Waching daily Mar 27 2018

hey guys how you doing? I am so pumped for this, this is my first ever seminar that

I'm going to do live in front of a group of people so really excited for this and

I put together some awesome stuff some super cool stuff that I'm gonna use with

you to help you get long-term success hopefully forever if you follow the

steps that we build up on the day so I want to go through with you what's going

to be included what you're going to do what you're going to get and how it's

all going to work so we're going to dive in with. I'm going through all the top

strategies that I usually client so I'm gonna give you all my little tips tricks

and top tips for you to be able to follow yourself I'm going to give them

all to you and you're gonna be able to implement them on a day to day basis so

that's really exciting then you're going to get individualized strategies for

success because everyone's different alright and I find that when I work with

people that some want to have it was a specific technique that works with one

people, people person it's not going to work with everyone else so I'm going to

individualize it we're gonna work together individualize that over the day

then you go I'm going to divert and you're going to leave with a full system

for you that you can then use so that you don't have to diet and yo you again

alright so all of the strategies are going to be very specific and give you

very specific habits that are you going to build into your day to day life that

are going to mean that you don't have to keep going through this yo-yoing process

alright it really frustrates me when I see people trying to diet losing the way

get success feeling great and then starting to slip back again because

those diets are not designed to keep your long-term all right there I'm there

to make you keep going back on their diet this is I want you to do the

seminar for whatever I do and then just do it for yourself alright I'm not here

to keep drawing you back in so we're gonna make sure that you develop and

lead with that strategy for yourself that's individualized to you then I'm

going to do is I'm also going to include a full recording of all of the lecture

sections that I do on the day and all the information

I give you so you can have that forever so that if you ever get confused or not

sure what you should be doing next you can go back to that go back through what

we went through on the day all right so you don't even have to take note of the

day you can spend that time just absorbing all the information and on top

of that I'm going to Jack in the e-book as well all right so you get a copy of

the e-book on a memory stick so that you can keep that forever as well so some of

my top tips in there so you're going to get a full suite of all the things that

you need to manage your nutrition and to help you with your weight loss and

manage your weight forever all right you can design them they so

you come to me on the day and then you go and you never have to do it again I'm

so excited for it I'm going to do this only for 20 people so make sure you put
