This wide-ranging support comes

in the specialized divisions of GROWMARK.
The Energy Division, which represents
a large percentage of GROWMARK's sales,
offers a complete line of refined and renewable fuels,
including diesel fuel and gasoline.
We own a lubricants manufacturing facility
located in Council Bluffs, Iowa,
where we blend and market lubricant products to customers.
We also market and supply propane,
and we have a retail fuel network as well.
The division continues to grow year over year
as we look to optimize everything we do for customers
and we look at strategic acquisitions,
all focused on the customer to save time and save resources.
STAR Energy FS,
a subsidiary of GROWMARK in Northwestern Iowa,
delivers a complete line of refined and renewable fuels,
propane, and lubricants.
In Ontario, Canada,
we are growing our petroleum business
with the acquisition of remaining shares
of UPI Energy.
GROWMARK's Council Bluffs lubricant manufacturing facility
is state-of-the-art with an extensive lab
for testing and measuring the effectiveness
and durability of our lubes.
GROWMARK's propane fuels vehicles and engines
from family farms to school and municipal fleets.
The Agronomy division offers industry-leading seed genetics
through our FS InVISION and FS HiSOY brands.
We also offer system supported brands
DEKALB, Asgrow, NK, and W-L Alfalfa.
We support those brands through our nutrient management
and pest management services and products
to make our system the best in the industry.
Customers across the U.S. count on premium vegetable,
farm, and turf seeds from SEEDWAY.
It's the largest commercial vegetable seed provider
east of the Rockies.
GROWMARK FS offers a full line of products
to our customers on the east coast.
The GROWMARK Grain Division assists members
with administrative needs, financial management,
and handles other marketing alliances.
The retail grain units in the Grain Division
have 85-plus locations
and handle 300 million bushels of grain.
Commercial elevators and producers
can utilize the trusted risk management tools and products
that are offered through MID-CO COMMODITIES
and AgriVisor LLC.
A partnership with COFCO International Limited
adds international grain trading and greater market access
to GROWMARK's portfolio of services.
The GROWMARK System and its people

Our Commercial Construction division
is led by licensed engineers
who provide equipment, buildings, and other services
to help members improve their operating efficiency.
Our experts work with customers
to design grain drying, handling, and storage systems

GROWMARK's Logistics division moves products
to members' cooperatives and their customers
through strategically placed distribution centers
in Illinois, Ohio, and Ontario.
Four locations offer more than 120,000 square feet of storage
and more than 70 trucks on the road each day.
The addition of Manito Transit to our portfolio of services
allows us to meet a growing need
for safe handling and dedicated transport
of refined and renewable fuels, lubricants, anhydrous,
crop nutrients, and crop protection products.
These GROWMARK units work together
to serve thousands of customers every day.
It's a diverse client base that requires a wide range
of innovative services and products.
Our leading product line, FS,
has been an established brand since 1955.
