Hello!

As President of Asia Pacific Deaf Sports Confederation

(APDSC) and board member,

I came to Samsun for the following ICSD Executive Board,

and I must say the Organizing Committee is

being very progressive getting ready for Summer Deaflympics.

There will be many athletes coming from Asia

to participate the Summer Deaflympics.

It will be successful.

I hope for the Asia Pacific countries to win medals.

I am proud of the Asia Pacific.

My APDSC board members envisioned initially how to

build for a better image of Deaf sports

within APDSC.

We still need to recruit other country members,

to increase sports discipline in Asian countries, involve

more Women in sports in Muslim countries.

As of this time, there is no APDSC office established,

we still seek for a right place

even though the Asia continent is so huge.

APDSC will need to involve more communication with

other organisations and sports federations.

Also, one of our main goals is to

seek out potential sponsors.

Without having our sponsors,

we would reach our goals at a later time.

I do hope they will support us for

betterment of Deaf sports in Asia.
