I got into real estate

back in 2009

and so I've been in it full time

My job entails

So initially I like to

sit down and figure out what

exactly people are looking for.

What is important to them.

What are their needs versus wants.

We really just want to work hard for our clients to

Outside of work, I really like to

I did not grow up in Buffalo.

I love finding new restaurants,

new festivals to go to,

finding and meeting new friends

and things to go out and do.

I just feel like the city

much to offer

My name is Amber Buday and I'm a buyer specialist

on the Enas Latif team.

I help buyers find their dream home.

I've been in real estate for almost four

years now. Prior to real estate I was actually

a teacher for 10 years so I taught

math as well as other subjects

for Buffalo Public Schools.

Part of the reason why I got into real estate

was because it really felt like

something that was synonymous

with teaching. Taking something that

was complicated,

that had the ability to make people

feel concerned

but also really exciting

and breaking it down into

more manageable pieces for people,

helping explain the process of a

transaction which can be really complicated.

There has been moments where I've described our

work as being the architect

of the American dream.

I know I was really excited when I bought my first

house. I know how excited my first

time home buyers are.

So for me it's a really rewarding job

but I think on top of that it's also,

it's complex, it's different every day,

it's challenging

and I think I really enjoy this job for

all those reasons.

an investor would be,

term investment property that's going to generate

revenue for a long term goal

or if someone's looking for a potential flip

opportunity.

I've been selling real estate for a little over two years

now but I actually have been in

the real estate game as they call it

for my whole entire life.

I've been repairing,

managing

and fixing up properties

my whole entire life so I kind of know what

goes into the process.

So at the end of the day what really

satisfies me in terms of helping these investors

is giving them an opportunity to

meet their goals

and needs for you know their future.
