Waching daily May 28 2018

hello my name is Larisa and welcome back to my channel

Can we just stop for a second and see that this video is in slovene language

I made one before but that one was all mixed up

And because i was thinking about that one all the time

i went through my youtube studio and realized that my channel is in a midlife crisis

If you do not know what yt studio is, it is an app for youtubers

which gives you a good insight into your youtube audience and analytics

and in my case i have more woman audience

teenagers and also a little older

and a lot of slovene people many more than other countries

and then i realized that i have a slight problem

it is hard to make a good relationship with your audience if they do not speak english as well

And it makes me sad because that is the main reason why i do not get feedback on my videos

well you know the best

and then i just wanted to make a video in slovene language again

so i hope you understand me

so i will just do my natural everyday makeup routine

the reason why i dont make these videos is because i just talk too much

well now i will stop with subtitles because i want you to hear me speak enjoy...

T.I. Shares Graphic Video Of Police Beating Down Woman In Hopes To "Unite" America - Duration: 3:18.

T.I. Shares Graphic Video Of Police Beating Down Woman In Hopes To "Unite" America

As of late, T.I. has upped his criticism of law enforcement authorities, comparing mugshots of convicted men of differing races and commenting on the NFLs new anthem policy.

After his own arrest when trying to enter his gated neighborhood, T.I. seems to be questioning the authorities more than usual as one scroll down his Instagram page reveals a flurry of politically-minded posts.

While the rapper and activist attempts to bring people together to realize the injustice occurring on a daily basis, Tip has flipped the script, sharing a video of a white woman getting beat down on the beach for a charge related to alcohol, noting that it can happen to anybody as he tries to unite America.

Much of Tips interest revolves around the current state of the country, using his platform to bring light to police violence and controversial topics within the world of politics.

Today, the rapper posted footage of a woman being detained for underage drinking on the beach.

The clip shows an officer holding the woman down after she allegedly resists arrest, striking her in the back of the head as another holds down her legs.

The video of the 20-year-old woman went viral on Twitter as she was reportedly being questioned for underage drinking.

According to NJ.com, the woman in the video is Emily Weinman, who claims that she passed a breathalyzer test after the beatdown.

Writing that the cops in question are cowards, T.I. added, Maybe now that we see it can happen to anyone of any color we'll be ready to unite, accept that this isn't a "minority's" Problem.

ITS AN AMERICAN PROBLEM!!! America YOU ARE THE PROBLEM!!! What do you think of T.I.s statement on the incident?.

My "Boring" Job... at Treehouse Ziplines! || Just Mandy! Video #11 - Duration: 11:48.

*Just Mandy intro plays*

Hey, guys! Just Mandy here! So I am out here at work, and I haven't really shown

you guys what happens at my job. So, I kind of wanted to show

you just a little peek. I have a little bit of free time, so

this is what I do! I come out here, I get to hang out, get to watch people fly out on

cables, and have fun, and scream, and have a blast! And it's awesome guys! This

is like, the best place to work! So I think somebody's about to fly on a cable behind me, wait and watch.

Here we go! Somebody's flying up there!

*approaching "zip" on a cable*

Can you see them?

Yep, there they are!

There we go.

*descending zip as they disappear into the distance*

*small laugh*

And yeah, that's what I get to see all day guys! is people flying around on cables; zipping around having a blast!

So this is a pretty

awesome place! This is Out'N'About Treehouse "Treesort!" This is actually the

Treehouse Ziplines, where I work! it's a really, really great place. It's got a

magical feel to it, and just about everybody that works here, loves working here.

So-- Somebody else going down a cable!

*Ascending and descending zip on a cable*

Can't tell if you can see that or not, guys... Think you can....

Good stuff, guys, good stuff! and they are actually right up there right now.

There you go, you can see them, up there on the platform. They're coming across this zipline.

Whooo! Guys, lookit that...

Right up to there.

They land up in that tree over there...

And then they fly over our heads...

On that cable right there, and they end up on the ground right here in front of me.

Hey! and also, what's really cool guys?! Wanna see who else i get to work with every day?

THAT GUY!

You guys know who that is! that's my handsome hubby!

yup, Adam is the manager out here, and i work in the office!

so it's pretty fun, i get to work with my husband!

--and here they come!

*sound of the zipline getting louder as they approach*

NNNYYYYEEEOOOWWW!!

*laughs*

We have a lot of fun out here, guys! now that, was just one of the employees.

That was not an actual guest on the cables. that was one of the workers.

he comes down the cable first, so that he's down here to take people off of the cable.

in any case guys, just want to give you a sneak peek of what i do out here.

We have a lot of fun!

We're always playing games i think i caught Adam throwing a glove at our-- at our friend over there. so--

Zoom, Adam! Zoom!

Yeah that's another fun part of our job; we get to drive golf carts around!

We just zoom 'em up around the field, and we drive them up into the trees, up there... we've got

Some pathways up in the forest, and when i'm not out in the field,

This is my little office space i get to work in.

My chair, and my computer, and everywhere where i get to sit to do my work.

I take phone calls, and i make reservations for the ziplines out here,

and i just give people general information.

And stuff like that. i absolutely love this job! i mean, sure, technically it's a desk job, but with

a view like that...

I can't very well complain about having this desk job. i mean, this giant window

Is right here, in front of me, and that's my view! and i get to see, and hear, and...

enjoy, people having fun on these cables--

watch this, guys! somebody's gonna fly down a cable, right in front of my office!

*zipping!* ZOOM!! *giggles*

There they go!

and that is the sort of thing that i get to deal with every day!

That is my job! i get to sit here, take phone calls, help

people have fun, and watch them have fun! and i love it, so--

NNNEEEOOOWWW!

More of the fun we have out here guys! these are two of our guides, just messed around!

And there we go, just like that! WHEE! *laughs*

Here comes Jaimie! another one of our zipline employees. having fun, as we always do!

*zipline gets louder as Jaimie approaches*

Adam throwin' a glove at her!

*Adam in distance* i need to aim higher! *Mandy to Adam* yeah, you do! *laughs*

come on, Jaimie!

HIII JAIMIE!! *Jaimie in the distance* Hello!

hey, guys! i bring my camera to work every time i go to work, because i do a lot of pictures, and they have me

handle the internet stuff. i'm kind-of unofficially the Social Media Manager, down at

Treehouse Ziplines, and so i bring my camera to work every day. and so i'm gonna be trying to be--

have more vlogs like this. like, i might turn this into its own series of

"Just Mandy! Treehouse Zipline" vlogs, or i don't know

exactly yet guys. but, do expect that there will be more vlogs of my work life,

Because that's where i do a lot of stuff, and there's a lot

of fun there. it's a big, adventurous place, and i really want to show

you guys more of what we do out there, and all the fun that

we have. kind of like a

behind-the-scenes of the ziplines!

in any case, i hope you

guys really enjoyed this little mini vlog. it's really short, i know, but i just want to give you a sneak peek into

my work life, and how much fun i have on a daily basis! expect more vlogs, like, not necessarily like

this, work vlogs, but more personal life vlogs, in the future. i've had a lot of you

guys, asking me that i do more things featuring my life and my family.

So, i'm gonna be having more of that come out. that being said, i'm not like, done with ElfQuest Collectors Guide, by

any means, guys! i'm still gonna be coming out with those videos as

well. it's just those are a little bit more difficult and time-consuming for me, and my biggest issue right now,

was that i wrote a prompt for the next episode, and then my laptop died! and so, my prompt is on that laptop, and

I've got to redo all of my research, and rewrite my

whole prompt, and i just haven't gotten the time to do that yet. so don't worry, i am still doing

ElfQuest Collectors Guide videos, and showcases, and unboxings, and things like that!

It's just been a little difficult since my laptop died. i'm trying to save up for a new laptop, but-- actually, sorry,

it won't even be a laptop. the computer i'm trying to save up for will hopefully be a

Desktop, that i can actually start doing "Let's Plays" on! i love video games! one of the-- one of the things you guys might not

know about me, is i love playing video games! and so, i want to start doing "Let's Plays" on my channel as

well, and therefore hopefully this next computer i get-- it's gonna take me a while to save up for, several months i know--

Will hopefully have the ability for me to do "Let's Plays!" it was one of the reasons i got a job,

was so that i could start having more money for this channel, and

then almost immediately after i got my job, my computer died! so it's kind of perfect timing for me to start saving up.

So therefore, my paychecks are going to go towards stuff for my collection, and my channel, improving the channel, things i want to save up for...

Just for example, the next big things i'm saving up for with

my paychecks, regarding the channel, is going to be a French order of ElfQuest books, that i want to talk to you

guys about when i get them...

Umm...

a RedBubble order-- i've got a

huge, HUGE RedBubble ready--

RedBubble order ready to put in, i just have to have the money for it!

i want to save up for a new

Camera, guys. so also, a computer is on that list as

well, but it's kind-of in-between all of those. i'm slowly saving a little bit

for a computer, aside from all these other things that i'm doing as well. so a computer's going to take

me a long, long time to get to. once i'm done getting these other big-ticket items that i want to get, these big priced...

ummm...

Orders that i want to put in, then i will be able to save up more of my money towards a

new computer. hopefully, that will have come through, and i'll be able to have better videos, and "Let's Plays," and stuff like that.

But next up: better camera, because i know

this camera is decent, but it's about

10 years old. and so, it's old, it doesn't take the best videos-- it takes decent videos, like

you guys have been watching them off of this camera from the start, but i want to get a

new one. a better camera! i already have

one in mind, that i want to get, i just need to save up

my paychecks for it. and i actually just got invited to work a second day of the week, at

my job, so obviously, i'm doing a

pretty good job, and that'll also help me with

my savings, that i want to do. so just a little quick update, guys! know that i am still around, i am still doing videos!

ummm...

i'm not quitting YouTube!

Even if there's like a couple months' lull in videos guys, i--

I'm still doing YouTube! i am addicted, i'm having fun, i'm loving it, and i'm loving the feedback that i get from you

guys! you guys have been giving me some great info! like letting me know

what you like to see, what you don't like to see! keep that up! don't be afraid to tell me if you

don't like something in my videos! because, i'm not gonna know to change anything, unless you guys say! but... uh--

Anyway guys, just know: more vlogs! i'm not quitting YouTube! if i quit YouTube, i will make a

big deal about it, and i don't have any intentions of quitting YouTube! i just want to put that out there; i don't have

any intentions of quitting YouTube! i'm in it for the long-haul, guys! this is a lot of fun! this is my new hobby!

and i have an absolute blast with it! so just know, that even if there's no videos for a

while, i'm still here! i'm still around, i'm still gonna be doing videos, and making content for you

Guys! so just keep looking out for more stuff for me in the future! please, please, PLEASE remember to Subscribe to my Channel!

That really does help me! it encourages me to do more! it shows me that people are following my work! following

my content, and it helps me-- encourage

me to do more! so just make sure you Subscribe, if you haven't already! the same thing goes for Liking

my videos! Likes are very important--

*waits for car to drive past in background*

Likes are very important, because they are another way of feedback!

They also are the thing that YouTube really, really counts, is the Like counts on videos! so if you're watching

this video, and you find any sort of enjoyment, please just take a split second, hit that thumbs up button down there, so that i

know that it is coming across well, that it's a good vlog!

Last thing i want to ask of you guys, is please, help me! help me grow

this channel! i'm trying really hard to reach 500 Subscribers guys! we are, last i checked this morning--

We are at either-- i think it was 449, i actually lost a Subscriber! aww i'm so sad!

Not a big deal. i-- you know, i--i love my subscribers! i love you guys!

thank you so much for the support! if you guys have to leave for your own purposes, or

if i'm not putting out videos fast enough, i totally understand if you have to unsubscribe.

but DON'T, ok? don't unsubscribe!!

Subscribe to my channel, and get your friends, and your family to subscribe to my channel, so that i can get more support, so i

can be encouraged to make more videos! ok, guys? so don't forget those 3 important things; Like the video,

Subscribe to the Channel, and Share

my channel and my videos, so that the channel can grow, and gain more subscribers, and so we can hit that

big 500 Subscriber count, so i can host that huge giveaway!

i'm still stocking up items for that, guys! so let's reach that--that's--let's reach that 500 count! i want to give

away this box of goodies, i've got sitting at home!

that's just about all i've got to tell

you guys. i know i kind of blabbered on a little bit, but i just want to let

you guys know, i am still around! i'm having a blast, i do have a life going on, but i also

want to say, "Thank you guys!" because, no matter what i've been doing, you guys have been an amazing

support for me! you've been encouraging me, you've-- just, along the entire way, you guys have been telling

me what a great job i've been doing, and you--

when i don't have videos come out, you guys-- you guys

bug me for it, and i like that! i like it!! please, bug

me for videos!! because, then i know

i need

to come out with more content! that you guys are desperate, and you want more Mandy stuff!

thanks for watching everybody!!

I want to give you just a big ol' hug! everybody, come on! hug the screen!

Oh, hugs! ah thank you guys! alright so, i will see you guys in the next one, or you

guys will actually see me in the next one! alright?

have a great day everyone!

BYYYEEE!!!

Video 25e final ANG - Duration: 12:08.

It was back in 1983 that Michel Gendreau seized the opportunity of starting up

his own manufacturing company.

Michel would follow his business instincts and his uncommon determination that have brought

him to where he is today.

Before joining Garaga, I was a stockbroker.

I had graduated from Laval University in 1978 and I had worked two years in a bakery as

a general manager, then I went stockbroker for two years and I had a customer, SODEC

Beauce-Appalaches, that was a venture capital who had invested in Garaga Door Limited who

went under in December 82, so I had the opportunity to buy the asset and start again the company

at that time.

My biggest motivation in life was to have a business that I can manufacture something,

I always wanted to make a product, to be able to innovate in the product and make something

that could be useful, so that was my biggest challenge and that's why I bought the manufacturing

company that was Garaga at that time.

I remember when I started the company, we had market research done by Price Waterhouse

and we had the research done by Research Center about the equipment and everything and the

conclusion was to liquidate the company and find a job, then I remember Elen was there

and she was pregnant of the twins at the same time and so we had to make a decision to keep

on going or quit and I said there's no way we're going to give up, tell them that the

glass of water is half full instead of half empty, and now I'll do the investment and

develop the company to be successful.

1985, Garaga launches a new division: Garaga Insulation, specialized in the fabrication

of polyurethane insulated sandwich panels.

In 1986, at the Mercuriades awards, Garaga receives a coveted prize that will have a

huge impact on its future development.

In 1986, we had been awarded the Mercuriades, that's Quebec Chamber of Commerce award for

new businesses.

We were very proud to be selected as the new business and I think it helped a lot of the

people inside the company and customers to recognize that there was something good we

were doing at Garaga and I am sure that had very positive element in the development of Garaga.

When I first started, you know, in 1983, we didn't need email to communicate to each other

because we were all on the same desk, so it was easy to know what's happening, but you

know I did hire very good people that helped me to grow the company and I remember the

first key technical guy I hired was Louis Dallaire and from there you know we hired

many people I had Jean-François join for marketing, Daniel Gauvin made a few internships

at Garaga and he joined the company permanently and Pierre Morin, Ghislain Dallaire and we

hired a lot of people since then to grow the company where we are.

The same year, Garaga produces its first raised panel garage door, which will be improved

with a refined and deeper wood grain finish in 1989.

More space becomes a necessity in 1987; the company relocates on the east side of St-Georges.

When I first started the company in 1983, we were in a rented building of 7,500 square

feet and we did the move in 1986 in a building we bought in eastern side of the town, which

were 7,000 feet and we expanded 8,000 feet to make it 15,000 feet and from there we grew

the company until 1990 where we had Ferland Chartand who joined us to do the manufacturing

of the hardware.

In 1990, Garaga acquires another building to manufacture their own hardware.

Eight years later, Garaga's hardware plant doubles in size to 7,000 square feet.

The Manic V hydroelectric dam project begins in 1991 and Garaga lands a $2.5 million contract

to produce over a mile of door sections per day for the next six months.

In 1990, we felt that the economy was going down and we needed extra sales and we had

the opportunity to sell to Hydro-Québec a wall panel built from a garage door panel

and we did it successfully, with it, we had great challenge to convince them but it was

a great realization for all of our people and we had about 42 kilometers long put all

together the quantity of the panel we did build and we were very happy with the success

of that project.

1992 brings on another highly needed expansion of the St-Georges's plant.

With the launch of the Standard+ steel door in 1993, Garaga can now compete and fulfill

market demand for Western Canada as well as the northeastern United States.

In 1995, Garaga establishes a base in Ontario and opens a new manufacturing facility in Barrie.

The biggest challenge we have faced in the last 25 years was probably when we did implement

the new factory in Barrie.

At that time, we did invest $5 million and after the first year of operation we have

almost a million dollar less in sales with 2 plants, that put a lot of pressure to find

solution to find more sales and that's where Jean-François came out with the Garaga Experts

program that we launched the next spring to help to build the business.

1996, the St-Georges's plant expands again: 20,000 square feet are added to bring the

hardware and door production under one roof.

Garaga also launches the Garaga Experts program: a network of professional garage door dealers.

So if we have a happy customer, then we can have work can and grow the company.

1997 brings on an expansion of the Barrie plant in Ontario, allowing for the manufacturing

of a new product: the Standard 138.

In 1998, yet another 9,200 square feet are added to the St-Georges's plant.

3 years later the decision is finally made to break ground for a brand new 128,000 square

feet state-of-the-art facility in St-Georges's industrial park.

The biggest challenge we have faced in 2000 when we took the decision to relocate to the

new facility was to still be owner of the old building and build a new building and

I thought that we would be able to sell the old building pretty quick, but it didn't turn

out that way, so we still own the old building, but we do rent on many people and until we

sell it somebody.

In 2001, Garaga innovates again by launching 2 new door designs: the Standard+ MIX and

the Standard+ XL.

In 2005, the Barrie facility must make room for a new production line: 30,000 square feet

are added for the launch of the Alterna and G-8000 doors.

Garaga asserts its market leadership position by launching its first steel carriage house

door: the North Hatley, followed two years later by the Eastman Estate.

So we had to move from functionality to design in the market.

Michel Gendreau has worked relentlessly for 25 years with the support of his family and

a highly qualified team of dedicated people, he has continuously provided his customers

with high-quality products and services through all these years.

I realize today that it was very challenging for the family, being out you know a lot of

time, especially the first five years, you know I was playing all the roles: the salesman,

the Purchasing Manager, the R&D guy, everything, so it was very intense but I think my biggest

reward today is to find out that my two sons joined the company and that Isabelle is going

to join us in a couple of years and that's my best reward to make sure the company will

keep on going with very involved family people.

I think the next step at Garaga is to keep up with innovation and try to have our people

very much empowered on every aspect of the business and we have to lead if we want to

keep to be ahead of the competition so that's the main goal and change we have to go over

day after day.

I think the biggest challenge is to keep up with the quality, with good people and try

to be the best in the industry and I want to make sure my family is taking over the

business for the long run and will be there forever.

Garaga has become an important garage door manufacturer in North America with a name

that is recognized and respected throughout the industry.
