional market to change for the better: Luke or parsley? You know what I mean? Of course, such publications are "live" at the expense of direct advertising, but this is indirect, they do not even think. What do you think, whether there are they money, if they met with any major seller of parsley, and would suggest him to place somewhere in the newspaper, in any position, even, perhaps, the most inconspicuous, is this seller? As already mentioned, on the Internet, few people think about such "indirect" sale of goods, which is a pity. How it would be nicer to read an interesting article about any product, knowing that in this article, you do not sell, and subsequently unobtrusive ads precisely such a product. Often there is a description of the type: "But there is so-and-so, in General, look it up yourself". This is a big minus to the seller. What you benefit from it? Idea number one is a qualitative representation of the information about the product. If you are reading this article then you probably already have your product, your service, or are going to start to sell your products or services. Accordingly, before giving anywhere their ads, think about whether it would be possible to insert also indirect advertising, i.e., for example, any article in the same newspaper. As it happens in the network? I hope you already know that without the representative of the site it is unlikely that you will earn online. Accordingly, you probably already have your network resource that familiarizes your customers with your product or service. Of course, you support it: place the useful and interesting information related to your product. What should I do? Write an interesting article using the information posted on your website, and host it on our servers, similar to the category of your product with a small reference on your website. If you do not have a website, then include contact information. Remember that the client is not interested in your need in a great selling product, he is interested in information associated with the product, and subsequently the product itself. Idea number two is to ask someone to sell his product. Since the Internet is already a lot of affiliate programs, then you may have to offer do not have to. If, nevertheless, you are interested in the organisation there is a related affiliate program with a product that you would like to sell, then write a letter to the address of the organization with a proposal to efficiently sell their product or simply write an advertising article.

How To Vlog Like A Boss - Duration: 7:22.

I'm going to do that again.

For the bright side of branding, business, and being your own boss.

Hey, boss.

It's Sunny Lenarduzzi.

Welcome to the Sunny Show, for the bright side of branding, business, and being your

own boss.

I don't often do this, but when I do it's usually someone pretty rad, and I'm very,

very, very excited to have a very special guest on the Sunny Show today.

Amy Shmittauer is a new media triple threat, YouTuber, key not speaker, and author, and

one of the OG YouTuber in our social media and marketing space with her channel, Savvy

Sexy Social.

I have mad respect for this woman, and in her new book, Blog Like a Boss: How to Kill

it Online with Video Blogging, she shares tips and tactics to create videos that get

you the attention that you deserve.

I invited Amy to share some of those tips and tactics and her genius with all of you,

so without further ado, I will let the Vlog Boss herself take it away.

Hey, there.

I'm Amy from Savvy Sexy Social on YouTube.

What's up, bosses?

I'm the Vlog Boss.

Nice to meet you.

I want to share just a couple of tips on how you can vlog like a boss.

Why would I be telling you that?

Because I wrote a book about it.

Okay?

We're going to have some fun.

The first, most important thing is to have a plan.

You want to know what your brand is going to be about and how people are going to talk

about you when you're not in the room, which usually you're not in the room, because you're

in your own room making videos.

What is it that you want people to say about you?

What is it that you want people to repeat to their friends, so that they will tune into

you as well?

This is going to define the type of videos that you make, the type of vlogs that you

share with the world, so make sure that you've defined that for yourself.

It'll really give you a great understanding of what territory you want to play in versus

what's not going to work out.

Number two, look at the camera like it's a human being.

I mean, come on.

You're talking to people.

You are not talking to a device.

Okay.

Maybe you're talking to a device, but it's not supposed to be like that.

This is actually a vehicle for your message.

It's going to reach people.

It is going to affect their lives.

It's going to make them better.

It's going to entertain them maybe a little bit.

Whatever it is your purpose is, it's for a person.

It's not for your own complexity.

Make sure that you keep that in mind, because it is so critical that you come off that way.

It is the capital and number one mistake people make is that they don't look at the camera

like it's a person.

I've named my person.

I'm thinking of her right now, and that's what makes the impact.

You don't have to have a ton of experience.

You even can be working on how much you know about your space, but if you don't look at

the lens of the camera like it's a person, you won't get as far.

That's the one thing you could do to be 10 to 100 times better than everybody else that's

trying to do this.

Number three, don't introduce yourself at the beginning of a video.

That's right.

That's what I said.

Don't introduce yourself at the beginning of a video.

Now, unless it's a shtick and it's something you say on repeat every single time at the

beginning of your videos, so much so that your audience could repeat it back to you

for you, just don't do it.

If they clicked on a title they thought was interesting in a social feed or search, they're

there for that purpose.

You should treat them like they've been watching you forever, like this isn't your first video.

You should be treating them like they are already loyal, because the sooner that you

do, the sooner they actually will be.

That's what makes content so binge-able, and that's what we need, especially in a place

like YouTube, where we get more traffic and more excitement toward our stuff when we keep

people watching videos.

That's what YouTube wants from us.

That's what every social platform wants from us.

Keep your stuff binge-able by not wasting a lot of time in the beginning with your elevator

pitch.

It's a safe place, at least it feels like, to be when you press record to start talking

about yourself, but in fact that's your call to action.

Wait for it until the end.

If your audience makes it to the end of the video, they're going to be thrilled, and tickled,

and excited to learn who you are and what they should do next.

Next, stop worrying about what kind of camera you have.

I'm pretty sure if you're watching this, you have a smart phone.

Your probably watching this on a smart phone.

Guess what else that thing can do.

Yeah.

You guessed it.

Your smart phone can vlog too.

You know what?

There's some things we got to do sometimes, like audio and lighting, and you know what?

It's called the sun and maybe a little bit of carpet.

We can work with what we have, get started with what we have.

Sunny is such an amazing example of this.

She just got started with what she had, and look at how amazing that that impacted you.

You're still here, and she's continued to grow.

The same things happened for me.

I started with the camera I had in 2007.

We didn't even have smart phone video yet, but I found a way to make video anyway, without

having to spend a bunch of my own income, and that's what made it work, because I used

what I had.

I got it out there, and I stayed consistent.

That's my last tip.

If you really want to vlog like a boss, you will trust that your audience, no matter how

small, wants you to be there.

They want you to show up so bad.

All you have to do is that.

Decide what your schedule is.

It can be once a week.

It might be once a month right now.

If that's reality, then just do it.

Just do it.

Don't decide, "Oh.

I went too long.

I guess I quit now."

It's not about that.

They're still expecting you to come back.

If you say that you're going to, then do it.

Stick to the schedule that makes sense for you.

Upgrade it when you have time.

Industry standard on YouTube is once a week, so do not be afraid of once a week if that's

the deal for you.

Remember that they still are expecting you, so if you've been putting off that next one,

you've still got a chance.

Those are my tips for how to vlog like a boss, and I hope that you enjoyed them and are potentially

interested in reading a little bit more about that.

Thanks, Amy.

Those tips were awesome, and I know everyone's going to get so much out of it.

Hey, you guys.

Through the magic of YouTube ...

I know.

It's incredible.

... we happen to make make it together, so this is great.

Thank you for the tips.

They were rad.

Of course.

Of course.

We're both here at Social Media Marketing Worlds.

We used the opportunity to actually see each other in real life.

Who knew?

Who knew this happens?

People do this.

Yeah.

There's a world outside of the internet.

It's crazy.

It's crazy.

Amazing.

So, Amy, you have something special for the viewers?

Yeah.

I would love for you guys to get a copy of my book, Vlog Like a Boss, which, like an

idiot, I'm not holding in my hand right now, but that's okay.

Just go check it out.

The link, I think you're going to put it in there.

Former nurse claims to communicate with extraterrestrials? - Duration: 15:05.

In this video, former nurse talks to aliens, I want to show you 3 UFO MUFON cases and responding

to comments about UFO proof, keep watching.

Hi, I'm Heathcliff and this is Lions Ground.

I hope you have a fantastic day.

On April 3, Megan Palin, author of News.com.au, published a remarkable story about a former

nurse named Kerrie-Ann who claims to communicate with extraterrestrials which contain a video

where she gives a lecture.

Here's a little piece of the video (0:20)

The

purpose of talking to aliens is to deliver the message to human and animals to help us

with one of the main targets 'The Awakening'.

If this story was published on April 1st nobody would take this story seriously.

She claims to communicate telepathically with aliens almost a decade.

They take over her body and share important messages.

"They're not waiting for the government to disclose their existence they're going

to do it themselves," I quote from the website.

Well, it's about time, hurry up.

I will leave a link in the video description so you can read the full article and watch

the video in question.

I'm a little bit skeptical about this kind of stories.

Maybe you remember me doing an interview with Annemarie Smit, a psychic.

after reading this story, I think, what's next?

A book?

I'm not saying she's lying but just saying be careful with accepting her words.

I don't care how convincing someone sounds, the evidence is the only key to the truth.

UFO cases

First MUFON case, 82929, Agassiz, British Columbia, Canada, March 21st.

According to the description, the witness was in the hot tub and looked up and saw this.

In this 2 minute video, it starts with 4 orbs, and slowly they start to disappear to 3 lights,

2 until they fully disappeared.

I have not verified anything, so what I say is not factual.

But it could be flares.

Download the video yourself and study the footage.

I will leave the case number and link below.

Than, case 82923 occurred in Atlanta, US on April 1st.

It looks almost the same as the previous footage.

So if you want to investigate I would start with.

What's near?

Did they plan paradiving event?

It looks quite low, is there a building standing, is the witness not confused with lighting

inside?

The witness says the lights are spreading but I don't see it.

When you download the video and move forward and backward fast you don't see any difference.

So case 82923, MUFON.com I will leave a link and case number in the video description.

The next one is clearly a spot on the windshield, lol.

Case 82916, Melbourne, Australia.

I don't see anything else than that black spot, maybe a dead fly, on the windshield.

Again I will leave a direct link with the case number in

the video description.

Now I am going to respond to a few comments made below the video "Why UFO Proof falls

under top internet hoaxes: Behind the mask"

Lets start with the e-mail I received today from UNIROCK or Jason.

He wrote: "Thank you so much my friend.

No worries, kyle will try to get back at you but he will not be able to.

His claims are weak.

In this challenge you will always come out ahead.

You have integrity.

Kyle is a faker, a hoaxer, it is why he did not ask third phase the questions he should

have.

You have nothing to worry about I've talked to many people, they are all disgusted at

kyle and they all look up to you in this community.

Don't let kyle get to you, you have the upper hand… just my advice.

Thank you again.

"

First of all, thank you first and your support in the investigation.

You came with very important information about Kyle.

Guys, his channel is featured on my channel as an Honorable lion.

I have much respect what he did and secondly, he's a former US soldier, which i sincerely

respect.

I am not worried about Kyle.

Yes, he will try everything now to save his ass right now.

Someone asked during a hidden live session about my video.

His only response is ...and PS take a good look at his face ....

that's a face of a lying thief.

What do you expect "Yes, I pretended I had cancer and I left state with the money," say

Dilema Radio an underground pure rap/Hip Hop Radio from the US.

I have seen many people come and go on Youtube.

I have experienced a lot of crazy things before Kyle.

Kyle will go too, and if he continues people now know about him.

Maybe it's a coincidence but I always say.

People who advertise with the word truth are those you need to worry about.

Because in my opinion, truth does not have to be sold, it speaks for itself.

The fact is, he's a smooth criminal and today you need to watch out for Identity theft which

is hot right now.

I kicked him off from my Facebook.

No thank you.

But UNIROCK, he forgets another person, also a former US soldier is on to him right now

who has easy access to things than both of us.

He better can stop that bullshit before I am going to publish everything.

He doesn't want me to do that.

Buddy Bolton said: "I can't / can believe Kyle ripped off all those people - what a

huge scumbag!!" Yeah I know, the nerve he has to judge others.

He's not in a position to judge people.

Thanks for your support my brother.

Another video by DropbearKelly, "As a cancer sufferer, I'm disgusted and so angry.

My deep felt, sincere condolences to you and your family upon losing your cousin.

I'm so very sorry for your loss Heathcliff.

RIP Elizabeth.

I'm getting close to remission with 2nd bout of cancer as you know, anyone who could lie

about such a horrendous thing to go through and especially lie to their loved ones, who

they thus put through the horror that is suffering from and getting treated for cancer.

That is wicked beyond belief.

And to ask others for money?

That ppl, is pure scum and evil.

"

Mrjucepa from Spain said in Spanish, "This piece of shit ..... he should be put in jail

.....". Yes, you're absolutely right.

A person with that status would be a jail bitch.

Last and not least Alien Addict said "I'm sure your Cousin is Proud of you mate.

6th time I've watched this now I wish I could say I enjoyed your video Heathcliff but this

has made me Sad angry and I want answers, as I'm sure everyone does that is a Fan of

Kyle."

Yeah, I leave it up to you to tell people because that's something private.

But yeah, you understand exactly how it feels just like Dropbearkelly.

I couldn't say goodbye to my cousin just like my father, so it's deep.

But this gives me the power to snap the neck of UFO proof.

TO all the people who watched the video and placed comments.

Thank you so much for your massive support.

Don't fall for his words, because he's a con artist.

Protect yourself.

The only people you can trust are the people you really love, who picks you up when you're

down and the person you see in the mirror.

Nobody else.

Be careful, the internet is filled with delusions and I believe Kyle is a great example.

Click the videos next to me to watch more of my videos.

I sincerely want to thank you for your time watching this video, it's really appreciated.

I'll see in the next video.

Cách săn Tây hiệu quả - Duration: 10:12.

The weather's kind of nice today.

I don't feel like making a video at home.

I'm going to head up to the lake to teach you guys how to successfully "hunt" Westerners in a fun and polite way.

In particular, I'm going to show you guys how to suggest topics more interesting than the usual questions you might ask:

Where are you from?

How do you feel about Vietnam?

Are you married yet?

All right, before we start hunting foreigners,

I want to suggest three rules for doing it.

First, when you "catch" someone,

state clearly that you only want five or ten minutes of their time.

And you have to keep your promise.

When five or ten minutes have passed, you should say:

If they don't mind, and would like to continue talking to you, they'll say:

Okay, the second rule is to never, ever swarm around someone who's already been caught.

It's so tactless!

If you ask me, you shouldn't go with a group of friends, either.

Two people should be the maximum, and even better yet is going alone.

The third rule is that you should prepare before you go.

Think carefully about the questions you want to ask, and write them down.

Also, for each of your questions, try to think of two or three follow-up questions,

so you can maintain the flow of the conversation.

And you should bring that paper along, so you don't forget.

Let's go hunt some Westerners.

First, I'm going to try to find people who've been in Vietnam for only a few days.

How long have you been in Vietnam?

About . . . how many hours?

You just arrived in Hanoi?

Yes.

So you just got in yesterday?

This is my second day.

Great.

Oh yeah?

Yeah.

I really liked it because it's not quite as crazy and busy as other Asian cities.

For me it was the air, the clean air,

because I came from Bangkok, and there was clean air here.

So you feel the air here is cleaner than Bangkok.

Yeah.

I came in from Nepal, so I was pretty happy to actually be here.

Why's that?

Kathmandu is very dusty—it's beautiful there—

but very dusty and dirty,

so it was nice to have, like, road and pavers and sidewalks and stuff like that.

And lots of ladies holding lots of heavy things.

But not a lot of men.

I was surprised by how—

everybody seemed very friendly. I felt like, uh . . .

Happy.

Yeah, very happy, and . . .

I felt very comfortable here.

Very slowly.

-Just close your eyes and walk. -And calmly.

Yeah, with a lot of care.

If you want to ask about a price . . .

like, you know, you're buying something,

if you want to say—literally it means "How much money?"—

you can say, "Bao nhiêu tiền?"

I would like to say "You're welcome."

You can say, "Không có gì."

Yeah, and that literally means, like, "It's nothing."

Okay, perfect.

"Thank you" is "cảm ơn."

Yeah, that was pretty good.

For your time in Hanoi, would you like any recommendations for food to try?

Well, yeah, that would be great.

The one thing that you definitely shouldn't miss in Hanoi is this one, bun cha.

We had that.

Oh, did you?

They've got, like, ground pork and pork belly grilled.

in sort of a saucy broth thing,

along with noodles and vegetables, you kind of dip it all in there.

And so, this is, like, Hanoi's signature dish.

If you only have time for one of them, go for the first one, bun cha.

If you come to Hanoi and you don't eat bun cha, that's...

that's a crime.

And the best place for it, I think, and a lot of other people agree,

is pretty close to here, if you kind of head up in that direction,

on Hang Than street.

-Awesome, well thank you very much. -All right, well, take care, guys, I appreciate your time.

Take care. Have a nice afternoon.

Okay, next I'm going to look for people who've been here for about a week or longer.

So did you start down in Ho Chi Minh City?

Yeah.

I'd say Ho Chi Minh City is a lot busier, you know?

It's much more manageable.

Hanoi?

Yes.

Okay, why is that?

Saigon, it just seems much bigger.

The traffic is so chaotic it's hard to even get out and walk around on the street.

We like Hanoi more.

-Yeah, we think there's too many scooters and traffic and chaos . . . -In Ho Chi Minh—

And we really like this area where they can't drive scooters and stuff.

So, I mean, I like them both.

I think Saigon seems much more like a bigger, busier city than Hanoi does.

In your time in Vietnam, have you eaten anything very memorable, either for good or bad reasons?

And we just tried egg coffee.

Yeah, that was fun also.

We had a memorable—the duck embryo.

You went for it?

We did.

We ate part of it.

Actually, we had sticky rice,

which I did not like at all.

Have you seen anything out on the street, like activities or rituals,

that you didn't really understand what was going on, and you wanted some explanation?

I was interested in why there are so many people that look like they're getting married

walking down the street today.

That's a good question. Well, some of them might be getting married.

It's common to take wedding photos up in this area,

and when they take wedding photos, they wear . . .

like, they wear the wedding dress and everything.

Yeah, we've been one month in the Philippines.

And then one week in Cambodia.

Well, Thailand's quite different altogether.

How so?

-A lot more developed. -Lot more tourism.

Well, I think the Philippines people was very, very friendly.

It's a bit different here.

I think some people are really sweet and very welcoming,

and then there's also some bus drivers who was a bit rough.

Not to stress about planning anything.

Do it.

Yeah, do it, and visit Hoi An and Ha Long Bay . . .

I think I would tell people it seems really safe.

-But we would definitely recommend going here. -Yeah, going to Vietnam.

I'd say definitely come.

Thanks a lot for your time. I appreciate it.

Okay, now I'm going to see if there's anyone here who's living in Vietnam.

I've been living here for four years. How long have you been here?

It's coming up on two years.

Seven months now.

-Anything? -Not much.

Not much.

Mainly family.

Other than family and friends, but . . .

I really like the culture here, and it suits me a lot better than England.

I did. I started a class, but I got pulled away for other things.

I'm trying to learn the language, which is why I recognized you.

-Oh, yeah, from YouTube. -Yeah, because I was watching your videos last week.

Six tones.

As opposed to Chinese, which was four.

I mean, if you could.

I genuinely can't think of much.

Just one thing.

You know, that takes away from the character.

You would just, you would keep it the way it is?

-I mean, no, if that's the way you feel about it, then . . . -I think so, yeah, because, . . .

everywhere has got its positives and negatives. Obviously Hanoi's got some negatives . . .

that I can't think of right now.

I don't want to change anything.

I just want to be experiencing what's here.

Okay, that's a good answer.

SKOK NA KLATĘ - podejmij challenge! | Tutorial How To JUMP #2 - Duration: 8:11.

Hello again!

In the second episode of the 'How To' series we learn how to do the front drop.

[HOW TO: FRONT DROP]

Let's get started with how to jump on your abdomen step by step.

[STEP BY STEP]

In the beginning, as in every drop,

the position in which we land on a trampoline.

[STAGE 1: LANDING]

This is what I've made up for you.

I join my legs and put my hands like this

so as not to hit my chin on a trampoline.

Later, when I learn how to drop, I can put them here.

What are hands and legs needed for?

I'll be pushing myself backwards with my hands as hard as I can just like this,

and my legs will be kicking just like this to lift me up.

One more time.

Clear?

Now try to land on a trampoline like this.

Starting very low,

kneeling on all fours.

We put our hands under our chin and bend our legs.

And back.

Simple as that. One more time.

Once we manage to do this in kneeling,

we might try from this position,

just as if we're doing push-ups.

Flex your stomach and buttocks.

Back.

Back.

Once I feel a nice push from the trampoline,

I try to stand on my feet.

There it is, a very low front drop.

How to make it higher?

This is where the fun part starts.

[STAGE 2: PERFECTING THE DROP]

I decided to go and play on my favourite trampoline.

Now we'd like to turn from this position to standing.

We lift our bum a little bit higher

and repeat the previous drop.

Hands under our chin and back.

A little bit more higher,

full palms, not just fingers on a trampoline.

Jump!

Back and I'm standing.

Now I choose whether no to use my hands

or to take a little more time and support myself with fingers.

I'll try not to use hands.

My position is low,

I pull my legs back and land.

We've just dropped from the standing position.

Now I'd like to show you three options for the front drop.

You can choose the way to drop so as not to mix them.

You might need it later on.

The first and the most easy way is to drop while squatting.

I pull my knees to my chest,

then straighten myself and land in a position in which I'm supposed to land

See.

Jump!

[CORRECT POSITION]

One more time.

See?

Piece of cake.

Now a combination.

Just like before, but instead of pulling knees to my chest,

I'll be pulling my straight legs.

One more time.

Got it?

And the last option which I'd recommend most,

is not starting with the bend at your hips

but instead with the back kick with your legs.

This will come in handy with handsprings or somersaults.

Make sure you learn this drop.

Hands ready,

I start with the back kick.

Low at first, now a little higher.

[CORRECT POSITION]

Simple as that.

Now have a look at my full front drop with hands added and jumping up.

[BASIC MISTAKES]

Three words regarding mistakes.

First, if you don't want to make any,

make sure the position I showed you in 'How To' is correct.

The position in which you land on a trampoline, while you jump up, the one while in the air and so on

Land with your hands under your chin

so as not to hit your face on a trampoline,

bend your legs so as to prevent unstable landing where as I've shown you before,

first one then the other part of the body drops and you start rocking which might be dangerous on a trampoline.

Try to fall flat and evenly.

The biggest mistake you can make is changing your mind while dropping.

Should you do so,

never push your hands forward, since it's very hard to break your fall then.

Hide your hands and try to fall on your back.

How to do it? Check the video below.

Two more things to finish with.

The first one is a little quest for now

and the other one is a little homework that you have to do before watching the next video.

OK? Let's begin with the quest!

I do the front drop and try to turn backwards while I land.

Once again, slowly.

The front drop

and the turn.

Try to do it with your whole body,

first pushing hard with your hands.

Don't hold them loose, they have to work together with the body.

Now twist your legs.

One more time.

Push and twist.

Now try to do the front drop right after the twist.

Like this.

And the drop.

It doesn't have to be high, but it has to be quick.

Now we eliminate landing on legs

and go straight from front to front.

Easy.

This was the quest, and now for the homework.

You might need it later.

I have to turn.

See how I do the front drop just like this.

Now we'll try to do a 180 degree turn before the front drop.

First I'll show you the trick, and then I'll do the explanation

Top and landing.

And from this perspective.

Now step by step.

First I turn the head,

keeping my legs in the final position

and making my hands ready.

Now I lightly twist for the front drop.

Low.

Now I try to do the same,

only keeping my hands a little higher,

for example at the height of my head.

And the last thing.

When I jump,

I don't look here, but straight ahead.

Ready.

That's all for today.

In the next episode I'll show you the back drop.

If you like the series, thumbs up. :)

My new partner! - Duration: 2:59.

Hey guys, salut mes amis och hallå gubbar.

I know some of you been waiting for that intro, guys this video will be different from what

you're used to because I have partnered up with trade-skins.com

Now you might know that I'm not a big fan of gambling.

That's why a service like this is much more honest, and it actually serves a purpose for trading.

The main reason for that is because everything is automated by bots.

So in other words, it saves you a lot of time.

To start trading, click on the button that says, sign in through Steam, and it will take

you to Steam's sign-in page which is connected with the Steam API.

This means that the site will not store any passwords.

When you've signed in the site will ask you for your trade URL, this is what the site

needs so the bots can communicate with you.

After putting your trade link you can now safely trade skins.

Now you might be wondering, how can the site know the prices of each item?

The prices you see are taken directly by analysing the Steam Market.

We all know how you can get scammed online by someone who's trying to trick you into

believing that something is worth a lot more than it is.

With this service you will almost always get the most accurate prices.

Another cool reason for using this site is that it has some really rare items to choose

from and new ones arrive all the time.

There's also filtering options like for example price range, categories and name filtering.

There's even details that you otherwise wouldn't find on the Steam Market like for example

if it's a legendary or ancient doppler grade, so if it's a ruby, sapphire or emerald, or

even a black pearl, it will show up on the knife.

This is something I've mentioned in my previous video.

Now the site will obviously need market rates, these rates usually cut at 5%, which means

if you have a knife or an item that's worth 50, the value will be set to 47.5.

Also, you can use a bonus to give you an extra 2% just by having trade-skins.com added to

your nickname on Steam.

All you do is re-loggin to the site and the rates will update.

Now all I need to do is add my items.

Select the item I want.

And I press "Trade".

Now all you do is wait for a trade link.

Overall the site is very useful but also very helpful for trading.

And the bonus really helps to get that extra profit.

Make sure you check it out if you're interested in some skins, I can highly recommend using

the bonus, I'll see you guys soon in a new video, but in the meantime go bananas.

What's #rugby like at #SJP? #ChampionsCup #ERChallengeCup http://bit.ly/2nF97ql - Duration: 0:25.

It would be nice, especially for the

boys to have that home final in front of

your own fans and, like I said, at St

James' Park with a crowd that big

would be amazing but, like you said

there's more steps to get there and it's

just making sure that we keep on heading

heading in the right direction.

The YouTube video of Rambo: The video game - Duration: 12:49.

It's General Taggart here again

This is my video for Rambo the video game

A quick look at the game itself

Game is an rail shooter game

In these games you cannot control how your character moves around the levels

In this game there was one instance where you can choose between action and stealth options

There are some QTE elements on this game, but most of the time you will shoot your enemies until game moves ahead

Game contains playable missions from first 3 Rambo movies

The game itself is quite short as it takes about 5-6 hours to complete at least with easiest level

You can see some footage from the game's first mission in the background

To me this game itself is a guilty pleasure type of game

The game is sometimes quite fun to play, but sometimes not fun

Rambos facial animation and the look is terrible and there is some more of bad character models in this game

And last missions that are based Rambo 3 movie has some sections that are done only for prolonging playtime

As there are tougher enemies than other missions and also grenadiers which are tricky to kill

These last sections of the game made me mad many times

The game itself contains many action scenes from these movies

But some of game dialogy is taken directly from films

And they sound like they are digitized from site pirated copies of the films

And here is a quick sample of voice acting

Before I will start playing the 1st mission of this game. I Will show challenges and skills and traits menu

These Trautman challenges will give you additional weapons to use in this game

Like you receive pistol by doing all QTE elements in "Jail Break" mission perfectly

Here you can see how to get more rifles like in "Demolition of hope" by disarming 30 enemies

You can get additional machine gun by complete previous challenge and survive in mission "Deep jungle"

You receive special weapons like this rifle with grenade launcher by completing "POV Evac" and previous challenge

Game also have skills and perks system

Here you can see my perks selection screen with 3 uunlocked perks slots

You receive these when completing missions and there are many perks to choose from

Like getting 5% health when disarming your opponent or 5% health per head shot

25% more damage

And there are plenty perks to choose from

Here is a skill tree and it includes toughness which gives Rambo more health

These other skills grand more damage to specified weapon types

And more Wrath point which works like a bullet time where gameplay slows down when used

And I like that you can reallocate these points when you wanted it

But before I show you the 1st level of this game.

Please subscribe/share/comments and follow me at Twitter @generaltaggart or in YouTube General Taggart playroom

General Taggart signs out, let's play when we meet and here is 1st level of this game.
