Click 'Set the cursor position'

Set a required time

Click 'Set begin work area by cursor position'

Click 'Set the cursor position' again and insert the time

the 'Set end work area by cursor position' button will move the cursor to the end of the area

Go to the upper toolbar and select "Cut out fragment"

Preview the result

Click 'Set the work area size to fit the selected object'

Set the time in the window

Click 'Set begin work area by cursor position'

Cut this part out

Set the time on the timeline

Click 'Set the work area size to fit the selected object' and then 'Set end work area by cursor position'

Cut this fragment
