-LEIF: Hey Pete. -Geez!
-It's Leif, man. -God, you scared the shit outta me!
The time I laughed hardest in this was with Leif,
who's my dear friend George Basil,
who just looks like a hippie Muppet.
And he's trying to explain to Pete why he deserves half
of his wife's fortune.
-LEIF: Yes! -Half of your wife's fortune?
Yes! Like an NBA wife, yes.
And what he comes up with is that he gave her so much sex.
I was the one tending to everything.
Loving her all the time.
And I remember very vividly, it was like,
"She treated me like a... (STUTTERING)
piece of meat!"
And that take was not used because I laughed.
Too hard, inches from his face.
A male, living Muppet... in a hemp necklace, going...

THE VOICE OF GERMANY - ICH WAR DA! - Duration: 6:43.
Hey guys!
Thanks, for coming around again!
We'll leave the house in around 15 minutes, because
we got a flight to Egypt tomorrow.
And I just thought, I'd create another short video for you
before it starts.
In this video I'll be talking about my experiences with The Voice Of Germany.
I was part of the scouting, which happened in Hamburg, two weeks ago.
And yeah, I'll be explaining what happened there.
That's the song that I've chosen to sing.
It's the first song that I sang and I had to sing it in acappella,
because in The Voice Of Germany, everything is about the voice.
Let me start with how it all started though.
We came into a hotel.
That was in hamburg.. in a hotel, which was called Radisson Blu.. I think. Yeah, I think that's right.
And we thought we were really late and had no chance to be a part of the casting,
because there were so many people in front of us.
I actually thought, that it would make a difference, because I signed up for the casting online.
But I guess, I was not the only one.
There were so many people that took a part in this casting, you wouldn't even believe it.
After around 30 minutes of waiting I got into another room.
And there I had to sign up once again with all my data.
They gave me a number
and I had to put it on my chest.
After another 25-30 minutes, a guy came to take 25 of us with him.
We went into another room, which looked like the following.
There were 5 rows with 5 seats for 25 people.
There was a black line in front of two people that were sitting at a table, listening to our singing.
In my case, two women.
And yeah, we had to stand up, one after another and
step on the black line.
We had to tell something about ourselves, tell what song we'd sing and then start.
After I heard the first person singing, I thought: Wow.. that's it.
There's no way, I can beat that.
And it didn't stop. The second, third.. fourth..
they were all really good!
The first guy had a really, really strong voice.
After that a few women sang and they were all really good.
I was the fifth person in the second row.
And yeah, I think that I never before performed this song as well as I did this time.
I started a little higher than usually.
In a higher key and I thought: There's no way that I can do this.
I won't be able to sing in that key, but I was! I did it!
I was really, really excited.
But still, I performed the way, I wanted to!
Then all the others also sang their pieces and the jurors
got out of the room.
Then I stood up and said: Guys, honestly?
You all have really, really great voices.. and whatever they choose..
you're all talented, you all can sing!
And it was just like that!
I said that I probably couldn't choose,
which voices I liked the most.
It was really hard.. and it's definitely a matter
of personal taste.
I would choose like this.. and the person sitting next to me would have chosen
something absolutely different. They were all really good, so..
I think you already know what I mean.
Yeah, and after a couple minutes the jurors got back in and decided 5 winners.
I didn't make it.
But I have to say that I was not sad at all.
I thought that I'd be,
but I simply wasn't.
It showed me though, that there's really many people that can sing and often
it is really not that easy to compete with others.
But that's really not what it is all about.
Let me explain.
I love creating music and I will never stop.
But it's very important to have some fun.
And I really had lots of fun in that casting.
I learned so many things and I'd like to invite everyone to try it out for yourself!
Just go ahead and try.
If you're talented.. or you think you are, if you're singing, if you're
having fun singing, just do it!
Honestly, share your talent with the world and maybe it will work out.
Well.. for me it didn't.. but that really means nothing!
Honestly,
they were all really good, it was all just..
a matter of taste!
At the end I can say that I was really happy that I went to Hamburg.
We weren't there just for The Voice Of Germany, we also wanted to take a look at the city.
And it's a beautiful one. Even at night!
I see, it's getting late.
And I'm already getting called that we gotta go.
I really hope, that I could give you a quick insight.
Now I'll leave.
As I said, we got a flight to Egypt tomorrow.
Maybe I'll do another video with all the
experiences we have and how we like Egypt and
all that we've done there!
As always, let me know what you think!
And also, let me know what you think about The Voice Of Germany!
I know that many of you wanted me to do it, so I did!
And I know that many of you wanted for me to succeed.
It isn't that bad, it really isn't.
As long as I got you guys, everything's just fine!
I am really happy to have you guys, so lucky about all your comments and the
thumbs up, you always give me!
Thank you for everything and now..
I gotta go. See you next time!

security and use in public spaces.
Our IP-enabled h 264 DVR systems, offer a professional solution for turning normal CCTV
cameras into a network-enabled surveillance camera and video recording solution.
Wireless Security Cameras and IP Camera Systems IP cameras, (Internet Protocol cameras) let
you use an ordinary broadband connection to support security cameras for your property.
With many IP cameras now capable of wireless connectivity, you have great freedom and flexibility
when setting up a surveillance camera system for home or office use.
A wireless IP camera also called WiFi security camera, wireless security camera systems,
or even IP wireless CCTV cameras are the ideal tool for your peace of mind.
Whether you want to watch over loved ones or keep an eye on your property, a surveillance
camera with wireless functions offers a no-fuss, inexpensive solution for business or domestic
security.
Modern wireless IP cameras are lightweight, durable, and are capable of recording high
definition video and two-way audio that you can access from any PC connected to the internet
or a computer network.
You could site cameras in different rooms of a house, or separate business branches
without the need for costly or time-consuming cabling, and once installed you'll be able
to enjoy the flexibility of remote access and control, recording and reviewing live
video through your PC or laptop.
You could use a wireless IP camera to keep an eye out for intruders, keep a record of
any break-in or simply set up a live view of something interesting on your company website.
We've divided our IP camera products into four main categories to help you find what
you're looking for.
PTZ cameras can be panned, tilted and zoomed by remote control from a computer, enabling
you to monitor a larger area without the need for additional cameras, PTZ surveillance cameras
sometimes called dome cameras due to their shape are perfect for watching the coming
and going of people through malls, lobbies, parking lots or other large public areas.
Our outdoor cameras are rugged and weatherproof and also include automatic night vision often
referred to as IR Cut, for 24/7 protection with IP66 or better ratings they can withstand
the worst of the weather as metal housings give better protection from vandals.
Our indoor and office cameras are compact and easy to install but still come with sophisticated
features such as motion detection and night vision.
Finally, our IP-enabled DVR category offers complete video recording systems from IP cameras
to cables so you're ready to go, right out of the box.
We are careful to source only the best quality products.
Each IP camera you see on our website has been fully tested by our in-house QC team.
Wireless Security Cameras: Useful Everywhere Most people are likely to use security cameras
for surveillance of their home or business.
But IP cameras needn't only be there for when bad things happen.
Imagine that you are going away for a couple of days.
You leave enough food for you treasured pussy cat, Tibbles, but you'd like to see how she
is getting on while you are away.
Simple home security cameras, such as our wired / wireless security cameras with night
vision and Phone app support lets you do just that.
Link it to your broadband (either by Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable) and you're up and running.
Once you arrive at your holiday destination, you can open up a web browser on your Phone
and input the camera's IP address for an instant video stream.
Many Wifi cameras will even support two-way audio.
Keeping an eye on Tibbles snoozing on the bed is now easier and more convenient than
ever and you can even give commands if he is being mischievous or needs some encouragement
at meal times.
The best part about wireless security cameras is that you can place a wifi camera almost
anywhere without having to run network cables around your property.
this means you can view the places you want when you want and changing the system layout
to suit your changing needs is quick and easy.
Another good use for an IP camera with Wi-Fi is to use it as wireless outdoor security
cameras.
For example, you could keep an eye on a paddling pool or swimming pool in the back garden.
It's hot, the kids want to play in your garden pool and you need to work on the computer.
You can't do both, but you can make sure your children are safe by setting up an IP camera
to oversee the kids splashing about while you get on with your work.
With a two-way audio stream you can also keep an ear out for any problems and even tell
them to calm down if they get too boisterous - that way the kids are happy, you get your
work done and everyone stays safe.
Useful IP Camera Terminology • Auto Tracking
Innovations with PTZ cameras, auto tracking uses built-in firmware to detect monitor and
track the movement of pixels in a video image.
When an object moves across the camera's field of view it can pick up on this and pan, tilt
the camera to track the object.
once the object leaves the cameras to view it will return to a parked position ready
to start again should another target enter the PTZ cameras field of view.
• CCD and CMOS A charge-coupled device (CCD) or complementary
metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) are two kinds of image sensing systems used in cameras
and camcorders that convert an optical image into an electronic signal.
The differences between the two systems are marginal, although CCD is generally thought
to result in slightly better image quality.
• H.264 H.264 is short for H.264/MPEG-4 Part 10 or
AVC (Advanced Video Coding).
It is a common standard for compressing video files, and is one of the most frequently used
formats for recording, compressing and distributing high definition (HD) video.
• IP IP stands for Internet Protocol.
An IP camera is a digital camera that can send and receive data via the internet or
a Local Area Network (LAN).
IP cameras are most commonly used for security and surveillance.
Internet access means that the video recorded on the IP camera has the potential to be stored
and viewed anywhere in the world.
IP cameras usually transmit their data wirelessly, which means they don't require the installation
of cable.
• IR Cut-off filter An Infrared cut-off filter blocks infrared
light to the camera while letting visible light in.
Infrared light tends to wash out color differences, so a camera with an IR cut filter will have
a far better chance of achieving optimal color performance.
Security cameras with an "IR cut" function will have an internal mechanism to move the
filter into place during daylight (to get rid of IR interference in color reproduction)
and remove it in low light and darkness when illumination from active IR LEDs is necessary.
• PoE PoE is short for Power over Ethernet and has
IEEE standards for compliance.
Power is supplied over two or more of the different pairs of wires found in the Ethernet
cables.
Cameras that are PoE compliant are able to use the Ethernet cable as a power supply as
well as for transmitting images so allow easier installation as they don't need to be located
close to power sockets or have dedicated power cabling installed for them.
• PTZ PTZ stands for pan, tilt, and zoom.
A PTZ camera can be controlled remotely, either manually or automatically, to adjust the position
of the camera, focusing in on movement or any activity that interests you.
PTZ systems enable you to monitor a large area with a single camera, or a small number
of cameras in a network.
IP Fisheye Camera Benefits Having blind spots in your CCTV network can
be costly.
A 360-degree Fisheye IP camera gives you eyes in the back of your head.
These types of surveillance camera have an extreme wide angle lens with an 185 degree
diagonal, horizontal and vertical field of view.
The cameras can sometimes swivel to record a 360-degree "fisheye" image.
Useful for office.
warehouse ceilings or these cameras can capture everything around the, and will generally
come with bundled software and a web management interface that can then be used to re-process
this image to generate four different views, depending on your requirements, including
a broad 360-degree view and quad view (which enables you to see all four corners of a room
at once).
With each of these four views, you may even have the option to pan, tilt, and zoom (PTZ)
to focus in on what interests you, while the addition of two-way audio system lets you
hear what's going on even talk back if necessary through a built-in speaker.
Best of all, since this is an IP camera, you'll be able to remotely switch the camera on and
off, and watch and control the video feed straight from your web browser no matter where
you may be in the world.
Choosing the Right IP Camera There are a number of factors to consider
when purchasing an IP camera or DVR system.
Firstly, find out how many frames per second (FPS) the system records at.
Cameras may provide anything from 1 to 60 FPS.
Too few and the image will be jumpy.
Too many and you may find yourself running out of internet bandwidth or storage space
if you intend to record many hours of surveillance.
Typically, business and home users should expect between 15 and 30 FPS for adequate
playback.
Secondly, you should consider image compression.
There are three main types of compression - MJPEG, MPEG-4, and H.264.
Without going into too much detail, H.264 is the most sophisticated of these and uses
the least bandwidth, which means you can use more cameras on the same broadband connection
and/or record for longer onto a hard drive.
Lastly, you might want to consider additional feature sets, such as wireless capabilities,
which allow for easier setup, and pan, tilt, and zoom which gives you the flexibility to
change your video image point of view without having to move the camera.
Resolution is another main consideration when choosing an IP camera.
Resolution is largely determined by the CCD / CMOS sensor size and how many megapixels
it has.
The bigger and better this sensor the more sample points it can take when rendering and
image.
So the megapixel count of the sensor will be key in determining your video and image
quality.
While we all want the best resolution possible you should always weigh up this factor against
cost and think about what range you want the camera to cover.
A high resolution such as HD 720P or FHD 1080P cameras will ensure you get clearer images
and video.
This will also let you enlarge the image or zoom in to clearly see faces or vehicle number
plates.
