My name is Chris, I am 25 years old and come from Nuremberg and have been doing fitness for 5 years
Now people will ask the question why does he sit there with a bandage? The reason is i injured myself on monday.
I trained with the 110 pound dumbbells, which have never been a problem for me
So i did 10 reps on my own after that I needed my spotter, a friend and I just thought at that moment
Yes, that what i said and yes he did not help me anyway
unfortunately i I had to drop the dumbbells backwards but i still hold it in my hand
Of course the shoulder cracked 5 to 6 times...:(
I drove straight to the hospital and the doctor told me that everything is fine.
