Zamil Steel® Vietnam's central operations are located in North Vietnam,
with our head office in the center of Hanoi
Our state of the art manufacturing plants have the total
capacity to produce up to 120,000 Metric Tons of steel buildings per year.
These facilities are located in the Noi Bai Industrial Zone in Hanoi
and Dong Nai Factory near Ho Chi Minh City,
and are strategically located in the North and South of Vietnam to provide
our clients with quick, on time-delivery of their buildings
and to minimize supply chain constraints that may arise
Our facilities are optimized for the on location production
of built up sections that are sheared to size,
seamlessly butt welded, auto beam welded
and rotationally final welded, which enables us to achieve
high quality finish in a short period of time on a competitive budget.
In addition, all secondary structures such as purlins,
girts and sheeting angles are cold formed in house
using pre-galvanized coils which ensure a high quality finish and turnaround.
Zamil Steel® Vietnam also operates a panel roll forming line,
which not only manufactures quality roofing and wall panels,
but also properly finishes trims, gutters,
down spouts, capping and all other panel related accessories.
As an alternative, Zamil Steel® Vietnam provides MaxSEAM®,
a unique waterproofing roofing solution for buildings that
need to meet the highest requirements for resistance to weather.
MaxSEAM® is one of the strongest and most weather-tight standing seam roof system
available in the industry today,
and utilizes a unique 360 degree seam along the side laps of the panel
with a special sliding clip which is safely addressing thermal movement
This combination creates the MaxSEAM® and provides
a unique roof that offers a weather tight seal, a strong resistance to wind uplift
and proper drainage

Zamil Steel® Vietnam does not operate on a procurement on order basis,
but keeps more than 8,000 metric tons of raw materials on site,

Upon certification by our in house quality control department,
your pre-engineered buildings and structural steel are delivered
by truck within Vietnam or shipped via 40-foot containers
to their final destination.
