AcidTube-Chemical reactions

Hey there and welcome to my channel!

In today's episode we are going to check how long does it take for a McDonald's burger to dissolve.

Many of you wrote me about this so let's find out!

Yesterday I bought a McChicken in one of the fine restaurants in Bratislava.

It's in pretty good condition

even though I forgot it and left it in my pocket for a full day.

I want to see if this or the homemade burger dissolves first.

So let's prepare the opponent, shall we?

A little cooking lesson:

Cut the bun in half, add the meat, add some sause, add some salad,

at least it covers parts of my burnt meat, and its done.

A not so pretty but delicious, 100% homemade burger.

For the experiment I am using 33% concentrated hydrocloric acid,

it is almost the highest concentration of HCl.

We have it in our stomach too, but it is 30 times weaker.

I am measuring the acidity with a standard HP indicator paper.

As you can see it has a range of 0 to 12

0 the strongest acids

14 the strongest bases

but actually we have the maximum value of 12

Let's see the pH value of soap.

It has the value between 8 or 9

I always use safety goggles and gloves, respirator

Lab coat is also because the acid can burn my skin if it gets on it.

It's not only painful but can cause scars for a lifetime.

I pour 0.5 l of HCl and let the hunger games begin!

May the odds be ever in your favour, burgers.

The reaction almost took 4 hours and none of the burgers disappeared totally.

How is it possible that the burgers in our stomach decompose much faster

yet the acid is far weaker? There are a few factors involved:

The digestion starts in the mouth with chewing. With chewing we provide far bigger platform for digestion

It's like cooking potatoes: if you slice them first they will cook faster,

it will take some time to get them right.

The same goes with chewing.

Another reason is the presence of digestion enzymes in our stomach

They help to decompose the protein.

Let's check out the arena!

Wow, they really shrinked and blackened.

You can clearly see that the homemade burger is in a far worse state than the McDonalds burger.

Let's move a little closer and see what's left.

The winner of the burgers is my homemade burger.

In this condition I would not eat either of them for sure.

But even seeing them all blackened and disgusting, I would choose the homemade one.

At least I know what's in it.

Please like the video If you'd like to see more of these experiments!

Give me some ideas in the comments what to do next.

Don't forget to subscribe. See you next time!

Damon Lindelof On What We Can Expect From 'The Leftovers' Third And Final Season - Duration: 1:58.

The end of season two saw Kevin having quite a crazy experience.

Where do we pick up in season three?

He's seeing this woman who died and is interacting with her

and he's not sure whether she's a figment of his imagination

or she's like some sort of demonic entity.

So season three in not about Kevin trying to determine whether or not he's crazy.

It's about Kevin struggling with

the fact that everything you just described felt very real to him

And if it was real, what is he supposed to do about it?

Have you been noticing that I've been, um, kind of losing my mind?

What was your initial sort of intention, if you can even call it that, with The Leftovers

and how long it could go.

When the second season ended and the future of the show was unclear

largely because no one was watching it

this idea of being one of those shows

that kind of always is living on the bubble and you don't know if there's going to be another season of not

As a viewer of television that's always frustrating for me because

I don't want to invest in a relationship if

that relationship could end at any moment

So when we got the call that we'd like to pick the show up

It was Tom and I, both Tom's, Tom Souisially and Tom Perotta, and I who basically said

You know what, it feels like we're closer to the ending now than we are to the beginning

and that basically means that there's just one more season

So I'd rather write a terrible ending with intention

than a great ending without it.

Sorry ma'am, but unless you have a wristband or a dispensation form

I'm going to have to ask you to turn around

I have 35 pounds of plastic explosive. Will that work?

What do you think will go down in season three of The Leftovers?

Let us know in the comments below and keep your internets dialed to Hitfix on Uproxx.com

15 mais Fortes Personagens da Nova Geração Anime BORUTO | Canal TOP 10 🙌 - Duration: 10:44.

Save some people!

Well today's video will be a TOP of the new generation, according to my opinion I bring

You the 15 strongest ninjas, that will burst in the anime Boruto, and as you already know

If you have an opinion contrary to my do not need to stay with mimimi, Just share

Your opinion with us and we debate in a good way.

Aware of this let's go to the top

15 Tarui It is a cloud village gennin

Little information was divulged, not much is known of its abilities since

She was easily defeated by Sarada on the Chunin exam

14 Toroi It is a cloud village gennin

He can handle his large shuriken in the back and possess considerable strength.

It is also noted that although he has the appearance of a carefree person, fierce attacks

That he brings should not be underestimated.

But on the Chunin exam he was defeated by Mitsuki

13 Iodine Iodine is a gennin of the area but has not been shown

A lot of information from her, some comment that she should be the daughter of Gaara, and

Said that she is Sand's great hope for the Chunin Exams, which suggests that her

Strength and talent are superior to her teammates, even though she has been defeated

By Shikadai.

12 Inojin Yamanaka Son of Sai and Ino

His appearance reminds him a little of his father and mother.

He's just as cool as his father is when he expresses himself.

He has an excellent power of observation, and for being of the clan Yamanaka also learned

Powerful mental techniques beyond the art of his father's paintings

11 Yurui It is a cloud village genin has a personality

Arrogant, since he despises the konoha shinobi

Some people thought he would be the son of the Killer Bee, but we found it to be a great

Admirer only.

Then came the rumor that he was the son of Darui.

But nothing was revealed in the film, so we know nothing for sure about his fatherhood.

Yurui is able to create explosions using his unusual weapon: chewing gum.

10 Araya But a genin of sand

But very little information about this character has been released, so it's very mysterious.

He is extremely agile and uses a sword as a weapon and in the exam Chunin was able to defeat Inojin

9 Chocho Akimichi Choji and Karui daughter

She is very confident and does not mind being fat and despite her size, she

Proved to be very fast.

Even before becoming a genin, Chocho possessed a considerable amount of chakra,

Being able to use the Partially Expanding Technique.

And by the time of the Chunin exam she had already completely mastered this technique, which

Secured the victory of his team in the second round of the exams.

8 Metal Lee Son of Rock Lee and his mother is still a mystery

Some think it may be Tenten, but nothing has been confirmed; He remembers his father so much in appearance

As in the way of dressing, has proved to be a dedicated ninja just like rock lee.

And the little of what has been shown to us he appears to be very strong and to master taijutsu with mastery,

7 Shinki Son of Gaara and his mother is still a mystery

He is also a genin of the village of sand, stands out for having leadership characteristic

Of your team.

And even being the son of Gaara he holds the skills of his uncle Kankurou since he is also

A puppet controller, but also controls iron sand similar to the ability

Of Gaara's father.

And both his techniques are used together making him one of the most powerful ninjas

Of this new generation

6 Shikadai Nara Son of Shikamaru and Temari

As good of the Clan Nara, he also has the characteristics of his intelligent father

And lazy.

His appearance is also very reminiscent of Shikamaru as a child but with Temari's eyes.

He also possesses the ability of his clan shadows, but with a new feature

Which he probably inherited from his mother who is to expand and much this technique.

But its greatest attribute is due to its intelligence and strategic vision

Inherited from the Myth Shikamaru.

5 Himawari Uzumaki She is the younger sister of Boruto, and also

Belongs to the Uzumaki clan with descendants of the Hyuga clan, she remembers much of the Hinata

when I was a child.

And unlike Boruto she has awakened her Byakugan, and has shown to be extremely

Strong as she managed to faint her father with a single blow, and she had not

No training until then.

Which shows us that she has the potential to be one of the strongest of this new generation.

4 Mitsuki Son of Orochimaru's crazy experiences

He is one of the most intelligent of this new generation, although it was created by some experiment

He remembers his father's appearance as a child.

His past is still a mystery even for his teammates Boruto and heal.

The only skill he has shown so far is the ability to extend his limbs.

3 Sarada Uchiha Daughter of Sasuke and Sakura

The new member of the Uchiha clan, she inherited the will and dream of Naruto in becoming Hokage

Since his father was always distant.

Sarada woke up her Sharingan when she met her father after a long time, and

Probably the first Uchiha to arouse her Sharingan by a positive emotion, she

Is very intelligent and has enormous physical strength as well as Sakura.

And we still do not know why she wore glasses even with Sharingan, it probably is.

Just a style of it.

2 Boruto Uzumaki Son of Naruto and Hinata

It belongs to the Uzumaki clan but has descendants of the Hyuga clan.

His appearance reminds a lot of Naruto as a child, even his personality are similar

The main difference of them is that Boruto has another dream does not want to become Hokage

We have already been shown that he has ease with the technique of the clones and also with Rasengan

Which is much smaller but with power similar to that of his father.

For now he did not manifest Byakugan's ability.

But in the manga was shown him with a kind of Byakugan implanted

And we still do not know what's really going to happen. For him to achieve this Power.

1 Kawaki It is a revolutionary shinobi and, apparently,

The main antagonist of the new generation.

In some part of his life, he seems to have known Boruto.

After the destruction of Konoha, he and Boruto begin a brief confrontation in the Monument

Hokage destroyed, where Kawaki promises to defeat Boruto.

And even without much information from this character, he probably deserves it.

The first place, what do you think?

Just for being the main villain he has to be more "STRONG"

Top Based on Movie and Manga, since the Anime only leaves on April 5

And as soon as you leave Anime and you have more Information we will make a TOP more Updated ..

Blindsided | Episode 10 | Middlemarch: The Series - Duration: 5:57.

[Episode 10 - Blindsided]

Hey! So I'm gonna have to do this pretty quietly

because Dot's studying right through

there, but there are some things I

need to get off my chest. Okay, first:

Jamie. It's really great that they've

been able to help so much with this

documentary and everything, but I'm

getting a little bit worried that that's

the only reason Dot likes them.

But more importantly, Casaubon.

Dot's been inviting

him over here almost every day this week

I just- I mean first of all, who talks

like that?? Seriously, who? Like, this isn't

a philosophy seminar, you don't need to

prove to me that you know things. And

then second of all, it's still pretty

much summer here, it's nice out. He's wearing a

blazer and like five sweaters and

probably like an extra tie under the

tire we can already see like I can't -

I just want to have a conversation and I

just can't stand when instead he's

making me write papers because I would

rather be doing something else, so I'll

try and tell that to my professor. Hi, Dot.

- Hey!

So how are you? I mean I know we

haven't gotten a chance to like talk a

lot lately. - Yeah, no I'm great I'm so good.

Things are great. - Okay.

- Umm, soooo... seems

like Jamie's been really helpful with

the documentary. - They've been really

helpful. We like we hang out a lot and go

over things for the documentary it's

going really well and I think that we'll

be hanging out more soon. - Oh yeah?

- Because...because they'll be dating my roommate. - What?

Dot, come on. Please tell me you know that

they've been trying to ask you out

since the beginning of the semester... - Celia, stop.

- Dot, this is serious. They've really been trying to

ask you out for a long time. We've talked

about it like a lot. You really didn't know? - No.

- You thought they were coming...oh.

Oh my gosh this is gonna be so awkward.

I was just talking them and

they're gonna try to ask you out again and I think this time-

They think you'll say yes this time,

because everything's been going so well with

the documentary, and you guys- like

you said, like you've been hanging out

and it's been great and you're spending

all this time together and... Seriously? You

you didn't know? Everyone can tell that

they like you. - Well, I mean why would they

think I want to date them? We don't- we

never talked before this documentary and

like honestly I was like barely even

really polite to them. - I know but it

seemed like once you got a chance to

know them, then- then you really did like

them and- and then maybe you were into

them. No? - Well I'm- like, I'm not.

- Oh.

I feel so bad for Jamie.

I guess it's good I told you.

You're so smart and like you you see these things

and you think of these things that no

one else will think of and then the

really obvious stuff that's right in front

of you, you just don't see. I guess that's

just how you are.

- Well, this- I'm really sad I

don't get to work with them anymore.

Things were going really well and I just...

- Well, maybe just give them some time? You never

know. They might still wanna work with

you. Don't give up just yet.

[Phone buzzes]

Do you want talk about this more. Are you

okay to be... - Yeah, no I'm fine. I'm like more

than fine. I think I'm- I'm happy. - Oh, I'm

glad you're happy! Umm, what's making you

happy? - It's Edward.

- Edward Casaubon? Well, he's

good for comic relief, I'll say that. Dorothea,

have I ever told you about my theory of

identity interconnectedness in Leibniz's work?

Oh no, sorry- I was just trying

to help. Could you maybe not do that

impression anymore? - But it's one of my

best impersonations! I don't have

very many.

- Okay, so I think I should tell

you that Edward and I are...dating.

- Oh. - Yeah.

Machine Learning With Python - Supervised Learning Model Evaluation - Duration: 5:10.

Hello!

In this video, we'll be covering model evaluation.

Clearly, when considering evaluation models, we want to choose the one that will give you

the most accurate results.

So here, we'll introduce and discuss three types of evaluation models that can be used

to help with this goal.

These models are * Train and Test on the same Dataset,

* Train/Test Split, and * Regression Evaluation Metrics.

We'll talk about what each of these are, as well as the pros and cons of using each of

these models!

The first evaluation model we'll talk about is the simplest one: Train and Test on the

Same Dataset.

Essentially, the name of this model says it all you train the model on the dataset, then

you test it using the same dataset.

In a general sense, when you test with a dataset in which you know the classification for each

data point, you're able to obtain a percentage of accurate predictions for the model.

This evaluation model would most likely have a high training accuracy and a low out-of-sample

accuracy, since the model knows all of the testing data points from the training.

We said that training and testing on the same dataset produces a high training accuracy,

but what exactly is training accuracy?

Training accuracy is the percentage of correct predictions that the model makes when using

the training dataset.

However, a high training accuracy isn't necessarily a good thing.

For instance, having a high training accuracy may result in an 'over-fit' of the data.

This means that the model is overly trained to the dataset, which may capture noise and

produce a non-generalized model.

Out of Sample Accuracy is the percentage of correct predictions that the model makes on

data that that the model has NOT been trained on.

Doing a train and test on the same dataset will most likely have low out-of-sample accuracy,

due to the likelihood of being over-fit.

It's important that our models have a high, out-of-sample accuracy, because the purpose

of any model, of course, is to make correct predictions on unknown data.

So how can we improve out-of-sample accuracy?

One way is to use another evaluation model called Train/Test Split.

1.

Train/Test Split involves splitting the dataset into training and testing sets respectively.

After which, you train with the training set and test with the testing set.

2.

This will provide a more accurate evaluation on out-of-sample accuracy because the testing

dataset is part of the dataset that could have been used to train the data.

3.

This means that we know the outcome of each data point in this dataset, making it great

to test with!

And since this data has not been used to train the model, the model has no knowledge of the

outcome of these data points.

So, in essence, it's truly an out-of-sample testing.

4.

However, please ensure that you train your model with the testing set afterwards, as

you don't want to lose potentially valuable data.

The issue with Train/Test Split is that it's highly dependent on which datasets are trained

and tested on it.

The variation of this causes Train/Test Split to have a better out-of-sample prediction

than training and testing on the same dataset, but it still has some problems due to this

dependency.

Another evaluation model, called K-Fold Cross validation, resolves most of these issues.

1.

How do you fix a high variation that results from a dependency?

Well, you average it.

K-fold Cross Validation, in its simplest form, performs multiple Train/Test Splits using

the same dataset where each split is different.

Then the result is averaged to produce a more consistent out-of-sample accuracy.

This is better than using a single Train/Test Split, where our model could test poorly due

to a bad Train/Test Split of the dataset, such as having too many outliers in the test

set.

2.

This example here illustrates the basic concept of k-fold cross validation.

The entire dataset is represented by the points in the image at the top left.

If we have k=4 folds, then one way we can split up this dataset is shown here.

The results of each fold is then averaged, keeping in mind that each fold is distinct,

where no training data in one fold is used in another.

3.

We wanted to show you an evaluation model that addressed some of the issues we've described

in previous models.

However, going in-depth with the K-fold Cross Validation model is out of the scope for this

course.

Thanks for watching!

Marina Goes Missing | Marina's Miles 5K - Duration: 1:31.

EILEEN: Our family was on vacation in New Jersey

Marina got up like, super, super early in the morning

And my dad was up, so she told him, "I'm going to go for a walk"

And he was like, "OK," and she left the house

Hour later, I wake up

And my dad's all anxious and frantic, I'm like, "What's wrong?"

And he's like, "Well, Marina left for a walk an hour ago

"And she hasn't come back yet, and I don't know what happened."

So we go out and we look for her

We walk all the way down the boardwalk and back

And we can't find her anywhere. So we're all starting to panic at this point.

We call the police; they all start making missing posters for her

We're all freaking out, and we finall get a phone call

About 7 hours later and they're like, "Oh, we found her."

So we go to the police station and she is bright red; she didn't put any sunscreen on

And we come into the police station and we're all like, hugging her and crying

Like, "Oh my god, where were you?"

She's like, "Well, I told you I went on a walk!"

And it turns out she walked all the way to the end of the boardwalk

Which is about, I think, a mile and a half

And then just kept walking

All the way down the coastline, down to the end of the island

And when she got to the end she stood there for a minute

Then she turned around and walked almost all the way back

Before the lifeguard found her

I think it was a total of, like, over 15 miles

Something like that, that she just walked on a whim

You know, 'cause she was just like that. She'd just do stuff for fun on a whim.

That was just her. She kind of did her own thing.

Steven Universe Re-Dub (With Burns as Yellow Diamond, Smithers as Peridot, AND MORE!) - Duration: 3:43.

This is the Yellow Diamond control room.

Is that another pearl?

Who is she?

Ugh, not all pearls know each other Steven.

Who authorized you to make this call?

No one, b-b-but it's an emergency!

That's no excuse to use the direct diamond communication channel.

Pearl.

Yes, my Diamond?

Why is there someone on the Diamond line?

I don't know.

I was just about to tell her that- I'll take it from here.

Is that...

Yellow...

Diamond!

My diamond!

Peridot, reporting in.

Which peridot?

F- Facet-2-F-5-L, Cut-5-X-G.

I'm sorry to contact you this way, but all other forms of communication have been destroyed

and - This says you're behind schedule on your mission

to...

How is... the Earth?

It's... full of life, sir.

Organic life... and where is the Jasper I assigned you?

And why aren't you calling from the ship?

The ship was destroyed.

By whom? I-I-I-It was destroyed by...

no one!

There was... an accident... while we were...landing, sir.

I'll inform your manager of your incompetence.

And what is the status of The Cluster?

The Cluster... will emerge shortly.

Good.

We'll finally get some use out of that miserable planet...

Thank you for your report, Peridot.

There'll be a ship heading to your location to take you to your next assignment.

Wait! I-I wouldn't called to waste your time with a report.

You already have.

No, I mean... the reason I called... the real reason is...

I believe we should terminate The Cluster.

...Why?

The organic ecosystem creates resources unique to this world, we can't sacrifice all that

potential just for one geo-weapon!

I'd like to tell you some plans I came up with to utilize the planet without disrupting

the local - I've heard enough!

I don't care about potential and resources.

What?!

I want my Cluster, and I want that planet to die.

Just make that happen.

No!

Are you questioning my authority?!

I'm... questioning your objectivity!

My Diamond.

Well!

You are out of line.

I just think - I'm not interested in the puny thoughts of

a Peridot – But!

You have disrespected this channel and my time with your presence and you would do well

to - But -

Shut your mouth!

You have failed at every stage of this mission.

Your only chance to redeem yourself is to obey this simple order.

You are to leave the Cluster to grow.

It will tear apart the Earth, and I will take immense satisfaction in erasing that hideous

rock off of our star maps.

Is that clear?!

I won't do it!

I can tell you with certainty that there are things on this planet worth protecting!

What do you know about the Earth?

Apparently more than YOU!

You...

Well, could you make it snappy? I need to stay on schedule.

- We understand. -Do you?

That young woman's been on this bus since Hartford.

I don't see what she could possibly know about anything happening around here.

Is that true, miss?

I just let her off to use the restroom. Mine's not working.

- All right. WISE MAN: Oh, and one more thing.

- She's been a joy the entire journey. -Yes, I said, all right.

Sorry about the inconvenience, miss. You have yourself a nice trip now.

It's no problem.

- I don't have a ticket. -I know. It's okay.

Go find a seat in the back. Try and get some sleep.

We got a long way to go.

Thank you.

SWEET PEA: Who honors those we love with the very life we live?

Who sends monsters to kill us...

...and at the same time sings that we'll never die?

Who teaches us what's real and how to laugh at lies?

Who decides why we live and what we'll die to defend?

Who chains us?

And who holds the key that can set us free?

It's you.

You have all the weapons you need.

Now fight.

What Causes Dimples? - Duration: 3:53.

Dimples!

We tend to think of them as cute or attractive…

I mean, can you picture Joseph Gordon Levitt without them?!

But considering how coveted these facial features can be,

we know surprisingly little about them.

Cheek dimples aren't exactly at the top of many researchers' priority lists, which

I suppose is how it should be.

But we're not even quite sure what they are.

And if you think they're inherited, well, yes… but not necessarily the way you think.

We do know that they're fairly common.

Studies in different populations have found that anywhere between 10 and 40 percent of

people have dimples.

As for why you, your friend, or yes, Adam Levine, have these adorable features, anatomical

studies suggest that it has to do with a variation in a muscle of the face

called the zygomaticus major.

This funny-sounding muscle is indeed that -- it helps us smile!

It connects the corners of the mouth to the cheek bones just under the eyes.

When we're feeling happy, or just faking it, that muscle contracts, pulling the corners

of the mouth upward into a big grin.

But sometimes, instead of staying as one, continuous muscle all the way from the cheekbone,

the zygomaticus major splits into two, and attaches in two spots, with one part connecting

to the usual spot just above the corner of the mouth,

and the other attaching slightly below.

This variation is called a bifid.

When this happens, the lower section also sometimes connects to some cheek skin.

So, when bifid zygomaticus major muscles contract, it's thought that the lower part pulls on

that skin, causing it to buckle, creating a dimple.

But it's hard to say for sure that the bifid muscle is the reason people have dimples,

because the anatomical studies that have looked into this question were done on cadavers,

and they're not exactly doing a bunch of smiling at that point.

Dimples are also somewhat confusing when it comes to how they might be inherited.

They're often touted as an example of a dominant genetic trait, where a child has

a 50 to 100% chance of having dimples if one of their parents does.

Sometimes, dimples are even used in classrooms when teaching about genetics.

Few studies have actually been done on the heritability of dimples.

One study, done in Russia in the 1990s, looked at 75 families for a variety of physical traits,

including the presence of cheek dimples.

The results suggested that dimples were a dominant trait controlled by one gene, but

researchers also noticed that inheritance changed

depending on whether a person was male or female.

More recently, the gene-profiling company 23andMe did its own investigation into dimple

genetics, which found that dimples were associated with nine different genes.

Complicating matters even more is the fact that dimples can come and go over time.

In some people, dimples only show up in adulthood.

While in others, those cute divots only show up when they're children.

So, dimples could still be largely genetic, but these patterns suggest multiple genes

could be involved, and that environmental factors matter, too.

For instance, whether dimples show up could be related to the amount of fat in the face,

or the elasticity in the skin, both of which could be tied to age or sex.

And of course, these days not everyone who you think has dimples has them naturally.

Some people get dimple piercings to get that look, or resort to cosmetic surgery.

Even though we don't have a great sense of what a natural dimple is, plastic surgeons

have figured out how to make them in the operating room.

One procedure attaches skin to the underlying muscles.

But instead of using zygomaticus major, surgeons tether skin to the buccinator muscle, which

is one of the key cheek muscles that helps you chew food.

Alas, this technique isn't always permanent, and the dimples can fade.

But if you really want the dimples, at least you've got options.

Ways To Lose Weight - Duration: 12:36.

ashkirwan.com.au with this magnificent

panoramic view I want to talk to you

about ways that I've found to lose weight

and in losing 50 kilograms now I've

learned that having a view of the

horizon of your life in your lifestyle

is important to the journey of actually

finding the strength finding the

motivation finding the desire and the

will to go about losing massive and

enormous amounts of weight loss and mind

set goals relationship career goals and

personal goals because one of the best

ways you can give yourself permission to

lose weight or find the ability to go

about losing weight is to lift your lift

your perceptions to a greater picture of

yourself and a greater possibility and

potential for the future whether that be

in your ability to exercise or exert

energy or travel or build a career or

improve your relationships or to get a

relationship or to just feel better

about yourself then stopping or getting

sick quite regularly and frequently one

of the best way one of the best ways to

lose weight is to lift your perception

to a more peripheral vision of a

long-term goal because what that does

influence your five second rule of

choices that you make in the moment of

now okay around whether you drink that

booze tonight whether you eat that bad

food with you for that extra effort to

go in and cook something healthy or even

do extra couple sets or a couple of

minutes on the gym at the gym floor on

the gym floor or even get on the

treadmill and walk at seven kilometres

an hour for as long as you can at the

end of a work out of gym you know

lifting a peripheral vision like Soviet

if I mean a so many of us get caught up

in and need two and a half days of the

five second moment of I've got a posi

still I've got to get to work I'm late

for these so I've got to do that I need

to solve this problem I've got that

issue showing up here and we forget that

life is a marathon not a sprint and you

know it's moments we come to beautiful

places I've is

where you kind of feel like a wedge

tailed eagle nestled are fond on the

skylights of life having an absolutely

fantastic Oracle moment of an afternoon

after spending a beautiful day with a

young lady having a picnic down at some

beautiful waterfalls in Midwest

Queensland that you realize we do live

in the wild west of whatever your

epiphany wants to be in the moment

whatever your clarity clarity of life

starts to perceive as determines the

level of the horizon or the distance of

the horizon that is the lifestyle of

your life and so one of the quickest

ways to lose weight is to look at your

life and look at the issues that have

you react and respond and get you caught

up in the cluster bottom of not having

the energy to exist in the way you ways

you want and are those issues and

problems associated with a long-term

vision of goal or are they happening in

the right here and now because it's so

easy to get caught up in the paradigm of

certain relationships with unresolved

and the arguments just consistently

going on and on that we kind of going to

lucidly forget about the bigger picture

after a while and so it's probably the

most efficient way I could tell you to

lose weight other than you know some of

the Opera but obvious ways that you know

you can only Google to see all the

different nutritional tricks diets

workout fads and fitness regimes to

actually find ways to lose weight but I

think for me a lot of it is in clarity

if you look at an artist painting a

picture from Royal canvas part of your

weight loss journey will be telling the

story of painting your own canvas and

creating your own art piece of changing

your lifestyle and

you know what is what is the horizon

vision for you what is the big panoramic

scenic vision at your life look like can

you tell that story can you still tell

the story of what is your journey of

weight loss and how it's going to pan

out now for me I didn't have a lot of

communication in like within my friends

and family so for me it was I'm going to

go out the desert I'm going to enjoy

cattle station and learn to master

animals and then come back figure out

what's going on with the family grab a

surfboard on surf Australia and have a

fat old time telling stories being an

absolute character and develop a great

way to write a book raise my ability to

use my creativity effectively and build

a business based upon my desire to live

life as a poet on the edmund flow of

time and whatever way shape or form that

rolls out and a big part some of the

things that i think that's pretty funny

and yeah that's life you know being able

to laugh and laugh with people laugh at

yourself is how we tend to find a

greater level inversion about epiphany

on the horizon because part of my

journey was about laughing risk evening

and having a good time and connecting

with people and so that I had greater

relationship so I didn't see also

burdened to have to numb the emotional

pain and step away from the struggle and

the torment so that I could sit and

enjoy the moment I look at these

beautiful images and pictures and

embrace every every present moment

because when you've got those issues

nose unresolved things in life those

five second arguments that happen right

now that affect your ability to see the

horizon what that does is bringing you

into a mental cluster bomb which

actually him it's him inhibits and

inebriates your ability to create a

long-term plan and puts more problems in

front of you then really are necessary

to happen yeah it's no pointing the

finger at anyone in particular but it's

up to out up to us to make the choice to

keep-keep being involved with the

relationships that aren't conducive to

our growth and to move away to something

that is more beneficial to us growing

and developing a human because a 6-quart

needs our certainty uncertainty

significant growth contribution and

connection the first three are purely

needs of your average human being the

last three will actually evolve us as

intellectual creatures which is the last

three of based on nothing that has to or

need to operate you know you don't have

to share growth or have growth in your

life you don't have to have connection

or share connections you don't have to

have contribution or share contribution

in your life or what they will do is

ultimately be very very solitary alone

inebriated from the ability to feel

centered and grounded in your world

which will start to elevate the

depressive pneus the fiat the sad

feelings the unresolved in the anxiety

and the anguish about life and the

remorse about how societies going yet to

want to move beyond those issues want to

resolve those issues want to understand

others in order to be understood

ultimately to release your own energy is

to see the middle ground of that horizon

and the path that gets to your horizon

of your big fancy audacious dream

because its numerous straight road life

has never been to be a straight road I

boys if we would be godly and that is

why we asked to embrace this mortality

that we've been given this experience

honor that we've been given in this

human body regards to what spiritual

format you follow or believe or

perceived to be the one and only we have

to be able to effectively

see that life is supposed to be a

squiggled line of direction because it's

through that abrasiveness of those

interactions and those unconstructive

relationships that we can develop a

character that we can develop the skill

set to be able to find new ways to solve

our issues and problems to see the

beauty in the darks and lights and all

the hues that create the beautiful

scenery of the world around us that

allow us to embrace everything about our

self which one ultimately is what brings

culture about the development of culture

is through a series of failed attempts

of making something Universal for a

community so that everybody feels

adjusted to expressing themselves in

vicinity with everyone else so what can

you do to lift up your perception and

find ways to lose weight will give

yourself permission to lose weight how

can you find new ways to actually open

up and explore new possibilities in your

relationships in your life if you need a

lifestyle that are more conducive to a

beautiful panoramic vision because I

believe there's a panoramic vision out

there for everybody and I like to

believe that I live in the fourth

dimension meaning that through creating

clarity consistent consistently I'm like

the artist seeking their way through the

jungle cutting away the thicket of life

through the stress and torn Mel Torme or

turmoil the resolve and the unresolved

issues in order to create a greater

level of character and charisma in my

personality or my character to solve

problems and issues to cut a way to

overgrow the ticket off me to create a

path to the clearing to wear in that

clearing I can then create and in that

clearing that I create is the fourth

dimension that fourth dimension is where

the world of possibility lives and it's

how you came into my world and that is

what these videos are about our about my

fourth dimension of creating the

abundant life that I know we are

worthy of having we are all

interconnected every single one of us

and if you don't believe me walk up to

one of our local Street bums and just

smile at them and watch them smile back

at you and tell me that there's not a

kinesthetic feeling that has you feel

good about yourself from making somebody

else somebody else's day way more

vibrant so the interconnectivity of our

worldview when we start to raise our

perception from that five-second rule in

the now and the cluster bottom that

we're living in and the turmoil of

what's going on for us physically

mentally spiritually familial in our

career and everything else in between

what can you do to improve your

panoramic view how can you raise the

love of self to actually see all the

finer details of your world your life

sometimes is only in hindsight we look

back and we're like we are totally

missed that I totally didn't see that so

we can see ourselves from the perception

of others we get to see the finer detail

we get to see the tonality and is huge

because our communication is way more

than just the words are you it's our

tonality it's our body language and we

interact on an emotional level with

people consistently so the words were

using never just as roar as what we say

is how we say and how I say it and how

we use it that's why I am the poet on

the ebb and flow of tide actually

embracing every moment as it is and as I

see fit because it's where the fun stuff

happens then okay

you
