REPORT: Uranium One Informant Reveals Russians Bragged About Bribing Clintons

FBI informant now breaking his silence on the uranium one scandal Douglas

Campbell now tying the Clintons to a bribery scheme set up by the Russians

Campbell writing and testimony to congressional committees here now to

react to this as we try to make sense of what all this is this former Utah

congressman now Fox News contributor jason Chaffetz Jason thank so much for

coming on this morning morning and it is kind of we're trying to figure out what

this all is you've got the Republicans they're going to make a big deal of this

of course you've got the Democrats saying this guy's not credible but as

our guest last hour said this guy was paid by the FBI $50,000 obviously he was

trusted incredible at some point well I do laugh when the Democrats even before

he's giving his testimony are already trying to distance himself from hear

what he has to say I mean if the FBI was so interested in him then they should

look at it so John Radcliffe is leading the effort from the House Judiciary as

well the Oversight and Government Reform Committee involved in this questioning

better hear out what he says and where it leads yeah so basically Moscow

apparently had hired that American lobbying firm it's a PCO worldwide three

million dollars in exchange to kind of smooth over us-russia relations but not

only that I mean while supporting former President Bill Clinton that was like the

contingency here and the Clinton Foundation the Clinton Foundation says

that they're just using this as a way to distract from the Russia investigation

do we have that that we can throw up on the screen regarding the Clinton

campaign and their response AP CEO was expected to give assistance free of

charge to the Clinton Global Initiative as part of their effort to create a

favorable environment to ensure the Obama administration made affirmative

decisions on everything so uranium one today and it goes on there yeah uranium

one to the US Russia civilian nuclear core operation agreement I mean if

there's pay to play here I mean this isn't a distraction this is criminal you

you have begs questions I mean the question that the the article that came

out in the hill John Solomon's a good solid reporter the question is were they

using that money to funnel it to and up through another direction

that I'm not sure about the legality of whether or not you can actually give

that money with the you know quid pro quo the expectation that you then pass

it into through the to the foundation sure but the core of this is what did

Hillary Clinton do or not do how much of that influenced actually was was

applicable and was it applied in making sure that remember uranium is a very

precious resource right I don't know why will you give up any of it and so if you

take 20% of our uranium reserves and allow anybody else especially the

Russians to have access to it that is a huge concern and we need to understand

why what what is in the best interest of the United States right why would the

United States even do this that was my main question nobody's ever given me a

solid answer on why we would give them access to our uranium I mean it okay

maybe there's nothing wrong but then just tell me why we did it give me a say

hey it comes through the Canadian company I don't buy that still tapping

into the US reserves there is nothing in the United States best interest to do

that so these text messages keep leaking out the love affair that everybody's

really Bernard beyond the struct page love affair and we're getting new ones

now that the the president has called bombshells in a tweet these kind of

allude to some kind of possible knowledge that President Obama had or

maybe some kind of hand he had in this investigation I don't want to take that

too far because perhaps the president just wanted to know what was going on

and what we think was the Trump Russian investigation at this point right

because these texts came after the Hillary investigation was closed yes but

what's curious is the the the emphatic nature of President Obama when he spoke

to Chris Wallace in an interview saying I never inquire about anything that the

FBI is doing and yet here you have a first-hand account something they think

is private from a very senior FBI official saying POTUS the president

United States wants to know everything we know well that doesn't comport with

what the president said publicly and it does beg the question what were they

talking about maybe it had nothing to do with the Hillary Clinton email but maybe

it did and maybe it had to do with Donald Trump you don't know and so it

does beg more questions it also brings up contradictions because I mean

President Obama had spoken with Chris Wallace and basically

said that he doesn't get involved in these investigations but Peters trucks

basically say he wants to know everything we are up to so that would

mean that he would have a big hand in what was going on

remember this is these are not just to rank-and-file FBI agents Peter struck

here is the head I mean he's literally like the leader of the counter espionage

unit he's I think the Deputy Assistant Director for counterintelligence I mean

and there are non secure phones trading fifty thousand texts that alone should I

mean why does he have a security clearance and did you see something

about that they had texted about they had another phone that they would use

yet more private conversations that we still haven't even found something

specific Hillary them they use a nice set of fun people should not date in the

White House I know or in the workplace does he get your laundry every day I

love my wife we've been married a long time yeah but I'm not keeping it what

FBI informant says that Russia spent millions of dollars attempting to

influence the Clintons Douglas Campbell has been supplying the FBI with

information since 2009 he says there was an extensive kickback

and bribery scheme and to secure approval of that famous uranium deal now

a testimony to three separate congressional committees Campbell says

Russia the government spent millions for the lobbying firm APCO Worldwide in

Washington to assist the global Clinton initiative they did this in the hope

that the Obama administration would then treat Russia favorably on the deal

Peter Schweitzer is the author of Clinton cash was found in centers for

many years and he joins us tonight so Peter how I mean this seems like a big

story doesn't mean it will be covered by anybody but us tomorrow but this man at

the center of it Campbell can you explain his role in this sure

so Campbell is a very interesting guy he has a history that that hints at some

background either in the military or intelligence but he found himself in the

mid-2000s basically serving in this capacity with

TEDx this Russian firm is a consultant they were paying him $50,000 a month to

help things happen in Washington DC as a consultant he saw what was happening he

became an informant for the FBI and started sharing information and what he

is saying is that you know in this 2009-2010 period when uranium 1 was

being considered and finally approved by the Obama administration that the

Russians were funneling money through aapko this lobbying firm in an effort to

help that happen and to benefit Hillary Clinton and he says he told the FBI

about this back in 2010 and they basically tried to bury it ever since

interesting what's so striking about the stories the Russians were concerned that

this deal wouldn't go through and yet we've been assured by everyone in

Washington the establishment many idiot news anchors in the tank for the left

but all sort of response people oh is no big deal

it was authorized by all these different agencies it was not controversial but it

was controversial there were people who thought it was a bad idea to give any of

our uranium to a Russian company weren't there oh that that's exactly right I

mean you know take congressman King from Long Island he was the ranking member on

the Homeland Security Committee he's not a bomb thrower by any means he was a

nose to this deal the the ranking Republican on the House Foreign Affairs

Committee was opposed to this deal senator Barrasso of Wyoming was opposed

to this deal all raising legitimate questions and concerns about it so this

was a controversial deal outside the Obama administration but within the

Obama administration that was very little debate and it was rammed through

rather quickly so we at this point are we certain and I don't wanna get over

the are skis at all on this but are we certain that the government of russia

spent money in order to lobby the obama administration perhaps the Clintons she

was serving as Secretary of State at the time in order to secure this uranium

deal we know that well what we know is that the that the Russians gave money to

AB Co three million dollars the Russians according to Campbell in audio and

videotapes that the FBI have say that it was used for the purposes of uranium one

aapko is denying that and say no it involved other work that they were doing

on behalf of Russia and of course that's part of the problem Tucker is all this

Russian money is sloshing around Washington DC and and so it's not a

surprise that there are a lot of people that are making money and a lot of

people that were trying to do bidding for Moscow whether it was on uranium one

or on other issues and if you're gonna pretend that Russia is our greatest

international threat you'd have to be concerned about this but of course

they're not because they're liars Peter thank you good to see you

thanks sucker thank you god bless you and God bless america

Video Graphics Overlays Made In Canva Tutorial - Duration: 11:39.

In today's video I'm going to show you how to make video graphics overlays and

we're going to do this in canva. So stay tuned.

For those of you that don't know what Canva is, Canva's a website that lets you

design graphics really easily. So you go to canva.com and it's gonna give you

several options. The first one that you are going to pick is going to be the

YouTube thumbnail. The YouTube thumbnail is 1280 by 720 which is the standard

size of YouTube videos. If you want a different size for your video, you can

put the custom dimensions in the top up here. To save time I created three

different styles. And I'm going to show you how to use those in your video. Now a

little caveat here really quick, these are not real businesses. These are

totally made-up businesses. I just came up with something. If this business

exists, I don't know about it. And I'm not representing them in any way.

So, the first business I made up is called B2B R Us. In other words

business-to-business R Us. And there for marketing your business. And as you can

see I put a little picture on the background. And I found a nice picture

here of a computer laptop. And I stretched it out to a really nice size.

And then I put some wording over here to the side just to kind of brand it. And

then right here where the screen goes I put a square. And because it has back

black all the way around it, usually I use black, but because it already had

black here I went ahead and went with a gray. And this is going to be my first

template for putting video in. And because the way this is shaped this is

probably going to fit just a regular, landscape style video. The second

one I made is a little bit different. This one is called women of the world.

Womenoftheworld.com, again I don't know if that's an actual business. But what I

did with this one, was I made a black area here where the video is going to

show. But I left this all blank so in my editing software I can actually throw

words in. Throw text up. And I will show you a finished version with text going

across the screen. So if you're talking on your video and you want to put

talking points up, you want to put up notes about what you're talking about,

websites, anything. Even a picture. You can actually leave a big blank area like

this to have that on the side. And the third one I made is made for those

people who are using their phone. They're using their phone so they're doing their

videos in portrait mode. And I got a cute little background here. Put up princess

canine designs. Again, I don't know if this business actually exists. I kind of

hope it does. Because I think princess canine design would be a really cute

business. With all kinds of fancy dog things. And again I took an image of the

phone and put it up here. And I put this was a black in the area right here. Now

if you have the paid version of Canva, you can go ahead and cut this out and

make this transparent. And the same with this one here right with the black. You

can actually take that and make it transparent. And on the first one ,this

computer screen right here, you can cut that out and make that transparent. But

for those of you that don't have the paid version of Canva, I'm going to show

you a little shortcut. Now I'm going over to pixlr.com

and we're going to create a new image. And we're going to create it the exact

same size as our other image. So let's go 1280 and the height 720. And make sure to

click transparent, and click OK. Now this is your transparent background.

Now you take and open. Let's open one of the images.

Open image. Let's do the big video one so you can see that. Open. Now I'm going to

take this and I'm just going to go into edit, select all, edit, copy, Now I'm going

to close that.

And then I'm going to click on this window and go to edit and paste. And it

fits perfectly right in there. Now I'm going to reach over here to the wand

tool and I'm going to click right here where I want my video to go. And just hit

the delete button. And then I have a nice clear transparent background. And then of

course I just download it. Now as you can see in my folder I've already made the

transparent backgrounds. And I also have the ones that are non transparent. And I

also went ahead and made a video. I'm going to go ahead and take you in and

show you how to apply the video graphic to the video in DaVinci Resolve. Okay,

here I am in DaVinci Resolve. And that is the video editing software I like to use.

So let me show you how I did that. A friend of mine, her name is Monique and

she is with Silver Paw Studio, she's a pet and people photographer in Fort

Collins Colorado. She has graciously allowed me to use some of her livestream

footage, from her Facebook page, to demonstrate some of my video tutorials.

So let me show you how I'm going to do this. First I'm going to start, I'm going

to grab one of her videos. And I already cut it way way down. And I'm going to

drag it down here. As you can see there's a little video here.

Now the first thing I'm going to do is, I'm gonna click on the sound. I'm gonna

turn that way down. There we go. Okay. Now as you can see, she's already got some

overlays on her video. But I'm gonna take and make this one. Grab this graphic that

I just made right here. And I'm gonna stretch it out the full length of that

video. Now it looks a little funny because of the fact that she's kind of

off centered. So I'm gonna click on a video, and I'm going to zoom it. And this

is gonna be a little funny. Don't want to zoom it that way. I want to zoom it so it's more

the size of the screen. And I'm also going to reposition it over. You move it

a bit more so that she's a little more centered in that screen. There we go

and

there we go. And that looks pretty good. So I'm gonna rewind this here. Just to

see how it looks. And let's do play and see how that looks.

And so that's what the video would look like once I put it out.

Now let's do another one. Let's do the

little cellphone one. Let's do, for the cellphone when we've got this video here

where she was outside and she was talking on her cell phone. So I'm gonna

take the cell phone one that I made, and drag it him. And Yikes. That looks just a

bit too much. Let's back it up a little bit, turn the sound all the way down for

demonstration purposes.

And I'm going to click on the video. And I'm actually going to zoom it out a bit.

Till it looks about right. There we go. Now when you play that, let's see how

that looks. See if it's centered pretty good. And so that's how it would look in

her final video. So if you do a lot of portrait videos, this can really come in

handy. And let me show you the final video. Let me close out of this.

Don't save those changes. And this is a final video I made of all three of them

so you can check that out.

This is the first one with the little keyboard and I put the B2B R US

marketing over here. And you can see I just put a little square on there. Put a

nice picture behind there with the computer. And you can see how I fit the

video in like it's being shown on the laptop. And this one here I move the full

video kind of over to the side. And I put some text going across here. This is so

awesome. My video rocks. And you can put in whatever kind of text that you have that

goes along with what you're saying. Give me cookies. And then the third one,

the cell phone one. And this is really great for those of you that use portrait.

Now you can use this not only on, on video editing. But you can also use it as

an overlay on livestream. Let me see if I can show you an example of that. I'm

actually using OBS to shoot this right now, so this might look a little bit

strange. Let's try it. And you can see my usual thing down here. But let's see what

happens if I try to throw one over the top. Go to image. And we're going to call

it overlay.

Browse, and nope that's not it.

Okay so I opened the business-to-business one. And I'm going

to drag it across the screen here.

So now you're kind of looking at it where you're looking at my screen and

you're looking at it through the computer screen here. So when you

actually have your camera up, your face would be in here. You could stretch it

around before you go live to make sure that your camera is showing up in that

spot. And you can do that with any of these overlays. It works just as well on

streaming if you're using OBS to stream. But you can also use it in the finished

product if you're redoing your videos. Like if you were doing it live from your

phone, and you want to upload it to YouTube, and you have all the extra space

on the side. that's when these really come in handy. So I hope this video

helped you. If you have any comments or questions, please drop them down below. If

you found this video helpful, be sure and give us a thumbs up and subscribe for

future broadcast. Thanks for watching.

ORTMAP video - Duration: 1:51.

Railways are considered as backbones of transport systems.

In the Netherlands, 6000 trains

transport 1 million passengers daily.

The growing number of trains

leads to increased infrastructure deterioration and more maintenance works.

During such maintenance possessions

often not all train services can be operated anymore,

and the timetable has to be adjusted.

For large and dense networks, this is a complex task.

Commonly, planners do this manually,

considering only a part of the network

and adjusting the plan locally.

This may lead to ineffective solutions,

but we think mathematical models can assist planners in better conducting their tasks.

However, if we want to solve such problems

on full-scale networks down to the station level of detail,

the problem becomes too big to solve.

In this project, we propose a multi-level mathematical framework

to design optimal timetables during maintenance possessions.

A macroscopic model ensures consistency

at the network level

while the microscopic counterpart finds conflict-free routes

for each affected station.

The framework iterates until a feasible solution has been found.

Both models have been developed

in close cooperation with Netherlands Railways

and were tested independently on real-life cases.

The results were promising

and very much welcomed by planners.

This suggests that the ORTMAP framework can be used

to generate consistent, conflict-free and robust timetables

resulting in an attractive and efficient railway system.
