House GOP leaders unveiled a huge rewrite of the tax system, with big cuts for corporations
and wealthy individuals at the expense of middle-class families.
The plan also calls for a reduction in state and local income taxes that help fund public
services, and it calls for the elimination of the estate tax
and encourages outsourcing of U.S. jobs.
