Deciding to be in a relationship, means choosing to be on your partner's team.

And sometimes, that means putting their needs before your own.

When you're committed to someone, you consider them when making both big and small decisions.

In a relationship, you work together and make room in your life for each other.

You're not just an "I" anymore.

You're a "we!".

No.2, Being yourself.

Even though being in a relationship means you're a "we," you're still encouraged

to embrace all the things that make you, you.

Being in a relationship means, that you partner not only accepts you the way you are, but

also inspires you to be the best version of yourself.

No.3, Giving and getting the time.

Women want someone to understand them, whereas men often want someone to connect to them,

through watching a football match or playing video games with them.

Hence giving and getting time, is one important aspect of being in a relationship.

No.4, Finding The Balance.

You can have your cake and eat it too, if you are willing to compromise and work hard,

to find the right balance between your partner and your social life.

The trick is finding what works best for both of you.

First and foremost, it is important to have that mutual trust for each other.

There is no reason a couple in a relationship, can't enjoy the spontaneous aspect of the

single life.

As long as you come home to each other, you can both discover your passions and grow together

as a couple.

No.5, Being an individual.

Everyone knows someone who has become a little too much like the person they were dating.

It's definitely ok to take on the interests, hobbies, and habits of your partner.

But you should keep your own identity.

This will allow you to share a different perspective with your partner.

Life is interesting only because of the differences and the individuality

VIDME Video Site Is Shutting Down On December 15 (THE PEPPER CHALLENGE) - Duration: 6:22.

Co-founder of the Youtube alternative video platform VIDME writes a farewell letter on

December 1st, it's finished with Vidme.

Vidme is dead.

The sheep from Infowars "Styxhexenhammer666, Stefan Molyneux" but also ordinary content

creators who saw hope face reality, the false hope.

You can no longer register and in December the plug will be pulled out.

Warren Shaeffer explains in a concise publication what consequences it has for Vidme users.

The reason, money.

"Although we still believe that the world would greatly benefit from a creator-first

video platform, we weren't able to find a path to financial sustainability.

" What went wrong?

The reason that Facebook and Google is a success has to do with the fact that they sell personal

user data, allowing advertisers to advertise in a targeted manner.

We have all learned that a small innocent video on Youtube can lead to a major disaster,

the Youtube boycott.

Vidme has no brand-safe content and cannot guarantee because Vidme has always been central

to free speech.

Because Vidme is not that big, the ad-revenue rates will be fiscally unattractive.

With the conclusion, Vidme can no longer handle the high costs.

The co-founder promised in his written that they arrive with something new, which is precisely

unknown.

Whether people are willing to re-join the new concept as sheep is the question because

the termination of Vidme damages everyone's trust.

What happens to the team?

According to Warren, not everyone will participate in the new adventure.

"Unfortunately, not every member of the Vidme team will be staying on for the next chapter,

so if you're interested in hiring any of these talented people, please email us"

The technology behind Vidme will be sold to third parties to still make a little water

with the wine.

I have never been a follower, I listen to my feelings and make my own decisions.

When people started talking about Vidme on the internet in 2014, I had a feeling this

would not take long.

But I can not judge the platform on appearance.

With doubts, I create an account with VIdme but I quickly came to the conclusion that

they won't live long.

I did not believe in the concept.

I deleted my account.

They were then planning to monetize the platform so that content creators could earn money.

During the boycott(3 years later), I gave Vidme another chance.

The Ad-plan was still not there(A clear sign they don't show progress).

After two weeks I decided to "close" my account on Vidme.

Again, I have never been a follower but a leader.

Sounds arrogant, but that's how I am.

That is why I am one of the few that have created my own platform so that I can continue

my work.

More I will not say because a chef does not share his ingredients either.

My advice, just concentrate on Youtube.

People forget, the more platforms you join the more time and energy you must divide and

that will influence your work.

"You've got only two hands" Less is more.

As for Warren's new adventure, I will never follow him and certainly not after this stunt.

He is in my eyes, not a serious entrepreneur.

ASL Video 1 Deaf, Hearing, and Hard of Hearing (Turn Captions on) - Duration: 2:51.

Hello! So this is Fedorable ASL and I am going to teach you in this first lesson how to use American Sign Language.

I'm going to teach you three signs here in this video. I'm going to teach you how to say that you are deaf, hearing, or hard of hearing.

The first sign that I am going to teach you is how to tell someone that you are hearing.

So the first sign is hearing so you would take one finger right here. You usually want to use your dominant hand for most signs.

There are some signs that require two hand that you would use both, but usually you use your dominant hand.

So you would take one finger and rotate it in front of your lips like this. You would give it a couple good spins. You can see I'm pretty close to my face right here.

So you would rotate it like this. This is how to tell someone that you are hearing. And this means that you are not deaf, you are not hard of hearing, you're hearing.

That means that you can hear.

The second sign that I am going to teach you is how to say that you are deaf.

So you would take, again one finger, touch it to your ear and you'll touch it to the side of your face. So deaf.

There are a couple ways that you can do this sign. You can touch the side of your ear to all the way in front of your mouth.

You can touch the side of your ear to the side of your mouth. You can even go from your mouth to your ear.

Any of these variations of the sign will be accepted and people will know what you're saying.

The third sign that I am going to teach you is how to say hard of hearing.

This would be someone who is can hear a little bit, but has trouble understanding people and that might be why you would learn how to use ASL.

So you're gonna take two fingers, put your thumb right here in the middle. This is an H.

So you're going to tap right in front of you and then you're gonna tap again to the side.

So you're gonna say, Hard of Hearing.

So one, and two.

And again you're gonna take two fingers for this one and put your thumb in the middle, making an H.

Hard of hearing

So I'm gonna review those one time before I let you practice for yourself.

So if you're hearing you would rotate like this. Hearing.

Deaf. Deaf. Or Deaf. Or Deaf.

And Hard of Hearing
