My name is Luke Song Haenggi, and I'd like to TESTIFY regarding Carlos Diaz De Leon
in whatever court cases involve him, because there are SOME VERY IMPORTANT FACTS that Carlos
has PURPOSELY left out of his own court testimonies in order to paint himself as "a victim"
when REALLY, Carlos has proven himself VIOLENT and VINDICTIVE to the point where
I had to get "an ORDER of PROTECTION" against HARASSMENT because of a voicemail that
he left on my phone - where he not ONLY THREATENED other people of the church that I belong to,
and stated that he wanted to PHYSICALLY ASSAULT the True Pope of my faith in order to prove
his own religious convictions, but additionally, Carlos claimed that he considered KIDNAPPING me
in order to find out the LOCATION of Pope Peter the Last, who is
the TRUE Pope, according to my faith.
Because of Carlos' voicemail that was left on my phone, I requested "an ORDER of PROTECTION"
from a COURT OF LAW, in order to PREVENT Carlos from coming anywhere NEAR me, near my residence,
or from CONTACTING me again.
Here is the FULL context.
In the beginning of 2017, one of the members of the church that I belong to - her name is
Vilma Cardona Diaz De Leon, Carlos' then wife - Vilma was advised by the Pope of my faith,
to FLEE her apartment, and to stay with some other members of the church that I belong to,
very close by to where I live. This was because Vilma was both
PHYSICALLY and SEXUALLY ASSAULTED by her then-husband, CARLOS Diaz De Leon,
and she needed "a SAFE place to stay", AWAY from him!
- where she could RECOVER, and then file a POLICE REPORT.
Within the following days, I received a voicemail from Carlos on my phone, a voicemail that
was intended for another person, who was a member of my church at the time.
Within that voicemail, Carlos not only CURSED at the other person and THREATENED him,
but implied that Carlos could visit that man's DAUGHTER in Illinois, as WELL!
- implying that he could HURT her!
Later in the voicemail, Carlos mentioned that he wanted to FIND the Pope, to HURT him, and
I quote, "SHOW EVERYONE that GOD'S NOT PROTECTING him".
Those are Carlos' words.
This is where I learned that Carlos had "AN EXTREME VENDETTA" against the True Pope.
The voicemail went on for a long time, and there was a long rant against Pope Peter the Last.
Within this rant, Carlos mentioned that he CONSIDERED KIDNAPPING me in order to find out
the whereabouts of Pope Peter.
I knew that Carlos had a CRIMINAL RECORD because of GANG RELATED activities, and that
he SERVED TIME in PRISON for it, many years ago. And as far as I knew at that time, he abided by the law
- since then, since he had SERVED TIME in PRISON.
But, considering that he not only implied that he had the CAPABILITY of PHYSICALLY ASSAULTING a MINOR,
in the case of the addressee's DAUGHTER, openly talked about
his PLANS to PHYSICALLY ASSAULT a PRIEST in a different country - in the case of the Pope, and even stated that
he CONSIDERED KIDNAPPING ME in order to obtain the whereabouts of said Pope, I realized that
CARLOS actually returned to "the same LACK OF MORALITY" - that landed him in PRISON in the FIRST place!
He was so bold that he nonchalantly talked about COMMITTING THREE DIFFERENT FELONIES, internationally.
Because of the voicemail that Carlos left on my phone, I was in EXTREME FEAR for my SAFETY,
and even more so! - once I found out that Carlos BRUTALLY, both PHYSICALLY
and SEXUALLY ASSAULTED his WIFE Vilma Cardona Diaz De Leon BEFORE FLEEING to Illinois.
And so - I requested an ORDER for PROTECTION from UNLAWFUL Civil HARASSMENT from the Washington Courts.
After explaining everything that I have outlined in this video to the judge,
and after the judge gave Carlos a chance to explain his side of the story, I was granted
"a TWO YEAR COURT ORDER of PROTECTION", RESTRAINING Carlos from contacting me,
RESTRAINING Carlos from making ANY attempts to FOLLOW or SURVEIL me,
and RESTRAINING him from being within an ENTIRE MILE of where I live!
The COURT ORDER I received lasts for TWO years.
It says at the end of this COURT ORDER, that "If the DURATION of this order exceeds one year,
the court finds the respondent is likely to resume UNLAWFUL HARASSMENT of the petitioner when the order expires."
The Court order I received lasts for two years!
And considering the videos that Carlos has been posting on YouTube - against my church,
some of which videos DEFAME my character,
I HAVE no doubt that Carlos has enough ill intent against me that
I FULLY INTEND! - to APPEAL for another year or two of anti-HARASSMENT PROTECTION from the courts!
Carlos has demonstrated through those videos that he has NO SCRUPLES about HARMING ME in
whatever way he can POSSIBLY can get away with! - in a court of law.
And Carlos has posted those videos DEFAMING my character on YouTube,
as a substitute for "DIRECTLY INTIMIDATING me".
These are some of the FACTS! - that Carlos has LEFT OUT of his stories to the courts and to government agencies.
I hope this information (can) HELPS the courts of law to make "informed decisions", and to RECONSIDER the CHARACTER of Carlos Diaz de Leon,
who is currently PRETENDING to be "a moralizing Christian preacher" in order "to sway the courts" and whoever else,
to join him in 'his little vendetta', against a TINY church of less than two DOZEN!
held together only by a website, email correspondence, and YouTube videos.
