we are pushing up today guys we're talking about the push ups now this is
an amazing exercise for the upper body but it's also fantastic for the core and
the legs as well so you want to make sure that when you're in that plank
position you're nice and tight shoulders hips and feet are in one line as you
bend those elbows they're not too wide but also not too close to the body about
45 degrees away from the body make sure that your upper body your hips and your
legs everything lowers down and comes back up together if that's too
challenging for you you can drop down to your knees
and once you're ready to take your push-up game to that next next level you
can lift up your feet onto a bar or on to a bench to make a decline pushup and
that's a really tough one
