Why can't make videos, reason number eight! It takes too long to do my hair

and makeup. Yep that's an excuse they use. And let me tell you I've got that

problem solved. This hair not much you can do with it. Makeup well, that's

another issue. A lot of women think that they need to have their hair done, their

makeup just perfect to make a video to put on YouTube or Facebook, where they're

just talking to the people they work with every day. It's not a big deal.

In fact my sister-in-law, not long ago, sent me a message saying, I watched one

of your videos and you really need some blush and you need some mascara and you

know you need to up more makeup. You look washed out. I told her I don't even

own any makeup so that's not going to happen. As far as hair, you think I wear a

hat because I like hats? No, I wear a hat because my hair is screwed up. It's not

that big of a deal. Do you look clean? Do you look nice? What is it that you would

do just to go to the store or to meet with someone? You don't have to go the

full nine yards ladies. If it's going to take you an hour to get your hair and

makeup ready to do a video, then you're probably not going to do video. Get up in

the mornings when you know you want to make video, put on the makeup that you

feel you need to. Go about your day, you're ready. You don't have to make this

a special occasion to go to the nightclub or pose for pictures it's not

that big of a deal. And if it is that big of a deal, then

you're focusing more on what you look like than the message you're putting out.

A lot of people, they just want to hear your message, they're not going to sit

there and say "Oh my gosh you didn't curl your hair today. Oh my gosh you this or

that." They just want to hear what you have

say. You've got a message and if it's not about how to do hair and makeup, then

nobody will probably care. So if you want to get up put on some makeup so you feel

a little bit better, fine. But if you're going to insist on doing and hours of

getting ready, then you're never probably going to make those videos. So take your

priorities. Do you want to make video or do you want an excuse of you don't want to have

to mess around getting ready? It's up to you! I say just make the video, you've got

to look at least this good.
